Abstract

A person's talent is closely related to intelligence, hobbies, and interests. These factors are the best features to be used in a dataset to predict a children's talent, such as in an academy, arts, or sports. This research uses the C4.5 and random forest algorithms in 8 different models to predict a children's talent based on a dataset gained from a survey involving 1601 parents. Each model contains four training-testing data ratios, such as 50:50, 60:40, 70:30, and 80:20. We calculate each model prediction performance using 10-fold and 20-fold crossvalidation, with the accuracy, f-score, precision, and recall values as a comparison. The best result for the training evaluation we get is 91.5% for each comparison value from the random forest model (70:30 ratio) using a 20-fold cross-validation. For the testing evaluation, we get 92.7%, 92.8%, 92.8%, and 92.7% from the random forest model (50:50 ratio). The worst testing evaluation we get is 81.7% for each comparison value from the C4.5 model (50:50 ratio) using a 20-fold cross-validation. For the testing evaluation, we get 89.2%, 89.2%, 89.3%, and 89.2% from the C4.5 model (50:50 ratio).

Abstract

The development of queuing systems in hospitals continues to be developed to optimally support patient service, especially regional general hospitals (RSUD). This is because the manual system is still inefficient, resulting in patients queuing for a long time and conflicts often occur. Based on these problems, a Web system was designed with the support of the Fifo algorithm so that the queuing system becomes simpler and more optimal. An easier and more flexible queuing system will support better and more excellent hospital services. Implementation of the Fifo Algorithm, designed to determine and calculate the patient queue system and orderly service for patient registration at the hospital. The implementation of this automatic queuing application will have an impact on health services, especially at Dr. Djasamen Saragih, Pematang Siantar city. The results of using a web-based application in this hospital have an impact in making it easier for operators or admins to queue up calls for patient serial numbers. The operating system on the website is monitored. If the web status has a data result of 1, the patient has been called by admin, but if the patient has not been called, the monitoring site is in Web with value 0 or null.

Abstract

Penggunaan masker wajah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dapat diidentifikasi berdasarkan citra yang diambil dari wajah seseorang kemudian diklasifikasi berdasarkan hasil ekstraksi fiturnya. VGG 16 merupakan sebuah pre-trained CNN model yang dapat mengekstrak 4.096 fitur dari sebuah citra dan melakukan transfer learning kepada algoritme multilayer perceptron dalam mengklasifikasikan seseorang menggunakan masker wajah atau tidak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi aktivasi ReLu dengan optimasi adaptive moment (Adam) dan stochastic gradient descent (SGD), kombinasi ReLu dan Adam, menghasilkan performa klasifikasi terbaik dengan nilai accuracy, precision, dan recall sebesar 98,1%.

Abstract

The study examines the use of K-Means and K-Medoids algorithms in the grouping of disaster area locations in Indonesia, with the aim of identifying patterns and optimizing disaster re-sponse strategies. The data used includes geographical and historical information of various disaster events in Indonesia, such as Aceh Besar, Asahan, Badung, Bangkalan, Bekasi, and others. In the clustering process, optimization techniques such as the Elbow Method, the Da-vies-Bouldin Index (DBI), and the Silhouette Score are used to determine the optimal number of clusters. Research results show that the K-Means algorithm tends to be more stable in deal-ing with outliers than K- Means, with the results of the DBI (Davis-Booldin Index) 0.3737248981 and the cluster 7, resulting in the silhouette score of 0.868728638 and cluster 2, resulting at the elbow 98106477130.371 and claster 2. The Silhouette Score and Elbow index-es also provide a strong indication that the clustering algorithm used is capable of forming significant and meaningful clusters. The study has made important contributions to the opti-mization of clustering with three methods used so that it can be the basis for authorities in planning and implementing more effective disaster mitigation policies.

