<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan apakah ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Kota Padang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 81 orang dengan cara proporsional random sampling. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel yang terdiri dari Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,167 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan Kota Padang sebesar 16,7%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan agar karyawan dan pimpinan lebih memperhatikan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja serta meningkatkan rasa kerjasama dalam bekerja.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi arsiparis dan sarana prasarana kearsipan terhadap pengelolaan arsip dinamis di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Payakumbuh . Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 57 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampel. Tahap analisa data dilakukan analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompetensi arsiparis dan sarana prasarana kearsipan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan arsip dinamsi di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Payakumbuh. (2) kompetensi arsiparis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan arsip dinamis di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Payakumbuh. (3) Sarana prasarana kearsipan berpengaruh postifi dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan arsip dinamis di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Payakumbuh. Saran yang peneliti rekomendasikan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan arsip dinamis yaitu (1) Pimpinan Dinas Pendididkan Kota Payakumbuh diharapkan dapat memberikan pelatihan kearsipan kepada arsiparis, (2) Arsiparis diharapkan dapat memotivasi untuk mengikuti pelatihan kearsipan, (3) Pimpinan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Payakumbuh diharapkan dapat menyediakan sarana prasarana kearsipan yang memadai.]]>

<![CDATA[The raw data types obtained by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Sheets to X, XI and XII office management automation students at SMK Kartika 1-2 Padang have specified criteria. The results show that the use of the Google Classroom app and the benefits of the Google Classroom app simultaneously have a significant impact on student learning outcomes. using the Google Classroom app had a huge positive impact on learning outcomes. Between students , the benefits of the Google Classroom app had a positive and significant impact on student learning outcomes. The use and benefits of the Google Classroom app had a 24% impact on student learning outcomes in the Department of Office Automation and Control, Department of Office Automation and Control, SMK Kartika 1-2 Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of learning interest and parent attention on economic student achievement in online learning at SMA N 59 Jakarta. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using SPSS version 25. The instruments used in this study were quesitionnaires and research documentation. The population of this study was 105 students with a sample of 84 students through proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) learning interest and parent attention had a positive and significant effect on economic student achievement in online learning at SMA N 59 Jakarta, (2) learning interest had an effect positive and significant effect on economic student achievement in online learning at SMA N 59 Jakarta, and (3) parent attention has no positive and significant effect on economic student achievement in online learning at SMA N 59 jakarta. Suggestion for students to always increase learning interest related to economic subject in online learning. For parent to pay more attention to online learning, especially to provide guidance and motivation.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning media is not only a supporter in achieving learning objectives but as a communication tool that is able to increase student motivation and foster creativity in learning, for that it needs to be developed according to the needs of students. PowToon application learning media development for archival subjects was developed by taking into account the feasibility of indicators in terms of material, media language and evaluation. This study is a Research and Development study using the Dick and Carey model, this research was piloted at SMK N 2 Padang in class X OTKP students by taking into account the feasibility of expert validators, namely materials, media, language and evaluations from lecturers and teachers who are competent in their fields. The results of this study can be conveyed that the development of learning media for the PowToon application for archival subjects, the material indicators develop are feasible to use because they have reached a 98% practicality test level. In terms of presenting the feasibility of the evaluation presented, it is feasible even though it must pay attention to the stimulus, object and subject objectives by formulating indicators operationally]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with the use of the whatsapp forum application on student motivation at SMAN 1 Ranah Pesisir school during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using SPSS version 16.0. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique is by using a questionnaire and documentation. The population in this study is the teaching staff/teachers of SMAN 1 Ranah Pesisir who apply the model and media according to what the researchers did. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a total of 35 respondents. The instrument trial used validity and reliability tests. Data analysis with descriptive analysis of normality test, homogeneity of variance test, hypothesis testing using F test and t test. The results of this study are Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning models using the whatsApp forum application can increase student learning motivation at SMAN 1 Ranah Pesisir schools. Based on the results of the study, to increase students' learning motivation, it is expected that teachers can make whatsapp forums as one of the learning media in Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning. For students, they must be able to increase their learning motivation by utilizing the WhatsApp forum media with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model and for schools, they must be able to facilitate teachers during the online learning process at SMAN 1 Ranah Pesisir schools.]]>

