Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah BNN Kota Banjarmasin telah melakukan sosialisasi Pencegahan, Pemberantasan Penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran Gelap Narkoba (P4GN) dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media sosialisasi yang ada, baik dengan media massa yaitu dengan membangun kerjasama dengan media cetak maupun media elektronik (Banjarmasin Post, Kalimantan Pos, Kompas TV, TVRI dan RRI namun belum efektif mencegah peredaran Narkotika. Rumusan Masalah bagaimana Strategi komunikasi dalam mencegah penggunaan narkotika BNN Banjarmasin ?, upaya apa saja yang dilakukan dan kendala apa saja yang ditemui Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Banjarmasin dalam melakukan pencegahan terhadap penggunaan narkoba di Kota Banjarmasin ? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan mengumpulkan persepsi responden dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian Strategi Komunikasi BNN Kota Banjarmasin dalam mencegah penggunaan Narkoba adalah dengan (1) menggunakan Strategi Komunikasi yang tepat, (2) Pemilihan Media Komunikasi yang meliputi media massa, media luar ruangan, cetak dan elektronik dan (3) Pengkajian Tujuan Pesan Komunikasi dari ketiga poin tersebut mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap mencegah penggunaan narkotika BNN Banjarmasin dengan nilai korelasi (pvalue 0,041 < 0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keberhasilan strategi komunikasi dalam mencegah pengguna narkoba di BNN Kota Banjarmasin, Upaya Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Banjarmasin dalam melakukan pencegahan terhadap penggunaan narkoba di Kota Banjarmasin adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi pada media massa (cetak dan elektronik), sosial media dan media luar ruangan berupa himbauan untuk menjauhi penyalahgunaan narkoba serta penindakan tanpa pandang bulu, baik pria, wanita, warga negara Indonesia, warga negara asing, karyawan, mahasiswa, oknum aparat yang terbukti terkait dalam kasus Narkotika, berupaya melakukan pencegahan, pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pemulihan bagi para pecandu dan penyalahguna dari ketergantungannya terhadap Narkotika serta upaya Preventif untuk mengajak para pecandu, penyalahguna dan korban penyalahguna untuk rehabilitasi dan menghentikan penyalahgunaan Narkotika dengan mempersempit ruang peredarannya dan Kendala Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Banjarmasin dalam melakukan pencegahan penggunaan narkoba di Kota Banjarmasin adalah keterbatasan dana untuk sosialisasi pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba di mesia massa maupun sosial sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya pehamaman masyarakat akan bahaya narkoba, kurangnya tenaga penyuluh BNN Kota serta kurangnya kerjasama dan perhatian dari masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Strategi Komunikasi;Narkoba.

Abstract

Serajah pemikiran dan tindakan Syekh Muhammad Arsyad al Banjari, pada konteks Religious Communication dapat diungkap dalam beberapa kategori; (1) kiprah kenegaraannya, berhasil menstrukturisasi lembaga yudikatif di Kesultanan Banjar, dengan membentuk semacam ‘mahkamah konstitusi’ yang disebut Mufti dan Qadi, (2) berijtihad menetapkan hukum Islam dengan mengutamakan ‘local wisdom’, sehingga menemukan teori ‘gono-gini’, (3) menjaga aqidah rakyat dengan membatasi berkembangnya paham ‘wahdatul wujud’, dan (4) menjaga akhlaq masyarakat dengan mengembangkan tasawuf tariqot tsamaniyah.

Abstract

PT. X is a company engaged in the production of paper pallet packaging for exports. In the production process, PT. X implements Make-To-Order production strategies which would begin to manufacture if the company has received orders from customers. Recently the problems facing by company are the uncertainty lead-time delivery and uncertainty of demand from customer. Both of these issues resulted the ordering of raw materials were unplanned and further caused in delayed delivery of finished products to customers. Furthermore the use of conventional display board currently leads to human error either recording the customer orders or calculating the availability of raw materials.The objective of this research, to solve the problem, proposed decision support system or DSS which will helps the company to schedule procurement of raw material and helps to control raw material availability. Stage of designing the DSS is using the waterfall system development so that the process is done by sequentially developed for each phase of development.The system development process is starting from the system initiation, analysis, design system and implementation. To analyze process, used object-oriented approach which point in the making of models to help analyze and understanding the problem. Results from the study showed that the problems faced by company solved by implementing the safety stock and the procurement scheduling which integrates with early warning sub model, Material Requirement Planning (MRP) sub model and inventory sub model, into a web-based decision support system that can be accessed anywhere, anytime and accurately by authorized user. Safety stocks are used as a backup supply which will be used when the uncertainties of demand occurred. MRP sub model schedules the procurement and calculate raw material requirements based on Bill of Material. Inventory sub model with early warnings system will provide a reminder to the user if the amounts of raw materials available have reached a certain condition so that users can perform further actions to maintain the availability of raw materials.

