Abstract

Currently, ordering menus at Sunny cafes and restaurants is still manual. Ordering menus that are still manual creates a problem, namely when the customer has finished selecting a menu, the customer does not know the total price of the order. Customers who come together at the same time will cause a buildup of order queues. From these problems, we get a solution by building a menu ordering system using a website-based QR Code using the PHP programming language, the CodeIgniter Framework, MySQL as a database and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a design. The purpose of making this system is so that customers can easily get information on menu catalogs and prices without having to ask the waiter. A menu ordering system at Sunny cafes and restaurants using QR codes has been successfully created.

Abstract

To find out the development of the livestock sector, the Livestock Service Office of Kampar Regency collects data on livestock in Kampar Regency. The data is then processed in excel and then reported to the relevant agencies. Data collection with this system creates problems of difficulty in processing and searching data. The more data that is recorded, the more difficult the process of processing and searching for data. As a solution, a web-based Kampar Regency livestock data collection system was built using the codeigniter framework  and made using the php programming language and mysql database as well as a design modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language). The purpose of this system is to facilitate livestock data collection and more efficient data processing and searching. The results can facilitate data management by the Livestock Service Office of Kampar Regency, present information about livestock in Kampar Regency and a more efficient data collection and processing process.

Abstract

The process of selling palm fruit is still manual, only relying on the interaction media between the palm oil platform owner and oil palm farmers directly, while the farmers who will sell must come to the palm oil platform, for price information is still known manually only when the sale of palm oil is carried out and data processing unorganized palm oil sales. The solution to this problem is to build a mobile-based palm oil platform information system using the android studio framework with the java language. The purpose of this system is to avoid price monopoly by oil palm platform owners and to offer an information system as a solution for open communication information between oil palm farmers and oil palm platform owners. Furthermore, increasing the competitiveness of open and healthy businesses among palm oil platforms. The expected result is a palm oil platform information system to assist oil palm sales activities in providing information to oil palm farmers and this system can be accessed at any time using the internet network.

Abstract

Posyandu yang berada dilingkungan kerja Puskesmas Bangkinang Kota masih banyak terdapat kendala dalam pengolahan informasi kepada masyarakat, karena masih menggunakan cara manual. Proses manual yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pelayanan posyandu tersebut dimulai dari melakukan pencatatan kehadiran anak, melakukan pencatatatan data imuniasasi, melakukan penimbangan berat badan anak. Bentuk kegiatan tersebut masih dilakukan dengan pencatatan dikertas atau buku KIA, dan untuk informasi penjadwalan posyandu berikutnya belum tersedia. Kendala yang dihadapi bagi masyarakat jika ingin mendapatkan informasi secara cepat, sering terkandala dengan jam kerja pegawai Posyandu Puskesmas Bangkinang Kota dan pada saat sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh pegawai Posyandu tidak semua masyarakat hadir atau mengetahui informasi tentang kegiatan Posyandu. Oleh karena itu solusi yang ditawarkan pada usulan program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yakni dengan pembuatan sistem informasi rekap data imunisasi Puskesmas Bangkinang Kota. Serta pelatihan penggunaan sistem kepada setiap petugas posyandu dilingkungan Puskesmas Bangkinang Kota.

Abstract

Forest and land fires pose a significant environmental threat in Kampar Regency, Riau Province, which is characterized by extensive and fire-prone peatlands. Community-based approaches have been identified as a vital strategy to enhance public participation in fire prevention and mitigation. This study evaluates the effectiveness of community-based fire risk management, focusing on the role of communities, challenges faced, and the policy support required. The study employs the Semantic Literature Review (SLR) method to integrate and analyze relevant literature. Data were collected from academic journals, policy reports, and other secondary sources, filtered using keywords such as "forest fires" and "community-based approaches." Key themes were explored to identify patterns and interconnections influencing fire risk management. The analysis reveals that community-based approaches are effective in raising public awareness but face challenges such as limited resources, insufficient training, and a lack of coordination with external stakeholders. Recommendations include strengthening policy support, enhancing community capacity, and developing early warning systems. In conclusion, this approach holds significant potential to reduce fire risks if supported by sustainable policies and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Abstract

Kumantan Village is a village administratively located in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. Kumantan Village has an area of 16 km² with a population of 6,146 people. The dissemination of information in Kumantan Village has not been digitalized, where information is distributed through RW and RT assistance or directly to residents. Public service activities in Kumantan Village are still conducted manually. This situation results in suboptimal public services and information dissemination. The proposed solution to address this issue is the development of a public service information system to streamline correspondence management and broaden information dissemination. The community service program for implementing the public service information system has been conducted and is expected to resolve the identified problems.

