Abstract

Advances in technology in the field of information technology services allow hackers to attack internet systems, one of which is the DDOS attack, more specifically, the smurf attack, which involves multiple computers attacking database server systems and File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The DDOS smurf attack significantly affects computer network traffic. This research will analyze the classification of machine learning Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Fuzzy Tsukamoto in detecting DDOS attacks using intensive simulations in analyzing computer networks. Classification techniques in machine learning, such as SVM and fuzzy Tsukamoto, can make it easier to distinguish computer network traffic when detecting DDOS attacks on servers. Three variables are used in this classification: the length of the packet, the number of packets, and the number of packet senders. By testing 51 times, 50 times is the DDOS attack trial dataset performed in a computer laboratory, and one dataset derived from DDOS attack data is CAIDA 2007 data. From this study, we obtained an analysis of the accuracy level of the classification of machine learning SVM and fuzzy Tsukamoto, each at 100%.

Abstract

Information technology that is increasingly developing today must be balanced with the similarity of information data. Information security is obtained by applying cryptographic techniques, Vigenere Cipher is a key symmetry algorithm that uses a substitution technique that uses two letters encoding the original message. Vigenere cipher has a weakness because it uses short keywords and its use will be repeated. In this study, we will discuss the modification of the vigenere cipher algorithm and one time pad by adding a key elongation process as done in the RC6 algorithm. The results of the study will produce new variations in data security by combining the vigenere cipher algorithm and vernam cipher with key expansion algorithm RC6

Abstract

The number of batik motifs in Indonesia is not comparable to the knowledge possessed by the Indonesian people about batik motifs. The diversity of batik motifs can be a problem because classifying them can only be done by those who are familiar with batik in depth, both the pattern and the philosophy behind the motif, most of which are elderly people. To classify batik accurately and quickly is to use image classification technology. In this study, data were obtained from the previous researchers' GitHub repository, google images, and camera shots with a total dataset of 3,534 images. The data only focused on five batik motifs, namely Ceplok, Kawung, Parang, Megamendung, and Sidomukti. Before the batik motif is processed, preprocessing is carried out to obtain various quality data. Then the dataset was trained using the CNN model then the results were retrained using the VGG-16 and Xception Transfer Learning models. The researcher made several model scenarios, namely the CNN model without Transfer Learning and the model with Transfer Learning which took into account the effect of the learning rate values ​​of 0.0004 and 0.0001. Therefore, the results of the CNN model without Transfer Learning (M0) obtained training accuracy results of 89.64%. While the results of the model with the best Transfer Learning is the M2 model (CNN + VGG-16, learning rate = 0.0001) with an accuracy of 91.23%, a loss of 24.48%, and the test results obtained an accuracy of 89%. Based on the results of the classification method, it can be concluded that the CNN model with Transfer Learning performs classification better in terms of accuracy and computation time than the CNN model.

Abstract

Abstract: Children's nutritional issues are an important concern for parents to pay attention to growth and development, especially health and well-being. According to the results of the Ministry of Health's Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI), there are 4 nutritional problems for children in Indonesia, namely stunting, wasting, underweight and everweight. In this research, how to predict signs of symptoms of a decline in a child's nutritional status using a machine learning algorithm, a prediction model was designed using logistic regression in Python IDE to predict whether a child is indicated by a decline in nutrition or not. Dataset from Bengkayang Community Health Center data consisting of 657 pediatric patient data. The dataset is divided into 7 features (independent variables) and 1 predictor (dependent variable). Test results show perfect performance with precision, recall, F1-score, accuracy values of 100%. Then the visualization results on the ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) curve to depict the TP (True Positive) value on the Y axis against the FP (false Positive) value on the become overfit. It is recommended that in preparing the training dataset, measure the training data and reduce the features, after carrying out feature selection to increase the accuracy of the model.            Keywords: child nutritional status; growth and development logistic regression; machine learning Abstract: Masalah Gizi anak menjadi perhatian penting bagi orangtua untuk memperhatikan tumbuh kembang, terutama kesehatan dan kejahteraan. Menurut hasil survei status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) Kemenkes memperlihatkan 4 permasalahan gizi anak di Indonesia yaitu stunting, wasting, underweight, dan everweight. Dalam penelitian ini, bagaimana memprediksi tanda gejala penurunan status gizi anak menggunakan  algoritma  machine  learning dirancang model prediksi menggunakan logistic regression pada Python IDE dengan  memprediksi anak  terindikasi  penurunan gizi  atau tidak. Dataset dari data Puskesmas Bengkayang  yang terdiri 657 data pasien anak. Dataset dibagi menjadi 7 feature (variabel independen) dan 1 predictor (variabel dependen). Hasil Pengujian memperlihatkan kinerja yang sempurna dengan nilai presisi, recall,  F1-score, akurasi, sebesar 100%. Kemudian hasil Visualisasi pada kurva ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) untuk menggambarkan nilai TP (True Positif) di sumbu Y terhadap nilai FP (false Positif) di sumbu X juga menunjukkan nilai yang sangat tinggi dan sudah mendekati angka 1 ini pertanda bahwa model ini menjadi overfit. Sebaiknya dalam persiapan training dataset diukur dengan data training dan mengurangi feature, setelah melakukan feature Selection untuk meningkatkan akurasi model. Keywords: logistic regression; machine learning; status gizi anak; tumbuh kembang

