Abstract

Abstrak: Aktivitas di pulau–pulau Spermonde Sulawesi Selatan belum atraktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi pola perjalanan yang dilakukan wisatawan di gugusan kepulauan Spermonde.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Sulawesi Selatan  dengan pertimbangan sebagai Provinsi yang memiliki gugusan pulau-pulau Spermonde. Teknik dalam menentukan informan penelitian yaitu purposive sampling untuk informan kunci dan accidental sampling untuk informan biasa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data penelitian ini dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola perjalanan yang dapat dilakukan oleh wisatawan pada gugusan Kepulauan Spermonde adalah single point, base site, stop over, dan chaining loop. Pariwisata gugusan Kepulauan Spermonde belum menggunakan pendekatan zona pola perjalanan. Rekomendasi penelitian dengan mengembangkan pola perjalanan berdasarkan zona dan mengidentifikasi pusat setiap zona sebagai pemantik wisata.Abstract: Activities on the Spermonde Islands in South Sulawesi have yet to be attractive. This research aims to identify the travel patterns made by tourists in the Spermonde archipelago. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research location is in South Sulawesi, considered a province with a cluster of Spermonde islands. The technique for determining research informants is purposive sampling for key informants and accidental sampling for ordinary informants. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. This research data analysis technique with qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the travel patterns that tourists in the Spermonde Islands cluster can carry out are single point, base site, stopover, and chaining loop. The tourism of the Spermonde Islands group has yet to use the travel pattern zone approach. The research recommendation was to develop travel patterns based on zones and identify each zone's center as a tourism activator.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors of online geography learning outcomes in class XI IIS SMAN 1 Samaturu. Learning outcomes' position was crucial and inseparable from the learning process. Learning outcomes can be used as an indicator of the success of the learning process. Low learning outcomes were a problem in the learning process, which is still developing, and solutions or factors that influence learning outcomes have yet to be found. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. The subject of this study was students of class XI IIS, totalling 33 students. The technique used to collect data was a questionnaire. First, data analysis was carried out by giving student scores for each questionnaire item. Second, averaging student scores for all of these items, and third, determining student criteria. The results of this study obtained that the student's geography learning outcomes factor was the parental attention factor found in the indicators of giving awards, giving punishments, giving examples, giving guidance and helping difficulties and meeting students' learning needs. The last two indicators make a major contribution to low student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pengenalan bentang lahan geografi bertujuan untuk memperdalam pemahaman pengetahuan tentang geografi fisik dan manusia melalui studi lapangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengalaman yang diperoleh sebelum, selama, dan setelah mahasiswa dan dosen dari kegiatan fieldtrip pengenalan bentang lahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan multi case. Temuan penelitian bahwa kegiatan fieldtrip pengenalan bentang lahan memberikan pengalaman pedagogik mahasiswa yang meliputi: keterampilan literasi geografi, keterampilan analisis geografi, keterampilan aplikasi ilmu geografi, keterampilan kartografi, keterampilan berpikir kritis dan ilmiah, serta keterampilan pembelajaran penelitian. Pengalaman fieldtrip bagi dosen pembimbing lebih digunakan untuk implementasi research based learning bagi mahasiswa dan melakukan penelitian untuk bidang geografi dan pendidikan geografi di lapangan.

Abstract

This research and development aimed to produce teaching materials for research and teaching methodology courses using the 4D model. Teaching materials were arranged based on a 4-D procedure: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The validated teaching materials were tested through small groups of 30 students and large groups of 90 students. It collected data using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed qualitatively by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The quantitative analysis was done by processing data from expert reviews and responses from lecturers and students using percentages. The development results were teaching materials validated by four expert validators: content-focused material, curriculum-focused material, learning design, and language. The research and development resulted in a defined stage obtained material elaboration from the point of view of the research methodology of language, mathematics, and geography. The design stage was based on the design validator's suggestion regarding an attractive appearance on the cover, chapter titles, and the format of the content of the Deepublish textbook. In the development stage, the validation results obtained an average of 76.37% with good qualifications, and the average test decision was feasible with revisions in certain parts. The test results of small group students obtained 75.19% or good qualifications. The results of the large group trial got 76.83% or good qualifications. The research concludes that teaching materials have been compiled based on 4D steps. Based on the findings, the implications of this study show that the teaching materials resulting from the development can be used as material for consideration for teachers in delivering related material under the conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an E-module with the ROPES (Review, Overview, Presentation, Exercise, summary) strategy assisted by Sigil software on elasticity and Hooke's Law to improve the critical thinking skills of class XI high school students that are valid, practical and effective. This method of research and development with the ADDIE model. The research instrument consisted of pretest-posttest questions, validation sheets, learning implementation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, and student responses. Data analysis techniques were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results of the study were known: 1) the validation results by three educational expert validators on the E-module with the ROPES strategy assisted by Sigil software are declared valid in terms of constructs and content with an average score of 0.85 in the very valid category so that it can be applied in learning activities, 2) the practicality of the E-module with the ROPES strategy assisted by Sigil software was measured by learning implementation sheets and questionnaires for teacher and student responses. The implementation sheet showed the average score for the limited trial class of 3.5 with the good category and the broad trial class of 3.65 with the very good category. The student response questionnaire showed the mean score for the limited trial was obtained at 83.5%, which was included in the very good category, and the broad trial and 87%, which was included in the very good category, and the teacher response questionnaire showed the average score for the limited trial. Furthermore, the broad test obtained an average result of 83% with the category very good, so the e-module was practical for learning at school. 3) the effectiveness of the E-module with the ROPES strategy assisted by Sigil software in terms of pretest-posttest questions obtained the criteria for the limited test N-Gain value of 0.68 with the Medium category and the broad test N-Gain 0.71 with the High category, supported by independent test results -samples-test which shows that there is a significant difference in learning achievement before and after using the E-module. It is concluded that the E-module with the ROPES strategy assisted by Sigil software effectively improves students' critical thinking skills in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui Potensi Kota Parepare sebagai wisata MICE dimasa transisi kenormalan baru. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan langkah pengumpulan, reduksi, dan penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa potensi wisata MICE di Kota Parepare mempunyai prospek yang sangat baik dengan berbagai potensi wisata alam dan wisata buatan serta berbagai macam atraksi budaya yang bisa ditampilkan ketika diselenggarakannya event. Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak di sector pariwisata yang mengalami penurunan. Dimasa post Covid-19, pemerintah Kota Parepare menyiapkan strategi dalam rangka pemulihan sektor pariwisata.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Perencanaan pembangunan pertanian memerlukan basis data yang akurat dan realtime. Hal ini penting dalam rangka melihat perkembangan aktivitas pertanian dan kesejahteraan petani sebagai ujung tombak ketahanan pangan. Jumlah Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan yang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah petani menyebabkan sulitnya monitoring kegiatan pertanian. Penyajian informasi dalam bentuk Web GIS diharapkan menjadi solusi sehingga bantuan, pembinaan dan penyuluhan oleh pemerintah melalui dinas pertanian bisa tepat sasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah terbangunnya Sistem Informasi Pertanian Hamparan Berbasis Web GIS di Kecamatan Sungai Kakap sehingga dapat dijadikan model untuk kegiatan monitoring pertanian di kawasan lain. Metode perekayasaan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan melakukan rancang bangun system informasi berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan para Penguluh Pertanian Lapangan. Hasil dari karya ini adalah Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak berupa Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pertanian hamparan berbasis Web GIS. Aplikasi Web GIS ini selanjutnya dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk monitoring kegiatan pertanian di Kecamatan Sungai kakap Kabupaten Kuburaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sebaran kebutuhan guru geografi serta kesesuaian latar belakang pendidikan guru geografi SMA Negeri di Kota Pontianak tahun 2021 dalam bentuk peta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran geografi SMA Negeri di Kota Pontianak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan rumus perhitungan kebutuhan guru di Kota Pontianak maka guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran geografi SMA di Kota Pontianak belum tercukupi. Berdasarkan peta persebaran guru geografi SMA Negeri di Kota Pontianak tahun 2021, guru yang tersedia saat ini terdapat 9 guru dengan status kepegawaian sebagai PNS sedangkan guru yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 18 orang guru. Berdasarkan peta persebaran latar belakang pendidikan guru grografi SMA Negeri di Kota Pontianak tahun 2021, terdapat 7 orang guru dengan latar belakang pendidikannya adalah sarjana pendidikan geografi, sedangkan 2 orang guru geografi lainnya berlatar belakang pendidikan geografi murni akan tetapi guru tersebut telah mengambil akta mengajar.

Abstract

This research aims to develop website-based learning media on tourism package planning competency and report its feasibility. In particular, this study aims to address the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has made it difficult to conduct field trips or study tours, a crucial component of the travel business study program at Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar. The research addopted a research and development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model, as well as involving the material experts and media experts in the media assessments. Learning media trials were conducted in small groups comprising ten students and in large groups with 30 students. The learning media development resulted in a website hosted on the Google Site at https://sites.google.com/view/membuat-paket-wisata/halaman-muka. The expert assessment of the media's learning content and teaching process obtained an average score of 4.56 in the very good category. Meanwhile, the assessment of media experts on appearance and programming obtained an average score of 4.41 in the very good category. Similarly, the product trials involving students also culminate in an average score of 4.45 in the excellent category. In general, the results of the assessment and trials concluded that website-based learning media is feasible to be adopted in the competence of planning tour packages.

Abstract

There were various activities in the Bungkutoko Island Kali Biru Bathing area by PT. Pelindo Nusantara and community settlements can unwittingly impact the quality of the water environment. This study aimed to determine the quality of seawater in the Kali Biru bathing area and develop a sustainable tourism-based environmental engineering concept. This research method uses surveys and laboratory analysis. Examination of water samples is carried out directly. Seawater analysis is descriptive with quality data from the results of water quality tests in testing laboratories whose feasibility levels were determined based on Indonesia's government rule number 22 of 2012. The results showed that three elements had laboratory test values exceeding the threshold value, namely: nitrite (NO2-N), sulfate (SO4), and iron (Fe), which should not be present, but during the study, there were already values for nitrite (NO2-N) of 0.12, 0.006, and 0.0006, sulfate (SO4) of 2.3, 1.4, and 4.8 and iron (Fe) of 0.0012, 0.0019, and 0.001 while the other six elements starting from pH (degree of acidity), salinity (%), nitrate (NO3-N), oil and grease, arsenic (As), and total coliform were within the regional quality threshold sea tourism.
