Abstract

Digital transformation has put tremendous pressure on every company that requires its workers to be able to innovate in using technology. This study will show the extent to which digital literacy affects innovative work behavior at the BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah company. The operation of the banking industry relies heavily on digital technology, but the innovation gap is limited due to banking regulations from the government. This study aims to find out the extent to which employee’s innovative work behavior can be influenced by employee digital literacy. This research uses a survey method, where data collection uses a digital questionnaire distributed to 50 employees. The data was processed using a simple linear regression test to prove the effect of digital literacy on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, the data is presented in a frequency distribution table to find the tendency of respondents' answers. The results of data processing show that digital literacy affects innovative work behavior. All indicators in digital literacy have a good category, while in IWB there are 2 indicators that have a sufficient category. The findings of this study indicate that in banking companies the workflow is fully supervised by OJK & existing BI regulations, so that employees get job instructions directly from superiors or leaders where employees cannot simply provide innovative ideas at work but do not rule out the possibility for workers to continue to innovate in the use of digital technology at their work.

Abstract

Potensi revolusi yang disebabkan oleh Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) telah merambah ke seluruh aspek kehidupan kita. Di era digital ini, AI diperkirakan akan mengambil alih pekerjaan, khususnya agen percakapan berbasis teks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sikap seseorang terhadap niatnya menggunakan AI dalam tugas rutin dan niat berkelanjutannya untuk menggunakan AI. Sampel penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh GAAIS terhadap variabel CI sebesar 17,5%. Dalam studi ini, kecepatan diidentifikasi sebagai keunggulan sistem AI dibandingkan manusia, sementara manusia unggul dalam empati, simpati, dan kreativitas, khususnya dalam masalah yang kompleks dan sangat tidak pasti. Sistem AI juga memungkinkan kendali manusia atas perubahan perilaku dan perspektif.

Abstract

Abstrak : Generasi Z tumbuh di era digital yang mapan dan dikenal mahir teknologi, serta memiliki pandangan positif tentang AI. Namun adanya kekhawatiran dan rasa tidak nyaman terhadap teknologi AI dapat mempengaruhi niat untuk menggunakan AI secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh General Attitudes towards Artificial Intelligence Scale (GAAIS) terhadap Continuance Intention (CI) pada Generasi Z di tempat kerja. Teori Perilaku Terencana (Theory of Planned Behaviour/ TPB) menjadi landasan teoretis penelitian ini, dengan fokus pada sikap (attitude) sebagai variabel independen. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 119 responden yang terdiri dari Generasi X, Milenial, dan Z, serta wawancara dari 5 responden generasi Z yang aktif bekerja serta mahir menggunakan AI. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa GAAIS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CI pada Generasi Z. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa sikap terhadap AI memengaruhi niat Generasi Z untuk terus menggunakan teknologi AI di masa depan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai bagaimana AI dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif di lingkungan kerja untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas. Abstract

The digital era positions knowledge as a primary asset for fostering innovation and competitive advantage. Information and communication technology (ICT), particularly artificial intelligence (AI), plays a critical role in enhancing efficiency and creating new opportunities. A company’s innovative performance is strongly influenced by employees’ innovative work behavior, including idea generation, experimentation, and risk-taking. Knowledge sharing among employees is also essential in supporting organizational innovation. This study aims to examine the mediating role of innovative work behavior (IWB) in the relationship between knowledge sharing intention (KSI) and innovative performance (IP) among knowledge-based workers in Indonesia. The research employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), consisting of measurement model evaluation and structural model assessment. The results indicate significant relationships (p < 0.001) between KSI and IWB (O = 0.625), IWB and IP (O = 0.344), and KSI and IP (O = 0.343). These findings confirm that IWB mediates the relationship between KSI and IP, highlighting the crucial role of innovative work behavior in optimizing the impact of knowledge sharing on innovative performance.

