Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk kalium dan sistem olah tanah terhadap hasil tanaman kacang tanah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat dalam upaya peningkatan produktivitas kacang tanah di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur khususnya di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kalium menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap rata-rata hasil biji kering. Perlakuan pemberian pupuk kalium dengan dosis 90 kg K2O ha-1 (k3) menghasilkan rata-rata hasil biji kering tertinggi yakni 0,23 ton ha-1. Melalui perbandingan ortogonal polynomial pada hasil biji kering di dapatkan kurva linier dengan persamaan regresi dan koefisien determinasi, yaitu ? = 0,0015x + 0,0866, dan r2 = 0,9242. Sedangkan sistem olah tanah menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak nyata terhadap rata-rata hasil biji kering. Perlakuan dengan sistem olah tanah maksimum (s2) menghasilkan rata-rata hasil biji kering tertinggi yakni 0,17 ton ha-1. Selain itu tidak terjadi interaksi antara pemberian pupuk kalium dan sistem olah tanah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan dalam upaya memperbaiki kondisi tanah dan tingkat kesuburannya, maka disarankan untuk petani dan instansi terkait bahwa pemberian pupuk kalium dengan dosis 90 kg K2O ha-1 (k3) dapat diaplikasikan karena memberikan rata-rata hasil biji kering tertinggi yakni 0,23 ton ha-1 dengan terlebih dahulu memperhatikan sifat kimia tanah (pH tanah) untuk diperbaiki melalui pengapuran, sedangkan sistem olah tanah yang dapatkan aplikasikan dalam budidaya kacang tanah yakni dengan sistem olah tanah maksimum (maksimum tilage) karena memberikan rata-rata hasil biji kering tertinggi yakni 0,17 ton ha-1.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence tricokompos and coconut water toward the result cauliflower research was conducted since May to August 2015, at agricultural landlongaparistreet maluhu village, Sub District Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara District, East Borneo Province.The research was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with analysis of factorial 4x4 with deuteronomy three times. first factor treatment is giving tricokompos (T) that consists of 4 level, which consist of t0 (without fertilizer), t1(6 kg swath-1), t2(12kg swath-1), t3 (18 kg swath-1), and secondary factor treatment are a gift from coconut water (A) that consists of 4 level that is a0 (without hormone), a1 (0,125 L swath-1), a2 (0,250 L swath-1), and a3(0,375 L swath-1).The research results show that the treatment tricokompos do not affect to the six parameters and influential real highly visible to the three parameters, while coconut water does not have real an effect on to crops all parameters. The highest result per hectare of yield t3a3treatment at 18,48 t ha-1.

Abstract

Franchise is a relatively new phenomenon in Indonesias business world, although ithas been common in developed worlds like the United States and European countries. This busi-ness runs according to procedures made by the franchisor. The latter will assist the franchisee, and inreturn, he or she will pay the initial fee and royalty. This business is not contrary to Shariaprecepts, as long as the object of a franchise contract is not something forbidden by Islamic law.Franchise contract accords with terms and conditions of a proper contract in Sharia, avoids ambi-guity, and follows the principles of Ash-Shidq (honesty and trustworthiness) and AI-Kitabah (writ-ten).

Abstract

Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  dan  menganalisis bagaimanakah  Kualitas  Pelayanan  Di  Puskesmas  Tanta  agar  terciptanya pelayanan  yang  baik  terhadap  masyarakat.  Dalam  hal  ini  untuk  mengetahui Kualitas  Pelayanan  yang  di  berikan  kepada  masyarakat,  peneliti hanya memfokuskan pada satu indikator yaitu pada aspek Tangible (Berwujud). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif-kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket atau kuesioner dengan 30 responden.  Teknik pengumpulan  data  yang  digunakan  yaitu  angket  atau  kuesioner.  Teknik  analisis  data menggunakan tabulasi distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  Kualitas Pelayanan Masyarakat di llihat  dari  aspek  Tangible  (Berwujud)  pada  Puskesmas  Tanta  Kecamatan Tanta Kabupaten Tabalong dapat dikategorikan ?cukup berkualitas?. Abstract