Abstract

Tomato Leaf Disease is one of the common things for farmers in growing tomatoes. Tomatoes are one of the popular crops that can grow in low and high areas but are susceptible to disease. For this reason, farmers take precautions by looking at the characteristics and texture of tomato leaves. However, this requires more time and money and a long process. One of the efforts that can be made is to classify tomato leaf diseases. This research aims to classify using the Support Vector Machine and K-Nearest Neighbor methods. The dataset used is tomato leaf image data with 4 classes of leaves affected by disease and 1 healthy leaf. We evaluate and analyze all models using 5-Fold, 10-Fold, and 20-Fold Cross Validation with accuracy, precision, and recall for the best accuracy. The best results of this study are accuracy in the SVM method of 0.953 or 95.3%, Precision of 0.953 or 95.3%, and Recall of 0.953 or 95.3% with 10-Fold Cross-Validation. Compared to the K-NN method, it only obtained an accuracy of 0.907 or 90.7%, a Precision of 0.908 or 90.8%, and a Recall of 0.907 or 90.7% with 10-Fold Cross-Validation.

Abstract

Sistem pakar adalah pera.ngkat lunak atau program komputer yang ditujukan sebagai penyedia nasehat dan sarana bantu dalam memecahkan masalah di bidang pengetahuan tertentu. dokter ahli, terkadang dapat pula kelemahannya seperti jam kerja terbatas dan banyaknya pasien sehingga harus menunggu antrian. Dalam hal ini orang tua selaku pemakai lebih membutuhkan seorang pakar yang bisa memudahkan dalam mendiagnosa penyakit lebih dini agar dapat melakukan pencegahan lebih awal yang sekitanya membutuhkan waktu jika berkonsultasi dengan dokter ahli. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu pakar bantu yang dapat mendeteksi penyakit penyakit kulit pada anak-anak berupa sistem pakar. Penyakit penyakit pada anak merupakan satu kumpulan jenis-jenis penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus yang mudah menyerang anak-anak. Oleh karena itu, para petugas kesehatan rumah sakit (paramedis) perlu mengetahui gejala-gejela yang ditimbulkan oleh penyakit penyakit pada anak.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pakar , Penyakit Kulit, DokterAn expert system is software or computer program intended to provide advice and assistance in solving problems in a particular field of knowledge. expert doctors, sometimes there are also weaknesses such as limited working hours and a large number of patients so you have to wait in line. Diseases in children are a collection of types of diseases caused by viruses that easily attack children. Abstract

Penyakit Herpes Zoster adalah radang kulit akut dan setempat, terutama terjadi pada orang tua yang khas ditandai dengan adanya nyeri radikuler unilateral serta timbulnya lesi vesikuler yang terbatas pada dermatom yang dipersarafi serabut saraf spinal maupun ganglion serabut saraf sensorik dari nervus kranialis. Namun masalah saat ini  jika penyakit Herpes Zoster dapat terdiagnosis secara cepat, maka akan memiliki lebih banyak waktu untuk melakukan persiapan untuk masa depan, dan yang lebih terpenting lagi, Anda  akan mendapatkan penanganan lebih cepat yang dapat membantu sebelum penyakit nya semakin melebar. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini Untuk merancang dan membuat aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mendiaknosa penyakit Herpes Zoster.Data yang digunakan berupa data gejala dan penyakit Herpes Zoster. Dari hasil perhitungan kasus Herpes Zoster Oftalmika (HZO) yang memiliki bobot paling rendah yaitu "0.33333333333333"  sedangkan bobot yang paling tinggi dimiliki oleh kasus Herpes Zoster Servikalis (HZS) yaitu 1. Dalam proses ini memberikan solusi dengan kemiripan kasus bobot dari kasus lama dengan kasus baru yang lebih tinggi. Pada kasus HZS memiliki bobot lebih tinggi persentasenya terkena penyakit Herpes Zoster Servikalis, solusi yang diberikan adalah pemberian obat Analegesik diperlukan untuk meredakan nyeri yang berada pada lokasi timbulnya ruam.Obat pereda nyeri yang sering digunakan yaitu Parasetamol atau Ibuprofen.metode ini menghasilkan nilai kemiripan suatu kasus dengan kasus terdahhulu dengan mengingat kejadian-kejadian yang sama (similar) yang pernah terjadi di masa lalu kemudian menggunakan pengetahuan atau informasi tersebut untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang baru, atau dengan kata lain menyelesaikan masalah dengan mengadopsi solusi-solusi yang pernah digunakan di masa lalu. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pakar, Penyakit Herpes Zoster, Metode Case Based Reasoning (CBR), Web. Abstract Herpes Zoster is an acute and local inflammation of the skin, especially occurring in older people, which is characterized by unilateral radicular pain and the appearance of vesicular lesions limited to dermatomes innervated by spinal nerve fibers or ganglions of sensory nerve fibers from the cranial nerves. However, the current problem is that if Herpes Zoster can be diagnosed quickly, you will have more time to prepare for the future, and more importantly, you will get treatment more quickly which can help before the disease spreads further. The aim of this research is to design and create an expert system application to diagnose Herpes Zoster. The data used is data on symptoms and Herpes Zoster disease. From the calculation results, the Ophthalmic Herpes Zoster (HZO) case has the lowest weight, namely "0.33333333333333", while the highest weight is for the Cervical Herpes Zoster (HZS) case, namely 1. In this process, it provides a solution with the similarity of the weight of the old case to the case new higher. In HZS cases with a higher percentage of cases affected by Cervical Herpes Zoster, the solution given is to administer analgesic medication which is needed to relieve pain at the location where the rash appears. Pain relievers that are often used are Paracetamol or Ibuprofen. Abstract

