Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaraan realia terhadap kecerdasan logis matematika siswa pada materi pengukuran sudut. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif quasi eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini kelas IV SDIT Faidurrahman yang terdiri dari 16 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 16 siswa kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya dilakukan secara acak. Adapun analisis data menggunakan uji Independent T test dikarenakan data tersebut normal dan homogen. Hasil penelitian yang ditunjukkan oleh uji Independent T test yaitu sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 yang dapat diartikan terdapat adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya media pembelajaran realia melalui alat peraga tiruan matematika terhadap peningkatan kecerdasan logis matematis siswa kelas IV. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran realia sangat berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kecerdasaaan logis matematis siswa kelas IV di SDIT Faidhurrahman. Sehingga media pembelajaran realia dapat digunakan di dalam pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) tingkat kecerdasan logis matematis siswa; 2) pengaruh model pembelajan NHT (Numbered Head Together) berbantuan video. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis quasi eksperimen dengan objek penelitian siswa kelas V berjumlah 48 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Data kecerdasan logis matematis siswa diukur melalui instrumen tes, untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan uji statistik yaitu uji independentt sample t-test. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t menunjukkan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model NHT berbantuan video terhadap kecerdasan logis matematis siswa. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil posttest diperoleh nilai rata-rata 87, 21 untuk kelas eksperimen dan 66,58 untuk kelas kontrol. Hal ini menandakan bahwa dengan menggunakan model NHT berbantuam video dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan logis matematis siswa kelas V di SDN Cibereum Hilir 3 Tahun pelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the need for more understanding of students’ mathematical concepts at SDN Gegerbitung. Their mathematics learning scores still need to be higher than the KKM. This study aims to determine the effect of using Game-Based Learning on Elementary School Students. This research is a type of quantitative research using a quasi-experimental approach, the design in this study uses the Nonequevalent Control Group Design. The population in this research is all class III SDN Gegerbitung, with the first sample class IIIB totaling 20 students as the experimental class whose lessons use game-based learning and the second sample class IIIA totaling 20 students as the control class using conventional learning. Data on the ability to understand mathematical concepts were measured through a test instrument. To analyze the data in this study, a statistical test was used, namely the independent sample t-test. Based on the results of the t-test, the value of Sig = 0.003 <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence between the use of Game-Based Learning and Understanding of Mathematics Concepts for Elementary School Students. In addition, based on the results of the final test (posttest) obtained an average of 82.25 for the experimental class. At the same time, the control class received an average score of 72.50. This indicates that using Game Based Learning can improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts at SDN Gegerbitung for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

PKidney disease is the 10th cause of death in Indonesia, namely 42,000 per year. Most of the causes of kidney disease are hypertension, diabetes and kidney inflammation. Teenagers have risky snacking behavior, namely snacks that are high in sugar, salt and fat which affect nutritional status and become a risk factor for non-communicable diseases in the future. The partner of this activity is SMA Muhammadiyah 13 Jakarta. Based on the initial study, it was found that most of the knowledge of adolescent nutrition at SMA Muhammadiyah 13 was in the unfavorable category (53.5%). The target of this activity is students who are registered at partner institutions as many as 30 students. The purpose of this community service is to increase youth's knowledge in preventing kidney disease such as consuming healthy snacks and good eating patterns by conducting nutrition education. This activity consists of 3 stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Implementation of activities consists of education and practice. The implementation of the activity was February 3, 2023. The evaluation results showed that there was an increase in the average before and after education, namely 8.03 to 9.73. The results of the statistical test showed that there was a significant difference/effect of education on students' knowledge with p=0.000. There is an increase in students' knowledge about the prevention of acute kidney failure by providing nutrition education. Students are expected to be able to apply a balanced nutritional diet to prevent suffering from kidney failure in the future.Keywords: Nutrition education, youth, kidney disease.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze mathematical problem solving abilities through the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in class IV of SDN 04 Cibadak Sukabumi for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses a type of quantitative research with quasi-experimental design (QuasiExperimental Design), the research design uses Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The sample in this study was 39 grade IV students, then divided into 2 groups. The first group (experimental) consisted of 19 students and the second group (control) consisted of 20 students. The instrument applied in this research is a description test of problem solving abilities. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, namely the independent samples T-Test. The results of this research reveal that the mathematical problem solving abilities of students in the experimental class are higher than those of control class students. This can be seen from the average score of the experimental class students' mathematical problem solving ability test results, namely 76.87, while the average score for the control class is 71.85. Likewise, the results of the calculation of the independent samples T-Test on the pretest and posttest results for both groups stated that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted because sig. 0.004 < 0.05,. So the conclusion from the results of this research is that mathematics learning on the subject of KPK and FPB using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model has an effect on students' mathematical problem solving abilities

