Abstract

This service examines the development of entrepreneurship in the new normal period through training, with steps that can be taken to empower business actors in the development of ASIPA MSMEs in South Tangerang City. Training methods using offline and online media. While this service is an effort to socialize investment and marketing for micro, small and medium enterprises at the Creative Industries and Business Actors Association (ASIPA) based on digitalization by participating in training, marketing, obtaining tips for successfully investing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and financially investing in shares (PT. NH Korindo). This training conducts interactive coaching and socialization about the ease of doing business for MSME actors from participants of the Creative Industries and Business Actors Association (ASIPA) is always active in government programs to support income increase for MSME entrepreneurs consistently marketing through social media; Online stores, marketplaces, booths in malls, bazaars, and on websites to optimize facilities and keep up with the times. Thus, the Social Piety Index will form economic development in the community of Serua Village, Ciputat District, South Tangerang City, Banten.

Abstract

Sukarame Tourism Village in Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province, is known as “The Land of Diversity” due to its rich natural, cultural, and professional diversity, encompassing fisherman, salted fish and bamboo fan craftsmen, teachers, MSMEs, health cadres, and Pokdarwis groups. This diversity holds great potential for inclusive and sustainable economic development. The Community Service Program (PkM), conducted on April 25–26, 2025, aimed to enhance the capacity of village communities in supporting tourism village development followed by 50 local communities. The method employed a participatory and educational approach through thematic training, entrepreneurship simulations, local potential mapping, and the formation of a cross- sector communication forum. The program outcomes indicate increased knowledge and skills among participants in areas such as digital marketing, tourism packaging, nutrition education, seafood processing, and household economic diversification. Furthermore, the initiative successfully facilitated the early formation of a village tourism forum to promote collaboration and integrated planning. These results affirm literature suggesting that community-based tourism development requires multi-stakeholder synergy, active local participation, and sustainable strategies grounded in local potential. This PkM activity recommends continued mentoring, integration with regional government programs, and the development of a community-based tourism roadmap to ensure long-term impact and sustainability. Abstract

The instability of stock market prices necessitates the utilization of precise predictive models, with ARIMA and Prophet providing alternative methods for addressing patterns, seasonal variances, and changes in value. This study aims to compare the forecasting performance of ARIMA and Prophet models in predicting the stock price of PT Mayora Indah Tbk. (MYOR.JK) using daily closing price data obtained from Yahoo Finance, spanning the period from January 1, 2018, to May 2, 2025. ARIMA was employed for its robustness in handling stationary and linear time series, whereas Prophet was applied due to its flexibility in capturing nonlinear components, seasonal fluctuations, and sudden market changes. The models were developed and evaluated in RStudio, with accuracy measured using Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The ARIMA (1,1,1) model produced a MAPE of 3.21% and white noise residuals, signifying reliable short-term predictions yet limited adaptability to complex long-run dynamics. Conversely, the Prophet model achieved a lower MAPE of 2.87%, exhibiting superior predictive accuracy, trend adaptability, and sensitivity to abrupt price movements. Overall, the findings indicate that Prophet outperforms ARIMA for daily stock price forecasting and underscore the importance of selecting appropriate models in financial time series analysis, while also encouraging future exploration of hybrid or deep learning-based approaches such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks to further enhance prediction accuracy.

