Pandemi Covid-19 masih terjadi sampai saat ini, Indonesia termasuk dengan jumlah kasus yang terkonfirmasi positif cukup tinggi. peningkatan jumlah kasus tersebut memerlukan adanya dukungan dari semua pihak seperti tenaga kesehatan, pemerintah, masyarakat dan keluarga. Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang dukungan keluarga terhadap proses penyembuhan pasien Covid-19 yang sedang menjalani perawatan. Tinjauan sistematis ini dimulai dengan menelusuri database seperti: “PubMed”, “Science Direct”, dan “Proquest”. Jumlah keseluruhan artikel pencarian yang didapat yaitu 118 artikel, kemudian diambil 5 artikel yang masuk kedalam kriteria inklusi untuk dilakukan analisis. Kata kunci: “Covid-19”, “Support”, “Family centered care”, “Communication” and “Nurse”. Dukungan keluarga pada pasien dinilai mampu meningkatkan semangat sembuh dan membantu proses pengobatan yang sedang dijalani. Pasien yang mendapatkan dukungan positif dari keluarga atau orang terdekat memiliki proses penyembuhan yang lebih cepat. Peran keluarga dalam proses penyembuhan diantara anggota keluarga menjadi aspek penting yang harus dilakukan oleh keluarga ataupun masyarakat. Dukungan keluarga sangat berdampak positif bagi pasien yang sedang menjalani perawatan, oleh karena itu diperlukan pendekatan inovatif oleh pemberi pelayanan kesehatan dengan melibatkan anggota keluarga, orang terdekat, ataupun masyarakat.

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: hipertensi dapat menyebabkan penyakit jantung, ginjal dan stroke. Penatalaksanan non farmakologi pada pasien hipertensi primer adalah memodifikasi gaya hidup yang meliputi diet, olahraga dan pengendalian stres. Tausiyah merupakan salah satu metode untuk menurunkan stres. Tujuan: untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh tausiyah terhadap tekanan darah penderita hipertensi primer di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Timur. Metode: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 37 orang, terdiri dari 17 responden sebagai kelompok intervensi dengan diperdengarkan tausiyah selama 20 menit dengan mp.3 player, dan 20 responden sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pembagian sampel dilakukan secara acak sederhana. Pengukuran tekanan darah menggunakan tensimeter digital. Pengujian perbedaan tekanan darah sebelum dan setelah intervensi menggunakan paired t test, sedangkan untuk mengetahui perbedaan perubahan tekanan darah pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi menggunakan independent t- test. Hasil: menunjukkan ada perbedaan tekanan darah yang bermakna sebelum dan setelah perlakuan pada kelompok intervensi (nilai p 0,012), penurunan tekanan darah juga ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol (nilai p 0,03). Pembahasan: tausiyah efektif menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi primer. ABSTRACT Introduction: Hipertension can cause heart deseases, renal deseases and stroke. Treatment non farmacology is modify life style that include diet, physical activity and stress control. Tauziyah is one methoda to control stress. The objective of research is to identify the influnce of tauziyah toward blood pressure at hipertention patient. The research used quasy experimental. Sample are taked randomized. There were 17 respondent as intervension group and 20 respondent as control group. The intervenstion group got tauziyah for 20 minutes with mp.3 player. Blood pressure is measured before and after intervention with digital tensimetre. Analysis used paired t test and independent t test. There is significant blood pressure difference before and after intervention (p value 0.012) and there is significant decreasing blood pressure difference between intervention and control group. Tausiyah is efective to decrease blood pressure at primary hipertention patients.

Background: Surgery in cancer patients can cause pain. Pain can be overcome through pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. One of non-pharmacological therapies to reduce pain is murottal therapy because it can stimulate extraction of ?-endorphin.Objective: This research aimed to determine the difference in effect of murottal therapy for 15 minutes and 25 minutes on reduction of pain scale in post-surgery cancer patients.Method: This research used quasi experimental research design with non-randomized pretest-posttest with control group design approach. The sampling in this research used consecutive sampling. The sample size in this research was 30 respondents. This amount was divided into 2 groups: 15 respondents of 15 minutes murottal therapy group and 15 respondents of 25 minutes murottal therapy group. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney test.Result: The majority of respondents aged 40-60 years old, female, and suffering from breast cancer. The result indicated that there was a significant difference in the pain scale in 15 minutes group (p=0.002) and 25 minutes group (p=0.000). But, there was no significant difference in the reduction of pain scale in both groups (p=0.167). However, the average reduction of pain scale in 25 minutes group was greater (2.00±0.66) than 15 minutes group (1.53±1.06).Conclusion: Murottal therapies for 15 minutes and 25 minutes were equally effective for reducing pain in post-surgery cancer patients.

