Abstract

Based on the limitation of the problem above, the writer formulates the problem in this research as follows: 1) How is the Mutual Fund Marketing Strategy at PT. Sinarmas Padang Branch Asset Management. 2) What are the obstacles faced in relation to the Mutual Fund Marketing Strategy at PT. Sinarmas Padang Branch Asset Management. 3) How are the efforts made in overcoming the obstacles faced in connection with the Mutual Fund Marketing Strategy at PT. Asset Management Sinarmas Padang Branch The purpose of the research that the author did were: 1) To find out how the Mutual Fund Marketing Strategy at PT. Sinarmas Padang Branch Asset Management. 2) To find out how the obstacles faced in relation to the Mutual Fund Marketing Strategy at PT. Sinarmas Padang Branch Asset Management. 3) To find out how the efforts made in overcoming the obstacles faced in relation to the Mutual Fund Marketing Strategy at PT. Asset Management Sinarmas Padang Branch The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Asset Management Sinarmas Padang Branch which sells similar goods. With the similar products sold by PT. Sinarmas Padang Branch Asset Management is different, while consumer desires are diverse, making consumers free to choose products that can satisfy their needs. 2) The problems found in the Marketing Strategy of PT Asset Management Sinarmas Padang Branch. The number of competitors from other banks and less familiar among the general public. 3) Efforts were made to overcome these problems, introduced an investment product called Mutual Funds to Boost the Spirit of Marketing Performance Where Mutual Funds are a forum used to collect funds from the investor community to be reinvested in securities portfolios by investment managers

Abstract

Tourism is a source of income that can be continually updated and rejuvenated, this form of rejuvenation of tourist areas can be in the form of renovations, and regular maintenance, therefore tourism is an important investment in the non-oil and gas sector for Indonesia. Tourism which is a future economic investment will automatically facilitate the circulation of goods and services in tourist attractions. Furthermore tourism will enhance national economic stability, but of course the success in tourism development as above will be felt if the supporting factors are well prepared. Tourism potential that is high in the Mentawai Islands Regency region should be optimized, not only seen as a potential regional income, but as an effort to preserve regional culture that has begun to be abandoned. As one of the main motivators of industrial development, tourism in the Mentawai Islands district government needs a good role to manage and market tourism products so that they can become a potential source of income for the region. Through various policy breakthroughs, it is expected that regional governments will be able to embrace various stakeholders for the sustainability of a competitive and sustainable tourism industry based on community empowerment.

Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) To find out how the acceptance of new students (PPDB) at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang, Solok Regency. 2) To find out what factors affect the academic achievement of students at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang, Solok Regency. 3) To find out what is the impact of the results of the selection of New Student Admissions (PPDB) on the academic achievement of students at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang, Solok Regency. This study uses a qualitative method, where the researcher tries to describe all phenomena, symptoms, events in accordance with the research problem as it is. The nature of the qualitative approach is intended to present information or information arranged in such a way that it is able to provide a clear and real picture of the object of research. Some data uses are only used as a support for the descriptions used, so as to provide a clear and concrete picture. Based on the descriptions in the previous chapters, the authors draw the following conclusions: 1) Online Selection for New Student Admissions (PPDB) at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang Solok Regency includes: a) Provisions for the Selection of New Student Admissions (PPDB), b) New Student Admissions Mechanism (PPDB), c) The number of applicants accepted at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang. 2) The obstacles faced include: a) There are still people who do not understand (lay) in terms of procedural or technical problems regarding PPDB Online, b) Availability of Internet Connection during the implementation of PPDB Online, c) The number of PPDB Online operators is not proportional to the number PPDB online participants. 3) Efforts made in overcoming the obstacles faced include: a) Carrying out extensive socialization for the community so that they can clearly understand the PPDB online procedure, b) increasing the number of PPDB Online operators

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Promosi di PT. Capella Multidana Cabang Padang tergolong sangat baik dengan nilai TCR sebesar 89,12%, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan terutama dalam hal penjualan personal misalnya dengan pemanfaatan promosi lewat media sosial. 2) Hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di PT. Capella Multidana Cabang Padang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t ditemukan bahwa t hitung adalah sebesar 15,712 sementara t tabel untuk n=25 adalah sebesar 1,713 dengan demikian t hitung > t tabel sehingga (H0) ditolak dan (Ha) diterima artinya ada pengaruh antara promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen pada PT. Capella Multidana Cabang Padang. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, kemudian angka sig nya kurang dari 0,05. Dari uji korelasi terlihat ada korelasi yang sangat kuat antara promosi dengan minat beli konsumen di PT. Capella Multidana Cabang Padang sebesar 0,956. Kemudian dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,915 atau 91,5%. Dapat diartikan bahwa peningkatan atau penurunan minat beli konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh promosi perusahaan sebesar 91,5%