Abstract

Teachers are an internal part of an educational organization that has a very strategic function, role and position in order to achieve the nation's development goals in the field of education. Teachers are at the forefront of implementing various educational programs through learning activities. So that the success and quality of educational programs designed by educational policy makers, one of which is very dependent on the performance of teachers. In this regard, modern society as it is today always demands the fulfillment of the needs of good and quality education for its children. Society is increasingly challenging, requiring and demanding the implementation of professionally managed education and supported by high teacher performance. The research which will be carried out within a period of four months is aimed at knowing the description of organizational communication and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 5 Banjarmasin, in addition to knowing the effect of organizational communication on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 5 Banjarmasin. The method used is a quantitative research approach and a research instrument with a questionnaire which is analyzed with Simple Linear Regression. The results showed that organizational communication and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 5 Banjarmasin were in the good category. Organizational communication has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 5 Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount 10.175> ttable 2.003. The value of the termination coefficient (R2) or the magnitude of the influence of the teacher performance variable caused by organizational communication was found to be 67.2%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Pendidikan seksual atau seks edukasi penting untuk dilaksanakan dari sejak dini. Informasi tentang pendidikan seksual sejak dini harus dikuasai oleh orang tua dan guru di sekolah. Peran aktif orang tua dan guru untuk mengedukasi anak tentang kekerasan seksual merupakan salah satu untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya kejahatan seksual kepada anak, Pendidikan seksual pada usia dini juga dapat mengedukasi anak untuk memahami kondisi tubuhnya, memahami bersikap dengan lawan jenis. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, sangat penting memberikan sebuah Pendidikan mengenai kepedulian terhadap seksualitas diri sendiri pada anak-anak agar kedepannya mereka bisa memahami kondisi tubuhnya, memahami bersikap dengan lawan jenis dan memahami cara menghindar dari kekerasan seksual. Disini penulis beserta mitra yakni Guru-Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Loktabat Selatan sepakat untuk melakukan Sosialisasi mengenai kepedulian terhadap seksualitas diri sendiri yang dimana target sasarannya adalah anak-anak selaku siswa SDN 2 Loktabat Selatan sebanyak 30 anak dan orang tua siswa yang bersangkutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan cara ceramah dan diskusi ditambah dengan pemberian beberapa poster info grafis mengenai edukasi seks sejak dini dan pemberian tes pretest dan postest. Dan untuk target luaran, nantinya diharapkan para siswa, guru, dan orang tua siswa bisa memahami pentingnya Pendidikan seksual sejak usia dini dan bisa menghindari bahaya dari penyimpangan, kekerasan, dan kejahatan seksual pada anak-anak Kata kunci : Edukasi Seks, Kejahatan Seksual, Anak-anak ABSTRACT: Sexual education or sex education is important to implement from an early age. Information about early sexual education must be mastered by parents and teachers at school. The active role of parents and teachers in educating children about sexual violence is one of anticipating the occurrence of sexual crimes against children. Sexual education at an early age can also educate children to understand the condition of their bodies, understand how they behave with the opposite sex. Based on this, it is very important to provide education regarding awareness of one's own sexuality to children so that in the future they can understand the condition of their bodies, understand how to behave with the opposite sex and understand how to avoid sexual violence. Here the author and his partners, namely the South Loktabat 2 Elementary School teachers, agreed to carry out socialization regarding awareness of one's own sexuality, where the target audience was 30 children as students of South Loktabat 2 Elementary School and the parents of the students concerned. The method used was lectures and discussions coupled with the provision of several infographic posters regarding early sex education and administration of pretests and posttests. And for the outcome target, it is hoped that students, teachers and parents will be able to understand the importance of sexual education from an early age and be able to avoid the dangers of deviation, violence and sexual crimes in children. Abstract

