Abstract

Abstrak_ Luas lahan memiliki arti penting dalam sebuah tempat usaha yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan pergudangan. Semakin luas lahan maka semakin besar pemanfaatannya. Korelasi luas lahan dengan jalan tol diperoleh hasil yang menggambarkan bahwa nilai lahan memiliki keterkaitan jalan raya. Luas lahan akan mempengaruhi nilai jual lahan karena memiliki hubungan signifikan kerena semakin luas lahan maka besar pula pengaruh untuk mendapatkan lahan di sekitar jalan tol terutama untuk pergudangan karena lokasi yang strategis berupa jalan bebas hambatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang memiliki korelasi terhadap perubahan harga di sekitar Jalan Tol Sutami adalah; jarak dari ruas jalan, kondisi jalan, luas lahan, lebar jalan, jaringan utilitas, jarak ke pusat kota dan aksesibilitas.Kata kunci : Nilai lahan, jalan.Abstract­_ Land area has significance in a place of business related to warehousing activities. The larger the land, the greater the utilization. The correlation of land area with toll road is obtained result which illustrates that the value of land has road linkage. Land area will affect the sale value of the land because it has a significant relationship because the greater the land area the greater the influence to obtain land around the toll road, especially for warehousing because of the strategic location of the highway. The results showed that variables that have correlation to price changes around Toll Road Sutami are; Distance from road segment, road condition, land area, road width, utility network, distance to city center and accessibility  Keywords :  land price, street

Abstract

Abstrak_Tipologi ruang masjid secara umum terdiri dari area bersih/ suci dan area kotor . Fungsi batas suci pada bangunan masjid merupakan area penghubung antara  tempat wudhu dan ruang sholat. Sifat ruang batas suci adalah area bersih.  Penelitian ini akan mengetahui tipologi ruang dan menganalisis hubungan batas suci pada tata ruang  masjid modern  di  Makassar . Integrasi pada tata ruang masjid modern dilihat dari indikator tata ruang, letak, bentuk dan sirkulasi pada ruang batas suci. Metode survey, wawancara,  dan pengamatan area batas suci pada  empat masjid modern yaitu Masjid Raya, Masjid Al-Markas, Masjid Amirul Mukminin dan Masjid H.M. Asyik. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan penyajian skema gambar  dan tabulasi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode reduksi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pertama, tipologi ruang bangunan masjid modern di Makasar terdiri dari area bersih/suci (ruang sholat dan ruang wudhu), area transisi (ruang batas suci, ruang serambi, dan ruang kantor pengelola) dan area kotor (toilet, ruang  penitipan alas kaki, dan dapur). Terdapat perubahan fungsi ruang batas suci sebagai penghubung antara ruang wudhu ke ruang sholat menjadi penghubung antara ruang wudhu/toilet (area bersih/suci dan kotor) ke serambi/ruang sholat (area transisi bersih). Kedua, batas suci ditinjau dari aspek letak, bentuk, sirkulasi, aktivitas pengguna berdampak terhadap tata ruang  bangunan masjid. Aspek yang paling berkaitan terhadap batas suci adalah letak dan sistem sirkulasi pengguna pada tata ruang masjid. Konsep desain letak batas suci pada tata ruang bangunan masjid harus menjaga fungsi batas suci sebagai zona clean.Kata kunci:  Batas Suci; Tata Ruang Masjid; Masjid Modern. Abstract_Typology of mosque space in general consists of clean zone and non clean. The function of the holy boundary in the mosque building is connecting of area between the place of ablution and the prayer room. The nature of the holy boundary space is a clean area. This study will know the space typology and analyze the relationship of the sacred boundaries in the layout of modern mosques in Makassar. Integration in the modern mosque layout is seen from the indicators of spatial layout, location, shape and circulation in the sacred boundary space. Methods of surveying, interviewing and observing sacred boundary areas in four modern mosques at  Raya Mosque, Al-Markas Mosque, Amirul Mukminin Mosque and H.M Asyik Mosque. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively with drawing and tabulation schemes. The results of the study were obtained first, the typology of the space of modern mosque buildings in Makassar consisted of  clean zone (prayer rooms, ablution rooms), transitional zone (sacred boundaries, foyer spaces and manager's office spaces) and non-clean zone (toilets, basement storage rooms feet, kitchen). There is a change in the function of the sacred boundary space as a liaison between the ablution room to the prayer room to be a liaison between the ablution room/toilet (clean zone and non -clean zone) to the porch/ prayer room (transition / clean zone). Second, the sacred boundary is viewed from the aspect of location, shape, circulation, user activity which has an impact on the layout of the mosque building. The most related aspect to the sacred boundary is the location and circulation system of the user in the layout of the mosque. The design concept of the location of the holy boundary in the layout of the mosque building must maintain the function of the holy boundary as a clean zone.Keywords: Clean Zone; Typology; Modern Mosque.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is very important for business because high customer satisfaction will increase company profits. The aim of this research is to examine service quality, where positive service quality has major implications for customer assessment, has an impact on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction itself has an influence on customer loyalty and word of mouth intentions. This research used a purposive sampling method involving 150 non-local fashion brand customers from Tangerang and Jakarta. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research produces findings including that customer experience has a negative effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction which ultimately has a positive effect on customer loyalty and word of mouth intentions. There are several limitations to this research, including only using one industry as the research object, an online questionnaire distribution system and the need to add other variables to expand the findings so that it is hoped that future researchers can fill these gaps. Abstract