Abstract

Transformasi administrasi perpajakan melalui digitalisasi dan integrasi sistem menjadi bagian dari agenda reformasi perpajakan di Indonesia dalam merespons kompleksitas pengelolaan data dan tuntutan efisiensi layanan. Penerapan berbagai layanan elektronik hingga pengembangan Coretax system menunjukkan adanya pergeseran pola administrasi dan interaksi antara wajib pajak dan otoritas pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem perpajakan terintegrasi di Indonesia dengan menelaah fokus kajian, metode, dan temuan utama penelitian terdahulu yang membahas digitalisasi perpajakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review terhadap 9 artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan pada periode 2021–2025 dan relevan dengan topik sistem perpajakan digital dan terintegrasi di Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-Filing, e-Faktur, dan sistem elektronik lainnya berkontribusi pada keteraturan administrasi dan kemudahan proses pelaporan serta pembayaran pajak. Integrasi sistem melalui Coretax mendukung pengelolaan data perpajakan secara terpusat dan memperkuat fungsi pengawasan, meskipun masih dihadapkan pada tantangan kesiapan infrastruktur, keamanan data, dan adaptasi pengguna. Sistem perpajakan terintegrasi berkembang sebagai proses administratif yang melibatkan aspek teknologi, kebijakan, dan perilaku wajib pajak secara simultan. Abstract

Teknologi AI telah menjadi motor penggerak perubahan signifikan di berbagai sektor, termasuk dunia pekerjaan. Generasi Z, sebagai digital natives yang sangat familiar dengan teknologi, tidak luput dari kekhawatiran akan teknologi AI, meskipun mereka cenderung lebih adaptif terhadap inovasi teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara sikap umum pekerja terhadap penggunaan teknologi AI dengan niat mereka untuk terus menggunakannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Mixed Method, gabungan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif yang diperoleh sebanyak 184 responden melalui kuesioner, sedangkan data kualitatif yang diperoleh sebanyak 10 responden melalui wawancara. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji regresi membuktikan adanya pengaruh sikap terhadap niat terus menggunakan teknologi AI. Data kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi untuk melihat kecenderungan jawaban responden. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa responden memiliki sudut pandang yang saling bertentangan terhadap teknologi AI. Di masa kini, AI dianggap dapat mengancam pekerjaan mereka, tetapi di masa depan dengan adanya regulasi yang tepat, teknologi AI akan dapat memberikan banyak manfaat. Variabilitas pandangan ini mencerminkan kompleksitas isu terkait penggunaan AI di masa depan, dan pentingnya mempertimbangkan berbagai perspektif untuk memahami dinamika serta tantangan seiring perkembangan teknologi AI.

Abstract

This study explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being adopted in workplace settings, with a focus on the healthcare sector. Guided by the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), the research examines factors that shape employees' willingness to continue using AI. Insights from 112 survey respondents from across various sectors in Indonesia especially in health sector, measuring General Attitude towards AI (GAAIS) and Continuance Intention (CI) give results that indicate a positive attitude towards AI significantly affects employees’ intention to continue using AI, with perceived support and skills enhancing acceptance. Interviews with healthcare professionals reveal that positive attitudes, trust in AI, and support from peers significantly influence adoption. However, concerns about data privacy and algorithmic fairness remain key challenges. While AI demonstrates its potential to improve efficiency in both routine and complex tasks, successful integration requires human supervision and tailored training. Conclusively, companies are recommended to foster a supportive environment and provide training to reduce resistance and enhance AI integration for productivity and efficiency. By enhancing transparency, strengthening data protection, and fostering a supportive environment, organizations can ensure AI becomes a trusted partner in driving productivity and innovation.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has strengthened the strategic importance of digital literacy in fostering knowledge‐sharing behavior within organizations. This study examines the effect of digital literacy on employees’ knowledge‐sharing intention in Kota Yogyakarta and Kota Bandung, two major urban centers in Indonesia. A mixed‐methods approach was employed, involving 60 respondents through questionnaire surveys supported by narrative analysis. Quantitative data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests and simple linear regression. The results indicate that digital literacy has a significant positive influence on knowledge‐sharing intention. Furthermore, employees in Kota Bandung exhibit higher knowledge‐sharing intention compared to those in Kota Yogyakarta, suggesting contextual differences in digital readiness and knowledge culture. These findings highlight the need for organizations to strengthen continuous digital literacy initiatives as a strategy to enhance collaborative knowledge practices in the workplace.

Abstract

Knowledge is a valuable asset for companies and good knowledge management is the basis for creating a sustainable company or organization that can survive changes and global competition. Knowledge management practice has four dimensions which aim to manage existing knowledge in the organization to be used effectively and efficiently so that later it can improve organizational performance. This study aims to measure how influential knowledge management practices are on organizational performance in the parent company Retail X (one of the leading companies in the retail industry in Indonesia). In this study, survey methods were used and the type of research used in this study was causal. Data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique was carried out with quantitative data analysis techniques. The result of the research conducted indicate that : the knowledge management practice variable had a positive influence of 19.8% on organizational performance.