<![CDATA[This study intends to evaluate how the influence of interpersonal communication and social support on student motivatiaon in finishing the thesis during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Economics Education students, Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. This sort of research is descriptive associative research utilizing SPSS. The data collection strategy is via employing a questionnaire. Padang State University students who were enrolled in the Economics Education program at the Faculty of Economics were the participants in this study who were working on a skripsi for the 2015-2017 class, totaling 120 participants. With a total of 89 people responding to the survey, the method of sampling that was used was called accidental sampling. Data analysis with descriptive and inductive analysis The conclusions of this study are (1) Interpersonal communication and social support together have a favorable and substantial effect on student motivation in finishing a skripsi with results (sig 0.000 <0.05). (2) There is a favorable and significant influence of interpersonal contact on student motivation in completing the thesis with the outcome (sig 0.000 <0.05). (3) There is a favorable and significant effect of social support on student motivation in completing the thesis with the outcome (sig 0.041 <0.05).]]>

<![CDATA[The research purpose is to reveal 1) the school's physical environment impact on the motivation for learning of class XI IIS students at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang, 2) the school's physical environment impact on the outcomes of learning of class XI IIS SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang, 4) the school's physical environment impact on student outcomes of learning with student motivation for learning as mediation. This research is descriptive and quantitative. The population for this research was all class XI IIS SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang, with 100 people. The sampling method used total sampling and a total of 100 respondents was obtained. The technique for analysis in this research uses the path analysis method using SPSS version 25. The research results show that: 1) the physical environment of the school has a significant impact on the motivation for learning of class XI IIS students at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang, 2) the physical environment of the school has a good and significant impact on the outcomes of learning in class XI IIS students at Pertiwi 1 Padang High School, 3) learning motivation has a good and significantly impact on the outcomes of learning in class IIS SMA PERTIWI 1 Padang. Based on the research done, it was found that the school's physical environment and motivation for learning influenced the outcomes of learning in class XI IIS students at Pertiwi 1 Padang High School by 70.8%.]]>

<![CDATA[This research purpose to explore several aspects that influence class XI students' interest in learning at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. This study purposes to determine the following main outcomes: 1) how students perceive their teacher's style of instruction; 2) how the use of literacy-learning media affects students' interest in learning; and 3) how perceptions of the teacher's style of instruction and media use learning together affect students' interest in learning. This research used causal associative with quantitative methodology as the approach. The entire research population included 242 class XI students of SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. 150 respondents made up the sample according to the proportional random sampling technique. With the aid of SPSS version 25 software, multiple linear regression was utilized for data analysis. This research results show several important things: 1) Student perceptions regarding the teacher's teaching style have a positive and significant influence on class XI students' interest in learning at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang, 2) The use of literacy media of learning also has a positive and significant impact on students' interest in learning, and 3) Taken together, perceptions of students' the teacher's teaching style and the use of learning media have a significant and positive influence on students' interest in learning. Based on these results, the conclusion that the combined factors of student perception of teaching style and use of learning media contributed 38.7% to class XI students' interest in learning at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the efforts implemented by regional apparatus in developing performance-based human resources that can be applied to ASN of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Government and to analyze the factors that inhibit the strategy of developing performance-based human resources that can be applied to ASN of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Government. This study was conducted for 3 months. Research method. The research method uses qualitative descriptive through a survey approach. The study was conducted in three regional apparatuses with the lowest public satisfaction index values of the Central Sulawesi provincial government in 2023, namely the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) and the Development Administration Bureau. The data collection method was carried out by means of interviews, observations and documentation with informants who were the sources in this study. The data analysis technique used in this study was by using the assistance of the NVivo program. The results of the study showed that the results of the study showed that efforts to develop human resources based on ASN performance were carried out in two ways, namely formal and informal methods. Factors that hinder the implementation of human resource development based on ASN performance are costs or budgets, limited human resources such as lack of interest and enthusiasm for participating in training and inadequate equipment.]]>
