Abstract

This study aims to develop a model and simulation of the efficiency of the use of the Pekanbaru - Bangkinang - XIII Koto Kampar Toll Road compared to the Pekanbaru - Padang national road. The newly built toll road is expected to reduce congestion and increase the efficiency of time and fuel. The research method used is a quantitative approach with modeling and simulation techniques to analyze travel time, speed, distance and fuel used. Data were collected directly by conducting comprehensive trials on the Pekanbaru - Bangkinang - XIII Koto Kampar Toll Road and the Padang - Pekanbaru National Road with an equivalent route. From the data that has been collected, modeling and simulation were carried out to see the level of efficiency of toll road use compared to national roads. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for users of the Pekanbaru - Bangkinang - XIII Kota toll road with the Pekanbaru - Padang National Road between the two which is the most efficient in terms of time and fuel consumption accurately.

Abstract

The rapid development of the global market is in the global industry where companies must have the ability to compete globally in the face of advancing times. Therefore, this global market development becomes a challenge for companies, including the Adifidz Putra beef skin cracker Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bangkinang City, which must be able to compete by offering their consumers the best taste, quality, service, price, and packaging design compared to other competing products, so that they can continue to maintain their performance. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the packaging design for the skin cracker products from SMEs Adifidz Putra in Bangkinang City by applying the Kansei Engineering approach. This approach takes into account the emotional and psychological aspects of product packaging with the aim of creating a positive experience for consumers. The Kansei Engineering method will be used to link the physical characteristics of the packaging with the emotional responses expected from consumers. It is hoped that the results of this research will enhance product appeal and consumer satisfaction, while helping SMEs Adifidz Putra to improve their marketing efforts and increase the competitiveness of their products.

Abstract

Alumni are an important part of education, especially in higher education where alumni can be a reference for the quality of the majors, the more alumni graduates who can get jobs in accordance with their majors, the better the teaching and learning process in the majors, but if the opposite happens, the university needs to evaluate the teaching and learning process so that the students produced can keep up with the times, during the process of finding work in accordance with the alumni's majors. Uin Suska Riau informatics engineering alumni are no exception where analyzing alumni careers is important to be able to improve the quality of Uin Suska Riau in producing alumni who are able to compete in the future. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is a branch of machine learning that can make predictions using classification techniques in predicting the career data of informatics engineering alumni. In the study there was alumni data to carry out the prediction process on career suitability with majors using 275 data and divided into training data and testing data resulting in an accuracy of 75%.

Abstract

Inovasi teknologi berperan penting dalam kesuksesan bisnis mikro. Penggunaan teknologi digital membantu meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi operasional usaha mikro. Usaha mikro, memiliki potensi besar dalam ekonomi khususnya dalam sektor kuliner yang sedang berkembang pesat. Meskipun demikian, usaha mikro masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya dan akses terhadap teknologi. Oleh karena itu, penerapan teknologi rekayasa logistik berbasis digital menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional dan daya saing. Banyak pelaku usaha mikro masih kesulitan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kapasitas pelaku usaha mikro, seperti Ayam Geprek Mama, melalui penggunaan teknologi rekayasa logistik berbasis digital. Strategi pemasaran tradisional saat ini perlu dikembangkan melalui penerapan teknologi guna meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi dan pelayanan kepada konsumen. Diharapkan, dengan adopsi teknologi digital, usaha mikro seperti Ayam Geprek Mama dapat tumbuh dan berkontribusi pada ekonomi mikro di Indonesia.

Abstract

The process of recording children's development at Posyandu Bangkinang Kota is still carried out manually, by writing data on paper without an integrated system to store information and provide schedules for the next Posyandu session. This manual method leads to several issues, such as the risk of damage or loss of development record books due to being stacked with other documents, as well as parents' lack of awareness regarding the upcoming Posyandu schedule. To address these problems, this study develops a web-based Posyandu information system using the PHP programming language, the Laravel framework, and MySQL as the database. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) to ensure efficiency in data management. The purpose of this system development is to assist staff in managing children's development information and data more quickly, effectively, and in an organized manner. The research results indicate that the developed information system has been successfully implemented and is capable of addressing issues related to recording and managing children's development data at Posyandu Bangkinang Kota.

Abstract

Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Tenera Mukti Mandiri merupakan salah satu koperasi aktif di Kecamatan Tapung yang berperan penting dalam mendukung perekonomian pedesaan melalui berbagai layanan usaha seperti simpan pinjam, penjualan TBS, dan penyediaan sarana produksi pertanian. Namun, proses administrasi peminjaman dana yang masih dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti potensi kesalahan pencatatan, kehilangan data, serta rendahnya efisiensi dan transparansi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Politeknik Kampar melakukan kegiatan penerapan dan pelatihan sistem informasi peminjaman dana berbasis web. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendukung digitalisasi layanan koperasi agar lebih efektif dan akuntabel. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi permasalahan mitra, pengumpulan data, perancangan prototipe sistem, pengembangan sistem berbasis website, implementasi, pelatihan pengguna, serta penyusunan laporan dan publikasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari pengurus koperasi dalam mengikuti pelatihan, serta kesiapan mereka dalam mengoperasikan sistem secara mandiri. Penerapan sistem informasi ini diharapkan mampu mendorong transformasi digital koperasi dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada anggota secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Lopek Bugi MSME in Kampar Regency, Riau, is one of the traditional regional food producers that faces challenges in raw material inventory management. The main problem is the imbalance between supply and demand, especially during periods of high demand, which often leads to raw material shortages and loss of sales potential. This study aims to optimize inventory management using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. A quantitative approach with case studies is used in this study, with data collected through direct observation, interviews, and historical documentation. The results of the study indicate that the EOQ method is able to determine the optimal order quantity that minimizes total inventory costs. In addition, this method helps in determining the reorder point (ROP) and safety stock to prevent stock shortages and anticipate demand fluctuations. This study provides practical benefits for Lopek Bugi MSME in managing its inventory efficiently and economically. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for the development of local government policies in supporting the optimization of MSME inventory management.

Abstract

Abstrak Industri kuliner skala kecil berbasis rumahan atau UMKM menjadi pilihan utama karena fleksibilitas produksi dan risiko yang lebih rendah. Namun, banyak UMKM kuliner menghadapi kendala dalam manajemen keuangan dan stok, termasuk Warung Sarapan Pagi Simp. Manunggal di Kampar Kiri. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah pencatatan keuangan yang belum sistematis dan pengelolaan stok yang kurang efektif, yang menyebabkan pemborosan bahan baku dan kesulitan dalam menentukan harga jual yang kompetitif. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Program Studi Teknologi Rekayasa Logistik menginisiasi program pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam manajemen keuangan dan stok bagi pemilik usaha. Pelatihan ini mencakup pencatatan keuangan sederhana, analisis keuangan, perencanaan anggaran, serta strategi pengendalian biaya, sementara pendampingan manajemen stok berfokus pada pencatatan persediaan, serta perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku. Pelatihan dan pedampingan pencatatan keuangan dan stok dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SIAPIK (Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Pencatatan Informasi Keuangan). Program Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, profitabilitas, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Diharapkan, model pendampingan ini dapat diterapkan oleh UMKM kuliner lainnya guna meningkatkan daya saing dan ketahanan bisnis mereka.