Abstract

Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL) merupakan sebuah proses untuk memberikan pengakuan atas capaian pembelajaran seseorang yang diperoleh dari pendidikan formal maupun nonformal atau pengelamaan kerja sebagai dasar untuk melanjutkan pendidikan formal kemudian dilakukan penyetaraan dengan jenjang Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia tertentu. Dalam proses pendaftaran dan penilaian RPL, dibutuhkan banyak dokumen yang digunakan sebagai bukti kompetensi yang dikuasai. Dokumen-dokumen tersebut akan menjadi dasar penilaian untuk mendapatkan pengakuan mata kuliah. Agar proses pendaftaran dan penilaian berjalan efektif dan efisien, diperlukan pengembangan sebuah sistem yang bisa memudahkan manajemen pengarsipan yang baik sehingga dokumen tetap tersedia dan diakses oleh tim penilai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa dan memodelkan proses bisnis yang terjadi untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem RPL tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses analisa tersebut menggunakan Rapid Application Development dan pemodelan hasil analisa menggunakan UML. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan pemodelan UML dalam bentuk Diagram Use Case, Diagram aktivitas dan Diagram Sequence.

Abstract

The process of administering East Salo Village administration, including general administration, population administration, development administration. The problem faced by partners, namely conveying information about Village potential, population, Village activity agenda, Village Budget carried out by Village officials to the local community, is by conveying socialization directly at the East Salo Village office or making banners outside the Village office regarding the Village Expenditure Budget ( APBDes). The obstacles faced by the community if they want to get information quickly, are often hampered by the working hours of village officials and during the socialization carried out by East Salo Village officials, not all people attend the socialization activities. Coupled with the lack of understanding of village officials regarding information technology, this means that services to the community are not optimal. The solution offered is by creating an information system based on the East Salo Village website and providing training to East Salo Village officials on the use of the information system created.

Abstract

Pelaporan aktivitas perilaku siswa di SMK Migas Bumi Melayu Riau masih dilakukan secara manual. Dengan adanya pelaporan saat ini menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan yaitu buklet laporan siswa rusak, dirobek oleh siswa, hilang karena ditumpuk dengan dokumen lain, dan sampul rusak, serta salah hitung karena masih dalam bentuk buku. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan membuat sistem pelaporan perilaku siswa berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Framework Codeigniter dan MySQL untuk mengelola database dan model dengan menggunakan pemodelan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Tujuan dari sistem ini adalah agar pelaporan perilaku siswa lebih transparan, efisien dan efektif dalam melaporkan pelanggaran siswa. Sistem ini dibangun dengan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) karena lebih efisien dalam pengembangan sistem .Kesimpulan dari tesis ini adalah sistem pelaporan perilaku siswa SMK Migas Bumi Melayu Riau telah berhasil dibuat dan dapat mengatasi permasalahan pelaporan pelanggaran siswa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMK Migas Bumi Melayu Riau serta memberikan solusi bagi sekolah lain dalam mengelola laporan perilaku siswa.

Abstract

Kampar Polytechnic is a vocational education institution specializing in the oil palm plantation sector. Currently, the administrative system at the institution still relies on manual signatures in the document approval process. This traditional approach is time-consuming, requires additional manpower, and carries a risk of signature forgery, which can affect the authenticity and security of important documents. In response to these issues, this research aims to develop a web-based digital signature application utilizing QR Code technology using the Laravel framework. This application is designed to streamline the document signing process, enhancing both efficiency and security. By integrating QR Codes as digital signatures, the system allows for easy document verification, ensuring the authenticity and integrity of signed documents. The development of the system employs the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, which is used to structure and visualize the system’s architecture and workflow. The application will enable the generation of digital signatures in the form of QR Codes, which can be easily scanned and verified using a mobile device or other compatible technology.
