Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of planning, supervision and coordination on the effectiveness of the e-service system at at the Regional Revenue Agency Surakarta. This type of research uses a casual associative strategy through quantitative methods. This research is located at the Regional Revenue Agency of Surakarta City. The research population was 40 permanent employees with saturated sample technique. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression. The results showed that planning has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the E-Service system. Supervision has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the E-Service system. Coordination has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the E-Service system. Planning, supervision and coordination affect the effectiveness of the E-Service system simultaniously. Abstract

The research conducted aims to analyze the influence of service quality and reading motivation on user satisfaction of the iSolo application at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service. The service quality variables in this research use the service quality theory by Parassuraman Valerie Zeithmal and Leonard Berry 1988 with the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The reading motivation variable uses self-determination theory by Ryan & Deci in 2000 with the dimensions of autonomy, competence and relatedness. The user satisfaction variable is measured using indicators proposed by Tjiptono, namely conformity to expectations, interest in reuse, and willingness to recommend. The research method used is an associative quantitative method in the form of causal relationships. The population used in this research is all the unknown number of iSolo application users. The sampling technique used simple random sampling or random sampling with a sample of 96 respondents. The method used in collecting research data is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is statistical testing with validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the research results, it was concluded that service quality had a low influence on iSolo application user satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service, while reading motivation had a very low influence on iSolo application user satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service. Service quality and reading motivation together have a significant effect on user satisfaction of the iSolo application at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service with an Fcount value of 26.031. The coefficient of determination value is 0.345, which means that 34.5% of the user satisfaction variable can be explained by the service quality and reading motivation variables, while the remaining 65.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. Abstract

In the modern era, governments are faced with challenges such as high accountability and limitedresources. In the digital era, the integration of information systems is important to optimizeadministration and reporting. The formulation of this research problem is whether the integrationof information systems has a significant effect on administrative and reporting efficiency at theDP3AP2KB Secretariat of Surakarta City. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect ofinformation systems integration on administrative and reporting efficiency at the DP3AP2KBSecretariat of Surakarta City. This research is expected to contribute to the development of publicadministration science, especially in improving administrative and reporting efficiency throughinformation system integration. The type of research method used is quantitative method withsaturated sampling technique. Data sources used primary and secondary data, data collectedthrough questionnaires distributed to 31 employees at the Secretariat of DP3AP2KB SurakartaCity. Data analysis was carried out in this study with simple linear regression using SPSSsoftware. Based on the results of research and discussion, it shows that the integration ofinformation systems affects the efficiency of administration and reporting at the Surakarta CityDP3AP2KB Secretariat with a positive and significant regression coefficient value, which meansthat any increase in information system integration will be followed by an increase in theefficiency of administration and reporting.Keywords: Information system integration, administrative efficiency, reporting

Abstract

To improve employee discipline, efforts to control and supervise the discipline ofemployee working hours need to be carried out continuously and consistently. One of thefactors that can be used as a monitoring and control tool is to see the level of employeeattendance which is periodically evaluated. The manual attendance reporting system that hasbeen carried out tends to manipulate and does not submit employee attendance reports as theyare. In this study the authors used descriptive empirical research with a qualitative approach.This research was conducted at the Sukoharjo Regency DPRD Secretariat Office.The selection of the location as the place of this research was carried out deliberatelybecause the Sukoharjo DPRD Secretariat Office was one of the offices that implemented anonline attendance system in the internal arrangement carried out in the field of human resourcemanagement. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation. the resultsshowed that the implementation of online attendance at the Sukoharjo DPRD Secretariat Officewas running quite well. Judging from Tangkilisan's indicators: Target achievement, wellrealized in improving work discipline. Adaptability, at the beginning of its application therewere few obstacles in using it, but employees were able to adapt so that they could use onlineattendance well. Job satisfaction, when the online attendance system is implemented, employeediscipline has increased, because it is supported by the Income Supplement Allowance (TPP)if attendance and work are optimal. Responsibility, employees at the Sukoharjo DPRDSecretariat Office are expected to increase the discipline of their attendance and performance,so that they can be competitive at work. So that with the nature of discipline to improve workperformance will be maintained.Keywords: Effectiveness, Discipline, Online Presence

