Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orientasi kewirausahaan pada penggunaan media sosial dan kinerja pemasaran dengan kemampuan inovatif sebagai variabel moderasi pada usaha skala mikro di Kabupaten Banyumas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan slovin dengan jumlah 100 sampel dan pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam hal ini penelitian adalah analisis partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemasaran untuk nilai path koefisien 0,401 dan sig. 0,000, begitu juga orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan media sosial 0,567 dan sig. 0,000. Penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemasaran 0,389 dan sig. 0,001, sedangkan kemampuan inovatif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemasaran 0,352 dan sig. 0.001. Penggunaan media sosial memediasi secara partial pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja pemasaran 0,645 dan sig. 0.000. Mediasi dalam model penelitian ini bersifat parsial, dengan kata lain, penggunaan media sosial memiliki fungsi untuk menjembatani atau menengahi pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Namun, karena karakteristik mediasinya partial, bahkan tanpa variabel penggunaan media sosial, orientasi kewirausahaan masih mampu mempengaruhi kinerja pemasaran secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dapat meningkatkan dan memperkuat penggunaan media sosial oleh para pelaku usaha skala mikro di Banyumas, yang juga akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja bisnis. Lebih lanjut, hasil menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan inovatif tidak memoderasi antara penggunaan media sosial dengan kinerja pemasaran -0,078 dan nilai sig. 0,430, hal ini bisa dimaknai bahwa kemampuan inovatif pelaku usaha skala mikro masih rendah dalam penggunaan media sosial dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in supporting the transition toward a green economy in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic banking. The research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, reviewing academic literature published between 2020 and 2025. Data were analyzed through thematic content analysis to identify the alignment between ESG dimensions and maqashid shariah, as well as the challenges and opportunities of ESG implementation within Islamic banking institutions. The findings reveal that ESG application in Islamic banking remains partial, with greater emphasis on the environmental dimension through instruments such as green sukuk and green financing. The social and governance aspects have not yet been fully integrated into sustainability strategies. Nevertheless, integrating ESG with maqashid shariah strengthens the role of Islamic banks as agents of change in sustainable development. The study highlights the importance of establishing specific regulations, transparent reporting systems, and sharia-compliant green financial innovations to enhance the contribution of Islamic banking to Indonesia’s green economy.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Rukun Tani Cilongok using a SWOT analysis approach to formulate appropriate development strategies to improve the performance and competitiveness of the cooperative in Banyumas Regency. The background of this study is the strategic role of cooperatives, especially KUD, as pillars of rural economy in Indonesia facing various performance problems and competitive challenges. The research method employs a qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews with KUD management and literature review. The analysis identifies KUD's strengths such as strategic location, diversified business units, and price competitiveness; weaknesses including limited competent human resources and capital fluctuations; opportunities from agricultural market potential and government programs; and threats from competition and market liberalization. Based on the SWOT analysis, recommended development strategies include internal strengthening through human resource development, membership inclusion, and utilization of agricultural market opportunities with product and service innovation. These strategies are expected to enhance KUD's performance and competitiveness in supporting the village economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze operational cost management strategies in improving efficiency (BOPO) at KSPPS Zam-Zam Barokah Cilongok using the SERVO Analysis approach, which includes five key elements: Strategy, Environment, Resource, Value, and Organization. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by means of in-depth interviews with KSPPS internal sources. The results of this study indicate that the efficiency strategy implemented by the institution has been effective, achieving a SERVO Index score of 4.08, categorized as good. KSPPS Zam-Zam Barokah Cilongok has successfully applied efficiency strategies through digital innovations such as the BMT Collector application, cost control, and resource optimization. However, further strategic improvements are required through product diversification, human resource capacity development, and member network expansion to enhance efficiency and institutional competitiveness.

Abstract

This study to analyze the development strategy of the iB Ukhuwah Savings Product at PT. BPR Syariah Gunung Slamet Cilacap using the SWOT analysis approach (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The SWOT framework is used tocreate successful development strategies and to determine the internal and external elements that affect a product’s competitiveness. This research adopts approach, using information gathered by direct interviews with the management of PT. BPRS Gunung Slamet. The finding reveal that the main strengths of the product lie in its zero monthly administration fees, compliance with Islamic principles, and an attractive prize draw program for customers. However, several weaknesses are identified, such as the absence of digital banking facilities like ATMs and mobile banking. Opportunities arise from partnerships with schools, Islamic boarding institutions, and local small businesses, while threats include increasing competition from conventional banks and other financial institutions. According to the SWOT assessment, suggested strategies involve improving online banking services, strengthening promotion through social media, expanding institutional collaborations, and improving employee competence to ensure excellent service quality.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of financial literacy, financial behavior, and risk tolerance on students’ investment decisions when using the Ajaib application. A quantitative research design was employed with a sample of 343 students who actively invest through the platform. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis with IBM SPSS. The empirical results indicate that financial literacy and financial behavior both have a positive and significant influence on investment decisions. In contrast, risk tolerance shows a negative and significant effect, suggesting that students with lower tolerance for risk tend to adopt more cautious investment strategies. Furthermore, the three variables collectively demonstrate a significant simultaneous effect on investment decision-making. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening financial knowledge and responsible financial practices to enhance rational investment behavior, particularly among novice student investors using digital investment platforms

