Abstract

Bagi entitas terbatas dokumen dapat bersifat rahasia dan penting, sehingga diperlukan mekanisme keamanan khhusus. Encryption with Covertext and Reordering (ECR) adalah salahsatu model keamanan dokumen berbasis teks. ECR menggunakan kunci acak untuk menghasilkan ciphertext. Kunci acak ECR dibuat secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan tingkat keamanan dokumen dengan menggunakan model enkripsi ECR. Kunci acak tabel permutasi diusulkan dalam perubahan model enkripsi ECR. Nilai acak akan dipilih secara otomatis menggunakan fungsi acak dari tabel permutasi. Dalam penelitian ini sebagai ukuran adalah entropi, yang merupakan nilai tingkat keamanan dokumen terenkripsi. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa penyematan tabel permutasi dari kunci acak memberikan nilai entropi yang lebih baik, yang menyiratkan tingkat keamanan yang lebih baik. Penggunaan tabel permutasi kunci acak juga mempermudah penggunaan ECR untuk mengamankan dokumen

Abstract

Pertukaran informasi melalui ruang publik masih menyisakan kerentanan keamanan, sehingga perlu mekanisme pengamanan melalui proses kriptografi. Salah satu model kriptografi yang dapat bertahan hingga lebih dari 300 tahun adalah Vigenere Cipher, sebelum dipecahkan oleh Kasiski dan Friedman. Artikel ini membahas tentang perkembangan dan evlolusi Vigenere Cipher. Hingga saat ini, penggunaan Vigenere Cipher masih dapat diaplikasikan untuk mengamankan petukaran informasi dan transaksi komunikasi. Dalam perkembangannya, bentuk evolusi pada Vigenere terfokus pada tiga bagian, pengembangan dengan metode hibrid, pengembangan pada proses penerbitan kunci yang digunakan dan pengembangan pada jumlah karakter set yang digunakan pada Vigenere. Dengan pengembangan pada ketiga fokus tersebut, maka Vigenere Cipher mampu menyuguhkan tingkat keamanan yang lebih baik pada informasi yang disandikannya. Keuntungan lain adalah Vigenere Cipher dengan pengembangan ini dapat diaplikasikan dan diterima untuk pengamanan dan pertukaran infomasi pada bidang yang lebih luas

Abstract

Algoritma Vigenere merupakan model algoritma enkripsi yang masih dikembangkan dalam bidang keamanan informasi saat ini. Salah satu aspek yang dianggap penting dalam bidang keamanan informasi adalah kerahasiaan. Masalah pencapaian kerahasiaan pesan atau informasi yang tinggi sangat penting dalam bidang keamanan informasi. Extended Vigenere dikenal sebagai evolusi dari Vigenere yang menerapkan lebih banyak set karakter. Salah satu pengembangan algoritma Vigenere adalah dengan memodifikasi generator kunci yang digunakan. Eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kerahasiaan informasi pada penggunaan generator kunci Blum Blum Shub (BBS) dan nomor Euler yang diterapkan pada Extended Vigenere. Metode pembangkitan kunci BBS dan nomor Euler digunakan secara berurutan. Sebagai metrik pengukuran, perhitungan entropi dari keluaran Extended Vigenere digunakan. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa peningkatan kerahasiaan informasi yang signifikan dengan nilai entropy achievement lebih dari 79% dari entropy optimum.

Abstract

Pace Village is one of the largest coffee producers in Jember Regency. The majority of the population of Pace village are coffee farmers who are members of a combined farmer group consisting of 10 farmer groups with each group having approximately 10-20 farmers. During the coffee harvest season, the remaining coffee husk waste products are still not utilized optimally, generally the remaining coffee farming products are sold at a very cheap price, namely around 8 thousand per/large bag. This is our main reason as a service team to provide added value to coffee skin waste by providing training and practice in improving the skills of coffee farmers in managing and processing coffee skin waste. The activity began with a request from partners to provide counseling, practice and assistance in managing and processing post-harvest coffee skin waste. Participation in service activities involves an active coffee farming community of 50 farmers. The result of this activity is that Gapoktan members have knowledge and skills in managing and processing coffee husk waste into raw material for coffee husk flour which can later be further characterized into bio plastic, bio pellets, animal feed mixture, block compost, cascara peat, bio pop, bio briquettes and other processed products that have added value so that they can provide additional income, especially for coffee farmers in Pace village, Silo sub-district, Jember district. Through the community service activities carried out, the hope is to increase the skills and income of partners in managing and processing coffee skin waste into raw material for coffee skin flour.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the debate technique in improving students’ speaking skills and to assess the outcomes after its application. Conducted in class XI A3 of SMAN 19 Tangerang Regency, the research involved 36 students and employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) through two cycles. Data was collected via observation, documentation, and speaking tests, and analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods. The population of this research is 180 students in the XI science classes, while for the samples, the researcher selected 36 students from XI A3 because this class is considered to be the most passive one compared to others . xxxxx The findings revealed that the debate technique was effective in enhancing students’ speaking performance, self-confidence, and classroom interaction. The pre-test score was 62 . These improved to 68.67 in the in cycle one. In the cycle 2, students exceeded the minimum passing score, achieving 76.89. The results indicate that debate is a beneficial and engaging technique for fostering speaking skills in an EFL context. It is recommended that teachers integrate debate activities into their instruction to encourage student participation, critical thinking, and oral communication. Yet, the improvement on the pronunciation needs more exploration for the next research.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine the most preferred culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Dracik Campus area of Batang. The system incorporates four primary criteria—price, location, service, and food quality—each supported by structured sub-criteria and weights derived from customer assessments. Data were collected via questionnaires administered to MSME customers, and the results were normalized and weighted to generate objective rankings. The system architecture was developed using the SDLC model, with MySQL utilized for database management and automated SAW computation. The results indicate that the system successfully generated rankings, and the preference values produced by the automated SAW computation were identical to those from manual SAW calculations, with no numerical deviation, proving the algorithmic correctness of the system. The study confirms that DSS with SAW enhances transparency, reduces subjective bias, and provides actionable insights for MSME development. Overall, this study validates the successful functional implementation of a SAW-based DSS and demonstrates that the system can be used as a reliable computational tool for multi-criteria decision-making.
