Abstract

The research objective is to analyzing the performance of counselors in implementing the guidance and counseling support activities which includes the planning, implementation and evaluation of senior high schools in Banyumas. The population of this research is senior  high school Banyumas. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling and 6 senior high schools were selected as sample with the number of respondents 27 counselors. Data collection methods on this research using questionnaire instrument with 85 items and was supported by the documentation information. The analysis methods in research using descriptive percentages. Concluded that the performance of counselors in implementing the support activities of guidance and counseling including on good criteria.

Abstract

This study was conducted in SMK Plus Tunas Bangsa Kebasen Banyumas in 2017/2018 academic years. The purposes of this study is to knowing the influence of group counseling with modelling technique to discipline of the eleventh graders students in SMK Plus Tunas Bangsa Kebasen Banyumas. The type of this study is experimental study with pre experimental design. The subject of this study is 8 students from the eleventh graders vocational high school. The data was collected by student discipline questionnaire and use the test wilcoxcon analyisis. The result of this study showing that student discipline was changed  from low category to high category, can be conclude there are influence of group counseling with modelling technique to discipline of the eleventh  graders students in SMK Plus Tunas Bangsa Kebasen Banyumas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dan konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Negeri Semarang baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 125 dari populasi 284 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random  sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara self-efficacy dengan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R= 0,565, F(3,121) = 18,903, p = <0,01), kemudian antara konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R= 0,030, F(5,116) = 1,265, p = >0,05). Sedangkan antara self-efficacy dan konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R = 0,595, F(18,903) = 7,957, p = <0,01). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian guru Bimbingan dan Konseling disarankan memberikan layanan BK untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik melalui pengembangan self-efficacy dan konformitas.   This study aims to determine the relationship of self-efficacy and conformity with academic procrastination of students Guidance and Counseling State University of Semarang either partially or jointly. This research uses correlational quantitative design. The sample used is 125 from the population of 284 students with simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique using regression. The results showed that between self-efficacy and academic procrastination had significant relationship (R = 0,565, F (3,121) = 18,903, p = <0,01), then between conformity with academic procrastination had no significant relationship (R = 0,030 , F (5,116) = 1,265, p = >0,05). While between self-efficacy and conformity with academic procrastination have significant relationship (R = 0,595, F (18,903) = 7,957, p = <0,01). Based om the results of research Guidance and Counseling teachers are advised to provide Guidance and Counseling services to decrease academic procrastination through the development of self-efficacy and conformity.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik role playing terhadap komunikasi interpersonal siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen, dengan menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 34 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala komunikasi interpersonal. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus product moment dan rumus alpha. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan uji beda (t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebelum diberikan layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik role playing memiliki rata-rata komunikasi interpersonal siswa sebesar 51% termasuk dalam kriteria rendah. Sedangkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa setelah diberikan layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik role playing memiliki rata-rata 77% yang termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Berdasrkan uji t-test dengan taraf kesalahan 5% diketahui nilai t hitung > t table (13,428 > 2,032), maka Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik role playing berpengaruh terhadap komunikasi interpersonal siswa. ABSTRACT                The study aims to prove the effect of content mastery service by using role playing technique toward students’ interpersonal communication. The method of this study was experimental design by using one group pre-test-posttest design. This study used purposive sampling with 34 students as the subject of the study. The instrument used in this study is the interpersonal communication scale. The try-out for validity and reliability used product moment and alpha formula. The data analysis used descriptive analysis percentage and t-test. The results shows that before giving content mastery service by using role playing technique had the percentage 51 % and it was in low criteria. Meanwhile, students’ interpersonal communication after giving content mastery service by using role playing technique had the percentage 77 % and it was in high criteria. Based on the t-test findings with degree of mistake 5 %, tvalue > ttable (13,428> 2,032), thus, alternative hypotheses (Ha) was accepted. So it can be concluded that content mastery service by using role playing technique affect the students’ interpersonal communication.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya dampak dari pemberian career planning strategy terhadap survival skills siswa kelas XII Multimedia 2 SMK Negeri 4 Semarang dalam menghadapi masalah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, delapan kali treatment disertai pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan kepada siswa, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan deskripsi persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yang didasarkan atas tujuan dan pertimbangan tertentu sehingga didapatkan sampel berjumlah 15 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala psikologis dengan 36 item dengan empat jenjang skala yaitu sangat setuju, setuju, tidak setuju, sangat tidak setuju Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian career planning strategy dalam layanan penguasaan konten dapat meningkatkan survival skills siswa.Kata Kunci: Survival Skills; Career Planning Strategy; Layanan Penguasaan Konten ABSTRACT               The purpose of this research to determine the impact of the provision of career planning strategy against the survival skills of students of class XII Multimedia 2 SMK Negeri 4 Semarang in the face of problems. This research is an experimental research, with eight times treatment and pre-test, post-test given to the student, then analyzed by using percentage description and wilcoxon test. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling based on the purpose and certain considerations so that the sample of 15 students. Data collection was done by using psychological scale with 36 items with four levels of scale that strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree The results showed that giving career planning strategy in content mastery service can improve survival skills of students.Keywords: Survival Skills; Career Planning Strategy; Content Mastery Service

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara fungsi keluarga dengan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, metode deskriptif dengan jenis korelasional, dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu fungsi keluarga sebagai variabel bebas dan kecerdasan interpersonal sebagai variabel terikat. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 152 dari populasi 264 siswa dengan teknik pengabilan sampel Simple Random Sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket fungsi keluarga dan skala kecerdasan interpersonal. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan regresi. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat dijelaskan bahwa fungsi keluarga dalam kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 189,51 dan kecerdasan interpersonal dalam kategori tinggi sebesar 163,62. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi memperoleh hasil Rhitung 0,632 dalam kategori kuat/tinggi, pada uji t diketahui t hitung sebesar 9,987, dan t tabel sebesar 1,976 diketahui bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel jadi hipotesis nol ditolak , artinya fungsi keluarga berpengaruh terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal, nilai koefisien dan t hitung ialah positif terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal.dan nilai signifikansi (p) 0,000. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara fungsi keluarga dengan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 40 Semarang. This research aims to examine the relationship between the function of the family with the interpersonal intelligence of students in the class VII SMP Negeri 40 Semarang. This research was the quantitative research, the descriptive method with type of correctional, in this research there were two variables those were the family function as the free variable and the interpersonal intelligence as the bound variable. The total of the sample was 152 from the population 264 students with the technique of collecting sample used the Simple Random Sampling. The data collection tool used was the questionnaire of the family function in the very high category it was 189.51 and the interpersonal intelligence was in the very high category it was 163.62. The result of the research showed that the score of the correlation coefficient obtained the result of R count 0.632 in the strong/high category, in t-test, it was known that t count was higher than t table so null hypothesis was rejected, it meant that family function was effected to the interpersonal intelligence, coefficient value, and t count was positive to the interpersonal intelligence, in the significance score (p) 0.000. Based on the result of the research it can be concluded that there is positive relationship and significance between the family function with the interpersonal intelligent of the student in the class VII SMP Negeri 40 Semarang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran bentuk perilaku agresif anak dan faktor yang menjadi pemicunya di Yayasan Setara Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah lima orang anak usia 7—12 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen observasi dan wawancara. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk perilaku agresif anak yang muncul adalah perilaku agresif fisik dan perilaku agresif verbal. Perilaku agresif fisik yang muncul adalah menendang, mendorong, memukul, merampas, dan merusak. Perilaku agresif verbal yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah mengejek, berkata-kata kotor, mengancam, dan tidak mematuhi perintah. Sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi anak berperilaku agresif adalah adanya provokasi, melihat kekerasan, dan kondisi dalam kelompok. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa perilaku agresif yang muncul di Yayasan Setara ada dua macam yaitu perilaku agresif fisik dan perilaku agresif verbal. Saran yang dapat diberikan untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan penelitian ini sebagai bahan acuan untuk penelitian lanjutan dan dapat meneliti lebih dalam mengenai self regulation pada anak di Yayasan Setara. Kata Kunci : Perilaku agresif anak ABSTRACT  The aims of the research was to find the description of forms of aggressive behavior and the triggers factors of aggressive behavior in Yayasan Setara of Semarang City. In this study, the research was used qualitative research. The subjects in this study  were 5 children from 7—12 years. Data were collected by observation and interview. In this study, precentage description of analysis and Miles and Huberman’s Model Analysis were used to analyze the data. The result of the study showed that the aggressive behavior kind in children in Yayasan Setara  of Semarang City is physical aggressive behavior and verbal aggressive behavior. The kind of physical aggressive behavior is kicking, pushing, hitting, robsing, and damaging another person’s possession. The kind of verbal aggressive behavior is mocking people, speaking of filthy, intimidate, and disobeying. Whereas the triggers factors of aggressive behavior is provocation, viewed violence, and condition in the groups. Thus it may be known that the aggressive behavior that appears in Yayasan Setara i.e physical aggressive behavior and verbal aggressive behavior. Advice that can be given to the next researchers is to used