Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of career development, work environment and work discipline on the performance of PT Memory employees. The objects in this study were employees of PT Memory in the production section of 53 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distribution method. By using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had no effect on employee performance, and work discipline had no effect on employee performance. But test together that Career Development, Work Environment and Work Discipline have a significant influence.

Abstract

Kinerja menjadi salah satu bahan kajian dalam berbagai aspek khususnya dalam pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Motivasi Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Kerja (Studi Kasus Tenaga Administrasi Anggota Di Fraksi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera DPR RI). Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif kausal yaitu mengetahui pengaruh antar variable yang diteliti. Alat pengumpulan data mengunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya yang disebarkan melalui googleform kepada tenaga administrasi anggota di Fraksi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera DPR RI. Populasi yang diteliti pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui pengujian outer model, inner model dan uji hipotesis. Tahap pertama membuat instrument penelitian pada masing-masing variable yang akan diteliti. Tahap kedua menguji instrument variable Budaya Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Kerja tenaga administrasi anggota Fraksi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera DPR RI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Dimarco Mitra Utama. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data mengunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya yang disebarkan melalui googleform Populasi yang diteliti pada penelitian ini sebanyak 85 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 85 orang menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square), dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian yaitu Kompetensi (X1), Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) dan Kinerja (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the excellent service (Service Excellent), to meet the expectations of society to public service in the village of Makasar East Jakarta, the results of the study in accordance with procedures and meet the standards that have been applied by governments in almost all kelurahan. This is evident from the work culture applied in this village, as well as adequate facilities and supporting facilities.

Abstract

This study analyses the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Growth, and Dividends on Firm Value in the mining sector. The data used in this research are secondary data from mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the Growth variable significantly influences Firm Value. In contrast, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Dividend variables are insignificant. The implications of this study highlight the importance of focusing on company growth to enhance Firm Value, as well as paying attention to financial health and appropriate capital structure

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, and perceived trust on interest in using GoPay. This research uses a simple random sample, where each member of the GoPay user population has the same opportunity to be selected as a research respondent. Sampling is carried out randomly without paying attention to specific characteristics or attributes of the population. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents. Data analysis was done using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS version 3 software. The results of the study show that perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, and perceived trust have a significant influence on interest in using GoPay. Users with ease of use, high usability, and high confidence in the GoPay system are more interested in using the service.

Abstract

This research aims to see the analysis of the quality of promotion and service quality on customer loyalty of Bank BRI KCP Tourism City, Bogor Regency. The form of the research is associative with the population being all customers who are savers at the BRI KCP bank, Bogor Regency, which amount to 10,000 customers. Sampling with the slovin formula to obtain a sample of 200 customers. The method of analysis is carried out by stratified regression. This is intended to see the relationship of variables to other variables directly or indirectly or through intermediate variables. This research is a type of field research that uses quantitative methods. The type of data used in this study is primary data which is assisted by the SPSS program. Data collection was taken from the results of distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the Accidental Sampling method and this study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable (X1) partially has no effect on customer loyalty, while the promotion variable (X2) and service quality variable (X3) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank BRI KCP Kotawisata, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of workload and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Global Arrow Jakarta. A quantitative approach was used in this research, and primary data was collected through the use of questionnaires. The study utilized purposive sampling technique to determine the sample based on specific considerations. The data was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 24.00. The results of the analysis showed that workload does not significantly influence employee performance, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The ANOVA analysis revealed that both workload and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Global Arrow Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the decision to visit the Bojongkulur Gunung Putri tourist village, Bogor Regency which is influenced by tourist attraction facilities and visitor satisfaction is moderated by customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative research method. In this study, the sampling technique used is probability sampling, with the sampling method used being simple random sampling. This study uses the Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodological analysis technique with smartPLS 3.0 software to assess the hypothesis. The results of the data analysis showed that (1) facilities had a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, (2) visitor satisfaction with the decision to visit had a positive and significant effect, (3) visitor satisfaction with the decision to visit had a positive and significant effect, (4) visitor satisfaction with loyalty had a positive and significant effect, (5) loyalty to the decision to visit had a positive effect and significantly, (6) loyalty plays a role in mediating facilities against the decision to visit, and (7) loyalty plays a role in mediating visitor satisfaction with the decision to visit

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Social Media, Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Consumer Purchase Decisions at Pedia Stores. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with data processing using SEM PLS, with a sample of 80 respondents. The criteria for testing discriminant validity are based on the value of the test variable which is greater than the value of the other variables. Based on the test results, it is known that the values of the X1 and X2 variables are smaller than the two Y variables. Thus, the test results are not discriminantly valid. Cronbach's alpha value is more than 0.7, so it can indicate a value above 0.7. Thus, the data can be said to be valid. Based on these results, it can be seen that the value of the construct in question is always greater in the variable itself. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is no discriminant validity problem. The results of the Cross Loading Factor show that each variable is > 0.7. Based on the table, the R-Square value for the satisfaction construct is 0.456, which means this value can identify y which can be explained by the x variable by 45.6%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study. The results of this study indicate that social media has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity endorsers have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.
