Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan adversitas dan dukungan lansia dalam menyelesaikan skripsi terhadap motivasi kerja mahasiswa FISIPOL Universitas Mulawarman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 100 siswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi, adversitas, kecerdasan dan dukungan sosial. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda dengan program Paket Statistik untuk Ilmu Sosial (SPSS) 22.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan adversitas kecerdasan terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi dengan koefisien beta (β) = 0,139, nilai t> t tabel (1,907> 1,661) dan nilai p = 0,030 (p <0,05); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dukungan sosial lansia terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi dengan koefisien beta (β) = 0,678, nilai t> t tabel (9,286> 1,661) dan nilai p = 0,030 (p <0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh yang nyata dan signifikan antara kecerdasan adversitas dan dukungan sosial lansia terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi dengan nilai f hitung> f tabel (57.696> 2.36) dan p value = 0.000 (p <0.05). Kontribusi dampak adversitas kecerdasan dan dukungan sosial lansia terhadap motivasi menyelesaikan skripsi menjadi 0,543 (54,3 persen).

Abstract

This research is the development stage of a digital storytelling learning media based on local culture in Pemalang for innovation in learning to write short story texts in Indonesian lessons. In the research, the methods used are ADD, Analyze, Design and Development. The data obtained in this study was obtained through observation by providing questionnaires to students in grade XI (eleven) at SMA Negeri 1 Petarukan, SMK Al-Khoiriyah Petarukan and SMK Negeri 1 Petarukan. At the observation stage, it was found that the three schools were still using past learning methods such as lectures and the use of media that was limited to power point (PPT). Therefore, the researcher seeks to update the learning media so that students are motivated in learning activities. The results obtained in obtaining expert validation for digital storytelling learning media based on local culture in Pemalang obtained the following results, very feasible, namely (88%) in the media aspect, very feasible namely (94%) in the language aspect and feasible namely (77.5%) in the material aspect, with these results the digital storytelling learning media based on local culture in Pemalang is expected to be able to increase the learning motivation of students, especially in learning to write short story texts.

Abstract

The community service program through the International Community Service Program (KKN Internasional) at Sanggar Belajar Sungai Buloh Selanggor Malaysia was motivated by the low understanding of national identity, legal awareness, and digital literacy among children of Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia. This condition is influenced by limited access to civic education and the diaspora environment, which exposes students more to foreign cultures than Indonesian national values. This program aimed to strengthen national identity and foster patriotism through a Digital Legal Empowerment approach based on digital literacy and basic legal education. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR) with differentiated learning and a Hybrid-Analog approach through interactive digital media, group discussions, simulations, and participatory mentoring. The results showed an increase in student participation in the learning process, understanding of national symbols, citizens’ rights and obligations, and the use of digital media for educational purposes. In addition, the program encouraged the emergence of local leaders within the learning community who assisted the learning process and promoted a collaborative learning culture. This community service program demonstrates that the integration of digital literacy and legal education can be an effective strategy to strengthen nationalism, improve legal awareness, and create social transformation among children of Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia.
