Abstract

Imposing large-scale social restrictions has resulted in a transition of activity patterns in society. This change results in many activities that must be done at home, so that housewives try to adjust quickly to the situation. This demand raises mental health problems, which can also affect physical health, so that other people to provide support can be important value to housewives. This study aims to analyze the effect of social support and adaptation processes on the mental health status of housewives, including levels of depression, levels of anxiety disorders, and levels of stress because of large-scale social restrictions. This research is a survey research with quantitative methods and using a cross-sectional design. Respondents of this study were 100 housewives who were taken using accidental sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Rank Spearman test. The results showed a relationship between social support with the level of depression (p-value = 0.014) and the level of anxiety disorders (p-value = 0.030), as well as the adaptation process with the level of depression (p-value = 0.002). There is a relationship between social support with the level of depression and the level of anxiety disorders in housewives, and the adaptation process with the level of depression in housewives. It is recommended that the East Jakarta City Government develop a program that involves selected communities to become mental health counselors. In addition, the puskesmas can make innovations in mental health efforts for families and optimize the role of mental health cadres.

Abstract

The development of online-based information technology in the health sector can improve the quality of hospital services. Currently, Diponegoro National Hospital has implemented outpatient registration based on the "RSND-Ku" android application, and 70% of patients use the application. This study aims to describe the effectiveness and factors that influence the implementation of online registration services for outpatients at the Diponegoro National Hospital Semarang by applying a quantitative method with a descriptive analytic approach to 100 patients who use online registration services aged 20-40 years. The results showed that there is a relationship between the factors that influence the implementation of outpatient online registration services, namely the p-value of system quality of 0.000, the correlation coefficient of 0.460, the p-value of the information quality value of 0.000 and the correlation of 0.472, the p-value of service quality of 0.000 and the correlation of 0.498, and use with a p value of 0.000 and a correlation of 0.441. As for further research, the researcher suggests improvements to optimize the smoothness of the system, completeness of information, updating services, and socializing the flow of online registration services.

Abstract

Boyolali Sub-Regency  had  the highest total Covid-19 cases that was reported by Boyolali District Health Office on February 2022. The limited face-to-face learning / PTM in Boyolali Regency has been implemented on January 2022 with requirement of strict health protocols. The purposes of the study is to determine the affecting factors of students compliance in the application of health protocols during the limited face -to-face learning in Boyolali Sub-Regency. Quantitative research method with a cross-sectional approach. The total number of respondents were 359 students  in SD/ MI, SMP / MTs,  SMA / SMK and  MA who determined by proportional sampling technique. Data were analyzed by frequency distribution and simple liniear regression.The percentage of respondents with high compliance is higher (53.5%) than respondents with low compliance (46.5%).The affecting factors were age, level of education,knowledge, infrastructure supervision of school and community members, school support, friends support, and family support which has (p-value <0,005).The factors that didn’t affect was gender (p>0,005). The school should empower school health center role. It was done by involving the students checking  the application of health protocols. The  education office can make a pocket book containing health protocol rules during the limited face -to-face learning which can be a guide for family. The dostrict health office should socialization to community that they can also monitor health protocols during the limited face -to-face learning

Abstract

Telemedicine users have increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. Telemedicine can provide alternative solutions to improving quality, and access, and reducing disparities in health services, especially in urban and remote areas. However, in the era of national health insurance, not all telemedicine is covered by Healthcare and Social Security Agency (BPJS Kesehatan). This study aims to determine user expectations of telemedicine financing in the national health insurance era. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach which was conducted in February-April 2022. The respondents were 102 people who had used telemedicine services in Indonesia that were selected through the quota sampling method. The results showed that 95.1% of respondents agreed that telemedicine services were covered by the National Health Insurance (NHI), either fully or by sharing costs. As many as 31.95% of respondents expect 25% of cost-sharing with NHI, 35.05% of respondents expect 50% of cost-sharing with NHI, 12.37% of respondents expect 80% of cost-sharing with NHI, and 20.63 % hope 100% will be covered by NHI. Further and specific regulation related to telemedicine is needed. The type of telemedicine service covered communication with the telemedicine service provider, and the amount of the service fee covered needs to be communicated between the relevant parties