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of unemployment, education and inflation on poverty in Indonesia for the 2014-2020 period, either partially or simultaneously. Type of quantitative research with secondary data sources, namely those originating from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The total population of 34 provinces in Indonesia, the entire population was used as a sample or saturated sample. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that the unemployment and inflation variables partially have a positive and significant effect on poverty in Indonesia for the 2014-2020 period with a t-count value of 2.326 > 1.6586 (t-table) and a significance value of 0.022 < alpha (0, 05) and the t-count value is 2.118 > 1.6586 (t-table) and the significance value is 0.036 > alpha (0.05). Meanwhile, the education variable partially has no effect on poverty in Indonesia for the 2014-2020 period because the t-count value is 1.486 < 1.6586 (t-table) and the significance value is 0.140 > alpha (0.05). Simultaneously, unemployment, education and inflation have a positive and significant effect on poverty in Indonesia for the 2014-2020 period with an f-count value of 909.066 > 2.686 (F-table) with a significance value of 0.000 < alpha (0.05).

Abstract

BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto Karanglewas Service Office presents the SIMBAKOTA savings product which aims to meet customers' basic needs on Eid. In marketing SIMBAKOTA products, of course, it is adapted to Islamic business ethics and marketing communications in order to create good service to customers so that it can increase the number of customers and income every year. This research is field research using a qualitative approach method with descriptive analysis. The results of this research have implemented Islamic business ethics in running its business by prioritizing the values of monotheism, balance, free will, responsibility and ihsan. As well as its relationship with marketing communications in accordance with good marketing principles which pay attention to the principles of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and publicity

Abstract

ABSTRAK Setelah melahirkan, rahim menyusut untuk kembali ke ukuran sebelumnya, sebuah proses yang dikenal sebagai involusi rahim. Metode non farmakologis untuk mempercepat involusi uterus adalah endorphin massage. Dalam praktek tunggal Bidan Titin Maryanti, AMd.Keb Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Hadimulyo, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh endorphin massage terhadap involusi uteri. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pretes dan postes kelompok kontrol non-ekuivalen, jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Seluruh ibu nifas yang menjadi klien bidan Titin Maryanti dan AMd. Keb di wilayah operasi Puskesmas Hadimulyo merupakan populasi penelitian. Itu Sampel berjumlah 28 orang. menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini. Wilcoxon Match Signed Rank Test digunakan untuk analisis data, dan uji Mann Whitney digunakan untuk uji perbandingan.  Mayoritas ibu postpartum berusia 21 sampai 30 (50%) dan 19 (67,9%) dari mereka memiliki lebih dari satu anak. Pada delapan jam pasca persalinan, sebanyak 10 (71,4%) kelompok endorphin massage dan kelompok yang tidak mendapatkan endorphin massage memiliki tipikal involusi fundus uteri setinggi pusat. Pada hari ketujuh nifas, kelompok endorphin massage terbanyak ada 11 (78,6%), sedangkan mayoritas ada 10 (71,4%) dan tidak mendapat endorphin massage. P nilai adalah 0,009<0,05, menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat involusi uterus antara kelompok pijat endorphin dan kelompok kontrol.Kata Kunci: Endorphin Massage, Involusi, Rahim

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the role of entrepreneurial orientation on the use of social media and marketing performance with innovative ability as a moderating variable in microscale businesses in Banyumas Regency. The sample in this study was determined using slovin and sampling using the purposive sampling method and the sample size was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is partial least squares (PLS) analysis. The research results show that it partially has a positive and significant effect, while the use of social media partially mediates the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. Mediation in this research model is partial, in other words, the use of social media has a function to bridge the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. However, because the mediation characteristics are partial, even without the social media use variable, entrepreneurial orientation is still able to influence marketing performance positively and significantly. These results confirm that entrepreneurial orientation can increase and strengthen the use of social media by micro-scale business actors in Banyumas, which will also have an impact on improving business performance. Furthermore, innovative ability does not moderate the relationship between the use of social media and marketing performance. Entrepreneurial orientation, innovative ability and the use of social media by micro-scale business actors in Banyumas Regency are in accordance with the Islamic economic perspective where business actors dare to take risks, are innovative and use media. in the form of technology for muamalah activities that are in accordance with sharia principles, and this has an impact on the benefit of the people in the form of increasing marketing performance AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orientasi kewirausahaan pada penggunaan media sosial dan kinerja pemasaran dengan kemampuan inovatif sebagai variabel moderasi pada usaha skala mikro di Kabupaten Banyumas. Namun, karena karakteristik mediasinya partial, bahkan tanpa variabel penggunaan media sosial, orientasi kewirausahaan masih mampu mempengaruhi kinerja pemasaran secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dapat meningkatkan dan memperkuat penggunaan media sosial oleh para pelaku usaha skala mikro di Banyumas, yang juga akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja bisnis. Lebih lanjut, kemampuan inovatif tidak memoderasi antara penggunaan media sosial dengan kinerja pemasaran, Orientasi kewirausahaan, kemampuan inovatif dan penggunaan media sosial oleh pelaku usaha skala mikro di Kabupaten Banyumas telah sesuai dengan perspektif ekonomi islam dimana pelaku usaha berani mengambil resiko, memiliki inovatif serta menggunakan media berupa teknologi untuk kegiatan muamalah yang sesuai dengan prinsipprinsip syariah, dan hal tersebut berdampak pada kemaslahatan umat berupa adanya peningkatan kinerja pemasaran.
