Abstract

ABSTRAKBisnis keluarga mendominasi sebesar 95% dari keseluruhan bisnis di Indonesia. Akan tetapi, terdapat stigma di masyarakat di mana bisnis keluarga tidak akan bertahan sampai generasi ketiga. Penyebabnya adalah adanya perbedaan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh pendahulu dan suksesor. Hal ini dapat dijembatani dengan menyediakan sistem yang dapat membantu mengontrol proses bisnis di perusahaan. Kebutuhan akan sistem juga dipengaruhi oleh kondisi pandemic covid-19 yang menyebabkan meningkatknya ketergantungan bisnis terhadap teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh infrastruktur teknologi informasi (ITI) terhadap minat berbagi pengetahuan (KSI). Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory yang bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan hubungan dan pengaruh antara dua variabel yaitu ITI dan KSI. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dimana jumlah sample sebesar 52 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat antara ITI dan KSI yakni sebesar 0,635. Di samping itu, ITI berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap KSI dengan nilai R-square sebesar 0,403 yang dapat dinyatakan cukup besar.Kata Kunci : Infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi, Minat Berbagi Pengetahuan, Bisnis Keluarga, UMKM,Manajemen Pengetahuan

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is forcing hospitals to share knowledge more frequently, so that medical staff have adequate capabilities to better treat patients. One of the tools that can support knowledge sharing activities is the availability of adequate information technology infrastructure. This study will describe the influence of hospital information technology infrastructure on knowledge sharing intention. This study uses quantitative methods with a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were 45 employee respondents in the finance bureau and the procurement and logistics bureau at St. X Hospital. The results showed that the procedure dimension had the highest score and the network dimension had the lowest score in the information technology infrastructure variable. As for the knowledge sharing intention variable, the proximity dimension has the highest score and the type of knowledge has the lowest score. The results of the study which show that information technology infrastructure does not affect knowledge sharing intention, make the hospital must be able to fix an information technology infrastructure before continuing its development. One of them is by giving awards to employees who are active and regularly use information technology infrastructure facilities especially as a medium to share knowledge.

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has changed the work pattern and behaviour across the world. One of them is the remote working setup that has been adopted by many companies, especially start-ups. Technology helps people work together even they’re located at a difference place and time. However, there’s a challenge in remote work, which is managing knowledge to improve organizational performance. This explanatory research aims to know the degree of knowledge management practices’ (KMP) influence to organizational performance (OP). This degree of influence is supported by human resources, process and structure, technology, and management encouragement. Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling where the number of samples are 32 respondents. The result of this research indicates strong influence of KMP to OP that is equal to 0,560. Besides, KMP influences OP positively under R-Square value which is 0,314. Knowledge sharing and dissemination (KMP 3) is the main factor in supporting the organizational performance, through platform enablement and employee collaboration in knowledge sharing. On its implementation, the company should retain this good practice by communication the KMP process and procedures, then evaluate it for greater advantages both for the company and the clients.

Abstract

The hotel industry provides a variety of services to its customers. Thus, it is important for hotel companies to maintain service standards in order to provide maximum service and satisfy consumers. In addition, keeping the company's operations optimal and developing its services on a regular basis also has an impact on the performance of the hotel company. This study aims to determine how the effect of the application of Knowledge Management Practices (KMP) in the operation of Hotel Bumi Sangkuriang on Organizational Performance (OP). This research is an explanatory because it tries to explain how the relationship between the independent variable KMP and the dependent variable OP. The sampling technique used convenience sampling with a total of 30 samples. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between KMP and OP with an R-Square value of 0.856. Industri perhotelan memberikan berbagai jasa pelayanan kepada para konsumennya. Sehingga, penting bagi perusahaan hotel untuk menjaga standar pelayanannya agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal dan memuaskan konsumennya. Selain itu, menjaga operasional perusahaan tetap optimal dan mengembangkan pelayanannya secara berkala juga berdampak terhadap performa perusahaan hotel tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerapan Knowledge Management Practices (KMP) dalam operasional Hotel Bumi Sangkuriang terhadap Organizational Performance (OP). Penelitian ini berjenis eksplanatori karena berusaha menjelaskan bagaimana hubungan antara variabel independent KMP dan variabel dependent OP. Teknik sampling menggunakan convenience sampling yang berjumlah 30 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara KMP dan OP dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,856.

Abstract

Micro and Small Enterprises in the food and beverage industry contribute significantly to Indonesia’s economic growth. Micro and small businesses rely heavily on innovation to survive in the face of increasing competition. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of innovative work behavior and knowledge management on the organizational performance of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Bandung.  The study sample, consisting of 34 employees, was selected from six food and beverage businesses. Data processing results show that innovative work behavior and knowledge management do not affect organizational performance at micro and small enterprises. However, it was found that employee age plays a role in innovative work behavior and knowledge management.

