Abstract

A transformational era of consumer behavior has begun with the advent of the digital age, where multichannel brand involvement is the standard. Businesses are progressively implementing omnichannel marketing tactics in Indonesia's dynamic economy to effectively navigate this intricate terrain. In order to find out how well omnichannel marketing techniques work in Indonesia, this study used a mixed-methods approach that included quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, and content analysis. The results show that omnichannel marketing techniques do, in fact, work, since they significantly influence purchase decisions and generate a high degree of consumer involvement. Customized offers and recommendations strike a powerful chord with Indonesian customers, indicating that personalization is a major success factor. Although omnichannel marketing is generally viewed favorably, worries over data privacy highlight how crucial it is for companies to have open and honest data procedures. Practical suggestions are given for Indonesian businesses to maximize their omnichannel marketing endeavors in light of these findings. This study adds significant understanding to the ever-changing omnichannel marketing scene in Indonesia and provides direction for companies looking to prosper in the digital era while preserving customer confidence and data protection.

Abstract

Perusahaan adalah untuk memperoleh laba yang dapat meningkatkan kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Kegiatan dari hasil operasional perusahaan yang menunjukkan pendapatan lebih besar dari biaya yang dikeluarkan disebut dengan laba. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah utk mengetahui tingkat hutang, ukuran perusahaan dan arus kas operasi terhadap persistensi laba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2020 yang berjumlah 30 perusahaan. Sampel yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 28 perusahaan selama 2 tahun . Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi linier berganda dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat hutang, ukuran perusahaan dan arus kas operasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persistensi laba pada perusahaan property dan real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Saran yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam hal pengambilan keputusan untuk melakukan investasi pada saham dan juga diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam mengambil keputusan dan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan persistensi laba

Abstract

Setiap organisasi harus memperhatikan kinerja karyawan agar setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukan dapat terselesaikan sesuai target yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan Konveksi dan Sablon Glory Screen Printing Purwodadi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 responden, jumlah tersebut diambil dari jumlah populasi karyawan karyawan pada perusahaan Konveksi dan Sablon Glory Screen Printing Purwodadi sebanyak 44 orang. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu dua variabel independen (lingkungan kerja dan motivasi) dan satu variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan). Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja mempunyai nilai signifikansi (sig.) sebesar 0,007 < probabilitas 0,05, sedangkan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,847 t tabel telah diketahui 2,019, maka 2,847 > 2,019, sehingga H1 diterima. Artinya variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Variabel motivasi mempunyai nilai signifikansi (sig.) 0,021< probabilitas 0,05, sedangkan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,407 dan t tabel telah diketahui 2,019, maka 2,407 > 2,019 sehingga H2 diterima. Saran dari penelitian ini menjaga lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, memberikan perlengkapan yang memadai dan mampu memotivasi karyawannya agar mampu bekerja secara optimal sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia saat ini merupakan faktor dan aset terpenting dari sebuah perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prestasi kerja dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap promosi jabatan di Skadron-31/ SERBU di Kota Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan Skadron-31/ SERBU di Kota Semarang berjumlah 75 orang. Teknik sampling yag digunakan adalah Teknik sampling jenuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa prestasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan dimana nilai t hitung sebesar 2,833 > t tabel 1,665 dan loyalitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,979 > t tabel 1,665. Saran yang bisa diberikan adalah diharapkan memperhatikan restasi kerja dari karyawan dimana pimpinan perusahaan harus mendorong karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan dan bersedia untuk melakukan jam lembur apabila ada pekerjaan yang belum diselesaikan

