Abstract

The effect of Ecoenzyme and waste thickness on methane gas levels contained in waste. Utilization of Ecoenzyme in reducing pollutant power in the environment. Obstacles in waste processing and the consequences of excess landfill can damage the earth's layer, becoming a global warming event. The objective of this study was to determine how much influence the concentration of ecoenzyme in reducing methane gas pollutants in waste. The sequence of research conducted was: 1) Looking for and determining the location at the Supit Urang Landfill in Malang City; 2) Make ecoenzyme in the mature period (+ 3months); 3) Make plotting according to the treatment; 4) Measuring methane gas content before and after treatment; 5) Record results. After conducting research activities at the Supit Urang landfill in Malang City, there was a decrease in methane gas in the treatment of ecoenzyme concentrations of 6%, 8%, and 10% at a thickness of 10cm and 30 cm, this shows that there is an influence of concentration and thickness on the reduction of methane gas.

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa sekolah menegah pertama di Indonesia tergolong masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Conservation Based Learning (CBL) dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran CBL. Penelitian quasi eksperimen ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2019 hingga Januari 2020. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 14 Malang sebanyak 56 siswa yang terbagi atas 2 kelas, 1 kelas CBL dan 1 kelas Non CBL. Pengambilan data untuk kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa menggunakan lembar wawancara, lembar observasi, lembar ekplorasi ide, dan dokumentasi. Lembar eksplorasi ide digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Instrumen penelitian kemampuan berpikir kreatif meliputi imitasi, variasi, kombinasi, transformasi, dan ciptaan asli. Analisis data menggunakan independent sample t-test. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran CBL dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran CBL.

Abstract

Proses gelasi eksternal digunakan dalam pembuatan gel ammonium diuranat dan diproses lebih lanjut menjadi partikel UO2 terlapis. Partikel UO2 terlapis merupakan inti bahan bakar reaktor suhu tinggi (RST). Dalam makalah ini akan dijelaskan proses gelasi eksternal pembuatan gel menggunakan bahan pengganti (sorrogate) zirkonium yang distabilkan dengan cerium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari proses gelasi gel ammonium diuranat dan pengaruh viskositas gel serta proses presolidifikasi terhadap kebulatan gel yang dihasilkan. Parameter yang dianalisis adalah viskositas sol dengan variasi penambahan bahan aditif dan proses gelasi dengan presolidifikasi (dengan aliran gas NH3) dan tanpa presolidifikasi (tanpa aliran gas NH3). Gel Ce-Zr dibuat melalui proses yang sama dengan proses pembuatan gel ADU yaitu proses gelasi eksternal. Larutan campuran cerium nitrat dan zirkonium dengan kadar Ce 12% mol ditambahkan urea, tetra hydro furfuryl alcohol (THFA) dan poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) menjadi larutan sol sebagai umpan proses gelasi. Nozzle penetes larutan sol divibrasi dengan frekuensi berkisar 90-110 Hz dengan amplitudo tertentu. Presolidifikasi dilakukan dengan melewatkan tetesan sol pada gas NH3 dan tetesan ditampung pada kolom gelasi berisi NH4OH. Pengoperasian kolom gelasi untuk menghasilkan gel yang bulat dan seragam dilakukan pengaturan frekuensi, amplitudo dan laju alir larutan sol. Kolom gelasi yang diperasikan dengan frekuensi 100 Hz, viskositas larutan sol sebesar 97 cP dan laju alirnya 25,8 mL/menit menghasilkan gel dengan kehalusan, keseragaman dan kebulatan yang relatif baik. Sol dengan viskositas 56 cP mempunyai laju alir yang relatif baik sebesar 28,8 mL/menit, sedangkan pada viskositas 46 cP diperoleh laju alir 30 ml/menit. Pengoperasian alat gelasi pada frekuensi 110 Hz, 100 Hz dan 90 Hz, menghasilkan gel yang halus, seragam dan bulat pada laju alir sol 27,9; 25,8 dan 21,2 mL/menit. Proses gelasi dengan aliran gas NH3 menghasilkan gel yang lebih bulat dan seragam dibandingkan dengan tanpa aliran gas NH3 yang menghasilkan gel yang tidak bulat. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa viskositas sol dan frekuensi vibrasi nozzle penetes mempengaruhi laju alir sol tetapi tidak mempengaruhi kebulatan gel. Makin besar viskositas sol, makin kecil laju alir sol untuk mendapatkan gel yang terpisah, seragam dan bulat. Meningkatnya frekuensi vibrasi akan memperbesar laju alir untuk mendapat gel yang baik dan proses gelasi tanpa presolidifikasi menghasilkan gel yang tidak bulat.Kata kunci: proses sol-gel, bahan bakar RST, cerium, zirkonium, gelasi eksternal, presolidifikasi.

