Abstract

Intersections are part of roads where currents from various directions or directions meet. That is why at the intersection there is a conflict between the currents from opposite directions and cutting each other, resulting in congestion along the arm intersection.At the intersection, congestion is often caused by side obstacles, the high population of vehicles that is not balanced with the availability of road facilities. one of the intersections that at certain times experiences conflicts and buildup of vehicles, that is at the Tirto Rahayu intersection in Malang, at this intersection often there is a buildup of vehicles during rush hour. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of the intersection, the level of service and alternative handling. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the traffic volume characteristics in the first week are greater than the second week with the number of the first week: 974.6 pcu / hour and the second week: 843.1 pcu / hour, with a capacity of 1461.6. The degree of saturation is 0.62 and the level of service is C.

Abstract

Evaluation The high volume of traffic that passes through the Temple Road on the stage causes the meeting of vehicles that are quite dense from various directions of the road which results in a buildup of vehicles in every traffic jam during rush hour such as the morning when the community departs for activities, during the day and in the afternoon when the community returns home from their activities. The buildup of vehicles was caused by the large number of vehicles that passed, therefore research was carried out on these roads. As for this research a vehicle volume survey, side obstacle survey, and road geometry survey were then analyzed using the calculation method from the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI, 1997). Based on the results of the analysis, the maximum volume on the Candi Panggung road segment is 2814 ken / hour and 1631.9 amp / hour with the occurrence of sidebarriers per 200 m / hour at peak hours on the Candi Panggung road at 14.6 SMP / hour. The saturation degree (DS) value on the Candi Panggung street based on the calculation result is 1.32smp / hour. The level of road service on Candi Panggung street is at the level ofservice F (very low).

Abstract

Road construction generally uses flexible and rigid bending of the water to cause a decrease ingreen land. This affects the reduction of water catchment areas. The use of Geopolymerconcrete is an environmentally friendly alternative that is expected to be able to disperize waterin the soil. This paper aims to explain the study of: (1) geopolymer concrete; (2) strong press;and (3) geopolymer concrete applications on rigid pavement. Based on the results of the study,it can be concluded that the content of geopolymer concrete is environmentally friendly andminimal manufacturing cost. The implementation of rigid pavement during this time, generallyhas major constraints on costs. Application of the use of geopolymer concrete on rigidpavement, in the future is expected to be the replacement solution of conventional concrete

Abstract

Kota Malang merupakan kota terbesar kedua di Propinsi Jawa Timur dengan luas 110.06 km2, setelah Kota Surabaya, dengan jumlah populasi peduduk 895.387 jiwa (2017) dengan peningkatan 3,9% setiap tahunnya. Pertumbuhan penduduk yang setiap tahunnya terus bertambah seiring dengan penggunaan transportasi yang setiap tahunnya semakin meningkat pula. Dengan pertumbuhan lalu lintas yang semakin cepat harus diimbangi pula dengan peningkatan sarana transportasi yang memadai sehingga ruas jalan tidak menimbulkan hambatan dan kemacetan. Salah satu wilayah yang terkena dampak dari pertumbuhan lalu lintas yaitu di Jalan Raden Panji Suroso Kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa hal penting diantaranya karakteristik, kapasitas ruas jalan, tingkat pelayanan jalan dan yang terakhir untuk mengetahui kapasitas dantingkat pelayanan jalan selama 5 tahun. Untuk memperoleh data lalu lintas dilakukan survei lalu lintas. Kemudian data-data tersebut diolah sehingga menghasilkan (LHR) pada minggu pertama lebih besar dari minggu kedua dengan jumlah minggu pertama 7646 smp/jam dan minggu kedua 7427 smp/jam, Kapasitas (C) Jalan Raden Panji Suroso pada tahun 2018 adalah sebesar 1526,56 smp/jam, sedangkan prediksi kapasitas pada 5 tahun berikutnya adalah sebesar 1207,16 smp/jam, tingkat pelayanan jalan 5 tahun kedepan L yaitu kondisi arus tertahan/rendah.

