Abstract

Large red chili is one of the mainstay agricultural commodities in Karanganyar Village. Production of 85 tons of large red chili can be obtained by farmers, if there is abundant production. Every time the harvest of large red chili is not always perfect, there is often an imperfect shape of chili. Farmers usually call a large red chili reject, with a percentage of 10% (8.5 tons) each time. The price of this large red chili is cheaper than the large red chili that looks perfect. The goal to be achieved in community service activities is to increase the income of the PKK group of women through the processing of various processed large red chilies into powder, shredded rice and sauce. The method is done by using lecture and demonstration methods accompanied by training materials, and delivered directly by conducting demonstration relating to the process of making powder, shredded and sauce starting from the handling of raw materials, how to use production equipment, the process of mixing materials, cooking to packaging. The overall results of partners can make a variety of processed large red chillies and can do the packaging well.

Abstract

Upaya mengimplementasikan azas desentralisasi sesuai dengan UU No. 22 Tahun 2004 secara nyata dan bertanggungjawab, Pemerintah daerah sebagai sub sistem dari pemerintah pusat dituntut untuk mampu optimalisasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah untuk membiayai biaya rutin dan biaya pembangunan dengan menggali potensi asli daerah yang bersumber dari sektor pertanian dan pendapatan asli daerah lain yang sah. Dengan demikian rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar kontribusi sektor pertanian Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dimana hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dimana hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat dijadikan pertimbangan pemerintah daerah dalam mengambil keputusan mengenai kebijakan untuk meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif kemudian diinterpretasikan sesuai dengan tenua-temuan yang lain yang digali dengan wawancara dan laporan keuangan daerah pada bendahara daerah dari tahun 1994/1995 sampai dengan 2000/2001 hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian memiliki konstribusi pada tiap tahunnya yang tersebar dalam jangka lima tahun rata-rata sebesar 20% dan begitu juga Perkembangan Pendapatan Asli Daerah tiap tahun dalam jangka lima tahun rata sebesar 20%. Hal ini menunjukkan seberapapun besaran kontribusi petani menuntut adanya respon balik dari pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo dalam mewujudkan moto” Pertanian Maju dan Industri Andalan.”

Abstract

The development of the tourism sector in Indonesia has increased significantly. It is due to several factors such as government policies and marketing aspects of the tourism destination managers. This study aims to analyze, test, and determine the impact of experience and trust variables on economic development, especially in the tourism economy. In this study, the tourism economy is seen in revisit intention, which impacts increasing tourist visits. The study was conducted after collecting related data and evidence. The research site is in Banyuwangi, the city where the phenomenon of KKN Desa Penari takes place. The research population and sample were the millennial generations who visited the city of Banyuwangi. The sample calculation employed was Machin's Formula. Therefore, the number of samples was found to be 147 respondents. The sampling technique utilized is accidental sampling. Furthermore, the data collection technique was by distributing online questionnaires. The results showed that Experience and Trust significantly positively affected revisit intention.

Abstract

English The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the direct influence of e-WOM variables and viral marketing on visiting interests and visiting decisions for consumers of outdoor nuanced cafes in Malang City in 2018. Determination of the number of samples using the formula Machin and Campbell (1987) with accidental techniques sampling is accidental sampling and qualifies as respondents who meet with researchers. To collect data using a questionnaire and observation. The population in this study are consumers in 3 outdoor shades cafes in Malang. The sample used was 100 people. The analytical method used is variance based SEM using statistical tools Smartpls3.0. Electronic Word of Mouth and viral marketing have a significant effect on visiting interest and visitation decisions as well as visiting interest variables have a significant effect on visiting decisions. Keywords: Electronic Word Of Mouth, Viral Marketing, Visiting Interests, Visiting Decisions Indonesia Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh langsung dari variabel e-WOM dan viral marketing terhadap minat berkunjung dan keputusan berkunjung pada konsumen kafe bernuansa outdoor di Kota Malang tahun 2019. penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus (Machin and Campbell, 1987) dengan teknik accidental sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan dan memenuhi syarat sebagai responden yang bertemu dengan peneliti. Untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen pada 3 kafe nuansa outdoor di Kota Malang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah variance based SEM dengan menggunakan aalat analisis statistik Smartpls3,0. Electronic Word Of Mouth dan viral marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung dan keputusan berkunjung serta variabel minat berkunjung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung.

