Abstract

This study aims to describe the intrinsic elements of the Nyi Kanipah folktale and its use as a learning material for literary appreciation in high school. The Nyi Kanipah folktale comes from Pandeglang Banten. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques are survey techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the content analysis method with qualitative research steps using the Milles and Hubberman models. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the theme of the folktale is a person's fortitude in living life. Second, the plot is a forward plot. Third, the characters in the story are Nyi Kanipah, Ambu Sair, King Jin and the surrounding community. Fourth, the setting in the folktale is at Nyi Kanipah's house, on the river, the setting is morning, afternoon, evening. and the setting is sad and critical. Fifth, the point of view in the story is third person. Sixth, the message in the folktale is patience that must be applied in living life. The results of the analysis of the intrinsic elements of the Nyi Kanipah folktale can be used as learning material for literary appreciation in high school.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the principal's academic supervision management in improving the personality competence of kindergarten teachers. This research was compiled on the basis of the word of Allah SWT in the Qur'an Surah Al-Baqarah verses 31-32, philosophical idealism and Terry's theory of management. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the principal's academic supervision in improving the personality competence of kindergarten teachers. The principal's academic supervision management includes planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method used is the method of interview, observation and documentation with the principal and teachers as informants. Data collection is intended to answer research problems. Based on the research, it was found: (a) The planning of the principal's academic supervision includes the preparation of a supervision program and the manufacture of supervision instruments, (b) The implementation of supervision uses a directive approach, traditional models, individual and group techniques. (c) Supervision and evaluation of supervision includes monitoring, preparation of follow-up plans and reporting, (d) Supporting factors for supervision are the presence of adequate resources, while the inhibiting factors for supervision include limited understanding of the importance of the management of academic supervision of principals. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that: (a) The planning function has not been fully implemented, (b) The implementation of supervision is in accordance with the theory of implementation of supervision, (c) Supervision supervision does not carry out evaluations, and (d) Supporting factors for academic supervision are the presence of high resources. academic supervision is a limited understanding of the importance of academic supervision management. While the implications of this research are: (a) Planning for comprehensive academic supervision will have an impact on weak implementation and supervision, waste of resources and weak institutional accountability, (b) Implementation of supervision using appropriate approaches, models and techniques will affect the success of supervision implementation, (c) Supervision and evaluation have not been fully implemented, so that the success of the program can be measured accurately, d) Supporting and inhibiting factors of academic supervision if analyzed properly, can facilitate the principal in making decisions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the situation of teachers who are still constrained to improve their professional competence in making scientific papers, teachers are still focused on the mission of education and teaching in the classroom, while the vision and mission of scientific writing and scientific publications are often ignored, the implication is that the professional competence of teachers in writing and worrisome publication. The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation, and to find out the constraints and solutions, MGMP management for improving the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers in making scientific papers at State MTs in Majalengka Regency. The theological basis of this research is the concept of management which states that the essence of management is al-tadbir (regulation) which is a derivation of the word dabbara (manage), as contained in the Qur'an letter As-Sajdah verse 5, the philosophical basis taken is the flow of utilitarianism, which holds the view that the principle of benefit or utility is the most basic moral principle. This research relies on a management theory which explains that management is the accomplishing of a predetermined objectives through the efforts of other people. The approach used in this study is a qualitative naturalistic approach and the method deemed relevant in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method, while the data collection technique is triangulation, which uses various combined/simultaneous data collection techniques. The data sources for this study were the head of the MGMP, the head of the madrasa, the teacher of the Qur'an Hadith, and the madrasa supervisor. The conclusion of the study states that MGMP management for improving the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers in making scientific papers at State MTs in Majalengka Regency includes planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. MGMP management to improve the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers in making scientific writings, is absolutely necessary to be carried out in a focused and focused and sustainable manner so that the competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers is more qualified. The recommendation from this study is that the Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher should not feel enough with the abilities he already has, and always develop his competence through various activities and opportunities, innovate and be responsive to various changes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana prinsip-prinsip dalam komunikasi pemasaran berbasis syariah dijalankan oleh perusahaan rintisan (startup) yang menargetkan kalangan milenial Muslim di Indonesia. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, studi ini meneliti tiga startup—HijUp, Umma, dan Halal Local—melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi aktivitas digital, serta analisis berbagai materi kampanye online yang berlangsung selama Januari hingga Juni 2024. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) nilai-nilai inti dalam syariah seperti kejujuran (ṣidq), transparansi (tabyīn), dan kemanfaatan umum (maṣlaḥah) diterapkan secara konsisten dalam strategi promosi mereka; (2) narasi merek yang religius dikemas melalui kisah-kisah inspiratif serta pemanfaatan micro-influencer yang menggambarkan gaya hidup halal yang modern, yang terbukti mampu menciptakan tingkat interaksi 1,8 kali lebih tinggi dibanding merek-merek umum; (3) aspek kepercayaan diperkuat dengan kehadiran sertifikasi halal dan fatwa produk, serta fitur interaktif seperti edukasi live shopping dan konten keislaman dalam format singkat. Selain itu, keterlibatan dalam komunitas serta kegiatan CSR bertema "berbagi keberkahan" turut membangun kedekatan emosional dengan konsumen dan meningkatkan loyalitas merek hingga 23% berdasarkan survei terhadap 426 responden. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menyatakan bahwa keberhasilan komunikasi pemasaran syariah pada startup yang menyasar milenial Muslim sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam pengalaman digital yang relevan, personal, dan terhubung dengan komunitas. Pemasar disarankan untuk mengedepankan transparansi dalam aspek halal, memanfaatkan narasi yang meneladani nilai-nilai keislaman, serta menciptakan ekosistem kolaboratif yang mampu menjaga kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen Muslim masa kini.

Abstract

Background: Uterine atony is one of the post-partum bleeding that can cause death in the mother. Uterine atony is an obstetric emergency and is one of the top five causes of maternal death. Post-partum/post-partum bleeding (PPH) is bleeding that occurs after delivery. Uterine atony is the 5th cause of maternal death. Method: The source search was carried out on the online portal of journal publications as many as 16 sources from MedScape, Google Scholar and the Nation Center for Biotechnology Information / NCBI with the keywords "uterine atony" and “postpartum hemorrhage”. Discussion: Bleeding in uterine atony occurs during the third stage of labor, where after the delivery of the placenta the myometrial muscles should contract to constrict the arteries and stop bleeding at the placental implantation site. Management of the third stage is an important stage in labor that plays a role in preventing post-partum bleeding. Conclusion: Uterine atony can be diagnosed when there is more blood loss than usual and a flaccid and enlarged uterus. Active management of the third stage is a way to prevent uterine atony.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of examples non examples learning model on the ability to write an official letter of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Bojong Academic Year 2015/2016. This study uses an experimental method conducted from April to May, white a population of this research is all class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bojong students in the academic year 2015/2016. The sample technique used is cluster random sampling, so that from the sampling technique the sample obtained is the class VIII B and class VIII A. Each of them is 28 students. So the overall sample is 56 samples. The VIII B class was given treatment in the form of the use of examples non examples learning model. Whereas class VIII A used an expository learning model in the learning process. Based on the results of data processing, it was obtained an illustration that the students’ official letter writing skill using the examples non examples learning model in the experimental class was quite good. It could be seen from 28 students, there are 20 students or 71.41% who get score more than 68. While the rest 8 students or 28.56% got a score between 50-67 by an average score of 71.78; highest value 83, and lowest value 50. While the students’ official letter writing skill using the expository learning model is not good. As illustrated by 28 students who were sampled, there were 10 students or 35.7% got more than 54. While the remaining 18 students or 64.27% got scores between 30-53. by an average score of 51.35; the highest value is 64, and the lowest value is 30. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the use of examples non examples learning model on the ability to write an official letter for eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Bojong academic year 2015/2016.