ABSTRACT Malang City is the second largest city in East Java Province with 110,06 km2 area, after Surabaya City, with population of 895,387 people (2017) with 3.9% increase every year. Population growth that continues to increase every year along must be balanced also with the improvement of adequate means of transportation so that roads do not cause obstacles and congestion. One of the areas affected by traffic growth is in Jalan Tunggulwulung Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Malang. The purpose of this research is to know some important things the characteristics, the capacity of the road, the level of road service and the last to know the capacity and the level of road service for 5 years. To obtain traffic data conducted traffic surveys. Then the data is processed so as to produce (LHR) in the first week is greater than the second week with the number of the first week 7646 smp / hour and second week 7427 smp / hour, Capacity (C) Jalan Simpang Lima Tunggulwulung in 2018 amounted to 1526, 56 smps / hour, while the prediction of capacity in the next 5 years is 1207.16 pcu / hour, the level of road service 5 years ahead L that is the condition of the stuck / low current.

Abstract

Soil crack or base soil is the foundation for the pavement of both the pavement on the traffic and the shoulder. Thus the base ground is the last construction to receive the vehicle loads supplied by the pavement. Soil is a substantial component of subgrade that has different characteristics and behaviors, so that each type of soil has certain characteristics. Soil properties affect the resistance of the above layers. Local roads according to jitden bina marga (1997) is a public road that serves local transport with the characteristics of short distance trips, low average speed and the number of access roads are not restricted. The street pets are meant to make the path fulfill the role as in the design. This research is descriptive to know the description of factors - factors that affect road damage. This research is only done for road status in Sitirejo Wagir Subdistrict, Malang Regency. This study only examines the main factors affecting road conditions that are mainly caused by damage to existing roads in the village of Sitirejo. From the results of field research, obtained damage to Sitirejo Road Area Wagir District, Malang Regency, among others, Cracked Alien Crack (Aligator Crack), deformation, surface texture damage. From result of observation result of damage and based on from Public Works Department Directorate General of Highways, Road Pavement Design Manual, No 02 / M / BM / 2013, improvement corresponding to four points that is Achievement of service level, Implementation of life cycle cost minimization, Consideration of practicality of execution , Efficient use of materials.

Abstract

Upaya Pengelolaan Lingkungan dan Upaya pemantauan Lingkungan dianggap perlu karena kegiatan usaha pembangunan gedung inkubator yang merupakan pekerjaan konstruksi ini kerap meresahkan masyarakat sekitar dengan aktifitas proyek yaitu masuk dan keluarnya kendaraan pengangkut material, dan juga aktifitas-aktifitas proyek lainnya. Ditambah lagi dengan lokasi rencana pembangunan ini berada persis dilingkungan lembaga pendidikan (universitas). Kegiatan usaha diatas, sudah barang tentu harus ada pengelolaan dan pemantauan yang intens sehingga dapat meminimalisir dampak terhadap masyarakat juga terhadap kegiatan belajar dan mengajar kampus. Dalam melakukan UPL dan UKL digunakan metode Analisa FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). Dari hasil ananlisis menunjukan bahwa nilai fungsi bangunan Inkubator bisnis yang akan dibangun memiliki presentasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat pembangunan Inkubator Bisnis UNITRI. Kata kunci : Inkubator bisnis, UKL dan UPL ABSTRACT Environmental Management Efforts and Environmental Monitoring Efforts are deemed necessary because the business activities of building an incubator building which is a construction work are often troubling the surrounding community with project activities, namely the entry and exit of material transport vehicles, as well as other project activities. Coupled with the location of this development plan is located directly within the educational institution (university). The above business activities, of course there must be intense management and monitoring so as to minimize the impact on the community as well as on campus teaching and learning activities. In conducting UPL and UKL, the FMEA Analysis method (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is used. From the analysis results show that the value of the function of the business Incubator building to be built has a higher presentation than the impact caused by the construction of the UNITRI Business Incubator.

