Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler merupakan kegiatan yang diikuti dan dilakukan siswa di sekolah diluar jam pelajaran dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan minat dan bakat siswa. Futsal merupakan salah satu jenis kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga yang mengembangkan kebugaran jasmani setiap siswa. Tingkat kebugaran jasmani berkaitan dengan kemampuan seseorang dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari dengan berulang tanpa mengalami kelelahan yang bermakna. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMAN 6 Kediri dan SMAN 1 Gurah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode perbandingan. Desain penelitian menggunakan post test only dengan instrumen pengumpulan data tes kebugaran jasmani Indonesia (TKJI). Analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Mean tes push up SMAN 6 Kediri dan SMAN 1 Gurah sebesar 38 dan 38,47/ menit. Mean tes sit up SMAN 6 Kediri dan SMAN 1 Gurah sebesar 39,87 dan 39,33/ menit. Mean tes shuttle run SMAN 6 Kediri dan SMAN 1 Gurah sebesar 17,76 dan 14,73 detik. Mean tes sprint 60 m SMAN 6 Kediri dan SMAN 1 Gurah sebesar 9,29 dan 8,96 detik. Mean tes lari 1,2 km SMAN 6 Kediri dan SMAN 1 Gurah sebesar 269,13 dan 243 detik. Distribusi data tes kebugaran jasmani di SMAN 6 Kediri dan SMAN 1 Gurah tidak berdistribusi normal (p < 0,05), namun berdistribusi homogen (p > 0,05), kecuali pada data tes sprint 60 m (p < 0,05). Hasil Mann-whitney test menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada tes push up, sit up, sprint 60 m dan lari 1,2 km (p > 0,05), sedangkan pada tes shuttle run menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (p < 0,05). Simpulan penelitian adalah tidak ada perbedaan tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMAN 6 Kediri dan SMAN 1 Gurah, kecuali pada aspek kelincahan. Kecenderungan tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada SMAN 1 Gurah lebih baik dibandingkan SMAN 6 Kediri. Kata Kunci : Kebugaran jasmani, Ekstrakurikuler, Futsal

