ABSTRACT Companies that have a high rate of return, considered a company that has a good financial performance. This study examines to determine the relationship between financial performance with investor rationality in food beverages Syariah industry in BEI with prior 2013-2016. In majority, food beverages Syariah industry investors are still rational in investing their funds by considering the company's financial performance. A sample of 8 companies, it is known that 6 companies , is ICBP, MYOR, ROTI, SKBM and SKLT codes have the same pattern or trend, that is ROA and ROE increase, followed by increase of stock return,Key words : ROA, ROE, Stock ReturnCorrespondence to : bayu@unmuhjember.ac.id, maheni@unmuhjember.ac.id ABSTRAK Perusahaan yang memiliki tingkat return yang tinggi, dianggap sebagai perusahaan yang memiliki kinerja keuangan yang bagus. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kinerja keuangan dengan rasionalitas investor pada industri makanan minuman syariah yang listed di BEI periode 2013-2016. Secara mayoritas, investor industri makanan minuman syariah, masih rasional dalam menginvestasikan dananya dengan mempertimbangkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Dari 8 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel, diketahui bahwa 6 perusahaan dengan kode ICBP, MYOR, ROTI, SKBM dan SKLT, memiliki pola atau trend yang sama, yaitu kenaikan ROA dan ROE, diikuti dengan peningkatan return saham perusahaan, begitu pula sebaliknya.Kata Kunci : ROA, ROE, Return Saham.Korespondensi : bayu@unmuhjember.ac.id, maheni@unmuhjember.ac.id

Economic empowerment of women that lead by Women Studies Center Muhammadiyah of Jember University inWirolegi, one of the center of poverty in Jember, still has many works to do concerned with elements ofeconomic empowerment of women to improve these women’s economy welfare. The purpose of this study is tocapture needs of their small business and as the result is a development model of small business management .It will help them to get access to economy sources, to reach the same position, to have markets, finance andbusiness skill to improve the growth of their own business. This study uses qualitative model with focus groupdiscussion and depth interview.

Perusahaan yang memiliki nilai tambah yang tinggi, dianggap sebagai perusahaan yang memiliki kinerja keuangan yang bagus. Studi ini bertujuan menelaah kinerja keuangan industri rokok di Indonesia dengan menggunakan EVA dan MVA. Observasi dilakukan pada empat perusahaan rokok selama tahun 2013-2016 dengan mengamati laporan keuangan catur wulan 1,2 dan 3. Analisis statistiik deskriptif digunakan untuk menemukan nilai EVA dan MVA serta menggambarkannya dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Hasil studi menunjukkan EVa industri rokok negatif sedangkan MVA positif namun keduanya menunjukkan tren penurunan yang sama sepanjang periode penelitian.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) the effect of the role of Store Environment on implusive purchases. 2) the effect of the role of Time Pressure on implusive purchases. 3) the influence of the role of Preceived Crowding on implusive purchases. This research design is explanatory (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Basmalah Pakusari Store in Jember. The population in this study were all consumers in the Basmalah Pakusari store. The number of samples amounted to 140 with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing conclude that: 1) Store Environment influences implusive purchases. 2) Time Preassure affects the implusive purchase. 3) Perceived Crowding influences implusive purchases. Thus the hypothesis in this study was accepted and statistically proven. It is understood that every increase in the independent variable will be followed by an increase in the dependent variable and vice versa.

This research was conducted to see the effect of work environment, occupational health and safety on employee morale at PT PLN (Persero) Genteng . This research was conducted at the office of PT PLN (Persero) Genteng, Banyuwangi Regency, to be precise, all employees totaling 60 people. Sampling was done by using a census technique in which all populations were used as research samples . This is done to increase employee morale as seen from the work environment, work health and work safety. The analysis usedin this research consists of instrument test (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicoline aritas test, auto correlation test, and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test in the form of partial t test and determination coefficient analysis. . The results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study prove that the work environment (0.213), occupational health (0.211), and work safety (0.241) have a significant effect on employee morale.