Introduction: Block system learning requires students to learn independently and achieve predetermined achievements. Students are required to be able to adapt quickly to this situation, so as to cause various mental and emotional changes, the problem is not all students are ready to accept change. More rigorous changes and academic competition will have an impact on decreasing learning motivation which affects student learning outcomes. Hypnotherapy is a psychological therapy that uses hypnosis methods with certain techniques to deal with psychological problems. Objective: This study was conducted to determine the effect of hypnotherapy on learning motivation and student achievement index.Method: Experimental research design with pre and post approach group with control group design. Sampling used purposive sampling, the number of samples was 70. The intervention group received therapy once a week for 4 weeks. The motivation was measured before and after treatment with a questionnaire.Result: The average score of the learning motivation is 6.8 and the average value of the achievement index difference is 0.099 with a P value of 0.001. Discussion: The results of this test provide an overview in the intervention group, that there is a significant increase in the value of learning motivation and achievement index in students.Conclusion: Hypnotherapy can be used as reference material to become an alternative therapy to overcome students' psychological problems.

Background: Basic Life Support (BLS) is the key in handling heart failure events. The results of many studies mentioned the decrease in the ability of BLS both aspects of knowledge and skills. That is why the efforts to maintain such knowledge and skills are needed. The purpose of this study is to identify the effectiveness of audiovisual and BLS booklets independent learning on the nurses’ knowledge and skills at Wonosari RSUD. Method: This research used a quasy experimental design with a pre-posttest with a comparison of two groups approach with 42 respondents, consisting of audio visual groups and booklets groups. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The research instrument was in the form of questionnaires and observation sheets. The bivariate statistical test used the Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney test. Result: The results of the research test with the bivariate test after the intervention on knowledge and skills were obtained in the audio-visual group of significance (p <0.001) and in the booklet group (p <0.001). The test results of differences in knowledge and skills between the two groups after the intervention obtained the results of the significance of knowledge (p = 0.816) and skills (p = 0.112). It means that there is no difference between the audio visual group and the booklet. Conclusion: Audiovisuals and booklets are equally effective in increasing BLS knowledge and skills. Background. Patients with acute coronary syndrome have many compalints such as: chest pain, anxiety, and stress. The management of these symotoms can be pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. One of non-pharmachological therapy that can be applied in acute coronary syndrome pastient is massage therapy. Massage therapy is an intervention that is easy to use, safe and inexpensive. Methods. This study was conducted to reviews articles regarding massage therapy on chest pain, anxiety, and stress in patients with acute coronary syndrome. The literature search was carried out through the Google scholar, ScienceDirect, Pubmed and Proquest databases which the inclusion criteria were article in English from 2017 to 2012, an experiment research design. The search used keywords, namely “reflexotherapy” OR “hand and foot massage” AND “chest pain” OR “stress OR “anxiety” OR “acute coronary syndrome. Results. There are 6 articles met criteria for analysis, 4 articles have good quality scores, and 2 articles in medium value. The articles shows the effectiveness of massage therapy on chest pain, anxiety and stress in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Conclusion. Massage therapy effectiveness to reduce chest pain, anxiety, and stress in patients with acute coronary syndrome.

Background. Incidence of pressure injury (PI) in Indonesia is high. Therefore, Indonesian nurses should take measures to prevent PI from developing. Considering the high incidence of PI in Indonesia, there could be some barriers faced by Indonesian nurses in performing prevention of PI. However, to date, no study has assessed the perceived barriers and factors associated with perceived barrier of prevention of PI in Indonesian nurses. Therefore, this study aimed to assess perceived barriers to prevention of PI and associated factors in Indonesian nurses. Methods. A total of 521 nurses participated in the study. A pressure injury prevention barriers questionnaire was used to assess perceived barriers of prevention of PI. A multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyse factors associated with the perceived barriers. Results. The two most commonly perceived barriers in nurses were lack of preventive devices such as special mattresses, cushions, and skin care products, and a lack of training courses related to prevention of PI. Associated factors emerging from the results were working experience (AOR =1.74) and working unit (AOR =2.73).

