Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workplace safety, comfort, and environmental health on employee performance. A quantitative method was employed in this study. The sampling method used was probability sampling, with a total of 381 employees and 90 respondents serving as the research sample. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. SPSS version 25 was used to analyze the data. Based on the results of multiple linear regression data analysis, the findings indicate that workplace safety and comfort have a significant effect on employee performance, while environmental health has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CR, DER, and ROE on Stock Returns with EPS as an intervening variable in LQ45 companies for the period 2020-2023. Quantitative methods are applied in this study. The population used is companies that have been included in the LQ45 index for the period 2020-2023 so that the sample obtained is 208 sample data processed by purposive sampling technique. The data were analysis using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, path analysis, and sobel test using SPSS 21 software. Research findings in equation 1 (EPS) show the results that CR has a negative effect on EPS, DER has no effect on EPS, and ROE has a positive effect on EPS. While in equation 2 (Stock Return) shows the results that CR, DER, and EPS have a negative effect on Stock Return and ROE has no effect on Stock Return. The results of path analysis explain that EPS can mediate CR on Stock Returns. Meanwhile, EPS cannot mediate DER and ROE on Stock Returns.

Abstract

Sosial ekonomi dan sikap baik terhadap klien di dunia bisnis saat ini menjadi acuan penting untuk menumbuhkembangkan aturan, moral, perilaku positif dari suatu perusahaan agar dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pada masyarakat. Etika kurang baik dapat menurunkan nilai produktifitas dan popularitas perusahaan. Ketidak berhasilan proyek pada perusahaan diakibatkan adanya pengaruh kepercayaan yang rendah dan kurang komitmen. Penelitian ini menggunakan kepustakaan dengan metode mengumpulkan bacaan, jurnal dan buku terkait perkembangan bisnis dan etika dalam berinvesatasi. Penelitian Studi pustaka menghasilkan studi analisis tentang peran etika dalam mengembangkan bisnis investasi baik secara online maupun konvensional. Ada beberapa data terkait perkembangan bisnis online yang mengalami pergerakan sejak 2018 menghabiskan dana senilai 22 triliun. Hal ini membuktikan nilai kepercayaan masyarakat masa kini sudah melibatkan dunia maya. Hingga ditinjau dari pengamatan kepuasan konsumen saat berkomunikasi. Untuk membangun suatu komitmen serta integritas perusahaan perlu adanya keterlibatan sikap yang bijak dan professional. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kontribusi kualitas dan kepercayaan terhadap prospek perusahaan.

Abstract

This study examines the correlation between corporate governance and voluntary disclosure of information. The sample used was companies that conducted an IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. Using purposive sampling technique, 129 data were obtained. The analytical tool used was multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The study found that the number of board of directors influenced voluntary disclosure of information, while foreign ownership, institutional ownership, management ownership, public share ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees were not found to influence voluntary disclosure.GCG, . voluntary disclosure, foreign ownership, institutional ownership

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of ownership structure on financial performance and the effect of ESG scores moderates the relationship between ownership structure and financial performance. The population in this study was companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period, resulting in a sample of 183. This study used Eviews 12.0 as an analysis tool. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) panel data type. The results obtained in this research are that foreign ownership has a significant effect on financial performance and ESG scores can significantly moderates the relationship between foreign ownership and financial performance. Meanwhile institutional ownership, ESG scores does not had a significant affect on financial performance, and ESG scores cannot moderates the relationship between institutional ownership and financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh media sosial, literasi keuangan, dan pendapatan terhadap perilaku menabung. Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data didapat dari sumber primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada sampel sebanyak 114 partisipan yang berasal dari Generasi Z, yaitu individu berusia 20 hingga 24 tahun yang berdomisili di Kota Bekasi dan Kabupaten Bekasi.Proses pengujian hipotesis memanfaatkan analisis regresi berganda yang difasilitasi oleh perangkat lunak SPSS. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku menabung. Hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan pendapatan menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Price Discount, E-WOM, Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulse Buying at Marketplace Shopee (Study case of Dian Nuswantoro University). The population of this research is Dian Nuswantoro University who have purchased at marketplace Shopee. Sampling technique used is questionnaire method and amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Price Discount doesn’t have a significant influence on Impulse Buying, while E-WOM and Hedonic Shopping Motivation have a significant influence on Impulse Buying partialy. Variables of Price Discount, E-WOM and Hedonic Shopping Motivation have a significant influence on Impulse Buying simultaneously.

Abstract

The world economy has been in turmoil for the past five years, causing an impact on the company's economy due to the Covid-19 pandemic. where this study is to explore how financial performance mediates the impact of company size, liquidity, and foreign ownership on company value in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018 to 2022. Regression analysis, along with the Sobel test, is used to test this relationship. Interestingly, despite the expectation that financial performance can bridge the gap between the independent and dependent variables, the results of the Sobel test show no mediation effect. As a result, the relationship between company size, liquidity, foreign ownership, and company value is direct. For further research, expanding the scope of the study to cover various sectors, extending the time period, and combining various financial ratios can provide a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui adanya dampak profitabilitas, likuiditas, tingkat pertumbuhan dan leverage pada kebijakan dividen di perusahaan yang terverifikasi di indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 16 perusahaan dengan jumlah 80 data. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Eviews 12, dengan menerapkan metode Analisis Regresi data panel dengan Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil dari studi ini mengungkapkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Namun demikian, likuiditas dan tingkat pertumbuhan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sementara itu, leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of asset management and capital structure on financial performance, moderated by good corporate governance, in food and beverage issuers verified on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. The research population is 90 companies, with sample selection carried out purposively. sampling, then 25 samples were obtained according to the criteria. The analysis assistance method used is panel data regression analysis with Eviews version 12.0. The findings of this research reveal that asset management and capital structure have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Good Corporate Governance can moderate the influence of asset management on financial performance positively and significantly, but cannot moderate the influence of capital structure on financial performance positively and significantly.