Abstract

AbstractMicro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in supporting the national economy, MSMEs are considered as strong and resilient businesses from the global crisis. Although the development of MSMEs is currently experiencing quite rapid development, it cannot be separated from several obstacles. One of the constraints experienced by MSMEs is the lack of effective knowledge management and the ineffective use of technology. This is something that must be improved by MSME actors in order to increase their business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human capital, structural capital, relational capital, and digital marketing on the performance of MSMEs. The population in this study were all food and beverage MSME managers assisted by the Satrya Emas program in Pasuruan Regency. The sample required is 138 respondents. The research method used is quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis approach. This study uses the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that the human capital variable (X1) partially has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y) with tcount 4.865 > ttable of 1.977 and sig value of 0.001 <0.05, structural capital variable (X2) partially has a significant effect on performance. MSMEs (Y) with tcount 3,591 > ttable of 1,977 and sig value of 0.003 < 0.05, the relational capital variable (X3) partially has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y) with tcount of 6.014 > ttable of 1.977 and sig value of 0.004 < 0, 05, and the digital marketing variable (X4) partially has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y) with tcount 4.177 > ttable 1.977 and sig value 0.004 <0.05Keywords: Human Capital, Structural Capital, Relational Capital, Digital Marketing, SMEs Abstrak Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) menjadi salah satu peranan yang sangat penting dalam menunjang perekonomian nasional, UMKM dianggap sebagai usaha yang kuat dan tahan dari terpaan krisis global. Meskipun perkembangan UMKM saat ini sudah mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat, namun hal itu tidak lepas dari beberapa kendala. Kendala yang dialami UMKM salah satunya adalah kurang efektifnya pengelolaan pengetahuan dan kurang efektifnya penggunaan teknologi. Hal inilah yang harus ditingkatkan oleh para pelaku UMKM agar dapat meningkatkan usahanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh human capital, structural capital, relational capital, dan digital marketing terhadap kinerja UMKM. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegelola UMKM makanan dan minuman binaan program satrya emas Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sampel yang diperlukan adalah 138 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel human capital (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM (Y) dengan thitung 4,865 > ttabel sebesar 1,977 dan nilai sig 0,001 < 0,05, variabel structural capital (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM (Y) dengan thitung 3,591 > ttabel sebesar 1,977 dan nilai sig 0,003 < 0,05, variabel relasional capital (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM (Y) dengan thitung 6,014 > ttabel sebesar 1,977 dan nilai sig 0,004 < 0,05, dan variabel digital marketing (X4) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM (Y) dengan thitung 4,177 > ttabel sebesar 1,977 dan nilai sig 0,004 < 0,05. Abstract

Introduction: The agricultural sector is a sector that depends on natural conditions so that uncertainty and risk in farming always occurs. The source of risk is predicted to continue to grow which greatly affects the total agricultural yield. Farming risk consists of production risk and price. Production risk is related to production uncertainty. Price risk is related to price fluctuations that cause losses to farmers because prices are difficult to predict. Indonesia is known for its diversity with nearly 300 ethnicities. Each ethnic group has different characteristics in behavior, language and customs. This difference is possible to influence decisions in managing a business, including in dealing with farming risks. This study attempts to analyze the behavior of rice farmers on the risk of farming among various ethnic groups in East Java and factors that influence farmer behavior towards farming risk. Methods: This research was conducted in Pamekasan, Ngawi and Pasuruan, where these three districts represent Javanese, Madurese, and Madura-Javanese ethnic assimilation. The data used are primary data collected from 49 respondents in Pamekasan Regency, 72 in Ngawi Regency and 65 in Pasuruan Regency so that a total of 186 respondents using the cluster sampling approach. Farmers' behavior towards farm risk was analyzed using the Just and Pope risk function model with the utility function approach, while the analysis of factors that influenced behavior towards farm risk was carried out using multiple regression. Results: The results of the analysis show that the behavior of rice farmers in Pamekasan District with Madura ethnic risk seekers, in Pasuruan Regency is a risk averse and in Ngawi Regency is a risk seeker. Conclusion: Regression analysis shows that differences in ethnicity of farmers affect the way rice farmers deal with farming risks

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Eterprises (MSMES) have a very important role in a country's economic growth, so the desire for MSMES is very necessary in the long term. MSMES have been recognized as an important driving force to alleviate some of the economic challenges faced by a country and can overcome poverty alleviation and reduce poverty rates. The main objective of the Sustainable Livelihood Approach in MSMES is to promote appropriate livelihoods for poverty alleviation. An important aspect of the Sustainable Livelihood Approach scheme is related to the systematic understanding and determination of obstacles arising from aspects of financial, natural, human, physical and social capital. The aim of this research is to analyze MSMES in Sampang Regency on the aspects of financial, natural, human, physical and social capital. This research method uses Rapid Appraisal for Fisheries (RAPFISH). The research results show the highest leverage value for financial capital in indicators for the availability of business permits, natural capital for the affordability of prices for main raw materials, human capital for the level of business knowledge, physical capital for road conditions, and social capital for collaboration with fellow MSMES players. The results of the analysis vary according to three categories of poverty (less sustainable, sufficient sustainable, good sustainable).
