<![CDATA[Nowadays, a mobile phone has transformed into a smartphone and not only used for communication. Further, then that, the mobile phone becomes a versatile item. You can use a mobile phone for browsing on the internet, you can pay something you buy using a mobile phone, you can order something you want via mobile phone, etc. everything gets easier because we can use mobile phone wherever and whenever we need. And to support the use of mobile phones, we need credit as a payment. Mobile credit transaction application for Android Devices is an application with user-friendly design and can make the credit’s seller easier to top up customer’s credit. This application can be used on an Android smartphone with minimal version android KitKat. The benefit of this application is to facilitate and accelerate the transaction credit delivery by the seller. This application is expected to facilitate the credit’s seller doing transaction by providing a transaction history, mark the customer’s debt and reports a valid seller's income as well as provide a report format the transaction automatically after the user do some settings at the beginning of the use of the application.]]>

<![CDATA[The process of administration and management of assets in the Information Technology and Communication Division is currently using the Microsoft Excel application. This process makes it difficult to trace and control assets. Asset management is also tricky because many inventories of each item or asset originating from other parties are not installed and damaged. This research aims to design and create a web-based IT asset management information system by implementing UCD (user-centered design). This method focuses on the user as the center of application development, such as specify the context of use, specify User and Organizational Requirements, produce design solutions, and evaluate the design. Based on result Usability Testing with System Usability Scale, the IT Asset Management Information system is in the acceptable range for grade Scale with result C while on adjective ratings with good results of 76. Therefore, the IT Asset Management Information system successfully builds a user-friendly system with a good usability level.]]>

<![CDATA[Qibla is the center of direction for Muslims in performing prayer services. In equatorial regions such as Indonesia, an error in determining the Qibla direction of just 1o can make the direction deviate as far as 111 km from the Kaaba. This community service activity aims to socialize the method of determining the direction of Qibla with mapping survey technology, namely Total Station, as well as together with the local community to carry out measurement activities in the field. Community service activities have been carried out in two stages, namely preparation and implementation in the field. Pre-implementation activities include site surveys and preparation of equipment to be used in the field. By using the principle of calculating the spherical triangle in Geodesy Mathematics and utilizing the development of accurate positioning technology, the Total Station and compass are used to measure the Qibla direction after previously correcting the true north with the help of celestial bodies such as the sun. Thus, the measurement results obtained will have good accuracy. From the measurement of the Qibla direction that has been done at the Nurus Sabil mosque, the angle of Qibla direction from north to west is obtained by 66o 50' 59.83" or compass azimuth of 293o 9' 0.17 ". Based on the results of these calculations there are differences in the azimuth of 12° from the azimuth / direction of the mosque's initial Qibla there. This happens because indeed the mosque from its inception has never been carried out the determination and confirmation of the direction of Qibla carefully and officially.]]>

<![CDATA[Water destilator merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk menyuling air laut menjadi air tawar. Konsepnya sederhana dan serupa dengan siklus hidrologi, yaitu dengan menguapkan air laut dengan cara dipanaskan, yang kemudian uap air tersebut diembunkan dan dikumpulkan ke dalam suatu wadah penampung sehingga didapatkan air tawar. Sumber panas yang dipergunakan berasal dari energi yang beragam: minyak, gas, listrik, tenaga matahari dan lainnya, namun dikarenakan menerapkan konsep ramah lingkungan alat ini hanya mengandalkan cahaya matahari sebagai energinya. Alat destilator ini adalah alternatif sederhana yang ekonomis dan dapat digunakan dalam skala rumah tangga serta ramah lingkungan. Alat ini merupakan pengganti sistem destilasi pabrik dengan harga yang relatif mahal dan masih sulit dijangkau oleh penduduk Indonesia. Jenis teknologi tersebut cukup sulit karena teknologinya rumit dan membutuhkan investasi dan estimasi dana yang tinggi dalam skala rumah tangga. Destilasi dapat terjadi dengan memanfaatkan potensi alam yaitu sinar matahari menggantikan bahan bakar minyak dan gas alam untuk mengubah fase uap air laut. Karena suhu yang diperlukan untuk mengubah fase air laut menjadi uap tidak terlalu besar (dibawah 100oC) atau di bawah satu tekanan atmosfir (1 atm), maka pemanfaatan energi matahari adalah solusi alternatif yang dipilih sesuai dengan kondisi Indonesia yang terletak pada daerah katulistiwa dan beriklim tropis mempunyai jumlah sinar matahari yang cukup.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract—Corona Virus Diseases 2019 (COVID-19) has been spread and infected many people in the world. Government issued physical distancing policy and ordered schools and colleges to conduct an online learning to overcome the spread. A transition from conventional to online learning poses new problems such as unpreparedness of educators and students to comply on this situation. One of the factors of unpreparedness is the uneven spread of the internet so that students find it difficult to follow the online learning process. Therefore, there needs to be a proper alternative media selector by educators so that in the delivery of material can be followed by all students. Education about the selection of alternative media online is expected to be a solution for educators in determining the media and methods chosen according to the conditions faced. In general, the results of questionnaire analysis that has been disseminated provide new benefits and knowledge for educators about alternative media online learning process. <![CDATA[Mubut Island needs to carry out promotional activities through social media, not only conventionally by word of mouth. This is done so that the Pulau Mubut Tourism Village is increasingly known and visited by many people. Considering the age of the managers and their activity, as well as the target of visitors from Mubut Island, it was decided that the promotional media that was optimized in 2022 was Facebook social media. Because in the future it will be the managers who will manage the promotional media for this Tourism Village, it is important to train these managers to be able and proficient in optimizing their Facebook social media. The training activities will be evaluated by measuring the managers's ability to optimize the Facebook media of Mubut Island. As a result, the managers was able to optimize the promotional activities of Mubut Island through social media Facebook, namely by looking at the manager's activity in posting and the increasing number followers.]]>