Students as learner must be active looking for knowledge that needed from any resources. Lecture is not primary knowledge resources. In Student Centered Learning, lecture have role as learning facilitator. Learning in laboratory for skill practice with demonstration method need more time and lecture. The objective is to know the difference student’s skill in infuse administration with use demonstration method learning and audiovisual aid. Research design used quasi experiment. Subject research divided two groups. One group used demonstration method learning and the other used audiovisual aid, than skill infuse administration was evaluated. The population is student Yakpermas Nursing Academy in second semester. Sampling technical used simple random sampling. Analysis used Mann Whitney U test. The result : student skill in infuse administration used demonstration method are 25% poor, 50% good, 25% very good, student skill used audiovisual aid are 34,78% poor, 43,48% good, 21,74% very good and p value of two methods difference is 0,423. Conclusion: there is no significant different student’s skill infuse administration use demonstration method learning and use audiovisual aid. Abstract Hypertension is a state of increased blood pressure of more than 140/90 mmHg. Hypertension can be caused by individual anxiety and stress factors, and the state of hypertension can trigger anxiety in patients. Efforts that can be made to prevent and overcome anxiety in hypertension can be achieved with independent treatments or interventions such as Spiritual Emotional Freedom Tehnique (SEFT) spiritual therapy that is effective in maintaining blood pressure stability in the normal range. The purposed of this study was to determine of effectiveness health cadres and hypertension sufferers will increase their knowledge and skills on how to reduce anxiety through SEFT therapy. This program was carried out through health education through information transfer, discussion, demonstration, and ongoing assistance to cadres. Participants in this activity were 36 elderly Posyandu health cadres in Mersi Sub-District, Purwokerto Timur District. Knowledge scores were measured before and after education. The mean value of the pre test was known to be 52.78 while the mean value of the post test was 83.33. The results of paired t test analysis revealed that the value of p = 0,000 showed that there were significant differences between the scores of health cadres' knowledge scores on the understanding of SEFT therapy to reduce anxiety in patients with hypertension between before and after education. SEFT complementary therapy training can effectively improve the knowledge and skills of health cadres and hypertension sufferers in reducing anxiety.

Latar Belakang : Hipertensi merupakan suatu keadaan terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah lebih dari 140/ 90 mmHg. Hipertensi dapat disebabkan oleh faktor kecemasan dan stress individu, dan keadaan hipertensi dapat memicu terjadinya kecemasan pada penderita. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah dan mengatasi kecemasan pada hipertensi dapat dicapai dengan pengobatan maupun intervensi mandiri seperti terapi spiritual Spiritual Emotional Freedom Tehnique (SEFT) yang efektif. SEFT telah banyak dibuktikan dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan, sehingga dapat diharapkan mampu menurunkan kecemasan pada pasien hipertensi dan menjaga kestabilan tekanan darah dalam rentang normal. Tujuan: Diharapkan para kader kesehatan dan penderita hipertensi mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang cara menurunkan kecemasan melalui terapi SEFT. Metode: Program ini dilakukan melalui pendidikan kesehatan melalui transfer informasi, diskusi, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan secara berkelanjutan kepada para kader. Partisipan kegiatan ini adalah adalah 36 orang kader kesehatan posyandu lansia di Kelurahan Mersi Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur. Hasil: Skor pengetahuan di ukur sebelum dan sesudah pemberian edukasi. Nilai rata- rata pre test diketahui 52,78 sedangkan nilai rata- rata post test 83.33. Hasil uji analisis paired t test diketahui nilai p=0,000 yang menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara nilai skor pengetahuan kader kesehatan terhadap pemahaman tentang terapi SEFT untuk menurunkan kecemasan pada penderita hipertensi antara sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan terapi komplementer SEFT efektif dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader kesehatan serta para penderita hipertensi dalam menurunkan kecemasan.
