Abstract

National Hospital is a modern private hospital of international standard established in 2010 in Surabaya. National Hospital wants to integrate existing modality cardiology section with its PACS. There are three main problems in the integration process, namely: (1) PACS that there can not display the data waveform (DICOM 3.0 supplement 30), (2) there is a modality resting ECG is not standard DICOM 3.0 so it can not communicate directly with PACS, and (3) resting ECG output data in XML format instead of 3.0 DICOM supplement 30. The solution to this problem is the application of ECG viewer that is integrated with PACS. ECG viewer application can handle communication from the modality DICOM 3.0 standard, namely ultrasound and treadmills, as well as from the resting ECG modality that is not standard DICOM 3.0. Further, the application of ECG viewer can convert XML data output from the resting ECG modality into DICOM 3.0 standard supplements 30 and make PACS can display a graphic waveform of the standard DICOM 3.0 file supmen 30.

Abstract

The cupping is one of heritage from traditional treatment for muslims, who is now increasingly rare to be implemented. Sometimes a therapist get obstacles in determining the location of the point of a bruise and a combination of cupping point code consisting of 135 code point of cupping. Factors that influence it is the length of time needed to do a combination with point code of cupping disease based on the point of cupping. The application of a cupping therapy guide made can be applied to operating system android. It can ease a therapist to determine the location of the point of cupping to be more easily and quickly. Based on the results of the tryouts and the results of the questionnaire to 10 people therapist cupping, shows that an assessment of learnability 70,7 %, efficiency 74 %, memorability 76 %, error 72 %, satisfaction 76,7 %. Total the results of the questionnaire of 73,88 % means system has been running well. Application it may help therapist determining the location of point cupping.

Abstract

CV. Dwi Star is a company engaged in the field of importers of stationery, such as a stapler, perforator, cash box, stick note, display book, tape dispenser, glue, binders swing clip, calculator, and others. Stationery has various brands, such as Eagle, Phoenix, Pronto, Retype, Fastener, Bofa, Nashua, Pentel, and others. The goods were shipped from abroad, with prices following the dollar exchange rate, so that the sales price is uncertain (unstable). Is currently marketing the product on the company's CV. Dwi Star conducted by a salesman. Salesman has a dual role in his work, that salesman not only did the ordering of products but also offer the products, finding new customers, and collect debts.Salesman will going around in various area in Indonesia (except Papua). The process of roving salesman in one area takes one week to three weeks. In the process, salesmen will offer their products by bringing a catalog that contains information on products. The goods list (catalogs) are placed in a folder with the current total of about 49 sheets containing dozens of products types and kinds of this product does not include the same number but different product types, sizes, and colors. Salesman also perform the billing process to customers who still had debt. List of the bill will be created manually by the enterprise admin. Salesman collect the debt from the customer and the customer can pay off the debt in three ways, namely transfer, demand deposits, and cash. Confirmation of payment is only be completed by a salesman and a customer, and then salesmen will confirm it to the current company admin after the salesman back to the company. It creates opportunities to  cheat by the salesman.In connection with these problems, it is proposed Operational Information System Design Based Salesman Android that can be taken anywhere. Android-based operational applications salesman is devoted to help the salesman operational performance. The salesman operational applications provide useful product information to assist in the search speed of goods and prices thats up to date, can order the products, the addition of new customers, and displays a list of customer billing sent by e-mail to admin.

Abstract

PT Elang Jagad is a metal manufacturing company which produce furnace stoves. During this time the orders company an average of 10,000 units. Company have capacity which can only supply 7,500 units and no unfulfilled residual orders so that orders delayed continuously every month. The company currently can not make an engine  investment decision. This is because the company is not able to analyze the feasibility of the investment calculation. From these problems PT Elang Jagad requires a differential accounting information system for count buy or not to buy the machine, it created an application feasibility calculation of investment assets. This system can count the difference between the value of investments to revenues net cash / net present value, rate of average profit investments / average rate of return, how fast the investment return / payback period, the ratio of investment value with receipts of cash / profitability index and the interest rate of investment / internal rate of return as the basis for measuring the feasibility of the investment.This application is able to generate a report calculating the net present value, payback period, average rate of return, internal rate of return, profitability index and to produce the feasibility of the investment information that can be used to give alternative investment decision-making machinery in PT Elang Jagad.

Abstract

Bapersip has eight areas that support business processes. Three areas of the recording process business using Online Transaction Process (OLTP) and Excel. Five other areas recording business processes using excel. Each month, business process data is processed by the areas to be reported. The process of making a report to transfer data from the source OLTP excel and to form reports manually. The data transfer process allows the human error such as redundant data and their data is not recorded in the report, so potentially resulting in inaccurate reports. Reports generated from the OLTP library service areas on Bapersip subfield SUNGRAM not fulfilling the needs for analysis. The solution to Bapersip problem is reporting and OLAP applications. Reporting application will help each area to create a report and eliminates the risk of human error by taking and processing the data from the source. OLAP application used to fulfill the needs of analysis using patterns based on the information you want displayed by SUNGRAM subfields.

