Abstract

Sistem Informasi Monitoring Gardu Induk dan Gardu Distribusi PLN merupakan suatu bentuk sistem informasi yang berfungsi untuk memantau keadaan Gardu Induk dan Gardu Distribusi PLN dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet. Informasi hasil pemantauan akan ditampilkan pada sebuah website. Sistem informasi monitoring gardu induk diperlukan karena sistem SCADA yang ada tidak menjangkau gardu distribusi. Sistem informasi ini digunakan oleh operator gardu induk serta Unit Pembagi Beban ( UPB ) untuk mengetahui keadaan trafo serta beban daya listrik. Informasi beban daya listrik digunakan apabila beban bertambah maka frekwensinya akan turun sehingga PLN harus menambah daya demikian juga sebaliknya apabila beban turun maka PLN akan mengurangi daya yang ada. Informasi yang ditampilkan pada website tersebut berupa tegangan, arus dan suhu trafo Gardu Induk dan Gardu Distribusi. Monitoring Gardu induk dan Gardu Distribusi dilakukan dengan cara mengukur tegangan, arus dan suhu dari gardu induk/distribusi oleh suatu peralatan elektronik kemudian ditampilan pada layar komputer yang selanjutnya dikomunikasikan melalui jaringan internet.

Abstract

Tujuan makalah ini adalah menerapkan metode yang dapat digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi untuk memberikan keputusan. Model  klasifikasi  dapat digambarkan  dalam  berbagai  bentuk,  salah  satunya  adalah  dengan  menggunakan konsep pohon (tree).  Pohon (tree) merupakan  salah satu konsep teori graf yang paling penting. Pemanfaatan  pohon  dalam  kehidupan sehari-hari  adalah  untuk  menggambarkan hierarki  dan  memodelkan  persoalan. Iterative  dichotomiser  3  ( ID3 )  merupakan suatu  metode  dalam  learning  yang  akan membangun  sebuah   pohon  keputusan untuk mencari solusi dari persoalan. Pohon keputusan yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan proses pencarian nilai terbaik (the best classifier) akan dijadikan seagai akar (root). Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas model klasifikasi menggunakan  Decision Tree  dengan  algoritma  Interactive  Dichotomicer  3 (ID3) berdasarkan pada kasus.

Abstract

Perangkat lunak dibutuhkan hampir disetiap bidang untuk membantu proses bisnis. Salah satu bentuk perangkat lunak adalah website yang digunakan untuk menyebarkan informasi keseluruh dunia dengan bantuan internet. Website fakultas teknik universitas jenderal soedirman merupakan merupakan salah satu sarana untuk memberikan informasi tentang kegiatan yang berjalan didalam fakultas. Sebagai sarana untuk memberikan layanan informasi kepada masyarakat baik internal maupun external maka dibutuhkan sistem yang cukup reliable. Untuk membuktikan bahwa system dikatakan reliable atau tidak maka perlu dilakukan testing yang salah satunya berupa performa testing. Proses pengukuran dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya pengukuran secara otomatis menggunakan bantuan tool testing. Tool untuk mengetes performa menggunakan tool gratis yang cukup baik diantaranya menggunakan tool Loadimpact dan JMeter. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan kedua tool tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa website masih dapat digunakan secara baik dan cukup untuk menampung banyak request dari user

