Abstract

This study aims to: (1) identify the characteristics of superior organizational cultures in the Masaran Sragen Batik Industry in Central Java. (2) identifying the role of superior organizational culture in the Central Java Masaran Batik Industry. (3) analyzing the values that underlie the existence of superior organizational culture in the Masaran Batik Industry of Sragen, Central Java. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Case study data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation or archives. To get data that is truly valid, then the validity of the data checking uses a triangulation technique that is checking or as a comparison of the data. The results of the study can be concluded that the characteristics of superior organizational culture in the Laweyan batik industry, as follows: (1) the nature of transparency, (2) There is the nature of accuracy (detaility) (3) There is a dynamic nature in managing the industry (4) There is a Proactive nature in addressing an ever changing environment. (5) The nature of Professionalism, (6) The existence of mutual cooperation, (7) There is a creative nature in managing the company.

Abstract

Job satisfaction in an organization plays an important part in employees’ performance. It has connection with commitment and work atmosphere in the organization. With referrence to the previous study  on the issue within office of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, there seem to exist problems in the issue. The paper further makes an account of job satisfaction in the organization. Using quantitative method, the finding of the study is that work atmosphere plays more significant part in maintaining job satisfaction among the employees of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs than that contributed by commitment. Keywords : Organization’s commitment, work atmosphere, employees’ job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to find out the optimization of open green space as a public space in Taman Ayodia Kota Jakarta Selatan. In this context, researchers utilize the concept of optimization, open green space, and construction administration. By using qualitative methods, researchers are then free to the perception of informants consisting of Kepala Sudin Pertamanan dan Pemakaman Kota Jakarta Selatan as well as the visitors of Taman Ayodia. The results show that the function of open green space in the location of the research turned out to be not optimal because there are several factors that affected it, that the parks still needs additions and improvements, in addition to various less activity. So open green space becomes the container of the social interaction of citizens that can create creativity and motor activity of visitors, required periodic and ongoing socialization.Keywords: optimization of the function of the Green open space, and public spaces.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya partisipasi dan bantuan Pemerintah Daerah bagi masyarakat Desa Penusupan yang memiliki beragam potensi wisata alam dan budaya. Padahal pemberdayaan masyarakat desa wisata dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan Desa Wisata sebagaimana tertuang dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 43 tahun 2014 tentang Peraturan Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Oleh karenanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mendukung pengembangan desa wisata di Desa Penusupan Kabupaten Kebumen Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagaimana dikemukakan oleh Mardi Yatmo Hutomo (2000), sedangkan metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Kesimpulannya bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mendukung pengembangan desa wisata di Desa Penusupan umumnya telah dilakukan secara cukup baik. Meskipun demikian Pemerintah Desa Penusupan perlu melakukan pengendalian organisasi dengan cara meningkatkan intensitas dan rutinitas pendampingan serta kerja sama dengan berbagai lembaga finansial maupun non finansial pada seluruh kelembagaan yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan Desa Wisata Penusupan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas pengelolaan PNBP terhadap kinerja keuangan di Badan Pengembangan dan Pembinaan Bahasa. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan informasi menggunakan kuesioner. Pada variabel bebas, efektivitas pengelolaan PNBP (X) dan variabel terikat, kinerja keuangan Badan Pembinaan dan Pembinaan Bahasa (Y), masing-masing terdiri dari 15 item pernyataan. Kedua pernyataan variabel tersebut valid karena nilai rhitung dan rtabelnya, serta kedua pernyataan variabel tersebut sangat reliabel karena mencapai 0, 860 dan 0,961. Pengaruh efektivitas pengelolaan PNBP terhadap kinerja keuangan dalam Pengembangan Bahasa dan Badan Pembina bersumber dari uji Korelasi Pearson menunjukkan nilai besar 0,249 (0,05), sehingga dapat dikatakan ada hubungan antara variabel efisiensi pengelolaan PNBP dengan variabel kinerja keuangan, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,354 , dapat diketahui bahwa variabel efisiensi pengelolaan PNBP (X) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan (Y) . Dengan subjek ke arah yang positif, jika terjadi peningkatan efektivitas pengelolaan PNBP sebesar 1 unit maka akan menyebabkan omset kinerja keuangan meningkat sebesar 0, 354. Terus baik, efektivitas pengelolaan PNBP terus meningkat. meningkatkan kinerja keuangan di Badan Pembinaan dan Pembinaan Bahasa. Hasil analisis korelasi product moment diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,249 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,062 mendekati koefisien korelasi maksimum (1.000), sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa derajat korelasi antara efektivitas pengelolaan PNBP dengan kinerja keuangan terletak pada tipe besar/ketat. Sedangkan energi determinasi/pengaruh variabel utilitas dalam pengelolaan PNBP terhadap kinerja keuangan adalah nyata atau signifikan.

Abstract

Infrastructure, and other social issues may potentially reduced the image of Griya Mutiara Bekasi. Many concepts have been tried to solve the problems declining image of Griya Mutiara Bekasi. One of the concept that can be applied on Griya Mutiara Bekasi is service quality, a concept introduced by Zeithami, Berry and Parasuraman, and also Lovelock and Fitzsimmons. This paper proposes a quality service’s approach to solve the problem of Griya Mutiara Bekasi by exploring the perception of Griya Mutiara Bekasi’s consumen based on two criterias: performance and importance.

