Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat pemahaman fikih h}ad}a>nahdan tanggung jawab perlindungan anak dan menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman fikihhadanah terhadap tanggung jawab perlindungan anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan padamasyarakat RT.02 RW.05 Sudimara Timur Ciledug Kota Tangerang Banten.Populasi berjumlah 94 rumah tangga yang terdiri dari ayah dan ibu. Sampelpenelitian 50 orang dengan rincian 25 orang berstatus ayah dan 25 orang bestatusibu. Instrumen pengumpul data pemahaman fikih hadanah menggunakan tes pilihanganda dengan lima pilihan, sedangkan tanggung jawab terhadap perlindungan anakmenggunakan angket skala Likert dengan lima pilihan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan adanya tingkat pemahaman fikih h}ad}anah dan tanggung jawabperlindungan anak yang tinggi dan memuaskan; dan terdapat pengaruh pemahamanfikih hadanah terhadap tanggung jawab perlindungan anak. Pengaruh pemahamanfikih hadanah terhadap perlindungan anak sebesar 36%. Tinggi rendahnya tanggungjawab terhadap perlindungan anak dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman fikih hadanah.Orangtua diharapkan menyadari pentingnya hadanah dan perlindungan anak agardapat mengembangkan bakat, minat, potensi dan kemampuan anak secara optimal.

Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengembangkan Modul materi jujur pada mata pelajaran PAI dengan metode bermain peran kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Rangkasbitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul materi jujur pada mata pelajaran PAI dengan bermain peran agar tersusunnya desain, konsep isi materi modul, yang sesuai dengan peserta didik Sehingga dapat menumbuhkan persepsi, minat peserta didik yang dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran PAI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan, dengan model pengembangan Dick & Carey. Kelayakan produk dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu validasi produk dengan ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Selanjutnya, peneliti melakukan uji lapangan pada pengguna yaitu 30 siswa SMP Negeri 1 Rangkasbitung. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa Modul Berdasarkan hasil validasi produk diperoleh pesentasi hasil penilaian ahli materi 94,5 %, ahli media 69,75 % dan ahli bahasa 90%. hasil dari uji lapangan diperoleh hasil 71,28 %, prestasi siswa diperoleh rata rata nilai 90. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul dengan metode bermain peran layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran PAI pada peserta didik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen strategi dan kepemimpinan kiai dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga pendidik di Pesantren Sultan Hasanuddin Al-Jawi Leuwidamar Lebak Banten.Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 guru, menentukan besarnya ukuran sampel dari pesantren dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin.Data penelitian diambil melalui angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi dan analisis kuantitatif dengan program SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Manajemen strategi kiai dengan kinerja guru.Sedangkan kepemimpinan kiai berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru.

This paper analyzes Kyai's leadership model applied to Islamic boarding schools. The method used is literature study. Related primary data were obtained from reference books and secondary data from several scientific articles from international and reputable national journals. Data analysis was carried out by collecting, analyzing, and drawing conclusions. The analysis results can be concluded that the Kyai leadership model applied to Islamic boarding schools consists of individual and collective leadership models. Some of the findings also found that there were spiritual leadership styles and charismatic leadership applied by Kyai in Islamic boarding schools. Further discussion is discussed on the subject matter of each topic.

Improving the quality of educational institutions is inseparable from the development of the quality of teachers and education personnel. In facing the challenges of various advances, school principals must have the right and effective strategy in developing the professionalism of teachers and education staff who are able to produce quality students and generations of the nation. This study aims to reveal the principal's leadership strategy in developing the professionalism of teachers and education personnel which is applied at SMP Negeri 3 Ciruas and SMP Negeri 3 Pontang, with a sub focus that includes: (1) Professionalism of teachers and education personnel, (2) Efforts made school principals regarding their duties and functions, (3) Principal leadership strategies in developing the professionalism of teachers and education staff. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. The conclusions of this study are: 1). The professionalism of teachers and education personnel is the commitment of teachers and education personnel to carry out tasks according to their abilities and always improve their qualifications and competencies to realize the school's Vision and Mission and National Education Goals. 2) Efforts made by the principals of SMP Negeri 3 Ciruas and SMP Negeri 3 Pontang in developing the professionalism of teachers and education staff are optimizing their duties and functions as Educators, Managers, Administrators, Supervisors, Leaders, Innovators and Motivators. 3) The leadership strategy for the principals of SMP Negeri 3 Ciruas and SMP Negeri 3 Pontang in developing professionalism is a strategy in the form of a human-oriented leadership attitude through a democratic and charismatic attitude

