Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation, competence, and work environment on the performance of workers of PT XYZ Sales Office either simultaneously or partially. The research design uses descriptive and verification research methods. Sampling technique with saturated sampling method. The number of respondents was 55 people. The subjects of this research are workers of PT XYZ Sales Office and the objects of research are work motivation, competence, work environment, and worker performance. The tools used in this analysis are multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (F test and t-test). The results of the analysis show that partially or simultaneously, work motivation, competence, and work environment have a positive and significant influence on worker performance at PT XYZ Sales Office.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a large number of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sectors. MSMEs must apply creativity and innovation in order to face increasingly competitive levels of business competition. Understanding and awareness of the importance of creativity and innovation among MSMEs is still low. Understanding the differences between creativity and innovation is still felt to be ambiguous and wrong. The application of the concepts of creativity and innovation is still considered unimportant, considering that many business people want to succeed in their business instantly, without thinking too much, which can drain their mind and energy. The research explores the differences between creativity and innovation, the concept of the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs, and the results of research on the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs comprehensively examine these things as has never been done before. The aim of the research is to explore the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs. The method used is library research, using critical analysis techniques. The results of research exploring the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs show that there are 14 differences between creativity and innovation. The importance of creativity and innovation is: (1) creativity and innovation have been accepted in the fields of business/business and management, and can only be achieved through creative and innovative solutions; (2) creativity and innovation in business are two things that business people need to have and develop for success; and (3) creativity and innovation are so important in the business world, that it is necessary to optimize creative and innovative abilities and ideas. Research studies on the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs include: the importance of creativity and innovation, the role of creativity and innovation, the impact of creativity and innovation, and the influence of creativity and innovation. The research on the importance of creativity and innovation examines the following 12 things: (1) entrepreneurship (ability, competence, intention, spirit and entrepreneurial mindset); (2) business success/success; (3) continuity/sustainability of business; (4) business development/progress; (5) increasing competitiveness/competitive advantage; (6) buying interest; (7) purchasing decisions; (8) increasing consumer purchasing power; (9) consumer satisfaction; (10) increasing the value of products/services; (11) increase in sales volume/income turnover; and (12) business/marketing performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi, dan pengembangan karyawan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT Honoris Industry. Disiplin kerja, motivasi, dan pengembangan karyawan adalah faktor penting yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 124 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Honoris Industry. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karyawan memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap produktivitas karyawan, diikuti oleh disiplin kerja dan motivasi. Ketiga faktor ini secara kolektif dan signifikan mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa meningkatkan program pengembangan karyawan, meningkatkan disiplin kerja, dan memberikan motivasi yang memadai sangat penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas secara keseluruhan di PT Honoris Industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 100 karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS v25 dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Demikian pula, disiplin kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta mampu memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, khususnya peran gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator dalam hubungan tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang memproduksi comro dan misro menggunakan metode program linier dengan pendekatan simpleks. UMKM ini menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan sumber daya, seperti bahan baku dan kapasitas produksi, yang menghambat pencapaian keuntungan maksimal. Dengan menggunakan metode simpleks, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kombinasi produksi yang optimal untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan, yaitu sebesar Rp 6.000.000 per hari. Penelitian ini mengandalkan perangkat lunak seperti Solver Excel untuk mengimplementasikan model matematika dan mendapatkan solusi yang efisien dan akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan program linier dapat membantu UMKM dalam mengelola sumber daya secara optimal, memperkuat daya saing, dan memberikan panduan strategis dalam perencanaan produksi.