Abstract

The regional financial condition is an important instrument to assess the extent of the condition of regional financial capacity and performance. In this research, he wants to know the condition of the regional financial health in the regencies / cities in Banten Province, in the period 2016-2019. The research method used is quantitative with the results of calculations described descriptively, the data used is a summary of the realization of the TA budget. 2016-2019, and regional statistical data in numbers, such as total population and gross regional income (PDRB) of each Regency / City in Banten Province. The results of the analysis and findings show that the highest index score in the 2016-2019 period ranged from 0.724 to 0.791, while the lowest index score was between 0.124-0.159. There are 5 regions that show an increase in the index, while 3 other regions have a decrease. In terms of index scores, the regions that experienced an increase in the regional financial health index were Serang Regency (0.162), Lebak Regency (0.138), Serang City (0.084), South Tangerang City (0.023) and Cilegon City (0.003). Meanwhile, the regions whose scores decreased were Tangerang City (-0.009), Pandeglang Regency (-0.035) and Tangerang Regency (- 0.061). In terms of ranking, the highest score index is South Tangerang City and Tangerang Regency. In 2016 the highest score was South Tangerang City (0.724), in 2017-2018 there was a change in ranking, the highest was Tangerang Regency (2017: 0.791) and (2018: 0.742), in 2019 the highest ranking was South Tangerang City (0.747). The districts / cities that did not experience a change in the regional financial health index score rankings were Tangerang City (rank 3), Cilegon City (rank 4) and Serang Regency (rank 5). Meanwhile, the districts with the lowest average index were Lebak (0.244) and Pandeglang (0.147). Meanwhile, based on the type of city government, only Serang City whose score is still below the average index. Meanwhile, in the district government type, Tangerang Regency is the representative of the Regency which has a high index score. Even though Serang City is below average, but in terms of consistent scores, Serang city continues to increase and experience improvement. The regional financial health ranking index score is only compared between districts / cities in Banten Province for the 2016-2019 fiscal year. The development gap and regional fiscal ratio in Banten Province are very visible. The next research, especially to examine the financial performance of the City, can compare with other cities that are considered more equal.

Abstract

Allocation of village funds is a balance between central and regional financial funds received by districts / cities, which in the distribution for each village is distributed proportionally, namely at least 10% (ten percent). The allocation of village funds is intended for the implementation of village government and community empowerment. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The results showed that normatively and administratively the management of village fund allocations was carried out well, but in substance it had not yet touched the true meaning of empowerment. In addition, some stakeholders have not carried out their roles optimally, only the village head as the implementing team dominates the management of the village fund allocation. The paternalistic culture of the village community causes the community to be indifferent and put full trust in the village head in the management of village fund allocations, as well as the dominance of the sub-district in the preparation of a letter of accountability which causes a lack of village independence. Therefore, this study aims to describe the effectiveness of village government policies (namely the village fund allocation policy) in supporting the empowerment of village communities. The results of this study indicate that the allocation of village funds serves as a stimulus to encourage the Caturtunggal Village community to develop and maximize their potential. The physical development budget is also directed and focused on improving the economy of the village community by involving them in projects and other social activities in the village and by involving them to care about their village development.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic in year 2020 affected many organizations. Work From Home (WFH) policy is the new work methods in Indonesia, especially in a public organization. Employee performance when Work From Home becomes concern for organizations and superiors, because employees are required to achieve the same targets as during Work From Office. The purposes of this paper to ˑfind ˑout the influence ˑof digitalˑculture ˑand work discipline ˑon employee performance during the Work From Home period at Direktorat Jenderal Kependudukan & Pencatatan Sipil (Ditjen Dukcapil) Kemendagri in 2020-2021. The research method used quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study are 82 employees at Ditjen Dukcapil in 2020-2021. The analysis results show, digital culture significantly affect employee performance. which has a significance value of 0.021 (p<0.05). On the work discipline variable, significance of 0.028 (p <0.05), these results indicate that there is a significantˑ effect of workˑ discipline ˑon employeeˑ performance during the Work From Home period. Theˑ results of thisˑ study also explain that there is a simultaneous influence of digital culture & work discipline on employee performance during Work From Home at Ditjen Dukcapil in 2020-2021, which is shown from the results of the influence value of 25% with a significanceˑ level of 0.000 (p< 0.05). Pandemi Covid 19 di tahun 2020 berdampak pada banyak organisasi. Kebijakan Work From Home (WFH) merupakan cara kerja baru di Indonesia, khususnya di organisasi publik. Kinerja karyawan saat Work From Home menjadi perhatian bagi organisasi maupun atasan, karena karyawan dituntut untuk mencapai target yang sama seperti saat Work From Office. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya digital dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di masa Work From Home di Direktorat Jenderal Kependudukan & Pencatatan Sipil (Ditjen Dukcapil) Kemendagri tahun 2020-2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan sampel 82 pegawai di Ditjen Dukcapil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan budaya digital terhadap kinerja pegawai di masa Work From Home di Ditjen Dukcapil dimana memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,021 (p<0,05) atau 20%. Pada variabel disiplin kerja, didapatkan hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,028 (p<0,05) atau 19%. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan budaya digital & disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di masa Work From Home di Ditjen Dukcapil, dimana ditunjukkan dari hasil nilai pengaruh sebesar 39% dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p< 0,05).

Abstract

Perusahaan di Era industry 4.0 dan society 5.0 saat ini menuntut lulusan perguruan tinggi untuk memiliki kemampuan hard skill dan soft skill yang seimbang. Sedangkan realita yang terjadi di dunia Pendidikan khususnya vokasi, masih memfokuskan pada peningkatan kemampuan hard skill mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang dimiliki dosen dan kompetensi dosen terhadap peningkatan kualitas soft skill. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif Politeknik LP3I Jakarta pada tahun akademik 2021/2022. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap peningkatan kualitas soft skill mahasiswa, terdapat pengaruh secara parsial yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi dosen terhadap peningkatan kualitas soft skill mahasiswa, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional serta kompetensi dosen secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan.
