Abstract

Flood disasters that are monitored in real-time on social media can be seen to report directly the condition of the affected areas. Areas that have been warned to be affected by the floods were informed via social media. Surrounding areas that are likely to be affected can be more vigilant by directly speeding up information and getting responses from social media users who are around flood-prone areas. The research aims to provide visualization models that can accelerate flood response information from disaster management, track disasters with increasing vigilance, and accelerate flood disaster recovery with analysis on social media. The approach used with Natural Language Processing (NLP), a data source derived from posts on Instagram is taken for analytical materials. Data sources from Instagram with flood hashtags in Kalimantan are used by using the Natural Language Processing (NLP) process stage to get core information visualizations to speed up flood response information. Visualization of social media data information used based on extracting information from Instagram posts, responses, and hashtags to speed up information provides troubleshooting and the importance of speeding up flood response information. The results of data visualization can accelerate disaster response information to increase awareness of the condition of the surrounding area that can be affected by floods, it can be seen that the amount of data on the hashtag provides data visualization information in accelerating flood disaster management from disaster tracking to disaster recovery.

Abstract

Masalah yang umum ditemui pada bangunan adalah keretakan dinding beton. Berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keretakan dinding baik secara halus atau keretakan yang parah. Kerusakan pada dinding beton dapat di deteksi dini dengan berbagai teknik. Segmentasi citra dapat digunakan untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah deteksi keretakan pada dinding beton. Dalam analisis deteksi keretakan pada dinding beton, segmentasi citra digunakan untuk memisahkan area yang berbeda pada citra, seperti area keretakan dan area non-keretakan. Setelah itu, analisis lebih lanjut dilakukan pada area keretakan untuk menentukan karakteristik keretakan seperti panjang, lebar, kedalaman, dan orientasi. Segmentasi citra keretakan dinding beton dapat di evaluasi melalui evaluasi metrik dengan berbagai metode. Penerapan segmentasi citra untuk deteksi keretakan pada dinding beton dapat mempercepat proses inspeksi dan memperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat. Teknik segmentasi citra yang digunakan dalam proses ini adalah menggunakan teknik perbandingan evaluasi metrik untuk dapat melakukan proses segmentasi citra keretakan dinding beton. Hasil uji segmentasi citra akan membandingkan tiga metode segmentasi citra. Segmentasi citra merupakan segmentasi yang berbeda dengan karakteristik tertentu, yaitu menggunakan pendekatan DAS, canny filter, dan metode kontur aktif geodesik morfologi dalam evaluasi metrik. Untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dalam proses segmentasi citra menggunakan precision-recall, yang berfungsi untuk mengevaluasi kualitas output dari citra.

Abstract

Agriculture on peatlands has great potential to meet food and economic needs but also requires attention to sustainable management. Agriculture on peatlands faces several serious challenges. Peatlands tend to be fragile, with risks of subsidence, fire, and degradation. To overcome the problem of land subsidence in peatland agriculture, action, integration from various parties, and proper monitoring are needed. IoT systems integrated with soil level monitoring can help minimize peatland destruction and improve agricultural sustainability. From the problem of land subsidence in peat farmland, a solution to monitor land subsidence is proposed as a prototype system to detect and monitor land subsidence on peat agricultural land. This system uses an integrated sensor system designed on Arduino and integrated with the web to facilitate the monitoring process. The prototype is designed according to the characteristics of peat farmland. The results obtained from this prototype can vary depending on the complexity of the system and the data collected, from the results of trials and simulations carried out by this system prototype can be an alternative in increasing the productivity and sustainability of peatland while reducing the risk of environmental damage. In the long term, these results can also have a positive impact on agricultural sustainability and peatland sustainability.
