Abstract

The activity of implementing proper machine maintenance is a must in a company. PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk is a company that produces ceramic tiles. The machine used is a spray dryer machine. The company aims to determine whether there is a schedule or time interval for machine maintenance. The method used is (RCM) Reliability Centered Maintenance. RCM is a process for determining the actions that must be taken so that the system is in good condition. Components are reviewed from FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). The risk assessment is obtained from calculating the RPN (Risk Priority Number), then determining the distribution of each component. Calculation of MTTR and MTBF values, and finally determines the maintenance time interval. From the FMEA results, three risk priority components were obtained, namely the nozzle, piston pump, and vibration filter slip tank. Maintenance intervals on the nozzle component with a maintenance interval of 694 hours , piston pump with a maintenance interval of 758 hours, vibration filter slip tank with a maintenance interval of 292 hours per year. The results of this study indicate that there are three components that have a high failure rate and must receive scheduled maintenance to reduce the failure of the spray diyer machine

Abstract

Transportation is a tool that can be easiness for mobilities a thing or people from the place one to the othe place. Along with the times, transportation also develops. The one of transportation that developing is electric bike (e-bike). The development of electric bike is to improve the previous product, so that the electric bicycle that will produced is better than before as models, colors etc. when we make the electric bike design, the first thing that we do is ergonomic analytical so the product that will produced didn’t give long term effect as muscle injury and joint pain for the user. We use analitycal RULA for analytical ergonomi to our design electric bike. We take 31 samples use the database from Student of Industrial Engineering Adi Buana Surabaya College. The result of the RULA value which shows the most ergonomics is at a headtube angle of 15 ° with a RULA value of 3. This shows that the design of this electric bicycle is quite ergonomic and the design is acceptable, although to be ideal in its body posture, further analysis is needed in order to obtain a better RULA value

Abstract

NAIRA is one of the samiler home industry in Kemansantani Village, Mojokerto Regency. The Covid-19 pandemic make the sale of NAIRA samiler crackers decreasing every month because business owners only sell offline. The problem Samiler "NAIRA" is marketing with Word of Mouth and bad management. NAIRA has not utilized technology through social media or marketplaces to expand the market of samiler crackers so that it cannot meet the needs of consumers who want to buy products online. Another problem is that business owners do not have financial records, resulting in owners not being able to analyze the development of their business. The next problem is the legality of the business. The purpose of this activity is to provide training and assistance on digital marketing, branding, financial recording and business legality to optimize the management of the NAIRA samiler cracker business so that NAIRA samiler crackers are upgraded. The output target achieved in this community service is to increase income through the use of technology so that the samiler cracker business can develop and continue this business.

Abstract

Teknologi yang di pakai perusahaan semakin maju mengikuti perkembangan zaman, sehingga untuk menjamin kelancaran proses produksi harus selalu memperhatikan pemeliharaan produktivitas. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah tingginya cost yang di timbulkan karena lamanya waktu downtime pada salah satu mesin, yaitu mesin extruder. Pada penelitian ini mengkaji tentang manajemen perawatan. Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) di gunakan untuk mengukur efisiensi perawatan. Analisis dari resiko operasional selama proses produksi menggunakan House Of Risk (HOR). Pengolahan data Overall Equipment Effectiveness dimulai dengan pengukuran tiga komponen yaitu Availability, Performance, dan Rate Of Quality. Dalam kurun waktu satu tahun, di dapatkan rata-rata nilai OEE mesin extruder pada tahun 2022 sebesar 74,04 %. Identifikasi resiko dilakukan pada proses maintenance mesin extruder. Hasil dari pengukuran effectiveness to difficulty ratio memperoleh 3 prioritas mitigasi pada mesin extruder di dapatkan nilai OEE di bawah overall plant efficiency 85%. Atas dasar tersebut, di pilih 6 risk agent dan 5 preventive action yang memberikan feedback paling tinggi pada resiko maintenance. Kerusakan part, kurangnya jadwal perawatan, dan gangguan kelistrikan merupakan Risk agent yang berpengaruh terhadap operasional extruder. Tindakan pencegahan yang bisa dilakukan adalah melaksanakan pengecekan mesin tiap minggu. ABSTRACTThe technology used by the company is increasing by the following times, to ensure a smooth production process had to heed to productivity maintenance. The problem that occurs is the high cost incurred due to the length of downtime on one of the machines, which is the extruder machine. This research examines maintenance management. The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method is used to measure maintenance efficiency. Analysis of operational risks during the production process using the House of Risk (HOR). Overall Equipment Effectiveness data processing starts with measuring three components, Availability, Performance, and Rate of Quality. Within one year, the average OEE value of the extruder machine in 2022 was 74.04%. Risk identification is carried out in the extruder machine maintenance process. The results of measuring the effectiveness to difficulty ratio obtained three mitigation priorities on the extruder machine obtained an OEE value below the overall plant efficiency of 85%. On this basis, six risk agents and five preventive actions were selected that produced the highest feedback on maintenance risks. Part damage, lack of scheduled maintenance, and electrical interference are risk agents that affect extruder operations. Preventive action that can be done is to carry out machine checks every week.