Abstrak Untuk memastikan pembelajaran, pengajaran dan administrasi pendidikan oleh guru dapat terlaksana dengan baik maka diperlukan pula peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor untuk melakukan supervisi pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi klinis, upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran guru, dan mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi supervisi klinis kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guru SD Negeri 2 Way Serdang Kabupaten Mesuji Lampung. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan prosedur observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru terbiasa mengeluarkan keluh kesahnya dalam pembelajaran dengan teman sejawat maupun pimpinan serta berharap mendapat solusi melalui supervisi klinis, Upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran guru oleh kepala sekolah yaitu melalui implementasi supervisi klinis pada 3 indikator utama pembelajaran yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran guru. Kendala yang ditemui pada supervisi klinis yaitu adanya perubahan kurikulum dan kurang aktifnya dinas pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan supervisi kepala sekolah. Adapun solusi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah yaitu membentuk Tim Supervisi yang anggotanya terdiri dari guru PNS senior dan membangun komunikasi yang intensif dan efektif terkait pentingnya supervisi klinis.. Kata Kunci: Supervisi Klinis; Kualitas Pembelajaran. Abstract To ensure that learning, teaching and administration of education by teachers can be carried out properly, the role of the principal as a supervisor is also needed to supervise education. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of clinical supervision, efforts to improve the quality of teacher learning, and to describe the constraints and solutions of school principals' clinical supervision in improving the quality of learning for elementary school teachers 2 Way Serdang, Mesuji District, Lampung. With a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation procedures. The results of the study show that teachers are accustomed to expressing their complaints in learning with colleagues and leaders and hope to get a solution through clinical supervision. Efforts to improve the quality of teacher learning by the principal are through the implementation of clinical supervision on 3 main indicators of learning, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation teacher learning. Obstacles encountered in clinical supervision were curriculum changes and the inactivity of the education office in improving the supervisory abilities of school principals. The solution adopted by the school principal is to form a Supervision Team whose members consist of senior state teachers and build intensive and effective communication regarding the importance of clinical supervision. Abstract

This Community Service Activity has providing knowledge and assistance in managing Sustainable Food Homes for the people of Jonggon Village in Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Eighty percent (80%) of respondents managed to maintain the continuity of this sustainable food home activity and benefited from this activity and assistance. With the RPL group, it is hoped that this activity can be adopted by other groups so that family food security can be fulfilled through the Sustainable Food Home program. This programmed community service activity provides knowledge in the form of managing sustainable food houses, making compost and processing crops from sustainable food houses

Abstract

This research is intended to find out about the process of learning Arabic at SMPIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak, West Kalimantan, and the attitudes of students towards the process of Arabic learning and teaching. This research is important to do considering that students' attitudes toward learning play such an important role in motivating responses, improving performance, strengthening interest, and improving learning outcomes. Students' attitudes towards the learning process can affect student learning outcomes, so when students have a positive attitude and feel confident in their abilities, they will be able to achieve better results. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. To process the results, the percentage formula is used. The results of this study found that the process of learning Arabic at SMPIT Al-Mumtaz had been carried out well, from the planning, implementation, and rating processes. Meanwhile, students' attitudes toward learning Arabic were in a good category.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: The influence of promotions, prices and product variants on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products among students at the Faculty of Economics, UNISKA MAB, both simultaneously and partially. This research design is quantitative research. The research population was all students from the Faculty of Economics, UNISKA MAB and a sample of 90 respondents. The results of this research show: this test produces information that the three independent variables simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening Products. Meanwhile, partial test results show that promotion variables, price and product variants have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products.

Abstract

Many students associate with using harsh words and bad behavior such as bullying friends, teasing friends, disturbing and even fighting with friends so that it raises bad morals in students. This study aims to determine whether there is social influence on student morals at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Tuyau. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews, documentaries and questionnaires. The data is processed using editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and data interpretation techniques and using quantitative descriptive research methods using the product moment correlation formula. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the effect of association on student morals at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Tuyau based on the results of data analysis was 0.1361, which was in the interval 0.00 – 0.20 with an interpretation between the X and Y variables, there was indeed a correlation. however, the correlation is so weak or so low that it is ignored. Thus there is no significant influence between associations on student morals at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Tuyau, this is indicated by the rh value (0.1361) less than the rt level of 5% (0.2012) and 1% (0.2816) and the hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

The ultimate goal of learning activities is to achieve good goals or learning outcomes and achieving them is not as easy as expected, there are many influencing factors, including learning resources. This study aims to determine the effect of learning resources on student learning outcomes in the Akidah Akhlak subject at MTsN 8 Hulu Sungai Utara. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentaries. Data is processed using editing, coding, scoring, tabulation and data interpretation techniques, then data analysis is carried out. The results of this study are the effect of learning resources on student learning outcomes in the Akidah Akhlak subject at MTsN 8 Hulu Sungai Utara of 0.190, which is in the interval 0.00 - 0.20 with the interpretation between variable X and variable Y there is a correlation, however the correlation is very weak or very low, so the correlation is ignored. Thus, there is no influence between learning resources on student learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at MTsN 8 Hulu Sungai Utara, this is because the rxy value (0.190) is less than the rt level of 5% (0.304) or rt level of 1% (0.393), so (Ha) is rejected and (Ho) is accepted.
