Abstract

Budidaya vanili di dalam rumah kaca memerlukan upaya menciptakan  kondisi lingkungan yang optimum untuk pertumbuhan tanaman vanili. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kondisi iklim mikro di dalam dan di luar rumah kaca serta pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman vanili varietas vania 2. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelompok Tani Ayem Sub unit Rumah Belajar Vanili mBajing yang terletak di Desa Sinogo, Pagerharjo, Kecamatan Samigaluh, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta pada bulan Mei-Juli 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji independent sample t test yang tersusun atas 12 sampel pada setiap parameter dan analisis regresi antara intensitas sinar matahari terhadap paremeter suhu, kelembapan, pertambahan panjang sulur, pertambahan jumlah daun, diameter batang, jumlah cabang, pertambahan panjang ruas, dan kadar klorofil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan suhu dan kelembaban di dalam rumah kaca dan di luar rumah kaca memenuhi syarat untuk pertumbuhan tanaman vanili, sedangkan intensitas sinar matahari di dalam dan di luar rumah kaca tidak memenuhi syarat untuk pertumbuhan tanaman vanili. Terdapat perbedaan nyata pertumbuhan tanaman vanili varietas vania 2 di dalam dan di luar rumah kaca pada parameter diameter batang dan pertambahan panjang ruas, sedangkan untuk parameter pertambahan panjang sulur, pertambahan jumlah daun, jumlah cabang dan kadar klorofil tidak terdapat perbedaan nyata. Kesimpulannya iklim mikro mempengaruhi pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman vanili.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Metode penelitiaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain Quasi Eksperimental. Bentuk quasi yang digunakan adalah pretest-posttest control group desing. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII-A dan VII-B di MTs. An-Nuriyah. Kelas VII-A menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing (eksperimen) sedangkan kelas VII-B menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional (kontrol). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen (inkuiri terbimbing) lebih tinggi dari pada kelas kontrol (pembelajaran konvensional). Hal ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata hasil tes pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen adalah 83,67 sedangkan rata-rata hasil tes pada kelas kontrol adalah 60,67. Begitu juga dengan hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t dua sample independen yang menunjukkan nilai sig maka dapat disimpulkan ditolak yang artinya ada perbedaan pemahaman konsep peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik.

Abstract

Analytical thinking is the ability to analyze or solve problems by combining information to solve problems. This study aims to determine students' analytical thinking skills in solving numeracy problems. The subjects of this study were all students of class VIII-A at MTs Bustanul Arifin Domas Menganti, this study used a descriptive quantitative method. The instrument used is a description test with 3 questions. Based on the results of the research, it is known that students' analytical thinking skills in solving numeracy questions are in the medium category. 73.53%, and there are 7 students in the low category with a percentage of 20.59%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the types of students' misconceptions on the geometry material of the quadrilateral sub-material. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The research subjects were students of class VII SMPN 5 Lamongan as many as 120 students. The research instrument used was a three-tier multiple choice diagnostic test sheet. The result of the research is that 56.2% of students have misconceptions about the quadrilateral material, including the category of moderate misconceptions. From these misconceptions, the types of misconceptions are grouped into classificational misconceptions by 15%, correlational misconceptions by 19.1%, and theoretical misconceptions by 22.1%.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi numerasi merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki peserta didik dalam menghadapi tuntutan pendidikan abad 21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal statistika. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Adapun subjek pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII-C di SMP Negeri 11 Gresik pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dengan 3 subjek peserta didik yang dikategorikan menjadi kelompok tinggi, sedang dan rendah. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode tes, wawancara dan rekaman. Hasil tes akan dianalisis berdasarkan indikator kemampuan literasi numerasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik pada kelompok tinggi berada pada level 1,2,3,4,5,6, kelompok sedang berada pada level 1,2,3,4, sedangkan kelompok rendah hanya mampu pada level 4 dan 6. Disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan literasi numerasi peserta didik pada kelompok sedang dan rendah masih rendah sekali. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh persentase kemampuan literasi numerasi berdasarkan pengkategorian kelompok tinggi sebanyak 28,1%, kelompok sedang sebanyak 34,4%, dan kelompok rendah sebanyak 37,5%.