Abstract

PT Rukina Sukses Abadi is a company working in the field of marine dredging and reclamation. Party crewing experience problems in the process of checking the contract of the crew. This happens because the contract checking of each crew  done manually by looking at the documents one by one. It resulted in the checking process takes a long time. As a result, the company often late in making a contract extension. Crewing parties also have difficulty in knowing the status of the crew. Does the crew active or inactive, and the absence of a detailed report on the crew made it difficult for the manager to see the history of the crew. Based on these issues, it is proposed the creation of control applications of contract document of crew. This system is able to help the crewing in checking the contract of the crew and to find out the status and history of the crew. The trials results concluded that the control applications of contract document of crew is able to generate warning information of validity period of the contract of the crew which will expire, the status of the crew who is active or inactive, and profile reports for of managers’ requirement

Abstract

Each application of the procurement of goods / services required the manufacture of Self-Estimated price derived from the approximate (estimated) price of a job (goods / services) to be held. This above is in accordance with Indonesian Presidential Regulation No. 70 Year 2012 on Procurement of Goods / Services, Article 66 digits (5) points a. But what is happening now in the procurement of many software companies individuals or businesses, government officials and developers of software that performs supply and demand for software procurement, had difficulty in making the report HPS. So it can be deduced to solve the problems occurred is needed to set the benchmark in the determination Self-Estimated Price (HPS) method Use Case Point in software development projects by activity agile models. model testing is done using 5 software development project data gets deviation between the estimated level of HPS with the actual cost by 10%, which indicate that the models estimated in this research has a good degree of accuracy.

Abstract

Department of Surgery is one of department at the Hospital that is important and are directly related to patient safety. The main business processes in the Department of Surgery consists of three processes, namely the sterilization process performed on unit Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD), the process of asset preservation operations and management processes.Current problems now is asset preservation maintenance in the CSSD and the Operations Room at the RSPG as well as (1) an inventory of the equipment is not good, making it difficult for the Department of Surgery at tracking the existence of tools, (2) determine the condition of asset status if available or not available when needed, (3) how the track record / history medical equipment, (4) any device that is often susceptible to interference, and (5) how the records or documentation of results maintenance is performed. The solution to these problems is a CMMS application, where the application can CMMS asset inventory along with the location of assets, asset maintenance record of all processes in order to know the status of assets and asset maintenance history and generate documentation in the form of maintenance reports and provide information such as dashboard graphs asset care process.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Universitas Airlangga (RSUA) merupakan salah satu Rumah Sakit di Surabaya, dengan salah satu Visinya yaitu menjadi Rumah Sakit Pendidikan terkemuka di tingkat Nasional dan Internasional dalam pemberian pelayanan paripurna, pendidikan dan penelitian di bidang kesehatan. Dalam meningkatkan ke tahap Nasional maupun Internasional tentu aspek TI tidak dapat diabaikan, dan justru menjadi pendukung penting di era teknologi saat ini.Sistem/Teknologi Informasi didalam RSUA belum pernah dilakukan Audit TI, serta beberapa masalah yang mendukung perlunya Audit TI adalah penggunaan TI yang berjalan sampai saat ini belum sepenuhnya dapat mendukung Visi RSUA di atas tersebut, serta dalam implementasi dan pemeliharaan TI banyak yang tidak merata pada aspek strategis jangka panjang, maupun operasional jangka pendek.Solusi TI yang dilakukan adalah melaksanakan Audit TI berbasis Risiko dengan Customers Perspective menggunakan CobiT 4.1, melalui penerapan Metodologi Systems Information Auditing : Tools & Techniques, yang dikeluarkan oleh ISACA dengan tiga tahapan ; Planning, Fieldwork/Documentation & Reporting. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan kondisi TI RSUA berada pada rata-rata 2.04 (Repeatable but Intuitive) berdasarkan Maturity Level CobiT 4.1. Repeatable but Intuitive mendeskripsikan bahwa TI RSUA memiliki pengandalian atau kontrol terhadap TI, tetapi tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik. Saran dan Rekomendasi telah diberikan terhadap 30 temuan proses TI audit, yang telah diprioritaskan dengan risiko tertinggi terlebih dahulu hingga yang terendah. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Audit TI, CobiT, Rumah Sakit

Abstract

PT. Sinar Baja Hutama merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam produksi alat–alat berat, seperti peralatan kereta api, peralatan perawatan jalan, alat–alat pertanian dan perkebunan, Stone / Coal Crusher Plant & Mobile, Batching Plant, Mining Processing, Conveyor System, Dradger Pontoon dan sebagainya. Dalam menetapkan harga jual produk, manager tidak melakukan identifikasi terhadap investasi perusahaan. Untuk target pengembalian investasi (ROI), perusahaan belum memperhitungkannya ke dalam perhitungan harga jual produk. Dampaknya, apabila perusahaan menentukan harga jual yang tidak sesuai harga standar akan berpengaruh terhadap target pengembalian investasi dan laba bersih yang diterima oleh perusahaan.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah suatu aplikasi yang mampu menentukan harga jual produk standar dengan menghitung semua komponen biaya yang ada. Komponen biaya tersebut yaitu target pengembalian  biaya investasi,  nilai laba yang diharapkan, dan markup. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan harga jual produk untuk setiap dan meminimalisir kesalahan perhitungan harga jual produk.Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, aplikasi yang dibuat mampu menghasilkan nilai laba yang diharapkan berdasarkan tingkat pengembalian biaya investasi dari perhitungan mark-up. Dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut, perusahaan dapat menghitung harga jual produk yang tepat, sehingga dapat mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan harga jual yang sesuai berdasarkan harga standar.