This study aims to formulate a development strategy for the Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) of Gunung Mulia Grenden, Puger and determine the priority development strategies that can be implemented by BUMDes. Analysis of the data used is a SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath). This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach, which is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects. The results showed that the IFAS matrix analysis had a total score of 3,312. The total value of the EFAS matrix is 3,273. On the IE Matrix (Internal Eksternal) BUMDes Gunung Mulia Grenden, Puger is in quadrant I, which means that it is in a position to grow and be built. From the results of the research on alternative organizational strategies that have been obtained and practical researchers to determine the development of strategies for the Gunung Mulia BUMDes that are in accordance with the situation and conditions as well as the objectives of the Gunung Mulia BUMDes. The priority of the development strategy is to develop business units based on the potential of Grenden Village, increase BUMDes promotion and business activities online through social media (WA, FB, IG, Youtube) and marketplace, increase BUMDes capital through the development of cooperation with third parties or companies (CSR). ), socializing the BUMDes program by the management to increase public knowledge about BUMDes so that it has an impact on community participation in BU management and innovating and modifying businesses that can be done in times such as the establishment of agro-tourism villages.

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and communication on employee performance in Balung Lor Village. The population in this study were all employees of Balung Lor Village, totaling 30 people and the head of the RW Balung Lor Village as many as 13 people so that the total population was 43 people. The sampling method in this study is a saturated sampling technique or census, so that the total population is a total sample of 43 employees. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20.00 software. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and communication have a significant effect on employee performance.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are the most widely encountered businesses in Indonesia with various kinds of business fields engaged in by the community. Investment decisions are part of the activities carried out by SMEs. In making investment decisions are often influenced and based on various factors. A qualitative analysis research method used in this study. The research mechanism constructed is in the form of literature study. The literature used for citation consist of textbooks, articles, and online literature sources linked to this study. This article aims to produce a model that explains the factors that need to be considered in making investment decisions based on the literature and the results of previous empirical studies. In addition, the model uses a decision tree approach in making investment decisions for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The model produced in this study is sourced from various literatures that are used as a reference in the formation of models related to factors that need to be considered in making investment decisions in SMEs.

Solusi mengurangi pengangguran terdidik adalah dengan mencetak pengusaha-pengusaha muda untuk mendirikan usaha-usaha baru yang kreatif. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus ini melandaskan pada renstra UM Jember dengan berorientasi untuk memanfaatkan potensi lokal dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif dan dilaksanakan dalam rangka memotivasi mahasiswa sebagai job creator melalui kegiatan Entrepreuner and Business Innovation . Pendampingan kepada sekelompok mahasiswa program studi Manajemen agar mereka mampu merencanakan dan menganalisis proposal feasibility study yang layak sekaligus dapat mengembangkan potensi lokal ekonomi kreatif dengan merealisasikan bisnis kreatif nya berupa produksi “KEBAB SEMPOL”. Hasil analisis feasibility study kebab Sempol layak dilaksanakan dan dilanjutkan pendampingan persiapan start up business dan pelaksanaan usaha . Laporan realisasi usaha selama 4 bulan berjalan menunjukkan hasil menguntungkan , meskipun tidak sebesar yang ditargetkan karena kendala covid19 namun setidaknya mahasiswa menjadi lebih memahami cara merencanakan dan merealisasikan sebuah gagasan usaha melalui pendekatan ilmu pengetahuan dan seni.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memetakan faktor-faktor yang mengiringi muculnya angka stunting. Jember menempati angka tertitnggi kasus stunting di Jawa Timur. Studi ini berupaya memetakan peran posyandu dalam penanganan angka stunting di desa Kencong. Dari hasil analisis data yang dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif ditemukan bahwa poyandu merupakan garda terdepan dalam penanganan stunting di desa Kencong. Namun demikian perlu adanya keberpihakan kebijakan pemerintah terhadap posynadu agar lebih optimal dalam penanganan stunting.