<![CDATA[Kebijakan pemerintah untuk digitalisasi sistem pembayaran di era pandemi covid 19, membuat kebutuhan cashless payment semakin meningkat. Maka diperlukan desain sistem pembayaran tanpa menggunakan uang tunai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini pertama mengkaji literatur pentingnya cashless payment. Tujuan kedua adalah mendokumentasikan sistem penjualan minimarket yang ada saat ini dalam bentuk SOP, Tujuan ketiga adalah merancang desain proses bisnis sistem penjualan dengan menggunakan pembayaran berbasis poin menggunakan QR code satu transaksi untuk semua pembayaran. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan basis data terkait dengan literatur cashless payment wawancara dan observasi untuk melakukan dokumentasi sistem dan menemukan proses bisnis yang tidak efektif dilihat dari sistem pengendalian internal pada prosedur tersebut. Informan penelitian adalah manajemen dan pengawai koperasi khususnya Mini Market Koperasi Polibatam. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki manfaat praktik dan manfaat kebijakan. Manfaat praktik hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran terkait dengan literatur cashless payment dan rancangan proses bisnis yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan untuk mengefisiensikan proses pembayaran. Manfaat kebijakan, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi saran untuk kebijakan pengelola koperasi untuk mengimplementsikan SOP penjualan dan BPM Hasil analisis sehingga proses bisnis dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.]]>

The use and maintenance of a VoIP system require low costs compared to Private Automatic Branch eXchange (PABX) technology. To produce a good and clear voice, VoIP requires stable internet. <![CDATA[Polibatam Software Team merupakan unit pengembangan perangkat lunak milik Politeknik Negeri Batam yang melayani jasa mengelola pembuatan aplikasi perangkat lunak berdasarkan rancangan menggunakan berbagai platform. Polibatam Software Team sebelumnya sudah memiliki identitas visual berupa logo, namun logo tersebut masih belum diterapkan ke dalam media promosi untuk mengangkat citra perusahaan itu sendiri. Sehingga dari permasalahan tersebut dilakukan perancangan ulang corporate identity yang berkarakter. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah membuat corporate identity yang terdiri atas pembuatan logo dan penerapannya ke dalam berbagai media promosi untuk meningkatkan citra Polibatam Software Team. <![CDATA[Bantu Pajak atau E-Filing merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang dibuat oleh unit usaha Polibatam Software Team. Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang software. Bantu Pajak adalah aplikasi untuk melakukan simulasi pelaporan SPT yang dibuat persis dengan milik DJP dengan tujuan edukasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari video company profile sekaligus branding yang menggunakan strategi visual storytelling untuk mengetahui apakah calon pengguna/masyarakat memahami apa yang disampaikan oleh perusahaan melalui video. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode 4D. Penelitian 4D terdiri dari empat komponen pokok yang juga menunjukkan langkah, yaitu: define, design, development, dan disseminate. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan data dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif. Pendekatan deskriptif ditujukan untuk mengetaui tanggapan audiens dan expert mengenai pembuatan video company profile apakah sudah layak untuk dijadikan media promosi. Setelah mendapatkan hasil dari analisis table sederhana dan skor rataan. Untuk mengetahui apakah video company profile efektif atau tidaknya kita akan menghitung ulang dengan menggunakan EPIC rate.]]>