Abstract

Kepanjen as the capital of Malang Regency continues to improve, in addition to being equipped with various public facilities and green open spaces, it will also be used as a pilot as a green city by the Regency Government. Currently Kepanjen City already has several public green open spaces, but the existing public open green space still does not meet the standard area of green open space of a region. Therefore this study will evaluate the availability of public green open space in Kepanjen City. This study aims to find out the distribution of public green open space in the Kepanjen City Center. The method used in this study is evaluative descriptive, how to obtain data by field observations, interviews and recording. Based on the results of the survey and analysis that the public green open space in the Kepanjen City Center Area consists of railroad borders, river borders, cemeteries, and green roads. Railroad green open space along 3 km along the railroad tracks, each river has been protected by green open space river border, in the central area of Kepanjen City has two public cemeteries and one Chinese cemetery which also functions as a green open space, and the Green Roadway in Kepanjen urban area is located on Panglima Sudirman street, Kawi, Panji street, Sultan Agung street, and Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo street.

Abstract

Tambakrejo Village is one of the coastal villages in southern Malang Regency that has the potential of beach beauty and fishery products are quite abundant. These potentials include Tamban Beach, Sendiki Beach, Asmara Bay Beach, Sendangbiru Beach, Sempu Island, and Pick Up Ceremony. Tambakrejo Village is included in 13 (thirteen) villages that will be developed as a tourist village by the Government of Malang Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the characteristics of Tambakrejo Village related to the development of tourist village, to know the potential and the problems, and to determine the strategy of development of Tambakrejo Village. The type of this research is descriptive - evaluative by using method of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Tambakrejo village is a coastal village with moderate topography, and the soil type is alluvial soil and litosol. The potentials of Tambakrejo Village are, among others, the potential of nature, cultural potential, diversity of marine products, accessibility to good villages, adequate tourism facilities, still have vacant land for development, and the beauty of the tourist attraction in Tambakrejo Village is well known by community. While the problems associated with the garbage and accessibility that there are some road networks that need improvement. The Tambakrejo Village development strategy is to optimize the attractive landscape conditions, the quality and diversity of commodities, increase the diversity of tourist attractions, improve facilities, facilities and facilities, and utilize the availability of local labor.

Abstract

Pada pembangunan Graha Mojokerto Service City (GMSC) diperlukan Manajemen pelaksanaan yang baik sehingga pekerjaan dapat efisien dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keterlambatan pembangunan Graha Mojokerto Service City (GMSC). Pada realitanya pembangunan Graha Mojokerto Service City (GMSC) telah mengalami keterlambatan yang mengakibatkan pelaksana terkena denda. Analisa keterlambatan dengan Metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan Method Obtain Cut Set (MOCUS). Didapatkan bahwa item pekerjaan yang mengalami keterlambatan yaitu: pekerjaan Elektrikal, pekerjaan Elektronika dan Unit Penunjang. Dari hasil analisa FTA dari ketiga top event, didapatkan bahwa keterlambatan terjadi dikarenakan  tidak berfungsinya dengan baik konsultan pengawasan dan banyaknya terjadi addendum. Dari analisa tersebut diharapkan bisa mengantisipasi agar suatu proyek yang akan datang tidak mengalami keterlambatan.Kata Kunci : manajemen konstruksi; keterlambatan proyek; metode fault tree analysis ABSTRACTIn the development of Graha Mojokerto Service City (GMSC) a good implementation of management is needed so that the work can be efficient and effective. This research is intended to evaluate the delay in the construction of Graha Mojokerto Service City (GMSC). In reality the development of Graha Mojokerto Service City (GMSC) has experienced delays which resulted in the executors being fined. Analyze the delay with the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) Method and the Obtain Cut Set (MOCUS) Method. It was found that the work items that experienced delays were: Electrical work, Electronics work and Supporting Units. From the results of the FTA analysis of the three top events, it was found that the delay occurred due to the malfunctioning of the oversight consultant and the number of addendums. From the analysis it is expected to anticipate that a future project will not experience delays.
