Abstract

The objective of this study is to scrutinize the impact of communication, knowledge management, teamwork, and capability on the performance of employees. The research utilized a quota sampling technique, involving a total of 344 employees. The factors under investigation were communication, knowledge management, teamwork, capability, and employee performance. The results from the hypothesis testing indicated that communication significantly improves employee performance. Moreover, it was discovered that capability considerably augments employee performance via knowledge management and teamwork. The research emphasizes the crucial contribution of capability in enhancing employee performance. It was also verified that knowledge management and teamwork significantly contribute to employee performance. To sum up, this study offers important perspectives on the elements affecting employee performance, underlining the significance of communication, knowledge management, teamwork, and capability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze inventory optimization using the Frequent Pattern Growth (FP Growth) algorithm, in relation to business strategy and/or accounting information systems, which a knowledge gap in previous research is as described above is the lack of knowledge about the application of the FP Growth algorithm in inventory optimization. This study was based on one year of sales and inventory data from a snack and beverage company, as a case study employing private data. A total of 3,370 transaction data samples were processed using RapidMiner data mining with FP growth algorithm. The results of both methods showed that the inventory level must be sufficient and produced two categories, namely large stock and small stock. The findings of this study indicated that the company has closely optimized its inventory since there were some products that were not involved in the association rules of sales.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Di wilayah Limpung terdapat puluhan perusahaan sejenis yang menghasilkan  produk yang sama dengan target pasar yang tidak hanya di pulau jawa akan tetapi sampai ke pulau-pulau lain di Indonesia bahkan ke luar negeri. Situasi ini menimbulkan persaingan yang ketat antar perusahaan dan saling berlomba untuk menawarkan keunggulan kualitas produknya.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan kualitas produk terhadap volume penjualan emping melinjo dan pengaruh signifikan biaya kualitas terhadap volume penjualan emping melinjo.  Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah produk emping melinjo UD. HN Putra tahun 2010-2011. Pada periode ini perusahaan telah menjangkau daerah penjualan tidak hanya di pulau Jawa tetapi juga ke luar pulau Sumatra, Bali dan Kalimantan, bahkan ke luar negeri. Selain itu volume penjualan yang dicapai relatif stabil dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Pengumpulan data lebih berfokus pada dokumentasi.   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, sedangkan biaya kualitas mempunyai pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Kualitas produk dan biaya kualitas memberikan kontribusi stimulasi sebesar 99,6% terhadap volume penjualan sedangkan sisanya (100%-99,6%) disumbang oleh variabel – variabel lain yang tidak terungkap dalam penelitian ini. Selain dari pada itu, secara akuntansi, perhitungan biaya kualitas perusahaan belum memisahkan secara tegas pengelompokan tiap-tiap jenis biaya kualitas seperti biaya penilaian, biaya pencegahan, biaya kegagalan internal dan biaya kegagalan eksternal. Kata kunci: Kualitas produk, biaya kualitas, volume penjualan, akuntansi, perusahaan ABSTRACT In the region Limpung there are dozens of similar companies that produce the same product with the target market not only in Java but are to the other islands in Indonesia and even abroad. This situation rises to intense competition among companies vying with each other and to offer superior quality products.   The purpose of this study is to find significant effects on product quality and sales volume melinjo chips significantly influences the quality cost to sales volume melinjo chips.   Samples used in this study is the number of chips melinjo UD. HN Putra products. years 2010-2011. In this period the company has reached out not only the sales area on the island of Java, but also to the outer islands of Sumatra, Bali and Borneo, and even abroad. In addition to the sales volume achieved was relatively stable from previous years. Data collection focused on the documentation.   The results showed that product quality has a positive and significant impact on sales volume, while the cost of quality has a positive but not significant effect on sales volume. Product quality and cost contributes to the quality of stimulation for 99.6% of sales volume while the rest (100% -99.6%) contributed by the variables - variables that are not revealed in this study. Apart from that, the accounting, costing the company the quality of the grouping has not been explicitly separating each type of quality costs such as appraisal costs, prevention costs, internal failure costs and external failure costs. Abstract