In the context of the industrial revolution 4.0, the use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and automation has fundamentally changed accounting practices. This article aims to explore and analyze recent developments in accounting practices through a systematic review of existing literature. The focus of the study is on how information technology and data analytics affect accounting practices and managerial decision-making. The methodology used is a systematic literature review, which involves collecting and analyzing relevant studies from various academic sources and leading journals with strict inclusion and exclusion criteria. This article shows a significant increase in the adoption of information technology and data analytics among accounting professionals, as well as challenges in its implementation, such as the need for training and adaptation to change. The conclusion of this article recommends the development of a comprehensive training program to help accounting professionals adapt to technological changes. This article is expected to make a significant contribution to the understanding of current dynamics in the accounting field and direct further research in the future.

Abstract

Hubungan antara Al-Qur'an dengan sains dan teknologi memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam konteks manajemen pendidikan Islam. Integrasi antara Al-Qur'an dan sains/teknologi dalam pendidikan Islam dapat mengarah pada pembaruan kurikulum yang lebih holistik. Ini bukan hanya sekadar menambahkan informasi tentang sains dan teknologi ke dalam kurikulum agama, tetapi lebih pada integrasi nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an yang relevan dengan konsep-konsep sains modern. Manajemen pendidikan Islam harus mampu memperbarui kurikulum untuk mencerminkan keterkaitan ini. Penelitian ini juga dapat membantu dalam menyelaraskan pendekatan pendidikan yang ada dengan kebutuhan masa kini. Manajemen pendidikan Islam dapat menggunakan temuan ini untuk mengarahkan proses pengajaran agar lebih relevan dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini, tetapi tetap kokoh pada prinsip-prinsip agama. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan studi pustaka, penelitian ini memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk mendukung manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an dengan konsep-konsep sains dan teknologi. Hal ini bukan hanya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tetapi juga untuk mempersiapkan generasi yang memadukan pengetahuan agama dengan ilmu pengetahuan modern secara seimbang.

Abstract

Literacy development is a cornerstone of educational success and lifelong learning. This article explores the role of literature in fostering literacy skills, drawing on a comprehensive review of existing research. The study examines how exposure to literature enhances reading comprehension, vocabulary acquisition, critical thinking, and cultural awareness. By analyzing various theoretical frameworks and empirical studies, this article highlights effective strategies for integrating literature into literacy instruction. The findings suggest that literature-based approaches not only improve academic outcomes but also cultivate a love for reading and deeper engagement with texts. The article concludes with recommendations for educators and policymakers to prioritize literature-rich environments in literacy education.

