Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskipsikan pengelolaan Desa Wisata yangberlokasi di Desa Conto, Kecamatan Bulukerto, Kabupaten Wonogiri. Indonesiasendiri merupakan negara yang memiliki sektor wisata yang cukup banyak. Hal inisering digunakan sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan bagi negara.Pengembanganpariwisata membentuk Desa Wisata yang di dalamnya memiliki produk wisata danbernilai budaya serta memiliki karakteristik tradisional yang kuat, salah satu DesaWisata ada Kabupaten Wonogiri adalah Desa Wisata Conto. Pemilihan desa inidikarenakan desa tersebut memperoleh penghargaan sebagai juara terbaik 2 desawisata tingkat provinsi Jawa Tengah, Juara 1 dalam kategori profil desa wisata, Juara2 kategori atraksi seni dan Juara umum terbaik kedua, dan meraih predikat desawisata terbaik di Jawa Tengah kategori sapta pesona dan CHSE. Jenis penelitian iniadalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, dalam penelitian ini sumber datayang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulandata dilakukan berupa Wawancara, Observasi dan Dokumentasi. Teknik penentuaninforman dengantenknik purposive sampling. Pengelolaan Desa Wisata di DesaConto Kecamatan Bulukerto Wonogiri sudah cukup baik walaupun masih adakekurangan hal ini diukur menggunakan teori Pengelolaan atau Manajemenmenurut George R.Terry yang meliputi Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian,Penggerakan dan Pengawasan.Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling, Desa Wisata

Abstract

Infrastructure development plays a crucial role in a region, especially in rural areas. It offers numerous benefits such as improving the local economy, the well-being of the community, and, most importantly, eradicating poverty on the path to Indonesia's progress. This research aims to describe the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2021 regarding Infrastructure Development in the Giriwoyo Village, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency. In this study, the researcher employed a qualitative descriptive method based on Edward III's theory (1980:1) with indicators: sommunication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2021 on Infrastructure Development in Giriwoyo Village, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency, can be considered relatively good based on these four indicators. However, it is unfortunate that, during interviews, some community members still did not have a clear understanding of Regional Regulation No. 21 of 2019, which serves as the foundation for implementing infrastructure development policies in Giriwoyo Village. Therefore, it is recommended that the local government in the area be more detailed in their efforts to disseminate information about these programs to the community to ensure a better understanding. Abstract

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia is committed to encouraging businessgrowth and investment by launching Online Single Submission (OSS), LocalGovernments have an important role in ensuring that policies are implementedeffectively. The implementation of business licensing in Sukoharjo Regency is organizedby the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) with anelectronic basis through Online Single Submission (OSS). This study aims to describethe Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2022 concerning theImplementation of Business Licensing Based on Online Single Submission (OSS) at theOne-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of Sukoharjo Regency. Thisresearch uses the theory of Policy Implementation George C. Edward III. This type ofresearch is descriptive qualitative, the types of data used are primary data andsecondary data, determining informants using purposive sampling techniques. The datacollection techniques used in this research are: observation, interviews anddocumentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation,data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the SukoharjoRegency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office always tries to implementRegional Regulation Number 10 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of BusinessLicensing Based on Online Single Submission (OSS) properly. However, there are stillobstacles, namely in terms of communication, not fully providing understanding to thecommunity, including business actors who have not updated and migrated data to OSSRBA and even though the licensing system has been integrated online, there are stillmany applicants who come to the office. Bureaucratic Structure related to StandardOperating Procedures (SOP) there is already a service flow mechanism but RegionalRegulation Number 10 of 2022 does not explain the Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) regarding the implementation of business licensing based on Online SingleSubmission (OSS).Keywords: Implementation, Business Licensing, Online Single Submission (OSS)

