Abstract

Surabaya Zoo is one of the garden cultivation and propagation of flora and fauna which is located in the center of Surabaya. Surabaya Zoo commonly abbreviated KBS has many types of flora and fauna in it, so the KBS to be one of Surabaya citizens in tourist visits during the holiday weekend. The zoo is located at No. Setail road. 1 Surabaya is one of the famous zoos in Indonesia. Different types of animals and plants bred and cultivated in the zoo, so that people can watch with a very complete collection of wildlife and plants that exist. Many also a collection of rare animals are also available on Surabaya zoo's beloved residents, Given the extent and the large number of collections of animals at Surabaya Zoo needed a tour guide based android application to become a personal tour guide for visitors to these attractions. Application Tour Guide Surabaya Zoo has several facilities including digital maps and routes to help visitors to enjoy the visit and also contains information about the animal and public facilities are available in the area of ??Surabaya Zoo. Abstract

School Operational Assistance/Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) is a further development of the Social Safety Net (SSN) in Education, BOS is intended as a subsidy School Operational Cost to all learners of compulsory education. The Activity Budget Plan of School (RKAS) and quarterly fund usage report is needed to deliver the fund of BOS to school. When the school is late in delivering RKAS and fund usage report to the East Java Provincial Education Office, the BOS fund delivery and supervision of the BOS fund usage will not run smoothly.Based on these problems, The BOS Information Systems Based On Web is create. In this system there is an input form of RKAS reporting and input form quarterly reporting, and also the pages that provide information about the BOS fund for the school, and reminders for collecting the reports. If the school did not do the reporting, the system will send a warning messages to the school-related accounts.Conclusion of the trials that have been conducted, The BOS Information Systems able to produce three (3) reports which is RKAS reports, quarterly report and summary report that can be used by the head of BOS team of evaluation and supervision on the usage of the BOS fund.Key Words: Information System, BOS Funds, RKAS, Evaluation

Abstract

Each application of the procurement of goods / services required the manufacture of Self-Estimated price derived from the approximate (estimated) price of a job (goods / services) to be held. This above is in accordance with Indonesian Presidential Regulation No. 70 Year 2012 on Procurement of Goods / Services, Article 66 digits (5) points a. But what is happening now in the procurement of many software companies individuals or businesses, government officials and developers of software that performs supply and demand for software procurement, had difficulty in making the report HPS. So it can be deduced to solve the problems occurred is needed to set the benchmark in the determination Self-Estimated Price (HPS) method Use Case Point in software development projects by activity agile models. model testing is done using 5 software development project data gets deviation between the estimated level of HPS with the actual cost by 10%, which indicate that the models estimated in this research has a good degree of accuracy.

Abstract

Abstract PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Nganjuk branch is one branch of PT. Federal Internatuonal Finance, Inc. is engaged in the retail motorcycle financing business and electronic equipment. In the process of financing, one of which relates directly to the customer is marketing. At the time of serving the customer in the field, the problems often faced by marketing that marketing can not check the status of customer data such as pengeekan member and previous arrears, do add a new customer, to process the transaction (in this case the application process until the approval of financing), displays information about the data traffic to the dealer / store, the number of incentives, and the target number of transactions received, that all these can not be done directly in the field saaat. In addition, another problem encountered is the monitoring process will be marketing a visit to the dealer / shop and monitoring achievement of the targets of marketing can not be properly monitored by the admin .Based on all the exposure of the above problems, it takes an application that can perform customer data management, including customer data-checking process, and can add new customer transaction process, and can display information on the number of transactions, the number of targets and the amount received by marketing incentives, which can be processed directly when marketing is the field, as well as can be. make the process of monitoring the performance of marketing is done by the admin. Since the majority of marketing is the mobile phone users, the author tries to build an application "Customer Data Management and Monitoring Performance-based mobile marketing" to answer the above requirements. As a result of the implementation of the Customer Data Management applications and mobile-based Marketing Performance Monitoring has been done, marketing can make the process of checking customers' data, add new customer, and transaction processing to financial filings with the approval of retail financing directly through mobile devices are carried in this case is mobile. In addition, the admin can monitor traffic and monitor the achievement of the target marketing marketing by using applications that are in the office. Abstract