Abstract

Employee performance is an important thing to pay attention to, because at the organizational level, performance targets can affect the achievement of targets that have been set. Performance measurement is the process by which the organization determines the outcome parameters to be achieved by the programs, investments and acquisitions made. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 90 KSPPS Tayu Amanah Berkah Adil Pati employees. The sampling technique in this study was carried out randomly so that the number of samples taken was 47 people. The method of data analysis in this study uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that human relationships did not have a significant effect on employee performance, while transformational leadership style and motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance. It was suggested that the management team of the Tayu Amanah Berkah Adil Pati KSPPS need to improve how interactions between one person and another person can be created. a comfortable and transparent working atmosphere, thereby affecting the quality of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting at Bimbel Ahe in Pati. Financial ratios are one way to assess the timeliness of financial reporting in companies. The population in this study is the financial statements of Bimbel Ahe Pati for the period 2016-2020. The sample in this study is the financial statements of AHE Bimbel in Pati. The independent variable of this research is profitability is measured by return on assets (ROA), Leverage is measured by debt assets ratio (DAR) and internal audit records. While the dependent variable is the timeliness of financial reporting. Data collection techniques using documentation and analysis techniques with logistic regression. The results showed that the profitability variable in this study was return on assets (ROA) showing the regression coefficient value of 109.722 with a sig value. of 0.626 above the significance of 0.05 (5%), thus it is proven that profitability has no effect on the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements, the leverage variable in this study is the debt to asset ratio (DAR) showing the regression coefficient value of -1.015 with a sig value . of 0.912 above the significance of 0.05 (5%), thus it is proven that leverage has no effect on the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements and the internal audit record variable in this study is the opinion of a public accountant or auditor about the financial statements whether qualified or qualified opinion (WDP) and unqualified opinion or unqualified (WTP) show the regression coefficient value of 18.869 with a value of sig. of 0.998 above the significance of 0.05 (5%), thus it is evident that the internal audit records have no effect on the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements. Bimbel Ahe is expected that profitability ratios, leverage and internal audit records can be useful and used as consideration by companies in completing and submitting financial reports on time because timely completion of financial statements can give a positive impression and can show the company's performance is good or not. not and what has been done by the company's management can be seen from the financial statements and can be used to take future policies. And because in this study only use return on assets (ROA) to measure profitability. For this reason, further research is expected to use other proxies such as return on equity (ROE), profit margin to measure profitability. Thus, it is possible that the results will significantly affect the accuracy of the presentation of financial statements

Abstract

Credit is a high-risk business activity in which uncollectible credit occurs for various reasons. Many debtors who pay credit must pay attention to the provisions of interest rates, time periods, and several provisions that make debtors object to paying their credit. The purpose of this study is to determine three factors from debtors that cause problem loans to become bad loans. Three debtor factors that cause bad credit are debtor character, business conditions (most BKK debtors are MSME entrepreneurs from small to large scale), and managerial ability (in managing their own business). This type of research is explanatory research with a total sample of 51 respondents to customers of PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang, located in Semarang, has experienced bad credit from 2018-2022. The results showed that only Business Conditions were accepted, and had a positive effect of 10.354 and a sig value > 0.05. Meanwhile, Managerial Character and Ability have no influence and significance on Bad Debt. It is recommended for the bank to do more internal analysis of prospective borrowers in providing credit financing. Researching the current and future conditions of the debtor's business, as well as paying attention to the debtor's managerial ability in running the business or business.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of digital marketing strategies in the digital era in increasing product sales to MSMEs in Riau Province. This research aims to explain digital marketing strategies for MSMEs in Riau Province in the digital era. This research uses qualitative methods using Miles and Huberman analysis. This research was conducted on MSMEs in Riau Province where the informants were owners, employees and customers who were determined using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research was carried out for one month, where the research will be analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method, namely: collecting data, data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of this research explain 1) A case study of digital marketing strategies for MSMEs in Riau Province in the digital era explains that the strategies implemented are marketing via social media, quality content, special promotions on social media, collaboration with local influencers and active customer service, and 2 ) Best practice digital marketing strategies for MSMEs in Riau Province in the digital era include understanding target markets, building online marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, collaboration with local influencers and email marketing.

Abstract

Performance is a work result achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks given to him which is based on skill, experience, seriousness and time. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership and Remuneration on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a Mediating Variable at Squadron-31/Serbu Semarang. The population in this study was 51 employees at Squadron-31/Serbu Semarang. So that 50 members of the population except the Commander became respondents in this research or saturated sample/Population Study. This research variable uses exogenous variables consisting of Leadership and Remuneration and 2 endogenous variables, namely work discipline as mediation and employee performance. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis methods include descriptive statistics and quantitative analysis using SEM-PLS. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that Leadership has no effect on Work Discipline, Remuneration has an effect on Work Discipline, Leadership has an effect on Employee Performance, Remuneration has an effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has no effect on employee performance. Suggestions that can be given to future researchers are to conduct research on other organizations with larger samples, so that the research results can be generalized. Apart from that, you can replace the independent variable because there are still other variables that can influence it based on the coefficient of determination