Media sosial saat ini menjadi media dalam komunikasi politik. Diskominfo Kota Banjarbaru saat ini mengelola akun @banjarbaru.tv lewat platform Instagram untuk konten seputar pembangunan Kota Banjarbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran dan fungsi akun instagram @banjarbaru.tv terhadap perkembangan citra politik dalam segi komunikasi  politik yang disampaikan oleh Komunikator politik (Pemko Banjarbaru beserta jajarannya dan SKPD) dan penggunaan fitur Instagram. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif, dimana untuk menghasilkan hasil penelitian, penulis menggunanakan metode wawancara, dengan analisis data sesuai dengan indikator yang ada pada tabel pertanyaan. Wawancara dengan kepala bidang Komunikasi, Kasi Komunikasi, staf analisis berita dan konten @banjarbaru.tv. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tujuan dari adanya @banjarbaru.tv ini sebagai citra politik dimana semua konten yang diunggah merupakan konten citra politik positif pemerintah dan berfungsi sebagai penerapan kebijakan. Dengan penggunaan fitur Instagram feed, highlight, hashtag geotagging, dan caption.

Abstract

This study aims to help educators, particularly teachers at An Nur Kodak Sampang Islamic Middle School, implement effective learning communication strategies. By applying the right communication methods, the learning process can have a positive impact, especially in motivating students and increasing their interest in learning. Effective communication between teachers and students is essential to ensure that information is clearly delivered and understood by students. The research focuses on finding the most appropriate communication strategy for teaching, allowing teachers to foster a dynamic, interactive learning environment. One of the study’s goals is to increase student motivation, which plays a crucial role in students’ commitment to the learning process. Higher motivation and interest will drive active participation and improve students' understanding of the material. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the study gathers data from interviews, direct observations, and relevant documents, providing a holistic view of the teaching dynamics. The study also explores various factors that can hinder effective communication, such as environmental distractions and language limitations, offering solutions for teachers to overcome these barriers. By improving teacher communication skills and addressing these obstacles, the research aims to enhance the quality of learning and create a more conducive environment for students at An-Nur Kodak Sampang Islamic Middle School.

Abstract

13 Bom di Jakarta is an Indonesian movie inspired by Indodax's true story related to terrorism cases in 2015. This movie tells the story of a bomb terror case in Jakarta. In this movie, the Indonesian Counter Terrorism Agency receives a threat from a person who is considered a terrorist. The person said there were 13 bombs that they had spread throughout the city of Jakarta and the person asked for 100 Bitcoin through Indodax or they would explode the bomb every eight hours. This research aims to identify signs related to terrorism in the movie "13 Bom di Jakarta." and understand the meaning contained in these signs. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a semiotic research type. Data was obtained by watching the movie on Netflix and analyzed using John Fiske's semiotic theory to analyze the signs and reveal the meaning contained therein. The results showed that there were 9 scenes of terrorism ranging from bazooka shooting, firearm attacks, and bomb explosions in various locations such as the state money printing car, Jakarta Stock Exchange, MRT, and Soekarno-Hatta airport. At the level of reality, this movie displays the characters of Arok and his friends who are aggressive, mysterious, and cunning. At the representation level, cinematography, lighting, and music techniques are used to create a dramatic and tense feel. At the ideological level, the film represents terrorism as a major threat to the security and stability of the country.

Abstract

Website merupakan media penting dalam penyebarluasan informasi. Bawaslu Kabupaten Banjar mengelola banjarkab.bawaslu.go.id untuk menyediakan informasi terkait Pemilu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis alur pengolahan informasi dan penggunaan website sebagai media informasi. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan informan dari Bawaslu dan Panwaslu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan informasi dimulai dari peliputan, penulisan, pengeditan, hingga publikasi setelah persetujuan. Website ini bersifat dinamis dengan konten yang komunikatif, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan fitur yang sederhana. Selain itu, kontennya lebih difokuskan pada momen besar, berbeda dengan media sosial mereka. Kesimpulannya, website Bawaslu Kabupaten Banjar memiliki potensi sebagai media informasi yang efektif, namun perlu pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan interaktivitas bagi masyarakat.