Abstract

Literacy is an important factor in understanding and increasing knowledge, including regarding finance, while financial technology is a form of technology-based service which, if financial literacy and financial technology are combined, not only those of productive age who have income but also all age groups can become smarter and more confident. in making financial decisions to improve the quality of life in the future. In the Bambu apus sub-district area there are several high schools (SMA) where, after a preliminary study, there was a lack of understanding regarding financial management and financial technology. For this reason, it is necessary to provide education to increase teenagers' knowledge about financial literacy and financial technology. The method used in carrying out community service activities is directly at Santika High School in the Bambu Apus sub-district with the theme of increasing financial literacy and financial technology among young upper secondary school students. The implementation of community service activities was carried out by a service team from Respati Indonesia University by explaining material about financial management based on financial technology and material on the types of investments that can be made by teenagers. After carrying out this activity, there was an increase in knowledge and understanding among the participants as seen from the enthusiasm of the participants and the many questions regarding financial literacy and financial technology and their benefits in improving the Indonesian economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi digital terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Museum Penerangan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemenkominfo). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan mengunakan program software SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 Pengunjung Museum Penerangan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemenkominfo). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linier, Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan promosi digital berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Museum Penerangan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemenkominfo). Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan variabel promosi digital (X1) 18.516 > 0,05, dan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (18.516 >1.994), maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pengelola Museum Penerangan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemenkominfo) perlu menyediakan informasi lengkap tentang Museum Penerangan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemenkominfo) sehingga menjadi referensi pengunjung yang akan datang. Untuk itu perlu disediakan rubrik untuk komentar kepuasan pengunjung sebagai cara menampung saran dan kritik untuk kemajuan pengelolaan Museum Penerangan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemenkominfo). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Arya Meika Trans dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja yang dicapai oleh orang-orang yang disesuaikan dengan tugas tertentu dalam organisasi, yang dikaitkan dengan ukuran Perusahaan yang dinilai dengan seberapa standar nilai atau metrik. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan antara lain gaya kepemimpinan. Gaya kepemimpinan adalah cara seorang pemimpin bertindak dan atau bagaimana dia mempengaruhi anggotanya untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear sederhana dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Arya Meika Trans yang berjumlah 70 responden dan semua data yang tersedia dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dibuktikan dengan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yakni 2,653 > 1,66792 dan nilai signifikan < taraf signifikan yakni 1,010 < 0,05. Abstract

Menulis sitasi merupakan salah satu komponen terpenting dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas karya tulis ilmiah mahasiswa. Mendeley desktop adalah platform yang menyediakan berbagai jenis kutipan dalam penulisan ilmiah standar. Namun seringkali dalam penulisan kutipan, siswa masih menggunakan cara manual dengan menyortir nama penulis dari sumber yang diambil dan judul baik penomoran maupun abjad. Untuk itu perlu diadakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui pelatihan penggunaan Mendeley Batch 2 dalam penulisanproposal dan skripsi bagi mahasiswa FMB dan FAB serta umum. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 1 hari di lt 3 Gedung A Universitas Respati Indonesia (URINDO). Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan ini sebanyak 30 orang, dengan rincian semester 3, 5, dan 7 sebanyak 30 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, praktik, dan diskusi. Dampak dari pelatihan ini mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi Mendeley untuk pengelolaan referensi daftar pustaka. Disarankan agar kegiatan ini tidak hanya pelatihan tetapi dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan berbagai workshopdan pelatihan lainnya serta dapat menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley untuk mengerjakanberbagai bentuk penulisan ilmiah, jurnal, proposal, tesis. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and address the inconsistencies in previous research results and explain the phenomenon of Market Appreciation that differs from the theory of Efficient Capital Markets. This is what prompted the researcher to do this by using a combination of time series and cross-sectional data. This type of research is quantitative with a multiple regression analysis method of panel data with a sample of 25 coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for seven years. The formula in this study, maximizes the value of Market Appreciation through the Company's Capital Structure as an intervening variable and by using companies on the IDX as the research object. Two research models are integrated into one and each through model selection testing, Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test. The results of the first research model; that the interest rate is the dominant variable that is most sensitive to impacting capital structure, while the results of the second research model; that market appreciation is largely determined by the dominant exogenous variable that is most sensitive to coal prices. It is hoped that these results can be a reference for investors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange to maximize stock returns.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction in the creative industry in Asia, which is known for its unique dynamics and challenges. In this context, transformational leadership, characterized by the leader's ability to inspire, motivate, and empower employees, is viewed as a key factor in enhancing job satisfaction. This research aims to understand how elements of transformational leadership, such as a clear vision, effective communication, and attention to individual needs, can contribute to employees' feelings of satisfaction and engagement in their work. The research methods used include surveys and in-depth interviews with employees and leaders from various creative sectors, including art, media, and design. The collected data were analyzed to identify significant patterns and relationships between leadership practices and job satisfaction levels. The research results show that leaders who implement transformational leadership strategies not only succeed in creating a work environment that supports innovation and creativity but also enhance employee motivation and commitment. Most respondents reported that they felt more engaged and satisfied when working under leaders who adopted this approach. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations in designing effective leadership strategies in the creative sector, as well as highlighting the importance of paying attention to individual needs in the effort to achieve organizational goals. Thus, this research not only contributes to the academic literature on leadership and job satisfaction but also provides practical guidance for leaders and managers in enhancing job satisfaction in dynamic and creative environments. The recommendations generated from this research can help organizations in building a positive and productive work culture, thereby contributing to long-term success in the creative industry.
