Abstract

 This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the field of digital marketing through social media training and utilization of local marketplaces. In the digital era, digital marketing skills are very important so that MSMEs can survive and compete. This activity was carried out in Taman village, Taman Sidoarjo District in the form of intensive training that includes theory and direct practice. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in managing social media and utilizing the marketplace as a means of sales.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the influence of information quality, social media marketing, and perceived ease of use on e-ticket purchasing decisions using the tiket.com mobile application mediated by trust. Method – This research applied quantitative methods and a causally associative approach. The population of this study is tiket.com customers in Surabaya, where the number is not known with certainty. Sampling measurement uses the Hair approach, so the number of samples obtained is 130 people. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with predetermined criteria. Data analysis techniques use partial least squares-structural equality modelling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS statistical tool. Findings – The findings show that quality information, social media marketing, perceived ease of use, and trust positively affect online purchase decisions. Trust can mediate the effect of quality information and social media marketing on online purchase decisions. However, trust cannot mediate the influence of perceived ease of use on online purchase decisions. Implications – Theoretically, this study can strengthen the understanding of the importance of trust in digital consumer behavior. Practically, companies like tiket.com need to focus on presenting accurate information, social media strategies that build trust, and easy and comfortable user experiences.

Abstract

The quality of Human Resources performance is a benchmark in achieving the vision and mission of the institution. Performance quality is an assessment or quality of an activity that is an achievement of an organization. In banking activitie themselves, performance quality is very important so that there are no errors or fraud from every record made by banking employees. This requires motivation to raise work enthusiasm, training and professional development of bank employees. If employees provide good service to customers, of course it will benefit the bank itself and provide good value. The sample of this qualitative study was 115 employees of Bank XY in Surabaya. Therefore, human resource planning is needed for banking employees, in order to make it easier to plan future workforce demand to anticipate employee shortages in customer service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pesona Arnos Beton Gresik. All 72 employees were used as respondents in this study using the saturated sampling method. The data collection process was carried out by distributing closed questionnaires that had been systematically designed to measure respondents' perceptions of each research variable. The instrument was compiled based on indicators that were relevant to the dimensions of the work environment, work discipline, motivation, and employee performance, so that valid and reliable data could be obtained for quantitative analysis. Data analysis using SPSS version 23 software. The statistical results showed that the three independent variables, namely the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation, each individually had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. A supportive work environment, high discipline, and strong work motivation contributed significantly to improving employee performance at PT. Pesona Arnos Beton Gresik. These findings can be used as a basis for initial consideration for management in formulating a more focused and effective human resource development strategy, by referring to empirical evidence obtained through research.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the financial performance of Merah Putih Village Cooperatives (KDMP) on regional revenue enhancement in Sidoarjo Regency. Using quantitative analysis with descriptive statistics and simple linear regression, this research evaluates liquidity, profitability (ROA), solvency, and SHU contribution. The results indicate strong liquidity and solvency, but declining profitability. Regression results show financial performance has a positive and significant effect on SHU, implying cooperatives play a strategic role in strengthening local revenue. This study provides policy implications for improving cooperative efficiency and regional fiscal capacity.

Abstract

The research aims to find out and lyze the influence of employee empowerment on goal orientation through work accurancy at the Gempolkrep Sugar Factory, Gedeg district, Mojokerto Regency. The research method used is a quantitative research method with the number of samples used as many as 117 respondents using probability sampling techniques with proportionate random sampling techniques. The method used in the collection of data this study is to use a questionaire method with a scale os assesment using the likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is using SEM (stuctural equation modeling) with analysis test tools using IBM SPSS AMOS Statistics Version 22 software. The results showed that : 1) Employee empowerment has a significant and positive effect on the work accurancy of the Gempolkrep Sugar Factory in Mojokerto Regency. 2) Eployee empowerment has an significant and negative effect on the goal orientation of the Gempolkrep Sugar Factory in Mojokerto Regency. 3) Work accurancy has an significant and positive effect on the goal orientation of the Gempolkrep Sugar Factory in Mojokerto Regency.