Abstract

The existence of Javanese toke and Minang toke in the livestock market of Agropolitan Gunung Medan is a unique feature of livestock markets in other Minangkabau areas. The Javanese toke was able to survive while the Minang toke slowly disappeared and was replaced by a toke that came from the Javanese tribe. The purpose of this study was to see the tendency of the survival of the Javanese gecko and the persistence of the Minang gecko in the Agropoplitan Livestock Market, Mount Medan, Kenagarian, Mount Medan, Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency. This research is a qualitative research with an intrinsic case study type. This research was conducted at the Agropoplitan livestock market in Mount Medan, Kenagarian, Mount Medan, Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency. Informants from this study consisted of livestock toke, livestock market officers, livestock buyers, breeders and local communities. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, documentation and direct observation in the field. While the data analysis used in this study is the analysis of Milles Huberman. The results of this study found that the Javanese toke tend to exist more than the Minang toke because the social capital owned by the Javanese toke is higher than the social capital market of the Minang toke. The level of trust and discipline of the Javanese toke is the main capital in winning the contestation in this Agropolitan livestock market. Social capital is one of the determinants in increasing the existence of the Javanese toke in the agropolitan livestock market arena of Gunung Medan. Toke Jawa is able to build and form a social network based on friendship so that Toke Jawa always survives. This research is expected to add to the scientific treasures in the social field. Social capital can be an important thing in showing a person's existence in society. The government and the community in Dharmasraya Regency should be more active in developing the Gunung Medan Agropolitan livestock market, Dharmasraya Regency

Abstract

His study discusses coaching conducted by the Office of Cooperatives of Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of the Mentawai Islands Regency on Small and Medium Enterprises. As is known, cooperatives and SMEs are an integral part of the national business world that has a very important purpose and role in economic development. Mentawai Islands Regency is one of the regencies located in West Sumatra Province, formed under RI Law No.49 of 1999, the district consists of 4 islands namely Siberut Island, Sipora Island, North Pagai Island and South Pagai Island. In addition there are several small islands. Over the years the development of SMEs in the Mentawai Islands Regency has increased. With this increase, the participation of the government, both local and central government, is needed to further increase the growth of the number of SMEs in improving the economy. But along with the development of SMEs in the Mentawai Islands Regency, other coaching such as counseling and training has not been evenly distributed. Counseling and training of SMEs is only done by the department of SMEs which are deemed necessary to do the counseling and training, not all SMEs in the Mentawai Islands Regency

Abstract

The transition from the K13 curriculum to the independent curriculum is an effort made by the government to improve the curriculum based on developments in science and technology. The initial implementation of the independent curriculum was carried out by the driving school. In the Payakumbuh City education office there are 10 elementary school level driving schools in 2023 that have passed the selection. Before becoming driving schools, these 10 schools had implemented an independent curriculum independently. By becoming a driving school in Payakumbuh City, the independent curriculum has been revised and refined starting from KOSP, teaching modules, the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Module (P5) and matters related to the independent curriculum.

Abstract

Pempek berkah merupakan gerai makanan khas Palembang yaitu Pempek. Pempek merupakan makanan yang terbuat dari tepung tapioka, ikan tenggiri dan komposisi bumbu lainnya. Pempek telah beroperasi lebih 1 tahun. Pempek berkah terletak di Kelurahan Anduring, Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang. Saat ini Pempek Berkah melayani berbagai jenis penjualan, seperti penjualan langsung di gerai Pempek Berkah dan penjualan online menggunakan media Instagram. Hasil dari Tim Pengabdian masyarakat memberikan beberapa solusi dalam peningkatan penjualan yaitu (a) Gerai Pempek Berkah harus menambah jenis media sosial lain dalam penjualan, seperti facebook, Tiktok, Twitter dan media sosial lain. (b) Pempek Berkah harus aktif update produk terbaru, sehingga ada inovasi produk yang dijual, (c) Menambah modal usaha dalam operasional Pempek Berkah sehingga dapat bersaing dengan gerai pempek lain yang ada di Kota Padang, (d) Pempek berkah hendaknya lebih aktif lagi dalam keikutsertaan dalam bazar yang dilaksanakan oleh berbagai pihak, termasuk stand di car free day yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Padang, (e) Selain menambah media sosial dalam penjualan online, Pempek Berkah lebih mendesain gerainya agar lebih menarik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Marketing Strategies (GMS), Environmental Awareness (EA), and Government and Institutional Support (GIS) on Green Entrepreneurship Readiness (GER) among MSME actors in Nagari Sungai Batang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. The research adopts a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis method. Data were collected through questionnaires from 60 MSME actors divided into three sectors: culinary, handicrafts, and agrotourism. Additionally, the Multi-Group Analysis (PLS-MGA) technique was employed to identify differences in influence across sectors. The results show that the three exogenous variables GMS, EA, and GIS simultaneously have a significant effect on GER, with an R² value of 0.62. Environmental Awareness emerges as the most influential variable. The PLS-MGA analysis revealed significant differences based on business sectors. The culinary and craft sectors show strong influences from GMS and EA, while the agrotourism sector is more affected by GIS. These findings highlight the importance of sector-specific and contextual policy approaches in empowering MSMEs through green entrepreneurship. This research contributes to the development of green entrepreneurship literature and provides an empirical basis for government and supporting institutions to design more adaptive programs in face of the challenges and opportunities of green marketing. Collaborative efforts among business actors, educational institutions, and local stakeholders are necessary to strengthen MSME readiness in facing an increasingly sustainability-oriented economic transition.