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi semakin mempengaruhi perkembangan suatu daerah, khususnya dalam hal ini adalah potensi penanaman modal yang ada pada kabupaten Cilacap. Banyak investor yang tertarik untuk berinvestasi di kabupaten Cilacap, namun kurang tepat dan cepatnya informasi menyulitkan para investor yang akan berinvestasi. Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) kabupaten Cilacap membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengelola data secara cepat dan tepat dalam menyajikan informasi yang dibutuhkan investor dan juga menarik minat investor untuk berinvestasi di kabupaten Cilacap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu investor dalam memperoleh informasi terkait keadaan dan nilai investasi yang diimplementasikan dalam sistem informasi geografis yang menggambarkan peta penanaman modal untuk sektor-sektor potensi investasi yang ada di kabupaten Cilacap dengan berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL pada pengembangan sistemnya. Implikasi hasil dari pengimplementasian sistem informasi geografis ini dapat dijadikan upaya dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan berbasis website yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan penanaman modal yang akan dilakukan oleh para investor sehingga kabupaten Cilacap dapat terus berkembang dan memanfaatkan sistem informasi geografis dalam menyajikan informasi potensi penanaman modal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the following: 1) The concept of the Project Based Learning model in increasing the cooperation ability of elementary school students; 2) Project Based Learning model strategy to improve elementary school student cooperation skills; 3) Cooperation between elementary school students with the Project Based Learning model. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis with the type of literature study research or literature study). Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources obtained from various sources of journals, books, theses, which have previously conducted research on the Project Based Learning model to improve the collaboration skills of elementary school students. Based on the results of the analysis of various journals using the Project Based Learning model there is an increase. Because, the Project Based Learning model is a learning model that gives students the freedom to build their own knowledge through problem solving activities carried out by the investigation process, gathering information to complete a project work carried out collaboratively or collaboratively and being able to produce a useful product. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai: 1) Konsep model Project Based Learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa Sekolah Dasar; 2) Strategi model Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa Sekolah Dasar; 3) Hubungan kerja sama siswa Sekolah Dasar dengan model Project Based Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka atau studi literatur). Sumber data yang digunakan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber jurnal, buku, skripsi yang sebelumya telah melakukan penelitian mengenai model Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa Sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari berbagai jurnal yang menggunakan model Project Based Learning terdapat peningkatan. Karena, model Project Based Learning merupakan suatu model pembelajaran yang memberi kebebasan siswa dalam membangun pengetahuannya sendiri melalui kegiatan pemecahan masalah yang dilakukan dengan proses penyelidikan, pengumpulan informasi untuk menyelesaikan suatu pengerjaan proyek yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif atau kerja sama dan mampu menghasilkan suatu produk yang bermanfaat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of Value Clarification Technique (VCT) to ecoliteracy and critical thinking skills of elementary school students in learning Social Science. The method used in this study is a quasi experimental design with non-equivalent control group design, using the two study groups. Subjects in this study were students of class IVSDN Cijerah Indah, Bandung Kulon District Bandung City. The experimental group was given the treatment of learning Value Clarification Technique (VCT) and the control group was given conventional learning. The results showed that in general there is a difference between learners ecoliteracy experimental class and control class and critical thinking skills among learners experimental class and control class after each class has been getting treatment that has been set.

Abstract

Abstract. Entrepreneurship education is a government program that is conducted every level of education. Implementation of the values of entrepreneurship learning in primary schools is an effort to promote entrepreneurship, so that people can develop into a reliable personal and be the generation that can create jobs. This study aims to assess the extent to which the learning of Social Sciences can provide space in growing the value of entrepreneurship in primary school students. This research was conducted in SDPN Pajagalan 58 with qualitative approach case study method. The subject is the person responsible for entrepreneurship education program, one teacher of Social Sciences and seventeen students of class IV. Based on the survey results revealed that entrepreneurship education program has been designed as possible into school programs that are implemented on an ongoing basis. The values of entrepreneurship has been published in school activities such as extracurricular activities, events and activities programmed habituation. Planning learning Social Sciences laden entrepreneurial values starting from the manufacture of the syllabus and lesson plans. Implementation of classroom learning is done in accordance with the lesson plan gives more space for students to develop a personality. Assessment of learning laden entrepreneurial values is done through observation and checks on student attendance. At the time of the learning takes place, the student has demonstrated an attitude / entrepreneurial character that is honest, self-discipline, confidence, leadership, creative, independent, hard work, responsibility, curiosity, communicative, and cooperation. The main problem is the plan that is prepared teacher is not maximized and not yet fully apply in learning. From the results of this study are expected to provide benefits for the development of entrepreneurship education in primary schools, especially in SDPN Pajagalan 58 and become material for the evaluation of Bandung City Education Department.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) The concept of distance learning methods in elementary schools; 2) The application of distance learning in elementary schools so that the learning process is effective; 3) The relationship between distance learning and the effectiveness of the learning process in elementary schools. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis with the type of literature study or literature study (Library Research), which is a series of activities related to collecting library data by exploring, observing, analyzing, identifying reading journals, notes, reports, research results, and other sources. which is relevant. Sources of data used in this study using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used in this research are editing, organizing, and finding. And analyzed using comparative, interpretative, deductive and inductive analysis. The results of the analysis that have been carried out prove that distance learning has a fairly good influence on the effectiveness of the learning process in elementary schools. This is proven based on the results of the analysis of research that has been done previously. The implementation of distance learning will be successful or effective if you apply the steps correctly. Distance learning steps include pre-learning steps, during learning and after learning or also called preparation, implementation and evaluation steps.