CV Langganan is a manufacturing company in West Jakarta area that has existed since 2001. The company is engaged in the production of jewelry made from gold and gems. The production process is done when the stock in the store has been sold, the jewelry products produced have different specifications between each other. In the process of making jewelry there must be costs incurred by the company, the cost is often known as the cost of production. But now the company in determining the cost of production has not been based on the three elements of the cost of production, namely the cost of raw materials, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs. This resulted in the company having difficulty knowing the value of the profit earned and can not determine the selling price of the product. Based on the impact of existing problems, the company can apply the calculation of cost of production by using the full costing method. By using this method the company can calculate all the elements of production cost into the cost of goods. Based on the results of tests conducted on the application built, states that this application has been able to produce a report on the cost of production.Keywords: Full Costing, Cost of Production, Cost Accounting

Abstract: MC Store is a Cosmetic Shop that sell the various types of cosmetic since 2008. MC Store Company increased from 85 (Eighty Five) product become 320 (Three Hundred Twenty) product. In the selling system now, Have a weakness as a costumer have difficulty in search the product and hard to find the information product and less attention metrosexual behavior because metrosexual people sometimes to be shy if come to the real store. MC Store also difficult for searching product report many buyers, report stock and turnover sales report.To solve the problem, I make selling system have features information providers product explanation (Product Explanation), recommendation up selling, searching product features, Purchase and Payment, Make a report sort good stuff, Daily stock, Selling transaction and Selling profit.From the evaluation system, The system can showing the information product explanation and the cover all attribute explanation product, Explanation the benefit of product and give the recommendation of value for the consumer, Give the explanation product have expensive price from the other (Up Selling), Provide the features searching, Purchase and Payment, Give goods selling reports, Product stock, Selling transaction and Selling profit.

Abstract

Owner Estimate (OE) is the price of goods or services what is calculated based on the expertise and data that can be accounted for. Determination of OE for software projects until now is guided by the Indonesia Presidential Decree No. 70 of 2012, which only describes OE for the procurement of goods, construction projects, consulting services, and procurement of other services. In that regulation does not specifically explained the determination of OE for the software project. So in this case Committing Officer (CO) as a constituent of OE have adversity to determining OE for software development projects. Based on these problems then built the application of determining owner estimates (OE) price for the web-based software development projects, which the method calculation used for effort estimation is Use Case Points (UCP). Built application will be able to perform the calculation of Unadjusted Actor Weight (UAW), unadjusted Use Case Weight (UUCW), Technical Complexity Factor (TCF), and the Environmental Complexity Factor (ECF). Then from these values, the application will calculate the effort estimation that continued with the process of calculating the direct costs of personnel. Further, the application can also calculate the direct non-personnel costs, profits, taxes, up to the cost estimation. From the testing and evaluation conducted, the application can generate value Unadjusted Actor Weight (UAW), Unadjusted Use Case Weight (UUCW), Technical Complexity Factor (TCF), Environmental Complexity Factor (ECF), effort estimation, direct cost of personnel, direct cost non-personnel, profits, taxes, and cost estimation. So that can be concluded that application can be used to calculate the price of Owner Estimate (OE) for software development projects of small and medium-scale governance.

Abstract

In Banyuwangi district, The understanding about hydroponics still relatively new. Business process that hydroponics banyuwangi farmer do for sales still using social media like Facebook or Whatsapp. By those social media, the income or sales they get are mostly only from inside the communities. From the results of interviews with several hydroponic farmers in Banyuwangi district, it is known that they need a solution to sell and expand the marketing of their hydroponic plants. This research will design and build marketplace application using the Waterfall model. The purpose of this research is to produce marketplace android application for hydroponics farmers in Banyuwangi district. Using this application to resolve problem about sales that we appointed at the beginning. By using Waterfall model at development and black box testing method, the result are 18 test cases with 100% success rate covering functions that have been applied to the frontend.
