The research type is explanatory method using survey for identifying the existence of relationships and effects among variables. The population of the study consists of 667,489 residents of Banjarmasin City, and the sampling is conducted using purposive sampling with a minimum sample size of 138 respondents who have made online purchases through live commerce platforms. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) techniques. The results indicate that Optimism has a significant impact on Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Intention to Purchase. Additionally, Innovativeness also significantly affects Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use but does not directly affect Purchase Intention. Furthermore, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have been porven to mediate the relationship between Optimism and Intention to Purchase, as well as between Innovativeness and purchase intention significantly. This research contributes to the digital marketing field literature, specifically in understanding the factors that influence consumer purchase intention through live commerce platforms. The findings also provide practical implications for e-commerce companies to enhance platform design to be more user-friendly and optimize technology usefulness perceptions to boost consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

This research investigates how distributive justice, procedural justice, and perceived organizational support influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with employee engagement serving as a mediating factor and transformational leadership acting as a moderating element. The study targeted employees working at the Secretariat of Banjarmasin City Government and utilized a quantitative research design. Data were gathered using a purposive sampling technique through questionnaires administered to 150 participants. The analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The findings reveal that distributive justice, procedural justice, and organizational support perceptions significantly enhance both employee engagement and OCB. Additionally, employee engagement plays a crucial mediating role in the connection between these independent variables and OCB. Transformational leadership further moderates this relationship, amplifying the positive impact of employee engagement on OCB. These results highlight the importance of fair treatment and supportive work environments in fostering OCB, particularly when guided by transformational leadership. This study provides practical implications for public sector management to pay more attention to justice and support aspects as strategic efforts to improve employees’ extra-role performance through OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to map the development of scientific literature on sustainable competence and green organizational culture as two fundamental pillars in shaping pro-environmental behavior within organizations. Using a bibliometric approach, the study analyzes 177 scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025, sourced from Scopus and Google Scholar databases. The analysis was conducted with the aid of VOSviewer software, generating network, overlay, and density visualizations to illustrate the conceptual interconnections among key themes. The findings reveal that while sustainability, green innovation, and green human resource management dominate the discourse, the integration between individual competence and organizational culture as drivers of ecological behavior has yet to become a central focus in academic studies. The visualizations indicate that keywords such as “sustainable competence” and “green organizational culture” remain peripheral in mainstream discussions. This suggests a significant research gap in bridging macro-structural and micro-behavioral approaches within the green organization context. The study contributes theoretically by offering an integrative approach to understanding human-centered sustainability dynamics and practically by guiding the development of organizational strategies that prioritize competency building and collective values. The implications underscore the need for strategic interventions in human resource training, cultural transformation, and policy formulation that embed sustainability as a core organizational element. Thus, this article expands the intellectual horizon of sustainability management and opens new pathways for future interdisciplinary research.

Abstract

Dental caries require operative techniques such as pulp devitalization, but pulp devitalization materials that are often used by dentists have serious adverse effects that need to be considered, such as gingival injury and alveolar bone necrosis. Hence, the aim of the present study was to develop natural ingredients as an alternative to pulp devitalization from a combination of Jatropha curcas (Jatropha curcas L.) and red betel leaf extract (Piper crocatum) in the form of a paste and then conducting physical evaluation tests, Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) tests, and also histopathological picture tests to the sample. The formulation of the pasta sample was carried out by the trituration method.  Formulation I (FI) contained 25% of Jatropha resin, 0.25% red betel leaf extract, and 25% Jatropha resin, 0.5% red betel leaf extract for Formulation II (FII). The paste produced was then evaluated for physical properties which consisted of organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, spreadability, adhesion, and anti-inflammatory power using test animals with COX-2 expression number parameters. The FI and FII treatment groups had met the requirements as paste formula. In the COX-2 expression test, FI has a COX-2 expression percentage value of 0.38% and a COX-2 suppression percentage value of 0.62%, while FII has a COX-2 expression percentage value of 0.59% and a COX-2 expression percentage of 0.59% and suppression of COX-2 of 0.41%. The optimal concentration of the paste formulation is the paste with a combination of 25% jatropha latex and 0.25% red betel leaf extract had been shown to have potential as an alternative to pulp devitalization