Abstract

ANALISIS PERALATAN PERMAINAN RAKYAT DAN OLAHRAGA TRADISIONAL (STUDI KASUS DI MUSEUM NEGERI MPU TANTULAR) Chatrine Ciptariska Djolo Mahasiswa S-1 Pendidikan Kesehatan dan Rekreasi, Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, chatrinedjolo39@gmail.com Abstrak Permainan rakyat dan olahraga tradisional merupakan salah satu warisan hasil budaya masyarakat Indonesia yang perlu untuk dilestarikan, selain sebagai ilmu pengetahuan permainan rakyat dan olahraga tradisional juga memiliki banyak manfaat dan peran. Museum negeri Mpu Tantular salah satu museum umum yang menyediakan layanan untuk memperkenalkan peralatan permainan rakyat tradisional kepada pengunjung. Peralatan yang ada di museum digunakan oleh pihak dengan memperkenalkan kemudian mengajak bermain pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan peralatan permainan rakyat dan olahraga tradisional di Museum Negeri Mpu Tantular. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi langsung di lapangan. Instrumen wawancara digunakan kepada informan key atau primer yaitu kepala UPT, kepala bagian preparasi dan bimbingan edukasi, dan pemandu permainan olahraga tradisional. Kemudian kepada informan sekunder yaitu kepala koleksi dan konservasi, dan pengelola dokumen cagar budaya dan koleksi museum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui wawancara dari narasumber, permainan yang ada di museum diperkenalkan untuk rekreasi dan karena mengandung nilai-nilai positif. Beberapa peralatan permainan yang dimiliki oleh museum tidak begitu banyak karena hanya sebagai koleksi sekunder diantaranya: Egrang, bakiak/terompa panjang, gasing, etek-etek, dakon dan permainan tanpa alat seperti gobak sodor, dan bekel. Beberapa penambahan alat permainan juga dari mahasiswa magang yakni: tilako, gasing, yoyo, etek-etek, dan karung goni. Dari hasil observasi terakhir yang dilakukan jumlah peralatan permainan yang tersisa sedikit karena rusak dan hilang yakni: gasing, yoyo, etek-etek, tilako, terompa panjang masih cukup banyak yang bisa dipakai dan beberapa sisanya sudah rusak, sedangkan untuk egrang tidak ada kerusakan atau masih utuh. Permainan yang masih aktif digunakan sekarang ialah terompa panjang dan egrang karena alat tersebut masih banyak dan layak pakai daripada yang lainnya. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh mengenai keberadaan peralatan permainan rakyat dan olahraga tradisional di Museum Negeri Mpu Tantular masih tergolong sedikit karena bukan sebagai koleksi primer. Walaupun demikian peralatan permainan sudah digunakan sebagaimana mestinya dengan tujuan dan harapan dapat memberi manfaat bagi pengunjung maupun museum dalam melestarikan warisan budaya bangsa. Kata Kunci : Peralatan ANALYSIS OF FOLK GAMES EQUIPMENT AND TRADITIONAL SPORTS (CASE STUDY IN THE MPU TANTULAR STATE MUSEUM) Abstract Folk games and traditional sports are one of the Indonesias cultural heritage which needs to be preserved. In addition to knowledge, folk games and traditional sports also have many benefits and roles. Mpu Tantular State Museum is one of the public museums that provides services to introduce traditional folk games equipment to visitors. Existing equipment in the museum are used by parties to introduce and then invite visitors to play. The research has a purpose for determine the existence of traditional folk games and sports equipment in the Mpu Tantular State Museum. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods are used by interviews, namely by direct observation and documentation in the field. The interview instruments are divided into 2 types, key or primary informants and secondary informants. Key or primary informants were carried out with the head of the UPT, the head of the preparation department, educational guidance, and guides to traditional sports games. Then the secondary informants were conducted with the head of collection and conservation, the manager of cultural heritage documents and museum collections. Based on the results of research through interviews from informants, the game in the museum was introduced for recreation because it contains positive values. The museum has not many of game equipment because only as a secondary collection, including: Egrang, Terompah Panjang, Gasing, Etek-Etek, Dakon and games without tools such as Gobak Sodor, and bekel. There are also the additions of game equipment from the internship students, such as: Tilako, Gasing, Yoyo, Etek-Etek, and Karung Goni. From the results of the last observation that has been done, the amount of game equipment remaining is small due to damaged and lost. Those are yoyo, etek-etek, and tilako. Terompah panjang are still enough to be used and some of them are damaged. While, Egrang there is no damage or still intact. Games that are still actively used until now are Terompah panjang and Egrang because these number of devices are still greater and more suitable to use than others. The conclusions that can be obtained regarding the existence of traditional folk games and sports equipment in the Mpu Tantular State Museum are still relatively few because they are not as primary collections. Nevertheless, game equipment has been used properly with the aim of being able to benefit both visitors and museums in preserving the nations cultural heritage.

