Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to increase the professionalism of teachers at the 1st Palang Junior High School, Tuban Regency, East Java Province through the implementation of School-Based Lesson Study. Improving teacher professionalism which is the focus of this activity includes; 1) improving the quality of learning, 2) increasing teacher knowledge about learning materials, 3) increasing teacher knowledge about the learning process, 4) increasing the ability of teachers to observe learning activities, 5) strengthening collegiality relationships between teachers, 6) strengthening the relationship between the implementation of daily learning– days with long-term learning goals, and 7) increasing teacher motivation to always develop. The method used to achieve this goal is to carry out the lesson study stages which consist of the plan-do-see-redesign stage. In the plan stage, the teacher designs learning so that students can learn from learning materials actively. In the do stage, the model teacher carries out learning according to the lesson plan. In the do stage, the principal, lecturers and other teachers act as learning observers with supporting devices in the form of observation sheets. In the see stage, the team conducts discussions in the context of reflection and improvement of learning. The results of the reflection are followed up with a redesign for the next learning design

Abstract

PAIKEM is active, inspirational/Interactive/Innovative, Critical/Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning. PAIKEM based learning helps students develop the ability to think high stage, critical thinking and creative thinking (critical and creative thinking). Collaborative learning involves a combination of hard work or intellectual effort by students working in groups to get a sense, the solution, meaning or create a product, and the overall exploration centered on the student and not the teacher's explanation is simple or detailed. By using collaborative learning, implementation PAIKEM as expected by teachers and public education will be realized and seen the results during the learning process takes place and when the student has been implementing the learning, it will appear on the behavior of students everyday when they exist in the school environment , families and communities, the students are critical, creative, active, interactive, innovative, and able to cooperate with anyone.

Abstract

Siswa tunagrahita mengalami hambatan dan keterbelakangan perkembangan mental jauh di bawah rata-rata, mereka mengalami kesulitan dalam tugas akademik, komunikasi dan sosial. Siswa tunagrahita sedang dan berat biasanya menunjukkan rendahnya perilaku sosial-emosional. Mereka belum terbentuk rasa bekerja sama, tolong-menolong, berbagi, mandiri, percaya diri dan kontrol diri. Rendahnya perilaku sosial emosional dapat diminimalisir salah satunya melalui kegiatan farming gardening project. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SLB C Autis Negeri Tuban dengan sasaran siswa tunagrahita ringan (C) dan siswa tunagrahita sedang (C1). Kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian atau evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai karakter dapat ditumbuh kembangkan melalui kegiatan farming gardening project.

Abstract

The prosocial behavior of students in Cluster 05, Semanding District, Tuban Regency is still low. It is characterized by a lack of concern for the environment and other people. From the concern about this phenomenon, the researcher wants to examine more deeply about students' prosocial behavior. Researchers are trying to find a relationship between the level of prosocial behavior possessed by students and the upbringing and example of the teacher. This research is quantitative with a field survey method conducted on class VI students throughout Cluster 05 by means of random sampling based on Yaunt's theory of 10% for a population of 101-1000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas model pembelajaran kolaboratif berbasis online dalam konteks era milenial. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari mahasiswa universitas yang terdaftar dalam mata kuliah tertentu. Model pembelajaran kolaboratif berbasis online diimplementasikan dalam kelompok perlakuan, sementara kelompok kontrol mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kolaboratif berbasis online dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif, keterlibatan, dan pencapaian akademik mahasiswa dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa di era milenial.

Abstract

Penggunaan bahasa ibu saat proses pembelajaran dikelas sangat berdampak pada mata pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan bahasa ibu dalam proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islam. Peneliti melakukan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah. Instrumen utama dalam penelitian ini adalah instrument sendiri. Dalam mengumpulkan data dibantu dengan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dokumentasi, serta catatan lapangan. Teknis pelaksanaan metode wawancara ini dilakukan peneliti untuk mengumpulkan data dari narasumber yang akan diwawancarai. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model miles and huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil pengamatan serta observasi yang sudah dianalisis oleh peneliti menampilkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa ibu sangat berdampak pada pembelajaran di Sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of the mangrove center Foundation in strengthening Tuban community involvement into ecological citizenship. This research is based on the issue of environmental damage that is increasing every year, as well as the handling of environmental damage related to the government, related institutions, and the community. This study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The results found from this study is the role of the Mangrove Center as part of the civic community in combating environmental damage through strengthening environmental awareness in the community and related institutions. The participation starts from socialization, providing examples, and working together with the Environment Agency and local government agencies.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan dan bimbingan kepada guru, khususnya guru-guru di SDN Banyubang Kecamatan Garabagan agar dapat mengembangkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan penerapannya di kelas, sehingga aktivitas pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik bisa terlaksana dengan baik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan cara: 1) melakukan sosialisasi teoretis terkait dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi bagi guru-guru, 2) pelatihan/workshop dan pendampingan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di kelas berbasis pada Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, 3) mengevaluasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi oleh guru melalui supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Hasil dari kegiatan PkM ini yakni: 1) peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru-guru tentang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi; 2) peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar pembelajaran berdiferensiasi; serta 3) guru-guru mampu dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memahami terkait upaya perguruan tinggi khususnya Universitas Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) Ronggolawe dalam menjamin keamanan dan kenyamanan mahasiswa maupun dosen, dan karyawan terkait hak mereka dalam memperoleh perlindungan dari kekerasan seksual. Hal ini dilatar belakangi karena semakin maraknya kasus kekerasan seksual dilingkungan pendidikan yang dilakukan atas dasar relasi kuasa. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Peneliti berupaya mencari data melalui wawancara mendalam dari Satgas Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual (PPKS) dan pemangku kepentingan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan dalam mencegah terjadinya kekerasan seksual di lingkungan kampus Universitas PGRI Ronggolawe. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini ialah adanya upaya melalui pembentukan Satgas dan pemilihan anggota Satgas dari kalangan dosen dan mahasiaswa, sosialisasi kepada dosen dan ketua prodi, dan seluruh jajaran pengurus perguruan tinggi. Selanjutnya, sosialisasi dilakukan oleh Satgas kepada mahasiswa melalui perwakilan mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam anggota Satgas. Muatan terkait pencegahan kekerasan seksual juga wajib ada di dalam Rencana Pambelajaran Semester.

Abstract

This study investigates the experiences and perceived meanings of implementing a technology-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in English language education and its contribution to developing the professional competence of postgraduate students at Universitas PGRI Ronggolawe Tuban. Utilizing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research adopts Colaizzi’s method to deeply analyze students’ lived experiences. The participants consisted of 25 postgraduate students enrolled in a zero-credit English course during the matriculation program of the 2024–2025 academic year. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, document analysis, and focus group discussions involving students, lecturers, and institutional records. Through Colaizzi’s seven-step data analysis, themes emerged highlighting significant improvements in students’ English proficiency, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy. The technology-integrated PjBL approach fostered student engagement in authentic learning contexts while encouraging learner autonomy and responsibility. Additionally, the lecturer's role shifted to that of a facilitator, guiding students to take ownership of their learning processes. The study concludes that the integration of technology into PjBL not only supports effective language acquisition but also cultivates essential 21st-century competencies. These findings underline the holistic benefits of this approach in enhancing the academic and professional readiness of postgraduate students in English education.