Abstract

This research uses the finite element analysis method to examine the design and safety analysis of the bracket roll brush. The problem occurs when the bracket roll brush is deformed during the wetting process, which impacts the printout of the product, where the ink dirt is still attached. The bracket roll brush uses 6061 T6 aluminum material of 38 mm x 25 mm x 19 mm, and the weight generated from mass properties is ± 0.03 Kg. The loading variable on the bracket roll brush is 147 N, 172 N, and 196 N. The simulation results show that the bracket roll brush has a maximum stress value of 85.551 N/mm2, and the value at the maximum stress of the bracket roll brush is still below the material yield strength value of 275,000 N/mm2. The simulation results on the bracket roll brush have a maximum displacement value of 0.0035 mm. And the simulation results on the bracket roll brush have a minimum safety factor value of 3.214.

Abstract

Briket ialah salah satu bahan bakar padat yang tebuat dari kombinasi biomassa yang memiliki karbonium, briket merupakansuatu pengganti dari tenaga minyak alam bakar. Salah satu komoditi ekspor yang mempunyai pasar yang besar di mancanegara merupakan briket tempurung, mulai dari Amerika Sindikat, Rusia, Eropa, Asia, Timur Tengah serta sebagian negeri yang lain. Kemampuan penciptaan briket di Indonesia diperkirakan bisa menggapai menciptakan devisa negeri menggapai Rp. 6, 8 triliun per tahun. Kualitasbriketdipengaruhi oleh sebagian aspek, antara lain dimensi elemen, titik berat kempa, lem, serta tipe materi dasar. Riset ini dicoba dengan tata cara penelitian menggunkan aransemen kotoran tempurung kelapa serta aci tapioka dengan analogi 10%: 1%. Dengan mempraktikkan alterasi titik berat 1500 psi, 2000 psi, serta 3000 psi, riset ini berarti buat mengenali variasai titik berat kepada angka kandungan air, kandungan abu, serta laju pembakaran. Jenjang yang dicoba dalam riset ini mencakup pengarangan, pembuatan briket arang, serta pengetesan. Dari pengetesan yang telah dicoba angka yang sangat maksimal buat penuhi standart kualitas SNI 01- 6235- 2000 ialah dengan titik berat kempa 3000 psi dengan angka kandungan air 7.49%, kandungan abu 6.23% serta laju pembakaran 0.12 gram/menit. Bisa disimpulkan bahwa semakin kokoh titik berat kempa pembriketan, maka nilai angka yang didapatkan semakin optimal.

Abstract

Maintenance on the machine is an activity that is needed to keep the system or equipment always in good condition when it will be used. The purpose of maintenance is to keep every component on the machine well maintained and can minimize costs or losses incurred due to long downtime. The RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) method is a method used to determine the planning of maintenance time intervals that lead to the ability of a machine to operate according to its function. The results of the FMEA analysis carried out, there are 3 machine components in the production line, namely forming paper with an RPN value of 84.588, curling with an RPN value of 83.6, flanging with an RPN value of 80.496. The results of calculations through exponential distribution for maintenance time intervals on the 3 components are Forming Paper of 0.407 hours, Curling of 0.457 hours, Flanging of 0.435 hours. the results of the reliability of the three components are Forming Paper of 1.42, Curling of 5.21, Flanging of 4.98.  Based on the risk analysis carried out on the possibility of risk, the results show that the level of risk on 3 components is at a medium or medium risk level. The maintenance method used is visual check and preventive maintenance planning.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Mojokerto sampai dengan tahun 2020 menunjukkan tren yang terus menurun. Data pertumbuhan ekonomi yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistika menunjukkan Tahun 2018 pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Mojokerto mencapai 5.8 %, Tahun 2019 5,75% dan Tahun 2020 -3,69 %. Pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Mojokerto terbesar adalah Perdagangan dan Makanan dan pemerintah mengharapkan peran pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk membantu meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak hanya memerlukan dukungan dari pelaku usaha UMKM tetapi perlu dukungan dari berbagai pihak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, membuat tim pengabdian Universitas PGRI Adi Buana termotivasi melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada pelaku usaha UMKM di Mojokerto. Tim melakukan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai manajemen usaha, meliputi manajemen pemasaran dan manajemen keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian mengenai manajemen usaha dan manajemen keuangan yang telah dilakukan oleh tim diharapkan dapat membantu keberlanjutan usaha pelaku UMKM. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya manajemen usaha, pelaku UMKM mampu memanfaatkan teknologi dalam kegiatan usahanya, kualitas produk samiler meningkat dan pelaku UMKM telah memiliki pencatatan keuangan.Kata kunci : teknologi, manajemen usaha, branding dan keuangan.

Abstract

Massage treatment is part of traditional health services which can provide a stimulating and relaxing effect, improve the blood and lymph circulation system and strengthen other body systems, intended to improve health and fitness. Massage treatments generally use massage oil containing essential oils as aromatherapy. The use of essential oils in aromatherapy, especially through massage treatments, must be mixed with carrier oil in the form of vegetable oil such as sunflower seed oil. Pengalangan village is a sunflower agrotourism village with great sunflower potential but the results of sunflower cultivation are still less than optimal and are limited to sunflower seed food. Therefore, the team provides an Eco-preneurship solution with an effort to increase the selling value of the results of processing sunflower seeds in the form of oil to be processed into massage oil. This effort was carried out by providing material using the lecture method and continued with training in making massage oil for PKK cadres and village residents as participants. The end of this activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge by 16.8%, as well as an increase in participants' skills in making massage oil products independently.