Abstract

Traditional drinks are drinks that are formulated with ingredients that can nourish the body. This method is to analyze the effect of Product Quality, and Customer Satisfaction on Purchasing Decisions. The subjects in this method were 50 respondents who had previously purchased traditional seruni beverage products in the Semarang city area. In analyzing this research data the methods used include classical assumptions, F and t tests, coefficients of determination and all using SPSS. The results of the classical assumption test show normal data, no heteroscedasticity and no multicollinearity. Then the results of multiple regression analysis showed that regression models can be used to predict buyback decisions based on t-tests. It can be concluded that product quality data and customer satisfaction have significant value because < 0.05 so the hypothesis is accepted. In conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence of data, product quality, and customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Produktivitas kerja merupakan kemampuan individu dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya secara optimal. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja seperti motivasi ekstrinsik, burnout dan komitmen organisasi. Objek penelitian ini berada di PT Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Kabupaten Demak. Hal ini menjadi indikasi bahwa beberapa bidang yang ditangani karyawan tidak mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik, burnout dan komitmen organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Kabupaten Demak. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Kabupaten Demak yang berjumlah 147 orang. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 orang. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner (Google Form). Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) dan koefisien determinasi (R2).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi ekstrinsik, burnout dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Saran yang harus dilakukan oleh PT. Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil Kabupaten Demak yaitu: 1) Pada variabel motivasi ekstrinsik hendaknya dibuat kebijakan yang dapat lebih memotivasi karyawan. 2) Pada variabel burnout hendaknya apabila karyawan mendapatkan pekerjaan tambahan hendaknya diberikan waktu istirahat yang lebih panjang. 3) Pada variabel komitmen organisasi hendaknya ikatan emosional antara karyawan dengan instansi ditingkatkan seperti dengan melibatkan karyawan dalam berbagai kegiatan instansi termasuk dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and regional economic integration such as the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), the role of Human Resource Development (HRD) has become increasingly strategic in developing competitive and adaptive human capital. HRD serves not only as a training facilitator but also as a strategic partner responsible for managing employee competencies through data-driven and industry-relevant approaches. This study aims to evaluate the role of HRD in enhancing organizational competitiveness through holistic and internationally oriented recruitment, training, and human capital development strategies. A descriptive qualitative method with an exploratory approach was used to understand the dynamics of HR management in the context of AEC and digital transformation. The results show that leading companies have integrated digital technologies in recruitment and training processes, applied competency-based training, and emphasized foreign language proficiency and cross-cultural communication. Furthermore, the success of human resource development is also influenced by collaboration between government, industry, and educational institutions in creating an inclusive policy and training ecosystem. Therefore, HRD plays a crucial role in building organizational competitive advantage and preparing a workforce capable of adapting to global challenges.

Abstract

The application of character values through classroom learning has not been maximal because teachers have difficulty choosing the right learning model. The OIDDE (Orientation, Identify, Discussion, Decision, and Engage in Behavior) learning model is appropriate to implement. This article aims to describe the implementation of teacher assistance activities in developing character values through learning by applying the OIDDE learning model. The subjects of the service were 12 teachers at SD / MI levels, 12 teachers from SMP / MTs, and 15 teachers at SMA / SMK / MA levels from 39 schools in Batu City, East Java. The activity was carried out for 6 months using the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) method, workshops, hands-on practice, outreach, and evaluation. The evaluation of community service is carried out thoroughly, from the process to the output, especially the seriousness of the teacher in participating in the activities to the skills in applying the model. The results of the process evaluation show that, the service activity is carried out well, the average attendance is 85%, and as many as 100% of the teachers become the Master Teacher model. OIDDE learning, and has the right to provide tutors with OIDDE learning models.