Abstract

Tujuan untuk penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipeSTAD TGT dan JIGSAW terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar keterampilan passing atas dan bawah bola voli.Metode yang digunakan adalah jenis action reseach dengan pendekatan desain pre-tes post-tes. Instrumenyang digunakan adalah pendekatan penilaian portofolio pada keterampilan passing atas dan bawah bola voli.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif STAD menunjukkanpeningkatan nilai keterampilan passing atas sebesar 46,3% dan untuk passing bawah sebesar 43,8%;penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT menunjukkan peningkatan nilai keterampilan passingatas sebesar 35,9%, sedangkan pada nilai passing bawah sebesar 43,7%; penerapan model pembelajarankooperatif tipe JIGSAW menunjukkan peningkatan nilai keterampilan passing atas sebesar 46,1%, sedangkanpada nilai keterampilan passing bawah sebesar 44,4%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada materi keterampilanpassing atas serta passing bawah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD TGT dan JIGSAWmenunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. The Method used in this action research design with pret-tes post-tesa approachment. This study usingportofolio assessment approach on volleybal overhand and Underhand pass skill as instrument. The resultsof data analysis. The implementation of STAD cooperative learning model have shown an increased learningoutput on volleyball overhead pass skill (46.3%) and Undehand pass skill (43,8%). The implementation ofTGT cooperative learning model have shown an increased learning output on volleyball overhead pass skill(35,9%) and undehand pass skill (43,7%). And the implementation of JIGSAW cooperative learning modelhave shown an increased lelarning output on volleyball overhead pass skill (46,1%), and undehand pass skill(44,4%). It can be concluded that in the material of upper and lower passing skill the cooperative learningmodel STAD,TGT and JIGSAW types showed improved learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of traditional games during lectures after the Covid-19 pandemic in class 2020 students of the FIKK-UNESA sports science study program. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type with percentages. The sample in this study were students of the 2020 FIKK-UNESA sports science study program, totaling 35 students using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Based on the results of the data concluded using the SWOT analysis that FIKK-UNESA class 2020 students' understanding of traditional Indonesian sports has a strength of 65%, weakness of 6%, opportunity of 4%, and threats by 3%. So it can be concluded that as many as 35 sports science students class of 2020 FIKK-UNESA have a good category understanding of traditional games by 65%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the interest of grade V male students in traditional sports materials in health education at Geluran 3 Taman Sidoarjo State Elementary School. This is very necessary for students as a form of awareness in recognizing customs and traditions in the country of Indonesia. This research design is quantitative descriptive research and how to collect data by filling out a questionnaire. The sample of this research is all fifth grade male students at Geluran 3 Taman Sidoarjo State Elementary School, totaling 61 students. The results of this study indicate that the interest of fifth grade male students in traditional sports material in PE at Geluran 3 Taman Sidoarjo State Elementary School, for the very low category as many as 6 students or 9.83%, low category as many as 6 students or 9.83%, medium category as many as 32 students or 52.46%, high category as many as 13 students or 21.31%, very high category as many as 4 students or 6.56%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sports pattern of the State University of Surabaya before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample in this study was the students of the Faculty of Sports Science Unesa class of 2018 and 2019 totaling 200 students. The questionnaire used in this study is a questionnaire that has been calculated and passed the test of the value of its validity and reliability using SPPS version 23. The results in this study indicate that the data is homogeneously distributed but not normal, then the Wilcoxon nonparametric test is then carried out to test the hypothesis. The results of the nonparametric Wilcoxon test showed that there was a significant difference in the physical activity pattern of the Surabaya State University Sports Science students before and during the Covid-19 pandemic with a P value of < 0.05. The conclusions obtained in this study are that the physical activity patterns of Sports Science students at the State University of Surabaya before and during the Covid-19 pandemic were different, and during the Covid-19 pandemic the pattern of physical activity decreased when compared to before the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