Abstract

The community service activity aims to delve into the concept of footprinting and reconnaissance in cybersecurity focusing on students at SMK Telkom Purwokerto. Guided by lecturers and students, the activity aims to enhance participants' understanding of vital early information analysis and gathering techniques in the realm of cybersecurity. Implementation methods include online learning and direct practical sessions in the classroom, enabling participants to implement these concepts. The training benefits encompass an improved understanding of system security threats, the development of technical analysis skills, and the ability to implement better protective measures. The results demonstrate active participation and an enhanced understanding of the importance of footprinting and reconnaissance in managing information security risks among the participants. There was a 90% increase in awareness after the participants underwent the training, indicating a positive impact of this activity on students' comprehension of information security. Therefore, this activity not only supports the tridharma of higher education but also strengthens the relationship between the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology and the community in enhancing local cybersecurity.

Abstract

Stunting and anemia in adolescent girls are major health issues in Indonesia, including in Sawangan Village Banyumas Regency. This research aims to implement stunting prevention strategies through the management of anemia in adolescent girls in Sawangan Village and to increase community awareness and knowledge about the importance of early prevention of stunting and anemia. The method is a participatory approach involving adolescent girls and local health workers. This activity includes socialization and training on stunting and anemia prevention, using hemoglobin check tools, and the provision of Blood Addition Tablets (TTD). In addition, an anemia monitoring system based on information technology is also implemented to monitor the condition of hemoglobin in adolescent girls regularly and structured. The results of this activity show an increase in community awareness and knowledge about the importance of preventing stunting and anemia, as well as an increase in monitoring and handling of these conditions. In addition, implementing an anemia monitoring system based on information technology has facilitated the regular and structured monitoring of hemoglobin conditions in adolescent girls. The contribution of this research is to achieve the target of Stunting Free Indonesia in 2030. With the implementation of stunting prevention strategies through the management of anemia in adolescent girls, this research contributes to improving the health and welfare of the community in Sawangan Village and supporting government efforts in achieving these goals.”

Abstract

Stunting is a condition in which the development and growth of children are stunted due to malnutrition. In Indonesia, 21.6% of the approximately 300 million stunting cases still exist. In an endeavour to combat stunting, the Indonesian government is holding posyandu at the lowest levels of government. Despite these efforts, a significant number of parents do not receive information about stunting. Therefore, this study will develop a web-based information application about stunting. The application is developed using the cascade methodology. The conclusion of this analysis was that the waterfall methodology is still applicable for small development teams. The application can then provide information on child development and malnutrition at any time.

Abstract

Mekarsari is a group of dage craftsmen in Ciberung Village, Ajibarang District, Banyumas Regency. Dage itself is a superior product from Ciberung Village which is part of the One Village One Product (OVOP) program. However, Mekarsari's dage product is currently facing a major problem, namely low selling price. This problem is influenced by several factors, including the product's lesser-known image and traditional marketing techniques. To overcome these problems, community service activities are carried out that focus on creating a visual identity for Mekarsari dage, including logo design, which is expected to improve the image of Mekarsari dage products in the eyes of consumers. With a strong and attractive visual identity, Mekarsari dage products are expected to increase their selling value. This activity involves active participation from the Mekarsari Dage craftsmen group, to ensure that the designed visual identity is in accordance with local characteristics and values. The result of this service is the creation of a visual identity that is able to improve the product image. So as to have a positive impact on the local economy.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah telah menjadi salah satu faktor utama penyebab kerusakan lingkungan di Indonesia, khususnya di daerah dengan populasi padat seperti Pulau Jawa. Upaya penanganan sampah di Banyumas telah dilakukan melalui peningkatan kapasitas Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) dan program pengolahan sampah berbasis masyarakat. Salah satu contoh program pengelolaan sampah yang berhasil adalah KSM BRAYAN di Desa Tanjung, Purwokerto Selatan. KSM BRAYAN mengelola sampah organik dengan metode biokonversi menggunakan maggot (larva Black Soldier Fly) untuk mengurai sampah organik dan menghasilkan pakan ternak. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat lokal dan menciptakan sistem ekonomi sirkular. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan Workshop Awareness Pengelolaan Sampah Organik untuk Masyarakat kelurahan Desa Tanjung dan disertai dengan pembagian tempat sampah organik dan anorganik untuk warga. Dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan, penulis melakukan wawancara terlebih dahulu kepada pengurus KSM dan menganalisis permasalahan yang terjadi di kelurahan Tanjung.