Abstract

The Surakarta City Culture and Tourism Office is a government body which has the taskof formulating policies, carrying out government affairs and public services, developingand implementing as well as monitoring, evaluating and reporting all matters relatingto culture, traditional arts, history, cultural heritage, museums, tourism destinations,tourism marketing, creative economy development through the use and protection ofintellectual property rights, and development of tourism and creative economy resources.The city of Surakarta or the city of Solo, known by its slogan as "The Spirit of Java", is acity that has everything to attract tourists. The city of Surakarta has various types oftourism which attract visits from domestic and foreign tourists, so that the SurakartaCity government is able to utilize the tourism sector to support the economy in the Cityof Surakarta. So this sector is expected to have a significant contribution to the RegionalOriginal Income in the City of Surakarta. This research aims to analyze and describetourism development strategies in optimizing local revenue at the Surakarta City Cultureand Tourism Office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collectiontechniques in this research were carried out through observation, interviews anddocumentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation,data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that thetourism development strategy at the Surakarta City Culture and Tourism Office has beenquite successful in increasing income from the tourism sector so that it is able to increaselocal original income in Solo City. This can be seen from the nine indicators found byNawawi (2000: 153), namely: Proactivity, Anticipation, Strengths, Weaknesses,Opportunities and Obstacles, Resource Utilization, Control and Service Standards.These nine indicators have been implemented well. Based on the explanation above, theresearcher provides recommendations to the Surakarta City Culture and Tourism Officeto be able to maintain the indicators that have been implemented well.Keywords: Strategy, Development, Tourism, Culture and Tourism Service.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Community Satisfaction Index for motor vehicle tax services at the Surakarta City Public Service Mall. This research is quantitative research using descriptive research methods which are analyzed using the Community Satisfaction Index analysis technique. This research uses the Service Triangle theory proposed by Alberch and Zemke which is measured using 10 indicators divided into these three aspects. This research was conducted at the Surakarta City Public Service Mall in January 2024. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research are Questionnaires, Documentation and Literature Study. From the research results, it was found that the highest interval value or average value of the aspects depicted in the Service Triangle was 3.62 and the lowest interval value or average value was 3.51. These values ​​are found in the aspects: Service Strategy 3.56 is included in the "Very Good" performance category, Service System 3.51 is included in the "Good" performance category, Human Resources 3.62 is included in the "Very Good" performance category. Overall the Public Satisfaction Index for Motor Vehicle Tax Services at Public Service Malls reached 3.56 with a conversion value of 88.88 which is included in the "A" or "Very Good" category. Abstract

Abstrak: Perpustakaan desa merupakan salah satu pusat sumber informasi yang ada di desa yang menyediakan berbagi informasi untuk masyarakat. Peran dan fungsi perpustakaan desa salah satunya untuk meningkatkan literasi di desa serta memberi kemudahan dalam layanan terutama dalam bidang informasi. Kegemaran membaca dapat menambah pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dapat digunakan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Namun, terkadang masyarakat kurang mengetahuai atau kurang peduli, bahwa perpustakaan desa dimaksud untuk membatu melayani mereka. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat khususnya Desa Pablengan Kecamatan Matesih, Kabupaten Karanganyar dengan melakukan program pemberdayaan melalui sumber informasi di perpustakan. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat mendapatkan pemahaman baru bahawa perpustakaan desa juga dapat berperan dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Desa Sidowayah, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa tengah merupakan salah satu desa wisata di Indonesia yang dikenal memiliki dan mengembangkan beberapa potensi wisata lokal daerah, sebut saja Kawasan Wisata Terpadu, Kawasan Agro Komplek, Kawasan Perdagangan dan Jasa, Kawasan Industri Kreatif, Kawasan Penyangga Konservasi Area, Kawasan Pemerintahan dan Pendidikan dan Kawasan Komersil. Meski memiliki potensi wisata yang menjanjikan, namun promosi wisata desa terkait dipandang masih belum optimal tak terkecuali pada aspek promosi melalui media sosial. Komunikasi pemasaran digital menjadi pilihan strategi promosi popular karena dipandang lebih mudah, murah dan bersignifikasi positif bagi sektor pariwisata. Terlebih lagi, pandemi COVID-19 telah menjadikan pariwisata sebagai sektor paling terdampak sehingga berimbas pada citra, tingkat kunjungan wisatawan serta pendapatan para pelaku pariwisata dan masyarakat. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dimaksudkan membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi desa mitra terkait yakni pada aspek penguatan digital branding desa wisata melalui workshop strategi komunikasi bermedia sosial di Desa Sidowayah, Klaten. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan pada Kamis, 20 Juli 2023 di Omah Dolanan, Desa Sidowayah, Klaten diikuti 25 peserta dari kalangan badan usaha milik desa, kelompok sadar wisata, pengelola media digital desa dan karang taruna. Pembicara kegiatan berasal dari praktisi komunikasi digital, CV Cipta Gemilang Visual (CGV) dengan materi tentang internet dan media sosial, digital branding, produksi video digital dan praktik produksi video digital. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah desa mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mempraktikkan digital branding dengan baik.

