Abstract

The purpose is to identify purchasing decisions on marketplace applications during the Covid 19 pandemic through online customer reviews, online customer ratings and online vlogger reviews. This type of research is quantitative with purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques and multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that online customer review (X1) has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Where online customer review (X1) can be used as a benchmark for respondents to make purchasing decisions. In addition, online customer rating (X2) has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Where online customer rating (X2) can be used as a benchmark for respondents to make purchasing decisions. The online vlogger review variable (X3) has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Where online vlogger review (X3) can be used as a benchmark for respondents to make purchasing decisions. Simultaneously shows that the independent variables online customer review (X1), online customer rating (X2) and online vlogger review (X3) affect the dependent variable on purchasing decisions (Y) on marketplace applications during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important aspects in life in order to form qualityhuman resources and be able to keep up with the current development of anincreasingly advanced era. The purpose of the study was to describe theimplementation of the Regent's Policy on Limited Face-to-Face Learning at SMPNegeri 1 Jepon during the 2019 Coronavirus Disease Pandemic, Blora Regency,Central Java. According to Edwards III, there are four factors that influencepublic policy, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucraticstructure.. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniquesthrough interviews and documentation on school residents.The results showedthat there was communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.The conclusion of the Implementation of the Regent's Policy on Limited Face-to-Face Learning at SMP Negeri 1 Jepon during the 2019 Coronavirus DiseasePandemic, Blora Regency, Central Java, is good.Keywords: Communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

The lack of student interest in free-drawing activities is the background for this research. The research was conducted from January 2021 to June 2021. This study aims to describe how to foster creativity in children by free drawing and find out how to increase children's creativity through free drawing in group B Kindergarten Pertiwi II Cemeng Academic Year 2020/2021. Children's creativity needs to be increased, one way is by drawing freely from the basic shape of a circle and then retelling the image. This research is a classroom action research that is collaborative between researchers, school principals, and accompanying classroom teachers. The subjects in this study were group B students of Pertiwi II Cemeng Kindergarten. Data were collected through observation, field notes, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was checked by triangulation. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative flow model. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in children's creativity through free drawing, namely before the action up to the second cycle in a row shows an increase, namely in children who show a creative attitude increases to 83.33%. Then in terms of quantity the number of children who can draw proportionally increases to 50.00%. The indicator for children doing their assignments on time increased to 62.50%, children who finished drawing and coloring neatly increased to 75.00%, children who dared to tell the results of the pictures they had made increased to 62.59%, and children whose fluency in telling the pictures it has made increases to 50.00% at the end of the cycle. This shows the effectiveness of this drawing activity in improving children's fine motor skills. This activity can be an alternative solution for teachers who experience the same problem.

Abstract

The aims of this study were: (1) to describe the steps of the learning process that occurs when using storytelling activities, (2) to describe the steps of storytelling techniques that can be used in learning activities, (3) to find out the situation after participating in storytelling activities from one's own experience. This research is classroom action research that wants to reveal the increase in children's language skills through story telling activities using two cycles. This research started from January to June 2020. The research location was in Pertiwi II Cemeng Kindergarten, Sambungmacan District, Sragen Regency with 20 research subjects. Based on data from the results of children's language skills before being given action by using storytelling activities, it shows that in storytelling activities 15% of children are able to memorize stories, 25% of children are able to understand story content, and 30% of children appear language skills in pre-cycle conditions. Based on data in cycle I, 30% of children showed the ability to memorize stories, 40% of children were able to understand story content, and language skills in storytelling activities increased to 45% of children. The results of children's language skills in cycle II observed that 60% of children could memorize stories, 75% of children were able to understand the contents of the story, and 85% of children showed language skills in storytelling activities. This shows the effectiveness of this storytelling activity in improving children's language skills. This activity can be an alternative solution for teachers who experience the same problem

Abstract

Pemilihan media pembelajaran audio visual sebagai penunjang Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Jawa materi tembang dolanan untuk menanamkan nilai karakter, karena terdapat beberapa peserta didik kelas 1 B SD Negeri Mojosongo 3 Surakarta yang belum tertarik dengan mata pelajaran Bahasa Jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan media audio visual, faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan media audiovisual, serta respon peserta didik kelas 1 B SD Negeri Mojosongo 3 Surakarta setelah diterapkan media audiovisual pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Jawa materi tembang dolanan untuk menanamkan nilai karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Bersadarkan penelitian tersebut menunjukkan hasil bahwa penerapan media audio visual pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Jawa materi tembang dolanan untuk menanamkan nilai karakter cukup efektif walaupun dalam penggunaan media pasti terdapat faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pengguaan media audiovisual tetapi peserta didik merespon dengan baik dan peserta didik tertarik dengan video yang ditayangkan, peserta didik juga dapat menjelaskan nilai karakter yang terdapat pada tembang dolanan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa media audiovisual dapat direkomendasikan sebagai media pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa, karena dapat menarik perhatian peserta didik serta menjadikan peserta didik lebih memahami materi yang diajarkan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan setelah pembelian online yang dilakukan oleh Pondok Pesantren di Purwokerto dengan variabel yang mempengaruhi diantaranya kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan faktor emosional. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini secara primer dan sekunder. Jumlah Sampel sebanyak 71 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment, sedangkan uji realibilitasnya menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 2.529 + 0,386X1 – 0,047X2 + 0,149X3. Uji parsial (uji T) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan faktor emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan . Uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan faktor emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara simultan. Koefisien determinasi simultan (R2) sebesar 0.428, hal ini berarti 42.8% kepuasan pelanggan setelah pembelian onlineadalah dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan faktor emosional. Sedangkan sisanya 57,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang berada di luar variabel yang diteliti.