In this research, no standardization/category provisions apply specifically to the sport of volleyball according to what is required in the sport of volleyball. Paying attention to the research survey results regarding the standardization of measuring instrument components, it is necessary to develop them from existing ones so that later, the results will be more comprehensive for male elite volleyball athletes. This research aims to create a physical fitness test for volleyball players by standardizing the sport. The type of research carried out in this research is a type of development or Research and Development (R&D), which aims to develop an existing product. The instruments used to collect information are in the form of existing or previous secondary data. They are designed to be further improved in the form of questionnaires and written questionnaires of secondary data, which will be responded to by experts. Experts select existing test items that will be corrected or eliminated by designing them properly to determine their feasibility. Then, it was developed as a comprehensive physical test item for volleyball. This study used a Likert scale analysis to analyze the research results obtained from experts and several FIVB-licensed trainers. The research results provide the results of several physical test items that will be used, including the following: In the Flexibility component, use Sit and reach; in the Speed component, use 10-meter sprint; the explosive power component uses Counter Movement Jump and Vertical Jump Running test items, Endurance component uses Bleep Test (MFT), Upper body Strength component uses Medicine ball throw, Lower body strength component uses single leg squat right & lift, in the balance component using the standing balance test item, in the speed reaction component using the Digging Agility Test item. This research concludes that standardizing elite physical test items for male elite volleyball athletes still includes general physical tests.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh latihan Rubber dan dumbell terhadap kemampuan servis dan passing bolavoli atlet bolavoli putri mitra utama. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu atau quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain One Grup Pretest-Posttest Design, populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet bolavoli mitra utama yang berjumlah 30 atlet sedangkan sampel yang digunakan yaitu atlet bolavoli mitra utama usia 15 Tahun. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan satu aspek yaitu aspek keterampilan gerak dasar menggunakan Volleyball Skill Test. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pretes-posttestt pengetahuan keterampilan gerak dasar dengan menggunakan test service dan passing bawah bolavoli sedangkan pada treatment berupa latihan rubber dan dumble. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji paired sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada pengaruh latihan Rubber dan dumbell terhadap kemampuan servis dan passing bolavoli atlet bolavoli putri mitra utama yang diperoleh nilai thitung = 9,474 > ttabel = 2,093 dengan nilai probabilitas signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,000 < α 0,05. Ada pengaruh latihan dumbell terhadap kemampuan servis dan passing bolavoli pada Rubber dan dumbell terhadap kemampuan servis dan passing bolavoli atlet bolavoli putri mitra utama yang diperoleh nilai thitung = 7,379 > ttabel = 2,093 dengan nilai probabilitas signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,000 < α 0,05. Ada perbedaan pengaruh latihan rubber dan latihan dumbell terhadap kemampuan servis dan passing bolavoli atlet bolavoli putri mitra utama dengan diperoleh nilai thitung = 2,177 > ttabel = 2,093 dengan nilai probabilitas signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,036 < α 0,05.KATA KUNCI : Latihan, Rubber dan dumbell, bolavoli

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' physical fitness whether there is an influence with traditional sports games. This research design is one-group pretest posttest design. The population was all students of SDN Sidorejo 2 Ngawi. The sample of this study was 20 students in grades IV and V. Instrument data is the TKJI test in children aged 10 to 12 years. Hypothesis testing used is the TKJI instrument test in children aged 10 to 12 years. Data analysis techniques using t-test analysis, swimmer normality and homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing, are data analysis techniques. The t-test in hypothesis testing produces a t-count value of 3.538 which is greater than 1.730 on the t-table. (3,538 > 1,730). Therefore, there is a significant difference between the data before and after the treatment. The average value during the pretest was 12.40 and the average value for posttest data was 13.95. These results indicate that the level of physical fitness increased by 1.55 or 10.58% after the provision of traditional sports. In this case it can be said that the increase in students' physical fitness after learning through traditional sports is 10.58%. The conclusion is that the physical fitness of classes IV and V of Sidorejo 2 Ngawi State Elementary School increased after the provision of traditional sports.

Abstract

The problem of this research is that generation z or gen z prefers to stay at home playing gadgets or watching television, of course for children this phenomenon is very dangerous for the progress and stimulus of their development both health, mental and physical children. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of sports modification games on early childhood motoric 4-5 years. This study uses quantitative research methods with a quasi-experimental approach or quasi-experimental desing. The population and sample in this study totalled 24 students. In this study using onegrup pretest and posttes type of research. This study uses a child motor test instrument from the director general of sports depdiknas. The results of the calculation show the results of the experimental posttest group are higher (M = 23.0000, SD = 1.47710) showing a level to the control group (t = 4.615, df = 22) compared to the control group (M = 19.9167, SD = 1.78164) from these results a significant increase in the experimental class is obtained. conclusion there is a significant effect on the provision of modified games on early childhood motor development.