Abstract

Strengthening and developing MSMEs is a priority for the Surakarta City Industrial SME Cooperative Service. The growth of MSMEs in the City of Surakarta has been positive in the last three years. In 2022, there will be 11,157 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the area. Data from the previous year, 2021, only saw 3,635 MSMEs. Collaboration is essential to create competitive MSMEs. This research aims to explain the strategy of the Industrial SME Cooperative Service in collaborating to advance MSMEs. Collaborative Governance Research Results, De Seve (2007:50) are as follows: Network Structure, the type of collaboration structure applied is Self Governance. Commitment to a common purpose has a different goal than in theory. Trust among the participants, that is, there is trust between stakeholders seen from the running of the collaborative program. Governance, Boundaries, and exclusivity have been fulfilled. Rules have yet to be fulfilled, while self-determination and network management have yet to be implemented firmly. Access to authority, there is a legal basis for implementing the MSME Strengthening and Development program. Distributive Accountability, there are procedures for implementing activities in the form of SOPs made by the Industrial SME Cooperative Service. Information Sharing is shared on MSME activities through the MSME Association WA Group, the Department's Instagram account, and the Industrial SME Cooperative Service website so that MSMEs can easily access it. Abstract

Desa Sidowarno, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu desa wisata yang masuk dalam 75 besar Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia (ADWI) tahun 2023. Desa wisata ini sangat ikonik karena mengembangkan kerajinan tradisional wayang kulit berbahan kulit kerbau. Wayang kulit sendiri oleh UNESCO pada 7 November 2003 ditetapkan sebagai karya kebudayaan yang mengagumkan di bidang cerita narasi dan warisan budaya. Selain sebagai sentra produksi wayang kulit, Desa Wayang Sidowarno juga menjadi destinasi wisata dan edukasi bagi masyarakat yang ingin belajar membuat wayang kulit. Desa ini memiliki paket eduwisata terkait workshop pembuatan wayang kulit seperti workshop pengerokan, penatahan, dan pelukisan. Meski memiliki potensi wisata yang menjanjikan, namun promosi wisata Desa Wayang Sidowarno dipandang masih belum maksimal terutama pada aspek saluran promosi fotografi digital. Maka, Research Group D3 Kajian dan Komunikasi Terapan (KTK) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta menyelenggarakan workshop peningkatan kompetensi fotografi untuk promosi digital pada Minggu, 2 Juni 2024 di Joglo Omah Wayang, Desa Sidowarno, Klaten. Hadir pada workshop ini sekitar 20 peserta dari kalangan pengelola Joglo Omah Wayang, kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) desa serta karang taruna setempat. Materi workshop berkaitan dengan konsep fotografi dan caption fotografi serta praktik produksi fotografi produk.

Abstract

Karanganyar Regent Regulation Number 82 of 2019 concerning Guidelines forImplementing Population Administration in Kebakkramat District, KaranganyarRegency is one of the guidelines to make it easier for the Population and CivilRegistration Service to carry out services related to Population Administration. Thisresearch aims to analyze and describe the implementation of Karanganyar RegentRegulation Number 82 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Implementing PopulationAdministration in Kebakkramat District, Karanganyar Regency. There are still people inKebakkramat District who don't understand the importance of e-KTP, even the youngergeneration doesn't understand the importance of e-KTP, and many people are too lazy tocome directly to the Kebakkramat District office, usually just leaving the house. files toemployees and usually people give bribes in the form of money to employees so that theprocess of making e-KTPs is accelerated.. The research method used is descriptiveresearch with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview,observation and documentation techniques . This research analysis uses four elements,namely data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions.The technique fordetermining informants for this research uses purposive sampling and snowball samplingtechniques. The informants in this research were 5 people consisting of the KebakkramatDistrict Secretary, the governance section, the e-KTP maker operator and theKebakkramat community. The results of the research conducted by the author show thatthe e-KTP making service in Kebakkramat District can be said to be good, although thereis some confusion and misunderstanding regarding social media and informationsources.Keywords: Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure
