Abstract

Studi ini difokuskan pada kajian tentang manajemen kepemimpinan pendidikan pada tingkat organisasi sekolah. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah menganalisis indikator-indikator manajemen kepemimpinan yang menentukan keunggulan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research (penelitian kepustakaan), yakni dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang relevan dari buku, jurnal, majalah, dan lain sebagainya tanpa harus melakukan tinjauan ke lapangan. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan, dimulai dengan melakukan pengumpulan terhadap buku-buku dan jurnal, kemudian analisis kesesuaian topik dan tema riset dengan tema penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap buku-buku dan jurnal ilmiah yang digunakan dalam penelitian bahwa indikator manajemen kepemimpinan untuk mewujudkan keunggulan sekolah, yakni mencakup: aspek organisasi, pembelajaran, sumber daya (manusia dan sarana prasarana), dan budaya organisasi. Indikator tersebut menjadi penentu bagi keunggulan sekolah. Sehingga para pemimpin sekolah harus lebih banyak menaruh fokus perhatian difokuskan pada terpenuhinya indikator-indikator tersebut.

Abstract

Kelurahan Sendang Mulyasari berada di Kecamatan Tonggauna Kabupaten Konawe, salah satu kabupaten yang terletak di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Mata pencaharian penduduk kelurahan Wawonggole sebagian adalah petani Peternak dan sebagian lainnya pegawai negeri dan wiraswasta. Komoditas ternak sapi yang banyak dihasilkan di kelurahan tersebut salah satunya adalah ternak sapi bali. Pencegahan penyakit mulut dan kuku dengan melaluli sosialisasi kepada petani peternak kepada masyarakat Kelurahan sandang mulyasasri sangat perlu diinformasikan teknologi pencegahan mulut dan kuku ini guna menambah pengetahuan dan ketrampilan terkait kesehatan ternak sapi. Metode dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan diskusi kepada petani peternak RW 02 (Kelompok Dasa Wisma RW 01) tentang proses vaksinasi pada ternak sapi . Penyampaian materi dilakukan dengan pelatihan serta praktek langsung dengan petani peternak sapi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di Kelurahan sendang mulyasari yan berkedudukan di Kecamatan Tonggauna telah berjalan dengan lancar sesuai rencana. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasnya masyarakat petani peternak mengikuti pelatihan serta membawa ternak untuk di lakukan vaksin ini,. Masyarakat petani peternak sangat tertarik dengan teknologi pengendalian penyakit mulut dan kuku dengan teknologi melalui vaksin . Pengenalan dan penerapan teknologi ini sudah dapat menyentuh salah satu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam membantu usaha petani peternak sapi bali terkait kesehatan ternak yang mereke pelihara.

Abstract

Multicultural knowledge among students is essential to building diversity and harmony in social life. This study illustrates the importance of multiculturalism among students in fostering a sense of empathy, tolerance, cooperation, and social care in social interactions. In addition, this study also aims to analyze Muslim students’ knowledge about multiculturalism. Students’ knowledge about multiculturalism is presented based on information obtained through questionnaires and interviews. This research was conducted in West Kalimantan, with the data source being students, with 40 respondents from various ethnic backgrounds who were Muslim. The findings revealed that Muslim students’ knowledge is a social capital that impacts social life in West Kalimantan. The multicultural knowledge of Muslim students is manifested in two forms: cultural accommodation and cooperation in the field of culture and religion. A limitation of this study is that the data sources focus on Muslim students. The researcher suggested the need to collect data on students from non-Muslim backgrounds, thus the need to use more in-depth methods to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the case.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan peluang inovasi kebijakan di sektor pariwisata Kabupaten Bima dengan memandangnya dari perspektif Good Public Policy Governance. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan di di Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bima dengan fokus pada partisipasi masyarakat, transparansi, pengelolaan lingkungan, dan kolaborasi sektor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat masih terbatas, kurangnya transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana pariwisata, dan perlu pengelolaan lingkungan yang lebih optimal. Namun, terdapat peluang inovasi, seperti peningkatan partisipasi melalui mekanisme partisipatif yang kuat, peningkatan transparansi melalui laporan publik, serta pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Kemitraan dan kolaborasi diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci untuk mencapai keberlanjutan tersebut. Kesimpulannya, Kabupaten Bima dapat mengoptimalkan inovasi kebijakan dengan memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat, meningkatkan transparansi, mengelola lingkungan secara berkelanjutan, dan membangun kemitraan yang kuat, sehingga menciptakan tata kelola pariwisata yang baik dan berdampak positif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengambil kebijakan untuk merancang strategi yang lebih efektif dalam mendorong pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.

Abstract

Policy is a series of concepts that become the main line and basis of a plan in carrying out work or a way of acting in education in facing and dealing with a problem that results in a decision from all relevant stakeholders to achieve better educational goals. However, this policy often makes mistakes in education. The aim of the research in this paper is to determine the implementation of the principal's policy regarding budgeting management in improving the quality of education at SMPTQ AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI, to determine the constraints of the principal in managing budgeting in improving the quality of education at SMPTQ AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI. The approach used in this research is qualitative using qualitative descriptive. The subjects in this research were the school principal and treasurer. Research data collection techniques are using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the principal of SMPTQ AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI has implemented good policies in managing budgeting to improve the quality of education at the school, as for what can be proven, namely in the form of varied extracurriculars and has won awards in participating in competitions by SMPTQ students. AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI. The obstacles faced by this school in managing budgeting to improve quality at this time is one of them is the lack of funds going to the AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI SMPTQ school.

Abstract

Teachers are an integral part of any curriculum development process. as a component of the organizing, planning and assessment process. By creating a successful curriculum, teachers assume full responsibility for the learning process that takes place in the classroom. Therefore, it is hoped that every educator understands the importance of monitoring education in the teaching and learning process to help improve the quality of education. This research aims to find out the role of supervision in the learning curriculum. Does it have a good impact on the quality of education at school? This research is library research, namely research that uses literature (libraries) in the form of books, notes and reports of previous research results. The results of the research show that curriculum supervision is seen as a planned and organized system consisting of elements that influence achievement. learning objectives that have been set. Curriculum monitoring requires current input, background, procedures and approaches as a system. Because component criteria are always influenced by time, money, and effort, they must be chosen carefully. Each of the identified elements must be connected to each other and work together to make educational curriculum oversight successful. The role of curriculum supervision is very important for educational progress, especially in the learning process.

Abstract

The Rawa Kumpeh Irrigation Area is one of the swamp irrigation areas that is still actively operating in Muaro Jambi Regency. In the management of swamp irrigation areas in this area, namely the performance of the swamp irrigation area itself, which includes the availability of water obtained from the tides of the Kumpeh River as well as the need for irrigation water for food crops, namely rice and secondary crops developed in the swamp area. Apart from that, the main thing about Tidal Swamp Irrigation is water management with a Water Gate Operation System. The aim of this research is to determine the performance conditions of Swamp Irrigation Areas, especially DIR. Kumpeh Swamp which can provide input in managing the swamp irrigation network. The data collection methodology was carried out by means of interviews, literature studies and field surveys. The results of this research can be concluded that the network performance value at the research location is 70.00% - 90.00% for performance. Condition is in the good category (functions well, no significant damage was found). Includes Primary, Secondary SK 1, Channel Types. SK.2, SK.3, SK.4, and SK.5 Block E, the network performance value at the research location is 55.00 % - 69.00 % for performance Condition in the Medium Category (functional, found there is damage but can resolved and put into operation) Includes Secondary Block E SK.4, while for the buildings at the research location, there are 3 (three) sluice gates with sliding doors in fairly good condition with the building performance assessment results averaging 82.81 % where the results of the performance value are included in good performance (70 - 90%). The performance value of the canals and buildings at the research location can also be concluded as the magnitude of the benefit value of the canals and buildings, in relation to the area of agricultural services that utilize these canals and buildings to irrigate agricultural land.

Abstract

Spiritual crisis is a factor leading to disorientation in today’s modern humans and the decline of morality of the nation. The low level of spirituality is caused by an educational approach that only focuses on the brain and ignores spiritual values. The Qur'an has actually affirmed the mission of spiritual education which should be used as a reference for the current education system. This article was written using the library research method through a comparison of the way the mufassirin interpret verses about the mission of spiritual education. The results of this study show that the mission of spiritual education carried out by Muhammad (pbuh) can be seen for example in Surat Al-Anbiya' verse 107, Surat Saba' verse 28, and Surat Al-Ahzab verse 21, namely as rahmatan lil 'alamin (mercy to all creations), Muhammad (pbuh) has brought evidence the truth to perfect the akhlậq, as well as to become the followers of uswah hasanah (perfect example) which must be imitated by all humans. Meanwhile, the stages of increasing spirituality in the Surat Luqman Verses 12-19, include: (1) instilling the tauhid values, (2) being filial to parents, (3) understanding the reciprocity of each deed, (4) command to worship, (5) introducing politeness in social life. Elements of spiritual education contained in Surat al-Muzzammil Verses 1-10 include: qiyamul lail or night prayer, reciting the Qur’an in a tartil way, getting used to zikr, patience, jihad fi sabilillah or fighting on the path of Allah, and always praying and begging forgiveness from Allah.
