Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a large number of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sectors. MSMEs must apply creativity and innovation in order to face increasingly competitive levels of business competition. Understanding and awareness of the importance of creativity and innovation among MSMEs is still low. Understanding the differences between creativity and innovation is still felt to be ambiguous and wrong. The application of the concepts of creativity and innovation is still considered unimportant, considering that many business people want to succeed in their business instantly, without thinking too much, which can drain their mind and energy. The research explores the differences between creativity and innovation, the concept of the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs, and the results of research on the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs comprehensively examine these things as has never been done before. The aim of the research is to explore the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs. The method used is library research, using critical analysis techniques. The results of research exploring the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs show that there are 14 differences between creativity and innovation. The importance of creativity and innovation is: (1) creativity and innovation have been accepted in the fields of business/business and management, and can only be achieved through creative and innovative solutions; (2) creativity and innovation in business are two things that business people need to have and develop for success; and (3) creativity and innovation are so important in the business world, that it is necessary to optimize creative and innovative abilities and ideas. Research studies on the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs include: the importance of creativity and innovation, the role of creativity and innovation, the impact of creativity and innovation, and the influence of creativity and innovation. The research on the importance of creativity and innovation examines the following 12 things: (1) entrepreneurship (ability, competence, intention, spirit and entrepreneurial mindset); (2) business success/success; (3) continuity/sustainability of business; (4) business development/progress; (5) increasing competitiveness/competitive advantage; (6) buying interest; (7) purchasing decisions; (8) increasing consumer purchasing power; (9) consumer satisfaction; (10) increasing the value of products/services; (11) increase in sales volume/income turnover; and (12) business/marketing performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi, dan pengembangan karyawan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT Honoris Industry. Disiplin kerja, motivasi, dan pengembangan karyawan adalah faktor penting yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 124 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Honoris Industry. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karyawan memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap produktivitas karyawan, diikuti oleh disiplin kerja dan motivasi. Ketiga faktor ini secara kolektif dan signifikan mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa meningkatkan program pengembangan karyawan, meningkatkan disiplin kerja, dan memberikan motivasi yang memadai sangat penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas secara keseluruhan di PT Honoris Industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 100 karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS v25 dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Demikian pula, disiplin kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta mampu memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, khususnya peran gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator dalam hubungan tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang memproduksi comro dan misro menggunakan metode program linier dengan pendekatan simpleks. UMKM ini menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan sumber daya, seperti bahan baku dan kapasitas produksi, yang menghambat pencapaian keuntungan maksimal. Dengan menggunakan metode simpleks, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kombinasi produksi yang optimal untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan, yaitu sebesar Rp 6.000.000 per hari. Penelitian ini mengandalkan perangkat lunak seperti Solver Excel untuk mengimplementasikan model matematika dan mendapatkan solusi yang efisien dan akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan program linier dapat membantu UMKM dalam mengelola sumber daya secara optimal, memperkuat daya saing, dan memberikan panduan strategis dalam perencanaan produksi.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai pusat kesehatan masyarakat sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti motivasi kerja dan kondisi lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan software SPSS. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 62 responden yang merupakan pegawai tetap di Puskesmas Jonggol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara langsung dan tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Puskesmas Jonggol Kabupaten Bogor, Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja melalui pemberian balas jasa yang adil, fasilitas kerja yang memadai, serta pengakuan dari atasan, dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif baik secara fisik maupun non fisik, dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, manajemen Puskesmas disarankan untuk lebih memperhatikan aspek internal organisasi guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Management must maximize marketing techniques in Bogor Regency's cutthroat hotel industry by enhancing service quality and utilizing word-of-mouth (WOM) to foster client loyalty and satisfaction. According to field statistics, the Jayakarta Mountain Resort Cisarua Bogor has less than ideal occupancy rates and poor levels of patron satisfaction and loyalty. The relationship between WOM, service quality, and customer loyalty is examined in this study, along with the function of customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study used purposive sampling to survey 150 participants using a quantitative, descriptive-verificative design. Using SPSS version 25, data were examined using path analysis and the Sobel test. The findings show that customer happiness, which in turn boosts customer loyalty, is positively and significantly impacted by word-of-mouth and service quality. Through satisfaction, both factors have a direct and indirect impact on loyalty. According to the coefficient of determination, WOM, service quality, and customer happiness account for 86.6% of the variation in customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is a key mediating factor, according to the Sobel test. These results demonstrate that building loyalty in the resort sector requires improving service quality and encouraging favorable word-of- mouth. To foster long-term consumer loyalty, management is encouraged to implement customer-driven promotional initiatives, enhance service responsiveness, and fortify loyalty programs. In the end, customer happiness is the primary factor that increases the influence of word-of-mouth and service quality on loyalty, highlighting its crucial function in guaranteeing competitive advantage.

Abstract

Food business requires efficient resource management to achieve optimal production and maximum profit. This research aims to optimize the production combination at TARA Taro Chips Factory by utilizing simplex-based linear programming method. This method is used to maximize company profits through proper resource allocation. The research data was obtained through the literature method and processed using the Solver tool in Microsoft Excel to minimize calculation errors. The results show that the factory can achieve maximum profit of Rp446,970 per day through the optimal production combination. The simplex method proved to be effective in solving resource allocation problems and provided a strategic reference in decision making to improve efficiency and innovation in product development

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in strengthening the local economy, particularly in the food industry. Tahu Pak Eman MSME is a home-based business focused on tofu production in Cigombong District, Bogor Regency. This study aims to examine the implementation of the marketing mix strategy at Tahu Pak Eman MSME and identify challenges faced in achieving sales targets. The approach used was a qualitative descriptive method through field observations, interviews with business owners, and documentation during the research activities. The research findings revealed that the implementation of the marketing mix at Tahu Pak Eman MSME is not yet fully effective, especially in product and promotion aspects. The quality of the tofu produced is adequate and stable, but the packaging is still simple and has not been optimally utilized as a marketing communication tool. In the area of ​​promotion, marketing activities still rely on word of mouth and have not maximized the use of digital media. Improvement steps taken during the study include developing a visual identity for the business, such as a logo, and utilizing social media and online ordering platforms as promotional channels. It is hoped that a more integrated marketing mix strategy can increase competitiveness, expand market coverage, and support Tahu Pak Eman MSME in achieving more stable revenue targets.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction variables on work productivity through organizational commitment at PT Sumber Karya Indah Bogor. The research design employs descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The population of this study includes 53 employees of PT Sumber Karya Indah Bogor, all of whom were taken as the sample using a non-probability sampling technique, specifically saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is Path Analysis, including t-tests and Sobel tests for the mediating variable, with IBM SPSS 25.00 software. The results show that organizational culture and job satisfaction have a direct, positive, and significant influence on organizational commitment. Furthermore, both organizational culture and job satisfaction have a direct, positive, and significant effect on work productivity. Organizational commitment also directly, positively, and significantly influences work productivity and serves as a mediating variable between organizational culture and job satisfaction and work productivity.