Abstract

The number of visits to telemedicine applications has increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. Halodoc is the most commonly used telemedicine platform in Indonesia. The return of public activity to health services after the easing of the pandemic were a challenge and opportunity for telemedicine service providers. Marketing is an important factor in influencing people's decision to use a product/services. This study aimed to examine the effect of Marketing 4.0 strategies on the usage of Halodoc's telemedicine services in Bogor City. The study used a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach, total research sample are 270 respondents who used Halodoc's telemedicine services, accidental sampling are used to select participants for the study, and the questionnaire had been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was analyzed using the logistic regression test. The results showed that Co-creation strategy (Sig.=0.016) and Conversation strategy (Sig.=0.028) had an effect on the usage of telemedicine services through the Halodoc application in Bogor City, while Currency (Sig.=0.216) and Communal Activation strategy (Sig.=0.152) did not. The researchers recommend Halodoc to evaluate, improve, and develop an effective and sustainable marketing strategies to increase the use of telemedicine services in Bogor City.

Abstract

The importance of Quality Improvement (QI) in health services is to improve the quality of health services continuously. Quality Improvement (I) can minimize complaints and achieve patient satisfaction. Based on JKN data, the Diponegoro I Primary Clinic is the primary clinic with the highest number of participants in Semarang City, namely 27,522 participants. Based on unstructured interviews with the clinic manager, the high level of complaint reports from patients because of dissatisfaction with the general poly services at the Diponegoro I Primary Clinic. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of patient satisfaction for general poly services at the Diponegoro I Primary Clinic through a balance between expectations and performance in the quality dimension (SERVQUAL). This research is a descriptive quantitative type with a cross-sectional design. The total research sample was 110 general poly patients. The data analysis technique uses the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method, which consists of suitability level analysis and quadrant analysis. The research results show the level of conformity of quality dimensions is 95.78%. While each dimension is tangible (96.88%), reliability (94.17%), responsiveness (96.50%), assurance (96.54%), and empathy (94.81%). There are items should be improved by the clinic, toilet facilities cleanliness, service time by online registration system implementation, service procedure information to patients, doctor’s scheduled board updates, and SOPs implementation to inform medicine side effects to patients. The improvement to increase the level of patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Postpartum family planning is a contraceptive service targeting mothers who have just given birth 0-42 days with the aim of preventing unwanted pregnancies. The high maternal mortality rate is caused by complications during pregnancy, so it is very important to use postpartum contraception. However, in Puskesmas Padangsari working area, the utilization of postpartum family planning services was very low,namely 28,47%. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of analyzed the utilization of postpartum family planning services in the Puskesmas Padangsari working area.This research was a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach using the accidental sampling technique where from a population of 198 mothers giving birth from January to December 2023, the sample was calculated using the slovin formula and with an error degree of 7%, a minimum sample size of 101 respondents was obtained. The research was carried out form January to March 2024.Bivariate data analysis using logistic regression test. Based on the research results, 44,7% of respondents had poor utilization of postpartum family planning services. Factors that did not influence the use of postpartum family planning services are mistrust, perception,and communication between service providers and patients. Meanwhile, the factors that influence the utilization of postpartum family planning services are cultural competency (p=0,069), perceived need (p=0.001), and customer satisfaction (p=0.005).

Abstract

Utilization of telemedicine services decreased after the pandemic conditions improved. Telemedicine utilization is closely related to the internet network. Central Java is the province with the lowest internet penetration rate in Java. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the utilization of telemedicine services after the COVID-19 pandemic in Central Java. This type of research was quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. This research was conducted in December 2023-March 2024. The sample in this study was 300 people in Central Java. The sampling technique used accidental sampling method. The analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Chi Square test. This study showed that 50.3% of respondents utilized telemedicine services after the pandemic. Utilized telemedicine services after the pandemic related to education (p-value <0.001), knowledge (p-value <0.001), trust (p-value <0.001), family support (p-value <0.001), accessibility (p-value <0.001), and need (p-value <0.001). All independent variables in this study (education, knowledge, trust, family support, accessibility, needs) are associated with the utilization of telemedicine services after the COVID-19 pandemic.