In managing education in order for educational goals to be achieved, it must involve the community and stakeholders in managing education. Parents of students who are members of the community and users of educational services have a large portion to participate in improving the quality of education carried out by schools, so that there will be complementary partnerships and become an important part in improving the quality of education in education units. Therefore, the establishment of a school committee should be able to serve as a partner in the implementation of the school program program. This study aims to determine the form of partnership between the school management of SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon and its school committee. In this study, the author used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques by means of interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that there is a partnership between the school and the school committee in the academic and non-academic fields, always coordinating in making plans for school activities in improving the quality of education as well as social society. The Committee is a partner of the school functioning to give consideration, support and supervision to school activities, and become a mediator between the school and all guardians of students, so that with functions and partnerships that are well established with the committee of SMPIT Raudhtul Jannah Cilegon can carry out various activity programs that aim to improve the quality of education so that the vision and mission of the school and the satisfaction of parents of students are achieved together

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the talaqqi and takrir methods to the quality of memorizing the Koran. The research hypotheses include: 1) There is an effect of the application of the talaqqi method on the quality of memorizing the Koran. 2) There is an effect of the application of the takrir method on the quality of memorizing the Koran. 3) There is a mutual influence between the application of the talaqqi and takrir methods to the quality of students' memorization of the Koran at Al-Ihsan Kadomas Islamic Boarding School, Pandeglang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with correlational and regression analysis. The reachable population is the students of the Al-Ihsan Kadomas Islamic Boarding School, Pandeglang in 2022 who take part in the Al-Qur'an takhassus program as many as 149 students. The sample size is 30 students, with the sampling technique used is random sampling. Variable data on the application of the talaqqi and takrir methods were obtained through a questionnaire, while data on the quality of memorizing the Qur'an were obtained through tests. Test the validity of the instrument using product moment calculations. The instrument reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha calculations. The results showed that: first, there was a positive and significant effect of the application of the talaqqi method on the quality of students' Al-Qur'an memorization, the contribution of the application of the talaqqi method to the quality of students' memorization of the Qur'an was 47.7%; secondly, there is a positive and significant effect of the application of the takrir method on the quality of students' Al-Qur'an memorization, the contribution of the application of the takrir method to the quality of students' memorization of the Qur'an is 61.3%; third, there is a positive and significant effect of the application of the talaqqi and takrir methods on the quality of students' Al-Qur'an memorization, the contribution of the application of talaqqi and takrir methods to the quality of students' memorization of the Qur'an is 98%; Improving the quality of students' memorization of the Qur'an can be done through the application of the talaqqi and takrir methods.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang peran perilaku, iklim dan budaya organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan lembaga pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka yang berisi teori-teori relevan mengenai masalah-masalah yang ada dalam penelitian. Kajian ini menemukan beberapa fakta, antara lain sebagai berikut: Setiap lembaga pendidikan memiliki iklim dan budaya tersendiri yang menjadi ciri khas dari sebuah lembaga atau organisasi. Iklim dan budaya ini dapat membedakan antara masing-masing organisasi dengan organisasi terkait. Organisasi iklim adalah struktur dasar, kondisi kerja, dan karakteristik karyawan dari organisasi mana pun. Sedangkan Budaya organisasi adalah kumpulan kepercayaan dan rasa hormat yang dimiliki bersama oleh semua anggota organisasi.Iklim dan budaya organisasi sangat penting dalam sebuah lembaga atau instansi, agar dapat membentuk sikap, nilai dan pola perilaku seseorang, sehingga para anggota dapat bekerja sama dengan baik untuk dapat mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dalam kajian ini, disebutkan bahwa perilaku, iklim dan organisasi sebagai penentu kemajuan dari suatu lembaga atau organisasi. Namun, jika ketiga komponen ini lemah, maka akan terjadi penurunan kinerja dan sukar bagi perusahaan atau lembaga mencapai tujuannya.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi; Iklim Organisasi; Lembaga Pendidikan; Perilaku Individu.

This article discusses the comparison of leadership in the context of schools and Islamic boarding schools. Leadership in educational institutions is very important for achieving academic goals and developing student character. However, leadership in schools and Islamic boarding schools differs in culture, values, and institutional goals. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with school and Islamic boarding school leaders. Data analysis was performed using the thematic analysis method. The results of the study show that leadership in schools is more focused on administrative management, while leadership in Islamic boarding schools is more focused on building religious character and values. In addition, leadership in Islamic boarding schools is more paternalistic in nature, while leadership in schools is more democratic. In the context of educational development in Indonesia, this research can provide insight and understanding of the differences in leadership in two different types of educational institutions. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide guidance for leaders of educational institutions in improving the quality of leadership and educational development in Indonesia.

This study aimed to determine the level of transformational leadership style, employee job satisfaction, and organizational commitment in pesantren (Islamic boarding school) and assess the role of job satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational commitment. The study used the quantitative method by surveying 556 educators from each Darunnajah Islamic boarding school branch in Indonesia. Information examination utilized numerous relapse investigation to test the inquire about theory and progressive relapse examination to test the intervention speculation. The study found that transformational authority, representative work fulfillment, and organizational commitment at Islamic boarding schools were more than direct. In expansion, representative work fulfillment can intercede between transformational authority and organizational commitment.