Abstract

Learning at MI Nurul Huda Lengkong is still centered on educators which has an impact on student learning outcomes because students rarely solve problems independently. There needs to be an improvement in learning models to improve student learning outcomes. The learning model that can create an atmosphere of students who are free, creative, and independent in accordance with their abilities is the problem posing learning model. Problem posing is a learning model that requires students to compile questions or break down a problem into simpler questions and refer to solving the problem. The purpose of this model is to create a more interactive learning atmosphere and improve student learning outcomes. This research is quantitative correlational research. To find the influence between problem posing learning models on research learning outcomes using this type of experiment, by comparing the learning outcomes of problem posing and conventional learning. From the research that has been done, the average posttest score of the control class was 58.25 from 8 students and the experimental class was 81.625 from 8 students. This indicates that the problem posing learning model has an influence on improving the learning outcomes of grade 5 MI Nurul Huda Lengkong students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using a learning model using the contextualbased Example non Examples method on students understanding of matemathics. The type of research used is Quantitative Research with a correlational research desighn, namely a study to determine the influence and level of influence between two or more variables. The sample in this study were 32 students, with data cllection techniques using observation instruments and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there is an affect of using the example non examples learning model on students understanding of matemathic, this is evindenced by the average value of control class is 65 and experience class is 85. The conclusion of this study can show that the ability to understand matemathics of students who are taught by applying the example non examples learning model is better than just using the conventional / lecture method. Abstract

Background: This community service activity is driven by three factors: 1) the significance of the teacher's role in cultivating student competencies aligned with 21st-century demands; 2) education's emphasis on not only academic mastery but also the cultivation of comprehensive skills; 3) the 6C framework (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, Citizenship, and Character) serves as the fundamental basis for equipping students to confront escalating global challenges. This service activity aims to enhance comprehension and proficiency in designing learning that fosters the competencies of 6C students. Method: The participants in this initiative comprise 32 educators from Gresik Middle School. The program is executed in phases: 1) Reinforcement of the 6C concept; 2) A workshop on learning design that facilitates 6C; 3) Independent implementation and evaluation without external support. Results: The findings indicated an enhancement in educators' comprehension of crafting learning activities that promote competency 6C. Moreover, it pertains to teachers' capacity to devise 6C learning experiences. 80% of teachers can construct learning activities classified as good, while the remainder falls into the fairly good group. Teacher Competency Enhancement Program To effectively construct learning activities for 6C students, it is essential to consistently engage with the school's learning community. It is essential for the teacher to remain informed about the latest pedagogical strategies, enabling the adaptation of instructional methods to meet student developmental needs and evolving circumstances, while also enhancing collaboration among educators through discourse and the exchange of best practices within the learning community

Abstract

Low birth weight (LBW) babies are closely related to infant morbidity, stunted growth and cognitive development, and chronic diseases. Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) is a condition that complicates pregnancy and is closely related to low birth weight. Objectives: To determined the incidence of LBW in mothers with SPA at the hospital Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. Methods: A descriptive observational study involving 71 cases of SPA in hospitals  Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung, period 2016-2020, which has met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. SPA cases were divided into three groups: placenta accreta, increta, and percreta. In each SPA group, the incidence of LBW was evaluated. Results: 46.5% (33/71 cases of PAS) had low birth weight, while 53.5% (38/71 cases of PAS) had normal birth weight babies. The placenta accreta and percreta groups were dominated by normal birth weight infants [(18/31 cases), (5/9 cases)], while the placenta increta group was dominated by low birth weight infants (16/31 cases). The LBW category is divided into Extremely Low Birth Weight (ELBW), Very Low Birth Weight (VLBW), and LBW. In placenta accreta, there were 2 ELBW and VLBW infants, and 9 LBW infants. In the placenta increta, there are 3 ELBW and VLBW, and 10 LBW. In the placenta percreta, there were 1 ELBW and 3 LBW, while VLBW was not found in the placenta percreta. Conclusion: The incidence of LBW is found in almost half the population of SPA cases in hospitals. DR. Hasan Sadikin in the 2016-2020 period.Keywords:  low birth weight, placenta accreta spectrum

Abstract

Research on mathematics teacher professional development has emphasized primarily teaching quality enhancement. Mathematics task as one of the vital components in mathematics teacher education has been sparsely investigated. The purpose of this research is to explore mathematics teachers’ beliefs and practices in applying a problem-based task after attending one-semester online teacher professional training funded by the Ministry of Education. This is a mixed-method research design with data collected by distributing questionnaires to 105 mathematics teachers from 24 provinces in Indonesia after accomplishing an online professional training program to determine their self-reported beliefs about mathematical problem-based tasks. Data were also collected by conducting focus group interviews with 15 mathematics teachers with different teaching experiences. Teachers' relevant documents, such as course contents, task forms, and notes, were analyzed and used to enrich the qualitative interpretation. The quantitative result indicated that mathematics teachers' beliefs on the problem-based task were low. Meanwhile, the qualitative findings indicated this category of teachers constructed their problem-based tasks with no theoretical framework. Three misconceptions in designing problem-based tasks were also reported. Therefore, future research is recommended for a more acceptable and applicable problem-based tasks framework and design a specific teacher professional development training to promote teachers’ competencies.