this study as a reference and can be researched more about self regulation of Yayasan Setara. Keyword : Children’s aggressive behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts and success in increasing self-confidence through group guidance services to students class X1 in SMA 1 state Sumber Rembang. This type of research is action research. The research sample using purporsive sampling are 10 students who have self-confidence low, medium and high. Data collection methods used were psychological scales and observation. The data analysis technique used is obtained using the Wilcoxon test t count = 55> t table = 8. The results obtained, before getting group guidance services whose members have high self-confidence 81%, members who have medium self-confidence was 64%, while members who have low self-confidence 53%. After receiving group guidance services self-confidence increased student, members of which have a high self-confidence increased 83% in the category of a high percentage, members who have medium self-confidence increased 74% in the category of a high percentage of self-confidence, and members who have low self-confidence increases 69% in the category of percentage of high self-confidence. It was concluded that self-confidence in learning Indonesian can be improved through group guidance services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan fenomena yang ada di SMP Negeri 13 Semarang yang menunjukkan adanya siswa yang memiliki kemampuan interaksi sosial yang sangat rendah, rendah, sedang, tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa melalui bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Sampel penelitian adalah 10 orang siswa yang memiliki kemampuan dalam berinteraksi sosial rendah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi. Hasil uji wilcoxon diperoleh Thitung = 55,0 dan Ttabel = 8,0 berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan tingkat kemampuan dalam berinteraksi sosial siswa meningkat setelah memperoleh bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa sebelum memperoleh bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan 57.5% dengan kategori sedang dan setelah memperoleh bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan 76.5% dengan kategori tinggi. Perbedaan tingkat kemampuan dalam berinteraksi sosial siswa sebelum dan sesudah bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan sebesar 19%. Selain itu, siswa mengalami perkembangan perilaku yang lebih baik dilihat dari meningkatnya indikator percakapan, saling pengertian, kerjasama, keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, rasa positif, dan kesetaraan. This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that is in SMP N 13 Semarang indicating students who have low ability of social interaction. The purpose of this study to determine the efficacy in improving transparency in the ability of social interaction through group guidance with games techniques . This type of research is experimental research. Sample were 10 students who have low ability of social interaction. Methods of data collection using psychological scales. Wilcoxon test results obtained Tcount 55.0 > 8.0 TTable or imply Ha accepted and Ho rejected. These results indicate the level of openness in ability of social interaction increased after the technical games. These results demonstrate openness in ability of social interaction prior to the technical games 57.5% with moderate category and after group guidance with games techniques gaining 76.5% with high category. The differences of ability of social interaction before and after the group guidance with games technique by 19%. In addition, students progressing better behavior seen from the increasing indicators.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran bentuk perilaku seksual remaja dan faktor-faktor determinan yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku seksual remaja.. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif survey. Populasinya seluruh siswa di SMA se-Kota Semarang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan cluster proportionate random sampling, dengan sampel 344 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berupa angket perilaku seksual dan skala faktor determinan perilaku seksual.. Analisis datanya menggunakan deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa bentuk perilaku seksual yang paling sering dilakukan oleh siswa SMA Negeri maupun Swasta di Kota Semarang adalah berpelukan; antara rata-rata perilaku seksual yang dilakukan siswa SMA Negeri maupun Swasta tidak berbeda secara signifikan; serta faktor determinan yang mendorong siswa melakukan perilaku seksual antara lain: motivasi, media dan televisi, serta berkembangnya organ seksual. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku seksual adalah faktor media dan televisi sebesar 14,5% sedangkan faktor yang kurang berpengaruh adalah faktor tingkat religiuitas sebesar 8,9%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah faktor Media dan televisi lebih berpengaruh terhadap perilaku seksual siswa. Upaya dalam membantu siswa adalah dengan memberikan treatment yang tepat pada siswa yang memiliki permasalahan dengan perilaku seksual. The purpose of this study to explain about sexual behavior ad detreminant factor of teen’s sexual behavior. This research was survey description. The populations were all student at SMA all over Semarang. The sampling technique which used cluster proportionate random sampling, with sample 344 students. A data collection method was used inventory that were sexual behavior inventory and determinant factor of sexual behavior inventory. Technique data analysis was used descriptive percentagee and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that a form of sexual behavior is most often done by the state and private high school students in the city of Semarang is embraced; between the average sexual behavior state and private high school students did not differ significantly. As well as the determinant factors that encourage students conducting behavior sexual include: motivation, media and television, as well as the development of sexual organs. The factors that most influence the sexual behavior are media and television factor of 14,5%, while the less influential factor is being the religiusitas factor rate of 8,9%. The conclusions of this study and the the television media more influential on students sexual behavior. Efforts in helping students is by providing proper tretment to students who have problems with sexual behavior.