Abstract

This study examines the dissertation manuscript of art creation in the Doctoral Program of Art Creation, Institut Seni Indonesian (ISI) Surakarta, with the aim of revealing the construction of meaning and the problems of its authorship. This study combines Roland Barthes' semiotic theory and William Gamson's media framing devices in an integrative manner. Gamson's framing devices—including metaphors, slogans, exemplars, depictions, and visual images—are used to identify the dominant representational elements in the manuscript. Furthermore, Barthes' semiotic approach is applied to analyze the denotative and connotative meanings of these elements. The results of the study identified two main categories of meaning in the dissertation: reflective and substantial meaning. On the other hand, the study of the authorship problems found two main issues, namely the positioning strategy of the Nusantara Aesthetic concept as a strengthening of institutional identity, and the formatology of authorship that shows the tension between academic conventions and creative expression. This study concludes that the level of epistemological awareness of the author affects the scientific quality of the dissertation, and confirms that the dissertation of art creation has an inherent contribution to the artwork itself. These findings provide a basis for reformulating the role and function of artistic dissertations in the context of higher arts education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the understanding and skills of Kampung Wisata Barokah social media managers in utilizing social media as an effective promotional tool. Social media has proven to be an efficient platform for reaching a wider audience at low cost, especially in the tourism sector. Although Kampung Wisata Barokah has great potential, its social media management is still suboptimal due to the limited knowledge and skills of its managers. Through a participatory approach, the community service team conducted a workshop consisting of three stages: preparation, implementation, and reflection. The training covered creative content creation, understanding social media platform features, and digital marketing strategies. Evaluation results using pre-tests and post-tests showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, from an average of 40% to 100% after the training. The workshop not only provided theoretical knowledge but also practical skills that could be directly applied in promoting tourist destinations. It is hoped that the social media managers of Kampung Wisata Barokah can utilize social media optimally to increase tourist visits and empower the local economy.

Abstract

Anak-anak merupakan kelompok penduduk usia muda yang mempunyai potensiuntuk dikembangkan, oleh karena itu mereka membutuhkan sebuah organisasiatau institusi yang dapat melayani atau melindungi hak-hak mereka. ProgramKota/Kabupaten Layak Anak adalah bentuk aksi nyata pemerintah dalam rangkamelindungi hak-hak anak.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkanteori Sutrisno (2007 : 125-126) yang menggunakan 5 indikator yaitu PemahamanProgram, Tepat Sasaran, Tepat Waktu, Tercapainya Tujuan, dan PerubahanNyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas programPerlindungan Anak dalam mewujudkan Kota Layak Anak (KLA) yang dilakukanoleh Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak serta PengendalianPenduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3AP2KB) Kota Surakarta. Metode yangdigunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dipilih secara PurposiveSampling yaitu Kepala Bidang Pemenuhan Hak Anak dan Perlindungan KhususAnak, Analis Kebijakan Muda Pemenuhan Hak Anak dan Perlindungan KhususAnak, Staff Bidang, dan masyarakat atau orang tua. Teknik pengumpulan datamelalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitianini menggunakan teori dari Miles, Huberman dan Saldana (2014) yaitumenganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas programPerlindungan Anak untuk mewujudkan Kota Layak Anak (KLA) di DinasPemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak serta Pengendalian Pendudukdan Keluarga Berencana (DP3AP2KB) Kota Surakarta sudah cukup baik, denganindikator pemahaman program dengan adanya sosialisasi yang diberikan olehBidang Pemenuhan Hak Anak dan Perlindungan Khusus Anak kepada masyarakatatau orang tua sudah berjalan dengan baik, tepat sasaran yang sudah mencapaitarget yang direncanakan, tepat waktu dalam melaksanakan setiap kegiatan padaprogram tersebut, tercapainya tujuan dengan adanya program-program baru, danperubahan nyata yakni hak-hak anak menjadi terpenuhi.Key Words : Efektivitas Tepat Waktu, Program Perlindungan Anak, Kota LayakAnak (KLA)

Abstract

The advancement of human civilisation and the development of the global economy in various fields has now entered Indonesia with various new digital-based technologies and is currently known as the industrial era 4.0 which is based on cyber physical systems. Digitalisation in various fields is currently also intensively carried out in the tourism sector which is one of the country's foreign exchange boosters. Indonesia's tourism development is supported by adequate human resources and the diversity of natural resources which is an added value in order to sedate tourists to visit tourist destinations in Indonesia. The tourism village will later become an independent tourism village with sustainable tourism village certification. The assistance is carried out through the development of Human Resources in the management of tourist villages, product development or travel patterns, and digital development. In the management of digitalisation-based Independent Tourism Villages, the 7 destinations have used websites as a marketing communication medium. With the existence of digital technology-based marketing communication, many Tourism Villages are now increasingly recognised by the wider community across time and space. Marketing communication through websites is one of the right strategies for tourism businesses because it is a more efficient and effective media display and has a positive significance for the tourism sector.
