Abstract

Tested simultaneously from the variable Dimensions of Products, Promotion, Distribution, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Prices for consumer satisfaction, the F value is shown to be 12.156 with a significant value of 0.000 and satisfaction with Loyalty with an F value of 43.995 with a significant level of 0.000. Judging from the results of the t test, it can show that consumer perceptions of the promotion dimension have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the t value of 1.311 smaller than t table 1.661, consumer perceptions of the distribution dimension have no significant effect on satisfaction with the t value of 1.293 smaller than t table 1.661, Consumer perceptions of the promotion dimension do not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a t value of 1.593 smaller than t table 1.661, Consumer perceptions of the dimensions of physical supporting infrastructure have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a value of t count 1.205 smaller than t table 1.661, Consumer perception dimensions Price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the value of t count 3.997 is greater than t count of 1.661. And satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty with t count 4.258 greater than t table 1.661.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: The Effect of Price, Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Indoprint Kaltim Mandiri Samarinda Printing. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula with a total of 97 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, the data presented is data obtained from the respondents' answers, using arithmetic tools with the SPSS version 22 program and analyzing the value of multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate the variable Price (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Service Quality (X3) have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y), but only the Price variable has a significant result and is the most dominant. The closeness of the relationship between Price, Product Quality and Service Quality to Consumer Satisfaction in choosing the Indoprint Kaltim Mandiri Samarinda printing company is 0.922, with the value from the interpretation table correlation coefficient 0.80 - 1.00. This is able to explain that there is a very strong relationship between Price, Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction in choosing the Indoprint Kaltim Mandiri Samarinda printing company. Price, product quality and service quality affect consumer satisfaction by 85.00%. These results indicate that 85.00% of which affects customer satisfaction by the factors of price, product quality and service quality, while 15.00% is influenced by other factors not examined by this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Mengetahui Bagaimana Pengaruh Performance ( X1) , Durability (X2), Conformance To Specification (X3), Feature (X4), Reliability (X5),Aesthetics (X6), Perceived Quality (X7) Dan Serviceability (X8) terhadap keputusan pembelian Smartphone Oppo di Kecamatan Muara Badak. Hasil dari peneltian ini bahwa secara simultan variabel Performance ( X1) , Durability (X2), Conformance To Specification (X3), Feature (X4), Reliability (X5),Aesthetics (X6), Perceived Quality (X7) Dan Serviceability (X8) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan secara parsial Variabel Performance ( X1), Conformance To Specification (X3), Feature (X4) Aesthetics (X6), Perceived Quality (X7) Dan Serviceability (X8) berpengaruh tidak siginifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kemudian variabel Durability (X2) dan Reliability (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Smartphone Oppo di Kecamatan Muara Badak.

Abstract

Penelitan ini untuk menilai kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan PT. Indofood sukses makmur tbk. Periode 2019-2022 Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menghitung dan menganalisis laporan keuangan pt. Indofood sukses makmur tbk dengan analisis rasio keuangan (rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio aktivitas). Hasil penelitian ini Hasil rasio likuiditas pada current ratio jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019-2022 standar industri sejenis maka berada dibawah standar rata-rata industri sejenis, selama 4 tahun. Hasil rasio solvabilitas pada debt to equity jika dibandingkan dengan rata-rata standar industri sejenis maka berada dibawah standar rata-rata industri sejenis, pada tahun 2019, sedangkan untuk tahun 2020 berada diatas rata-rata industri sejenis, untuk tahun 2021 dan 2022 berada di bawah rata-rata standar industri sejenis. Hasil rasio aktivitas pada total asset turn over jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019-2022 standar industri sejenis maka berada dibawah standar rata-rata industri sejenis, selama 4 tahun. Hasil rasio Profitabilitas pada return on equity ratio jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019-2022 standar industri sejenis maka berada diatas standar rata-rata industri sejenis, selama 4 tahun

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of student organizations in the development of soft skills among students at private universities in Samarinda. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the data were collected through in-depth interviews and questionnaires distributed to student organization advisors at five private universities. The data analysis process included data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that active participation in student organizations significantly contributes to students’ soft skills development, especially in communication, leadership, and critical thinking. Student organizations serve as effective platforms for experiential learning, preparing students for the competitive job market.

Abstract

Pengabadian kepada masyarakat ini sebagai salah satu bentuk Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi yang dilaksanakan setiap semesternya. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat  pada tulisan ini mengambil tema pendampingan usaha kecil menengah industry kecil menengah Tiara Dezzy yang bergerak di bidang usaha obat herbal. Adapun bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan konseling dengan beberapa masukan dan pemecahan masalah yang selama ini terjadi pada UMKM Tiara Dezzy, salah satunya  adalah konseling masalah permodalan, tim menyarankan agar UMKM Tiara Dezzy bekerjasama dengan salah satu usaha yang dalam hal ini tim merekomendasikan salah satu perusahaan permodalan Kaltim Ventura. Selain itu, tim juga memberikan konseling tentang bagaimana menyusun laporan produksi pada system otomatisasi, memberikan konseling tentang program pemasaran serta packing.