AbstractThis research aims to determine the role of entrepreneurial orientation on the use of social media and marketing performance with innovative ability as a moderating variable in microscale businesses in Banyumas Regency. The sample in this study was determined using slovin and sampling using the purposive sampling method and the sample size was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is partial least squares (PLS) analysis. The research results show that it partially has a positive and significant effect, while the use of social media partially mediates the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. Mediation in this research model is partial, in other words, the use of social media has a function to bridge the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. However, because the mediation characteristics are partial, even without the social media use variable, entrepreneurial orientation is still able to influence marketing performance positively and significantly. These results confirm that entrepreneurial orientation can increase and strengthen the use of social media by micro-scale business actors in Banyumas, which will also have an impact on improving business performance. Furthermore, innovative ability does not moderate the relationship between the use of social media and marketing performance. Entrepreneurial orientation, innovative ability and the use of social media by micro-scale business actors in Banyumas Regency are in accordance with the Islamic economic perspective where business actors dare to take risks, are innovative and use media. in the form of technology for muamalah activities that are in accordance with sharia principles, and this has an impact on the benefit of the people in the form of increasing marketing performance AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orientasi kewirausahaan pada penggunaan media sosial dan kinerja pemasaran dengan kemampuan inovatif sebagai variabel moderasi pada usaha skala mikro di Kabupaten Banyumas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan slovin dan pengambilan sample dengan metode purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam hal ini penelitian adalah analisis partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara partial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan penggunaan media sosial memediasi secara partial pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja pemasaran. Mediasi dalam model penelitian ini bersifat parsial, dengan kata lain, penggunaan media sosial memiliki fungsi untuk menjembatani pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Namun, karena karakteristik mediasinya partial, bahkan tanpa variabel penggunaan media sosial, orientasi kewirausahaan masih mampu mempengaruhi kinerja pemasaran secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dapat meningkatkan dan memperkuat penggunaan media sosial oleh para pelaku usaha skala mikro di Banyumas, yang juga akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja bisnis. Lebih lanjut, kemampuan inovatif tidak memoderasi antara penggunaan media sosial dengan kinerja pemasaran, Orientasi kewirausahaan, kemampuan inovatif dan penggunaan media sosial oleh pelaku usaha skala mikro di Kabupaten Banyumas telah sesuai dengan perspektif ekonomi islam dimana pelaku usaha berani mengambil resiko, memiliki inovatif serta menggunakan media berupa teknologi untuk kegiatan muamalah yang sesuai dengan prinsipprinsip syariah, dan hal tersebut berdampak pada kemaslahatan umat berupa adanya peningkatan kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Scaffolding dengan teknik Peer Tutoring. Model dan teknik tersebut secara teori mampu memotivasi siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran bahasa Inggris baik secara langsung maupun dalam jaringan dengan baik. Kegiatan PkM ini dimulai dengan pra-survey/observasi pada bulan Maret 2021 dengan melakukan wawancara kepada pihak sekolah yaitu guru bahasa Inggris dan beberapa siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah Serpong mengenai kondisi dan kebutuhan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris selama pembelajaran dalam jaringan. Setelah mendapat masukan, kegiatan PkM dengan menggunakan scaffolding dan peer tutoring dilaksanakan. Hasil PkM menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi dan antusiasme siswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris baik secara langsung maupun dalam jaringan sehingga diharapkan bisa menjadi salah satu referensi untuk pendidik dalam menciptakan atmosfer baru dalam pembelajaran baik secara langsung maupun dalam jaringan khususnya mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris sehingga terciptanya kelas yang kondusif dan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran dengan maksimal.

Abstract

The research analyzed the influence of social media adoption on SMEs’ business performance by examining the mediating role of entrepreneurship orientation and the moderating role of government support policies. The utilization of technology in business, including the adoption of social media, was significant in enhancing business performance. Previous research has shown that the adoption of social media by SMEs is a common phenomenon. However, limited SMEs have experienced a positive impact on their business performance despite adopting social media into their business operations. The research subjects consisted of 134 SMEs in Central Java that have integrated social media into their business operations. The respondents were selected using convenience sampling, and the SEM PLS method was employed as the analytical tool. This research succeeded in providing answers to the research gap, where entrepreneurship orientation mediated partially the effect of social media adoption on SMEs’ business performance. The result shows that government support policies do not moderate the effect of entrepreneurship orientation on business performance but have a direct positive effect on improving business performance. Theoretical and practical contributions are also made to the field of research concerning the interconnection of technology and marketing strategies.