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of the Course Review Horay type of cooperative learning model on the ability to identify my father's drama character back home by Usmar Ismail. This study uses an experimental method with a population of all eighth grade students of State Middle School 1 Bojong 2018/2019 academic year. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling or random sampling. So that the random sampling technique obtained samples, namely class VIII D and class VIII E. Each of them amounted to 33 students, so that the overall sample amounted to 66 students. Class VIII D as the experimental class was given treatment in the form of using the Course Review Horay cooperative learning model, while class VIII E as the control class used the Teams Games Tournament learning model.Based on the results of data processing, it was obtained an illustration that the ability to identify my father's drama drama returned home by usmar ismail students using the Cooperative Course Review Horay type model well. This can be seen from 33 students who were obtained as many as 21 students or 63.63% obtaining scores more than 54. While 12 students or 36.36% scored between 38-53, the average score was 58.21; the highest score is 85 and the lowest value is 38. While the ability to identify drama officers with the cooperative learning model of the Teams Games Tournament type is not good. Drawing from 33 students studied, 21 students or 63.63% obtained grades less than 50. While 12 students or 36.36% scored between 51-70 with an average score of 47.63, the lowest score was 30, the highest score was 70. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the use of the Cooperative Course Review Horay type model on the ability to identify drama characters of my Ayah Pulang by Usmar Ismail, a grade VIII student at SMP 1 Bojong in the academic year 2018/2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the religious values contained in the novel #berhentidikamu by dr. Gia Pratama. The research method used in studying the novel #berhentidikamu by dr. Gia Pratama is a descriptive qualitative method. The object of this research is the religious values in the novel #berhentidikamu by dr. Gia Pratama published by PT Mizan Pustaka in 2018. The data collection techniques used in this study used two techniques. The first technique is literature study technique. Literature study technique is a technique used to find written sources related to research. The second technique used is the analysis technique. The analysis technique is used to analyze the data in the written form contained in the novel #berhentidikamu by Dr. Gia Pratama.Results of data analysis on the novel #berhentidikamu by dr. Gia Pratama can be concluded that the religious values contained in the novel are divided into three major groups of religious values, namely (1) Attitude and Behavior (Akhlak) in which there is a religious value of faith in Allah SWT and Taqwa. (2) Norms of Life (Fiqh) in which there is a religious value of circumcision. (3) Attitude (Akhlak) in which there are religious values of Patience, Humility, Tawakal, Sincerity, and Discipline.The results of the analysis of religious values in the novel #berhentidikamu by dr. Gia Pratama can be used as a learning material for literary appreciation. It is used as a learning material for literary appreciation because the novel contains religious values that can be imitated and applied in everyday life

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of blended learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research was conducted at Mathla'ul Anwar University Banten from September to November 2021. The research questions are as follows. (1) What learning model do you like the most? (2) Do you have difficulty in online learning. (3) When learning online what application do you like the most. (4) During this covid 19 pandemic, does the use of the blended learning model make you more enthusiastic in learning than online learning. (5) During this COVID-19 pandemic, does the use of the blended learning model make it easier for you to understand the material being taught than online learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The technique of collecting data in this study was using a questionnaire instrument. The questionnaire was compiled using a google form. The research respondents were 77 students with random sampling technique.The results showed that 81.8% or 63 people chose face-to-face learning. The implementation of face-to-face learning for students is more focused on carrying out lectures because they are in places and conditions that are engineered and conducive. Then there are 76.6% or 59 students who agree that online learning is difficult to implement. This difficulty occurs because students are not used to doing online learning and the internet network is not stable. In addition, there are 61% or 47 students who choose the Google Meet application if learning is carried out online. The Google Meet application is the most chosen application because this application is the easiest to use than other applications. There are 74% or 57 students who agree that blended learning makes them more enthusiastic about learning. Students' enthusiasm for learning arises because in terms of material delivery, which is usually conventional with blended learning, the delivery of material is very diverse. And there are 67.5% agree that the application of blended learning will make students understand the material being taught faster than learning carried out online. this happens because when online learning the learning material is less understandable, when offline the material that is not understood can be discussed again so that it is more understandable.
