Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan signifikan dengan Kurikulum Merdeka yang meningkatkan relevansi dan kualitas pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan lokal dan potensi siswa. Penelitian ini mengkaji manfaat, tantangan, dan implikasi IBL dalam kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dasar serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk pendidikan inklusif dan adaptif di Indonesia. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik literature review digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan analisis peneliti, Inquiry Based Learning pada mata pelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif, peningkatan hasil belajar, motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa, serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang berarti dan relevan dengan konteks lokal. Tantangan implementasi model pembelajaran IBL adalah kesiapan guru, sumber daya dan fasilitas, evaluasi dan penilaian. Implikasi implementasi model IBL adalah penguatan keterampilan abad ke-21, mendorong kemandirian belajar dan pendidikan berorientasi keterampilan, mengembangkan keterlibatan siswa, serta menyesuaikan tantangan global. Strategi mendukung pendidikan inklusif dan adaptif: pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional, pengembangan kurikulum lokal, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Diharapkan IBL dalam IPAS dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia sesuai visi Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract

The use of conventional learning media, such as textbooks for science subjects, reduces students' motivation to participate in lessons. There must be innovation in learning activities, one of which is by using technology such as 3D hologram animation. This research examines the development, testing the feasibility and effectiveness of android-based 3D hologram learning media for 5th grade science learning material on human eye organs. The method used is R&D or development research with the ADDIE research model which has several steps in its research including; analysis (analyze), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). The results obtained from this study include an assessment of the validation of media experts with a percentage score of 95%, which means that the developed media receives a category that is very feasible to be tested in the science learning process at school. Then the results of media trials using a large scale with a total research population of 23 students conducted in grade 5 SDN Wonosari 01 Semarang City showed an increase in student learning outcomes after the use of hologram learning media. The data on the increase in learning outcomes is supported and evidenced by the results of the N Gain test which obtained an N Gain score with a percentage of 73.89% with an interpretation that it is effective enough to improve the learning outcomes of grade 5 students in science subjects at SDN Wonosari 01 Semarang City.

Abstract

This study aims to develop, test the feasibility, and effectiveness of an educational game based on Wordwall integrated with the Problem Based Learning model for the subject of matter states and their changes at SDN Jali 1, Demak District. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The result of the research is an educational game media on Wordwall using templates from gameshow quiz, maze chase, and spin the wheel. The feasibility test for material and media obtained percentages of 100% and 90%, classified as “very feasible”. Teacher responses yielded 98.3% and student participants 98% in the small-scale media trial and 98% in the large-scale media trial, classified as “very feasible”. The normality test for pretest and posttest data was declared ‘normally distributed’. The t-test results obtained a t-value (16.212) greater than the t-table (2.086), thus Ho was rejected, and the N-Gain test scored 0.77, classified as “high”. Based on this description, it is concluded that an educational game based on Wordwall integrated with the Problem Based Learning model for the subject of matter states and their changes has been successfully developed, which is very feasible and effective in enhancing critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

Guru wajib melakukan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan yang mencakup pengembangan diri, publikasi ilmiah, maupun pengembangan karya inovatif. Permasalahan yang dialami guru-guru yang tergabung dalam KKG gugus Gajahmada, Kecamatan Gajahmungkur, Kota Semarang berkaitan dengan hal tersebut adalah kesulitan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme pada kepenulisan. Kegiatan pengabdian dalam bentuk pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan melalui pendampingan penulisan artikel jurnal sangat penting untuk dilakukan mengingat kualitas dan kuantitas publikasi ilmiah oleh guru-guru masih kurang optimal. Sasaran pada kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru di Gugus Gajahmada yang terdiri dari perwakilan guru dari 7 SD (negeri maupun swasta). Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari: pengisian angket/kuesioner sebagai penilaian kemampuan awal, pemaparan materi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan penulisan artikel jurnal, pendampingan penulisan artikel jurnal melalui pendekatan klasikal, kemudian kelompok kecil atau individu, pengarahan untuk publikasi ke jurnal target dengan bekerja sama dengan beberapa jurnal, Guru kembali mengisi angket/kuesioner sebagai penilaian diri setelah kegiatan pendampingan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan penulisan artikel jurnal, sehingga berdampak pada kualitas tulisan yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kasus kekerasan atau bullying selama tahun 2023 semakin marak terjadi pada anak-anak di Indonesia. KPAI mencatat sebanyak 2.355 kasus pelanggaran yang masuk sebagai laporan kekerasan anak hingga Agustus 2023. Dalam fenomena bullying, salah satu karakteristik pelakunya adalah memiliki empati yang rendah terhadap para korban (Rigby, 2002). Program peningkatan empati merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam membantu siswa meningkatkan empati yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kasus bullying. Pengabdian ini memberikan program untuk melatih empati pada siswa SD Negeri Batursari 6 kabupaten Demak, dengan manfaat dan hasil yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan empati siswa, sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya korban-korban yang ditimbulkan akibat perilaku bullying. Program pelatihan ini diikuti oleh kelas 5 SD Negeri Batursari 6 yang berjumlah 58 siswa didampingi masing-masing guru kelas dan kepala sekolah. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pemberian pelatihan pada siswa SD Negeri Batursari 6 Kabupaten Demak. Siswa berpartisipasi secara aktif terutama dalam sesi materi dan simulasi bersama dengan fasilitator, hal ini merupakan pembentuk sikap kesadaran dan responsif siswa dengan teman-temannya.

