Abstract

Sastra anak merupakan karya sastra yang ditulis berdasarkan sudut pandang anak sebagai pusat penceritaan yang menggambarkan perasaan dan pengalaman anak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kontribusi nilai personal dan nilai pendidikan dalam buku cerita Naga Emas Danau Ranau. Jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan pencatatan. Data dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penggalan paragraph dalam buku cerita Naga Emas Danau Ranau karya Yulfi Zawarnis yang dipublikasikan oleh Badan Pengembangan dan Pembinaan Bahasa Kemendikbud. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Pertama, buku cerita ini memuat nilai personal meliputi perkembangan emosional, perkembangan intelektual, perkembangan imajinasi, pertumbuhan rasa sosial, pertumbuhan rasa etis dan religius. Kedua, nilai pendidikan dalam buku ini meliputi nilai rasa ingin tahu, peduli sosial, semangat kebangsaan, menghargai prestasi, kerja keras, dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai strategi pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Tanah Rendah, Kecamatan Air Putih,Kabupaten Batu Bara, Provinsi Sumatera Utara untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa. Desa ini memiliki potensi UMKM yang signifikan, seperti produk keripik pisang, pepaya, dan singkong. Namun, UMKM di desa ini menghadapi berbagai kendala, termasuk akses pembiayaan yang terbatas, peralatan produksi sederhana, dan strategi pemasaran yang lemah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis tantangan dan strategi pengembangan UMKM. Hasil menunjukkan perlunya dukungan pemerintah melalui akses pembiayaan, pelatihan, penyederhanaan regulasi, dan teknologi. Strategi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM meliputi pelatihan keterampilan, adopsi teknologi, pemasaran efektif, serta pembangunan jaringan bisnis. Penyederhanaan regulasi dan dukungan teknologi diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM di Desa Tanah Rendah berkembang dan memperkuat perekonomian lokal.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the competency of high school and vocational high school arts and culture teachers in Tasikmalaya Regency and City in developing creative, culture-based learning media. This program was motivated by the declining understanding of students about traditional Indonesian architecture due to the lack of engaging and interactive learning media. The activity was carried out through a hybrid workshop method that combined online and offline sessions. A total of 30 participants from various schools participated in the training focused on creating Pop-Up and Augmented Reality (AR) media to visualize traditional Indonesian houses in arts and culture learning. Data were collected through pre- and post-training questionnaires, observations, and interviews, then analyzed descriptively to measure the increase in participant competency. The results showed that 85% of participants experienced an increased understanding of the concept of Pop-Up and AR media, 90% were able to create Pop-Up media independently, and 95% assessed the workshop material as relevant to their learning needs. The integration of Pop-Up and AR media has proven effective in combining manual creativity and digital literacy, creating more interactive, contextual, and technology-integrated learning. This program demonstrates that collaboration between universities and MGMP can produce sustainable cultural learning innovations. It is recommended that similar training be developed in other regions to strengthen teachers' cultural literacy and digital competencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BPRS Sungai Pua Syariah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 39 responden yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, di mana hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien regresi masing-masing sebesar 0.478 (pelatihan), 0.494 (pengalaman kerja), dan 0.440 (kompensasi finansial) sebagai variabel paling dominan, sehingga implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya optimalisasi program pelatihan yang berfokus pada kualitas instruktur dan relevansi materi, pengelolaan pengalaman kerja melalui sistem mentoring, serta penyempurnaan sistem kompensasi finansial yang lebih adil dan kompetitif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara holistik.

Abstract

The concept of local culture and environmentalism is a genre of art and art practice that seeks to introduce, maintain, preserve and revive the love of culture and the environment. This is because in recent times local culture has been displaced by modernisation, and the love for the environment has declined. So that an effort is needed to regenerate the love of local culture and the environment. The purpose of this research is to create artworks with the theme of local culture and environment-based, namely medallion reliefs and wood waste. Artworks with the theme of local culture and waste utilisation are one of the efforts to introduce, maintain and preserve local culture and the environment through art. The research method uses Arts based Research which is an arts-based research with the principle of adapting art creativity to social research with an artistic practice approach, because both are holistic and dynamic involving reflection, description, problem formulation and problem solving, as well as the ability to identify and explain intuition and creativity in the research process. Artistic practice uses a three-stage experimental sequence, namely: exploration stage, design stage, and realisation stage. The results of this research show that wood waste has high potential to be utilised as an alternative medium for art creation. The result of this creative process is a medallion-themed collage artwork that is environmentally friendly and affordable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on the work productivity of employees at PT Mowilex Indonesia, West Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 68 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that motivation has a significant effect on employee work productivity with a determination coefficient value of 48.8% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (7.938 > 1.987). Discipline has a significant effect on employee work productivity with a determination coefficient value of 47. 8% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (7,775 > 1,987). Motivation and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity with the regression equation Y = 8.109 + 0.387X1 + 0.428X2. The coefficient of determination is 64.8% while the remaining 35.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (59,888 > 2,750).

Abstract

Abstrak: Unit usaha brownies katinenung memiliki permasalahan yaitu terbatasnya pengetahuan CPPB-IRT dan pemasaran online, proses produksi belum maksimal, lingkungan produksi masih kurang memadai, serta desain dan label kemasan kurang menarik dan informatif. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas brownies mocaf katineung melalui peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai CPPB-IRT, diversifikasi produk, pengemasan, dan pemasaran online serta keterampilan dalam pengolahan brownies kering. Mitra kegiatan adalah masyarakat produktif bernama Unit Usaha Brownies Singkong Katineung yang berlokasi di Kec. Ngamprah, Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang terdiri dari 3 orang mitra. Metode yang digunakan adalah: penyuluhan, praktek dan pendampingan serta hibah peralatan pengolahan. Beberapa kegiatan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan berupa sosialisasi CPPB-IRT, diversifikasi produk, pengemasan dan pelabelan, pengujian umur simpan dan nutrition facts, serta hibah bahan dan alat produksi. Sistem evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan persentase hasil pre-tes dan post-tes dan disajikan dalam bentuk grafik. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan CPPB-IRT sekitar 80%, diversifikasi olahan brownies sekitar 85%, pengemasan dan pelabelan 82%, serta pemasaran online sekitar 78%. Indikator keberhasilan kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan mitra, perbaikan ruang produksi dan sanitasi sesuai CPPB-IRT, pengujian nutrition facts dan umur simpan, dan peningkatan omzet.Abstract: The Katinenung Brownies business unit has problems, namely limited knowledge of CPPB-IRT and online marketing, the production process is not optimal, the production environment is still inadequate, and the packaging design and labels are less attractive and informative. This program aims to improve the quality and quantity of mocaf katineung brownies by increasing knowledge regarding CPPB-IRT, product diversification, packaging and online marketing as well as skills in processing dry brownies. The activity partner is a productive community called the Katineung Cassava Brownies Business Unit in Kec. Ngamprah, West Bandung Regency, consisting of 3 partners. The methods used are counseling, practice, mentoring, and grants of processing equipment. Several activities to resolve problems include CPPB-IRT socialization, product diversification, packaging and labeling, shelf life testing, nutrition facts, and materials and production equipment grants. The evaluation system compares the percentage of pre-test and post-test results and is presented in graphical form. The results of the service showed that there has been an increase in CPPB-IRT knowledge and skills by around 80%, diversification of processed brownies by around 85%, packaging and labeling by 82%, and online marketing by around 78%. Indicators of the success of this activity were increasing partner knowledge, improving production space and sanitation according to CPPB-IRT, testing nutrition facts and shelf life, and increasing turnover.