This community service aims to provide training in media promotion to UMKM perpetrators in Blerong Village Demak district. The smart industry 6.0 era uses many technologies for business, including in promotional activities. Promotion is the introduction of a product to be better known to the public, which can be done offline or online, using interesting media. Choosing the right promotional media has a significant impact on the success of a promotional activity while increasing consumer interest in buying a product. The village of Blerong has many UMKM manufacturers who are not aware of the impact of the promotion on increased product sales. Easy and exciting promotion media creation training is essential. Canva application was chosen as a tool because it is simple, and provides many interesting templates and lots of free ones, making it easy for UMKM designers to create designs according to their needs. The training is conducted with lectures on promotion, the benefits of technology, and the continued practice of making promotional media. As a result of this activity, participants are more aware of the influence of the promotional media on the success of the promotion activities, so that the product is better known to the consumer while providing the experience to the participants so that they can use Canva.

Abstract

This study examined the behavioral aspects of internal auditors commonly found in the implementation of internal audits. The qualitative with a case study approach was used. The results of this study were the behavioral aspects of internal auditors such as, professional accuracy in fraud prevention, the role of internal audit in Enterprise Risk Management. The behavior of professional care, motivation, competence, and independence roles were in the auditing, due to these behaviors embedded to the internal auditor that produced a quality audit and minimized the occurrence of fraud. The authority of the internal auditor has been formulated. The roles of the internal auditor have not been fully implemented because the quantity of assignments was not proportionally to the quantity of HR this led to still roles were not in accordance with their positions. The obstacles of audit such as difficulty obtaining data, the limited time, and the lack of communication.

Abstract

Generally financial performance research based on financial tools analyzes, and were rare using other tools. This study uses a quantitative research design to systematically analyze the impact of non-financial performance, financial applications, workload, education and training, and employee workload on the financial performance of Government Hospitals. This study used a sample of 62 government hospital employees. The data were collected through surveys and structured questionnaires, which will be statistically analyzed to identify correlations and cause-and-effect relationships among variables. The predictive value obtained from the data analysis in this study was greater than 0.00-0.05, confirming the accuracy of the research model. This indicates that the effective use of financial apps helps hospitals improve their financial performance, which is its path coefficient about 0,650. It can ultimately support the achievement of set targets and financial goals. Education and training are path coefficient about 0,380 have a significant positive effect on financial performance. These findings further support the evidence that investing in employee training is crucial for improving financial performances, especially in hospitals.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengetahuan mengenai pengungkapan kecurangan yang didukung oleh independensi, interdependensi tugas, kode etik, soft skills diperoleh dari penelitian dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Penelitian dengan mengikut sertakan 84 responden aparatur sipil negara yang diambil dari populasinya yang bertugas sebagai auditor di kantornya. Sampel ini ditarik dengan cara purposive sampling, dan data dianalisis dengan Smart-SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel interdependensi tugas, kode etik, dan soft skills secara positif dan signifikan secara individual mempengaruhi pengungkapan kecurangan. Variabel lainnya yaitu independensi berdampak positif tidak signifikan terhadap pengungkapan kecurangan. Variabel interdependensi tugas berdampak negatif signifikan terhadap soft skills. Demikian juga independensi, dan kode etik mempunyai dampak positif tidak signifikan terhadap soft skills.

Abstract

This study was proposed to study and analyze behavioral financial technologies for the development of MSMEs in the culinary field in the city of Semarang. There has been a lot of research related to fintech (fintech) or fintech topics or issues, but not much research has been found on behavioral fintech, especially related to MSME business development. The sample of the study is 125 culinary MSMEs in the city of Semarang. The data collected through the questionnaires was then analyzed using smartpls. This study found that financial satisfaction, owner characteristics, social impact, and risk reduction had a positive (significant) impact on behavioral finance, while financial literacy had a significant negative impact on behavioral finance. Behavioral financial factors have a significant positive impact on MSME business development. This means that Behavioral Finance as a mediation variable between Financial Satisfaction, Owner Characteristics, Financial Literacy, Risk Mitigation, Social Influence variables affecting on business development. Many of them (MSMEs) claimed that they have no experience of using digital technologies themselves, in this case, online transaction applications, and they still did not understand financial literacy. Future research on other variables that do have a positive and significant impact on MSME business development. The sample size also needs to be increased in size and diversity of the MSME sector by at least 60-70% in order for the study to better describe the situation and the state of the MSME.Keywords:behavioral finance, financial satisfaction, financial literacy, risk reduction, social impact business development