Abstract

Technostress is a stress that results from using the technology. Organizations must understand and control technostress because this stress has the potential to hinder employee innovative work behavior. Especially now that many organizations are filled with generation Y employees who are more fluent in using technology than generation X. This research was conducted on 101 employee respondents in business organizations consist of both generations. To investigate the affect of Technostress on Innovative Work Behavior, the data tested using regression, and then processed using a frequency distribution table to find differences in responses between generations. It appears that there was no impact of technostress on Innovative Work Behavior. However, there are differences in responses between generations for the techno-complexity dimension in the technostress variable.

Abstract

Revolusi pada big data dan perkembangan kapasitas komputasi membawa dampak terhadap berbagai industri, termasuk pada industri kreatif. Industri kreatif mempunyai dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap laju Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) yang merupakan faktor yang berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi negara. Hal ini membuat industri kreatif menjadi salah satu alternatif kuat untuk membangun kerajaan bisnis maupun sebagai pilihan sektor yang menarik untuk digeluti di dunia profesional. Namun, di era digital dimana penggunaan artificial intelligence (AI) sudah semakin marak, para penggiat di industri kreatif mulai mendapat tantangannya tersendiri. Hal ini dikarenakan para penggiat di industri kreatif dihadapkan pada kenyataan bahwa teknologi dapat menjadi ancaman untuk pekerjaan mereka juga dapat menjadi alat bantu yang dapat mendukung pekerjaan mereka. Penelitian ini hendak mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan AI mempengaruhi sikap pelaku di industri kreatif. Theory of Planned Behavior digunakan sebagai dasar untuk memahami perilaku yang muncul akibat disrupsi AI. Metode campuran digunakan agar dapat memberikan asumsi secara menyeluruh atas akibat dari disrupsi AI, sekaligus juga bisa mendapatkan gambaran pemahaman secara holistik dari kacamata penggiat industri kreatif yang diwakili oleh beberapa responden dari berbagai bidang keahlian melalui wawancara terstruktur. Responden wawancara yang bekerja di industri kreatif, menyatakan bahwa kehadiran AI banyak membantu proses kreatif mereka sampai pada tahapan tertentu. Yakni, AI dipergunakan sebagai sarana triangulasi, referensi untuk pengembangan ide orisinil, membaca trend terkini, serta sebagai alat bantu ketika dihadapkan pada kebutuhan dengan waktu yang terbatas.

Abstract

The right use of technology can enhance the improvement of operational processes. However, the success rate of the use of this technology is inseparable from the competence of information technology. Therefore, the company should facilitate information technology competency improvement. A challenging question is whether the managers of service, manufacturing, and retail industry must focus on the same information technology competency, or they should focus on difference ones, considering the industry’s uniqueness. This study uses a survey method. The data obtained were 448 respondents and then processed using ANOVA and cross tabulation. The results showed that there were significant differences in those three components of information technology competency between manufacturing and retail-service. This is due to differences in market development strategy, such as companies needing new branches to reach new markets or companies labor intensive or not.

Abstract

Pengetahuan adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam kemajuan bangsa. Salah satu bidang yang menggunakan pengetahuan dalam bidangnya adalah perguruan tinggi. Dari perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh dosen dan tenaga kependidikan sebagai aspek penggerak perguruan tinggi. Pada penelitian ini akan diteliti mengenai bagaimana perspektif dosen dan tenaga kependidikan pada praktik manajemen pengetahuan (Knowledge Management Practices/KMP) terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif (Innovative Work Behavior/IWB). Akan diteliti apakah pengetahuan yang telah dimiliki dosen dan tenaga kependidikan turut berperan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif yang dapat berupa inovasi untuk mengembangkan cata pembelajaran atau cara meningkatkan pelayanan dan pemberian jasa kepada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner ke beberapa perguruan tinggi. Kuesioner terdiri dari 12 pertanyaan pada variabel KMP dan 9 pertanyaan pada variabel IWB. Responden yang mengisi kuesioner ini adalah dosen dan tenaga kependidikan yang masih aktif bekerja pada perguruan tinggi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan pada 14 universitas didapatkan bahwa dosen dan tenaga kependidikan berpendapat bahwa KMP tidak berpengaruh terhadap IWB pada perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated digital transformation in various sectors, including the world of work, so that digital literacy has become an important competency for employees today. This research aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy on knowledge sharing intention and explore differences in views between employees who started working before (≤ 2019) and after (≥ 2020) the pandemic. The research uses a quantitative approach by carrying out simple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between digital literacy and knowledge sharing intention. Data was collected through a survey of 105 professional worker respondents and interviews with 5 respondents to explore the quantitative results. The research results show that digital literacy has a significant influence on knowledge sharing intention. Respondents who started working ≤ 2019 had better technical abilities compared to the ≥ 2020 group, but both groups showed similar levels of confidence in the cognitive and social-emotional dimensions. In-depth interviews revealed that these differences were influenced by the intensity of technology use in the workplace and the approach to solving technical problems.