Abstract : Waste management in Sei Beluru Village faces challenges due to population growth and increasing waste volume. This research aims to design and implement an automatic waste bin system based on microcontroller using Arduino Uno. The research uses experimental method with hardware and software development stages including system design, component integration, and testing. The developed system integrates HCSR-04 sensors for waste volume detection, infrared sensors for object presence detection, and servo motors for automatic opening-closing mechanism. Test results show that the system successfully detects waste levels with high accuracy and operates the opening-closing mechanism effectively. Abstract

Agriculture is a leading sector in the economy as well as the most dominant provider of employment for the Indonesian people. The fertile soil factor allows various types of fruit to be grown, including chilies. However, complex problems make chili farmers have limitations in implementing conventional farming systems. Therefore, the development of an agrivoltaic system with internet of things (IoT) integrated sensors on chili plants can help farmers more easily control, add vitamins, fertilizers, and provide plant nutrients that can be done automatically periodically based on a real-time clock schedule. This system also operates using photovoltaic (PV) as a pumping machine for water circulation. Other technologies such as mini smart cameras are also being developed to monitor and take pictures of chilies which will later be converted using the graphical user interface (GUI) application for segmentation. The method used in this chili fruit classification uses an artificial neural network in classifying ripe, raw, and rotten chilies. The classification results obtained an R value of 0.9, which means it is close to a value of 1 in the suitability of the chili image. Therefore, farmers will find it easier to sort the chilies that will be harvested.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenges of optimizing humanitarian logistics during disaster management by developing a Cumulative Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem with Time-Dependent factors (CCVRP-TD) model. The primary objective is to enhance delivery efficiency by incorporating time-dependent variables such as fluctuating traffic and service durations into route planning. The research contributes a novel Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP) framework that dynamically adapts to real-world conditions like road closures and shifting priorities. Using the MINLP approach, the model was validated through numerical experiments involving four delivery vehicles serving six customers across five routes. Results demonstrated a significant improvement in routing efficiency, with a total cumulative travel distance of 110 km and adherence to specified delivery windows, such as 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM for Customer 1. Additionally, vehicle capacity constraints were effectively managed, with individual route lengths ranging from 20 to 35 km. These findings showcase the model’s ability to balance cost minimization, service reliability, and logistical adaptability. The novelty lies in the integration of time-dependent costs and service benefits into a multi-depot framework, enabling flexible yet precise route optimization under constrained conditions. This research provides a robust tool for enhancing disaster logistics and offers practical implications for improving the responsiveness and effectiveness of humanitarian aid delivery.