Abstract

Developing high-quality lesson plan requires a meticulous and systematic process, considering several key aspects. This study aims to describe the development design, assess the feasibility, and evaluate the effectiveness of smart class articulate storyline through the development of lesson plan based on teaching at the right level (TaRL) to improve the teaching skills of pre-service teacher professional education (PPG Prajabatan) students in the elementary school teacher education study program within the context of differentiated learning. This research used a research and development (R&D) approach, using the ADDIE model. The strength of this research lies in developing materials focusing on basic teaching skills through the TaRL approach, complemented by instructional practice videos and lesson plan that could be accessed anytime. The study results indicate that the smart class articulate storyline is categorized as highly feasible, with evaluations from media and content experts each scoring 95% in the "highly feasible" category. Additionally, the smart class articulate storyline, developed through TaRL-based lesson plan, is found to be effective based on pretest and posttest results, indicating a significant improvement in the ability to understand basic teaching skills.

Abstract

The lack of use of learning media at Kutowinangun 08 Salatiga Elementary School causes the learning outcomes of water cycle material in class V to be low. Based on these problems, this study aims to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of diorama media on water cycle material, hereinafter referred to as PBL-based SIAR in Grade V. This R&D research adapted nine of the ten steps of the Borg and Gall development model. Quantitative and qualitative data were collected using both test and non-test techniques, including questionnaire instruments, observation, interviews, and documentation. These data were then analyzed both descriptively and inferentially. The developed media was validated by media experts and material experts, who applied very valid criteria, achieving percentages of 82% and 90.67%. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test, it is evident that the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the product developed is effective in improving student learning outcomes. The N-Gain test results obtained a gain value of 0.64 (medium). Based on the results of the response questionnaire, it was received very positively by teachers and students. From these results, it can be concluded that the diorama media SIAR (water cycle) based on PBL developed is highly feasible and effective in improving the learning outcomes of IPAS fifth-grade students at Kutowinangun 08 Salatiga State Elementary School. The contribution of this research to existing knowledge is twofold: it serves as an alternative and enriches the literature on SIAR diorama media based on PBL, which has been proven effective in improving learning outcomes for water cycle material, and provides new insights as a reference for further learning.

Abstract

One element that encourages increased student focus and makes it easier to understand the subject matter is learning media. This study aims to create and evaluate interactive picture card media with QR codes to enhance grade IV students' learning results. Research and Development (R&D), which is modified into nine phases until the final product revision, is the method used in this study. The research subjects are teachers, students, media specialists, and subject matter specialists. Data collection was conducted through observation, surveys, interviews, and documentation. The t-test, n-gain, and normality tests are the data analysis methods used in this investigation. The design validation results get very feasible criteria from media experts (92.28%) and material experts (92.18%). The results of the classroom teacher response were 93.75%, and the student response was 94.27%, which are feasible criteria. The significant effectiveness test using the t-test is 0.000, which indicates that Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected. The n-gain calculation is 0.6915 medium criteria. Thus, the interactive picture card media with the QR Code that has been developed is very feasible and effective for improving learning outcomes. These findings contribute to the development of innovative learning media that can enhance student learning outcomes and offer new alternatives for teachers in delivering lesson materials, especially at the elementary school level.