Abstract

Ijarah atau sewa menyewa lahan pertanian tidak terlepas dari adanya konflik antara penyewa dan pemilik lahan karena mengalihfungsikan aset seseorang untuk dimanfaatkan bagi kepentingan orang lain. Dalam praktik sewa menyewa harus ada kepastian kesepakatan antara kedua belah pihak untuk meminimalisir terjadinya konflik sehingga terciptalah keadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik sewa menyewa lahan pertanian dalam mewujudkan keadilan dalam perspektif Islam di Lingkungan Cakranegara Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang disusun secara terbuka dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi di lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari proses penelitian adalah meskipun mayoritas masyarakat di Lingkungan Cakranegara beragama Islam, namun masih saja terjadi praktik sewa menyewa lahan pertanian yang tidak sesuai dengan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Currently, the government continues to strive to build and develop the rural economy through community empowerment programs to increase productivity, business diversity, and regional potential, as well as improve the economy and welfare of rural communities. One of the government's programs is to provide a budget for funds in the field of community empowerment, which will be used to support the capital for establishing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDEs). This follows the objectives of BUMDEs, namely optimising the management of village assets and existing village potentials to support the village economy and improve the welfare of rural communities. But unfortunately, until now, the role and function of BUMDEs have not been effective or felt by the community. This is due to the inability and lack of professionalism of BUMDEs' management human resources, and the lack of integration of businesses managed by BUMDEs with existing village potentials, so that it seems as if BUMDEs stands only as a formality without supporting the economic potential of the village community. This study aims to create a strategic concept in BUMDEs management so that it runs more effectively and on target to support the village economy through the development of human resource knowledge in BUMDEs management, integrated with the economic potential of the village community. So, BUMDEs and Basic Pontesial village are integrated into a business institution that supports the village economy for the welfare of the village community. This solution can help village communities strengthen their economy and provide a view of knowledge and open insights to BUMDEs managers so that they can develop BUMDEs into a business that synergises with the community. This study uses primary data from questionnaires and interviews aimed at BUMDEs management employees to see the extent of their abilities, expertise, and knowledge to evaluate and innovate in the business. In analysing the data, this study uses the Maslahah Scorecard measurement method, which refers explicitly to performance measurements oriented towards the welfare of the people (society). The output of this study is the publication of a reputable national journal and a reference book of research results certified by an ISBN with an initial TKT level of TKT 1. A Final TKT Target of TKT 3, namely this study, will focus on the Integration of Basic Village Potential in BUMDEs Managers in North Aceh Regency, Lhokseumawe City and Bireun Regency.

Abstract

This research is very important to do because it is necessary to do an in-depth study by combining theoretical and field studies on the concepts of Work Discipline with the factors that affect Service Quality in order to create community satisfaction with the services provided by employees. The Population and Civil Registration Service is the implementing element of the Regional Government in the field of Population and Civil Registration which is led by the Head of the Service and is domiciled in the Region and is responsible to the Regent through the Regional secretary. Since a citizen is born until he dies, he will not be separated from administrative activities carried out by the Population and Civil Registration Service. So, it is proper for the Population and Civil Registration Service to provide good quality services to the community. The specific purpose of this study is to see how the influence of work discipline and service quality applied to community satisfaction. research analysis This type of research uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, known as mixed methodology. The technique used is a data collection technique with a questionnaire where the object of study in this study is the people who carry out administration at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Banda Aceh City. This study will explain the positive influence of work discipline and the quality of services provided on community satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is very important to do because it is necessary to do an in-depth study by combining theoretical and field studies on the factors that influence the behavior of financial management in MSMEs to maximize their contribution in increasing economic potential. The specific purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes and personality on financial management behavior in coffee MSMEs in Aceh Province. This type of associative research is a research that asks the relationship between financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and personality. The technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS as a data processing tool. This study explains the relationship between financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and personality on financial management behavior in coffee MSMEs in Aceh province. The results of the study are expected that by knowing the relationship between financial knowledge, financial attitudes, personality to financial management behavior, it can improve financial management in MSMEs to be better and be able to become a solution for MSME actors in making financial decisions on the business they are running.The outputs in this study consist of SINTA 5 Accredited National Journal Publications and HKI.