Abstract

The problem raised in this research is the lack of understanding of mathematical concepts by Cilangla Elementary School students. The aim of this research is to see the impact of implementing the ethnomathematics-based Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) model on understanding concepts in elementary school students' mathematics learning. This research uses a quantitative experimental design, the quantitative type used is Quasi Experimental Design. The following quasi-experimental design is used using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design type. The samples taken and used in this research were 30 students at SDN Cilangla class 3 B used as the experimental group, and SDN Cilangla class 3 A totaling 30 students used as the control group. The research instrument used was an essay test. The data taken will later be processed and measured using measurement instruments used to analyze data in this research using statistical tests, namely the independent sample t-test. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that it has a value of t = 2,400 and sig = 0.020 < 0.05, the result of regression test show thitung 2,136> ttabel 2,056 which means that there is a significant influence between the ethnomathematics-based realistic mathematics education or (RME) learning model on students' understanding of mathematical concepts. Apart from that, based on the latest data the average value of the experimental class was 85.07 and the control class 73.37. This shows that the use of the Ralistic Mathematical Education (RME) learning model based on ethnomathematics has an influence on students' understanding of mathematical concepts at SDN Cilangla for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model assisted by video media on the creative thinking skills of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Kebon Pedes. The research design used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method, involving two groups, namely 31 people in the control class with conventional learning and 31 people in the experimental class with the application of the CPS model assisted by video media. The research data were obtained through creative thinking skills tests (pretest and posttest), observation. Data analysis techniques with descriptive statistical analysis to describe the data from the results of the creative thinking skills test. Normality and homogeneity tests as prerequisites for inferential analysis. Independent t-test to compare the posttest results between the experimental and control groups. Simple linear regression test to determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the descriptive analysis are relatively homogeneous, with a significance value of > 0.05. The independent t-test analysis produces a value of 0.000 <0.05, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. The regression coefficient result is 0.632 (p = 0.015 <0.05). The results of student activity observations show that most students have good abilities in various aspects of CPS. This confirms that the CPS model is able to encourage students to think creatively through innovative problem solving. Thus, this model is recommended to be applied in learning, especially in subjects that require the development of creative thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the extent of the Teacher Competency Test results which include: (a) pedagogical competencies, (b) personality competencies for improving the quality of education in Cilangla State Elementary School, Gandasoli State Elementary School, and Babakan Pamoyanan Elementary School in Sukabumi District. This research uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data with case study methods. The results of this study indicate that there are obstacles that occur in the implementation of Teacher Competency Tests, namely the extent of the material being tested, especially in the aspects of pedagogical competence, professional competence and lack of mastery in the operation of the teacher's computer. This is what causes the low scores obtained when implementing the Teacher Competency Test. But on the other hand in improving the quality of education, teachers continue to strive to be able to deliver their students to obtain various achievements in school.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology has fundamentally transformed the business landscape. Businesses are increasingly reliant on data to make effective, market-oriented decisions. Within the context of business information systems, ChatGPT can be utilized as an innovative tool to optimize data analysis processes, provide deeper market insights, and even make predictions about future trends. The aim of this research is to explore and test the potential of ChatGPT as an innovative tool in analyzing data and predicting market trends within the context of business information systems. This research employs a literature review approach with a qualitative methodology and descriptive analysis. Data were obtained from Google Scholar for the period of 2003-2024. The study results indicate that in an era where data has become the most valuable asset for companies, the ability to analyze and understand data effectively is key to success. In this context, the role of ChatGPT as an innovative tool for data analysis and market trend prediction in business information systems becomes highly significant. ChatGPT possesses the capability to comprehend and process human language with a high level of complexity, thus enabling it to harness data in various beneficial ways for companies.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the strategic position of PT Eksonindo Multi Product Industry (PT EMPI), a national manufacturing firm, while simultaneously exploring the pedagogical value of Project-Based Learning (PBL) in strategic management education. The research seeks to contribute empirical insights into how structured strategy models can be applied in real business contexts and translated into practical decision-making processes. Design/Methods/Approach: The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method using a case study approach. Data were collected from student projects involving interviews, company documents, and reflective journals, all structured according to Fred R. David’s three-stage model—input, matching, and decision. Strategic analysis tools used include IFE, EFE, Strategic Group Mapping (SGM), SWOT, SPACE, and QSPM. Findings: The results indicate that PT EMPI is in a favorable strategic position, supported by strong internal capabilities and attractive external opportunities. The company is best suited to adopt an aggressive growth strategy, with market penetration emerging as the most attractive option based on the QSPM analysis. The SGM illustrates the company’s position in a high-differentiation, mid-to-high price cluster, supporting its competitive orientation. Additionally, the use of real-world cases enhanced students’ ability to apply theory to practice, improving their analytical, collaborative, and reflective skills. Originality/Value: This study offers an integrative perspective by combining strategic analysis with experiential learning. It showcases how students can engage in applied strategy formulation through real business projects, contributing to both academic literature and teaching practices in management education. Practical/Policy implication: The findings provide valuable insights for SMEs on how to use structured strategy tools for decision-making and highlight the effectiveness of academic–industry collaboration. The research also demonstrates the practical value of integrating real cases into university curricula to build future-ready managerial skills.
